Thank you for the reviews on the previous chapter Princess Rosalind of Underland, hoopznyoyo, RhaenaTargaryen, DollieLove, and Guest. And thank you casterlyrock for reviewing some of the previous chapters. Apologies to all for the wait.
This chapter like all the previous was beta'd by RhaenaTargaryen.
I wonder which he will visit first and how will he know how to get there... there are so many possibilities
Well getting there might be a problem! But I'm switching back to Cersei's POV next so it may be some time before we find out
I don't think Cersei ever tried to cheat death because she knew "when you play the game of thrones you win or you die" so she always knew fighting for the throne could cost her her life yet she never tried to do anything like Qyburn did with Gregor.
That's true, but strangers hell is also (at least according to my canon in the previous chapter!) where those who envy what others have go, so she could be there as well!) She was definitely very guilty of envy!
From what I've read of these characters, Cersei especially seems like the type to try and defy death itself!
She definitely is lol. But also maybe death doesn't want her either!
"He was sweating more than Sandor Clegane racing to get the last piece of chicken during a feast." I laughed so much, thank you!
Lol ty for pointing that out, I was proud of that line and I think you're the only one who mentioned it! And Tyrion is one of my favs too. I don't think he'd go to hell, at least not show Tyrion. Book Tyrions another story. Joffrey will definitely be making an appearance in this fic at some point!
Having narrowed it down to only two of the seven hells he decided he'd best use the strange door to get to one of them. He would try the Warriors Hell first, for he thought her joy at inflicting pain upon her enemies was just a little bit grander than her envy of said enemies.
He stood in front of the door, unsure of how to get the knobless door to open. He tried pushing it, but that did nothing. He looked around stumped, no pun intended as he had both hands now.
He cursed himself for not watching when the demons had used this door moments ago. Perhaps it would have shown him how to operate this door.
To the right of the door, he noted that there was a circular thing with some strange writing on it jutting out of the wall. Was it some sort of magic? Perhaps if he touched it would open the door for him. Or it would call the demons to come take him. That didn't sound good, but he didn't know what else to do and he was never one to hesitate. He placed his fingers on the circle and pressed as hard as he could.
