~1 Year Later~

Obito paced back and forth in the hospital lobby.

"Come on, bro, it's fine!" Umbrella grinned in her seat as Marie smiled.

"She's right, dad," she said. "Parasoul is tough, I-I doubt giving birth i-is difficult," the former-Skullgirl said with a pale green face.

"... Oh goodness, are you still bothered by Sex Ed?" Obito asked his daughter nervously.

"?!" She covered her mouth and shot out of the lobby towards the bathroom.

"Yeah, uh, she's always freaking out about it but she never tells me," Umbrella pouted, the 12-year-old princess mumbling her words.

'For the best,' he didn't want two vomiting girls on his hands. "For now, you'll learn it in time, you're entering school soon, aren't you?"

"Don't remind me!" Umbrella groaned as he smiled.

"It's life. Marie is, then you will, and when this child goes you both can help them get through it.

She perked up before looking sheepish. "H-Hungern's gonna help, too!"

The docile monstrous umbrella wiggled.

*Wiggle!*

"Right," Obito said. 'A year later and I'm understanding these things.'

It'd been a curious development but not one he gave too much thought.

He could just 'hear' better.

So, he sat down beside the smiling Umbrella-

Only for Easter to leave the pair of flapping doors, immediately finding the Uchiha in front of her.

"Easy there, father of three, it's fine," the large woman chuckled as Obito wore an embarrassed grin-

"Wait… WHAT DID YOU CALL ME?!" Obito exclaimed.

"Hehe, I'm pretty sure I said father of THREE."

"Sis had twins?!" Umbrella squawked. "W-We gotta go and look at them!" She shouted before rushing through the doors on her lonesome.

"H-Haaaaaa," Obito released the most powerful of sighs as he mechanically began to walk through the doors only for a familiar cat man to slide into the room.

"Where is she?!" 'Brain Drain' looked around in a frenzy.

"Welcome, father of two," Easter chuckled.

"Oh thank God, I… WHAT DID YOU CALL ME?!"

"The exact same, no wonder you two can play SRPGs for hours," was all she said before presenting the doors Obito was halfway through.

When the cat man rushed past, Obito took it as his cue. Especially when Marie returned with a small groan-

"D-Dad?!" She jumped at being lifted up before Obito rushed through the doors.

The man traversed the halls on a mission before finding Brain Drain just breaking into a room.

So, of course, Obito slid into the room with an engaged look around before quickly finding himself beside the medical cot with Umbrella, Parasoul, and those two small lives in her arms.

The surprisingly well-rested-looking woman smiled at him as a small hummingball spirit sat on her shoulder. "Hey," she said softly as Obito put down Marie before leaning towards her to peck her on the check. "Hmm, I guess you'll be dividing that care more than one way," Parasoul, mother of 'two', smiled.

Obito looked down at those two babies with a small smile before chuckling at the cheers from 'Brain Drain' as he lifted his pair of twins.

"My babies!" He cried as he hugged them for dear life. "I-I didn't think this day would come!"

"Hmph, he's certainly going to be a doting father," the princess said as Umbrella snickered.

Hungern wiggled about, confused, before getting bloated.

"E-Easy, Hungern! These are babies!"

"We might need to mind him but…" Parasoul blinked at the close-to-bursting Living Weapon. "How? He got so bloated and he's not even touching them?" She looked down at her child as Obito lowered her bed's railing and sat at her side, gently taking one of those red and black-haired twins.

Marie stared at the child in shock, her eyes snapping between the two twin pairs in rapid fashion.

"B-Baby?!" The pigtailed girl didn't remember the last time she'd seen such a thing.

A child without so much as a year to its name.

And there were FOUR!

She trembled at the sight of the pudgy-cheeked children before floating over and raising a trembling finger to prod the red-haired child in Obito's hold.

She tapped the baby's belly and got a small smile out of the younger-than-her child.

It was too late, she was in its clutches!

"Holey moley! That's a baby!" Peacock said in shock and awe. "I-I don't think we've ever seen one!"

Currently sitting within the two-story Uchiha Estate, they sat with basically everyone Obito was at least affiliated with. Which meant more than enough squealing over babies, the four of them.

"Braiyan, your love for your kids are beyond understanding," Obito said to his fellow new father.

"It's only fair, you gave me back my body, Obito," Braiyan said. "I couldn't let this go to waste and will treasure it," he chuckled as Obito nodded, the two seated in the large bench in the estate garden. "Still, this doesn't end with her death."

"I'm sure."

Parasoul and Christmas, after a bit of a healing 'pick-me-up' from Obito, smiled with the other women and children as they played with the babies.

Marie's cheeks burned as she obsessed over the black-haired girl, her little sister, while Squigly beamed with the red-haired son, her little brother.

Obito leaned forward in his seat with a focused smile as Umbrella and Filia made faces that got giggles out of Braiyan's kids.

Valentine whined even as she prodded baby cheeks and Easter gave tips to everyone around on how to hold the children.

"You have her in that void-like tube," Obito said. "Eliza was impossible to separate from Sekhmet, I'm shocked by how hard to distinguish they were."

"It's the compatibility of the matter, even with Sekhmet's obvious more physical connection," Braiyan said, leaning forward with narrowed eyes. "Because Eliza was as vain, as sadistic, as controlling, and as wicked. She got exactly what she deserved."

"Agreed," Ben said as Marcus and Amelia brought out drinks, the cyborg nodding to the two. "But she's only one being."

"The location of the Skull Heart's origin is still in need of figuring out," the cat man said.

"The Theon & Parasites still around might need to be found," the shinobi added.

"And we have to be prepared for whatever comes next," the cyborg finished.

"We've got this, though," Obito said. "We've got more than enough people, resources, and connections on our side. We'll be there to face it," he smiled. "And if our children will follow us, the next generation will kept those beings in check."

She pouted at that man in their 'game', her eyes closing in annoyance as he spoke without filter.

"He's so rude," she turned off the system and crossed her arms before flopping back onto her sheets. "If I had you in my grasp," they'd see if he could spout such confident, b-bravado-filled, handsome words-!

"Sister, you're worrying me. Please refrain from coitus with that shinobi," her sibling said with a nervous expression.

Her sibling froze, body a brilliant red, before she laughed awkwardly and didn't look her in the eye.

"Oh, dear. If Mother finds out, we'll be quite done."

"Don't tell her!"

Obito blinked at an odd feeling of being leered at.

'Who the hell? Is it Valentine again?' He'd long since learned that the blue-haired nurse might have found him a bit more 'interesting' than some women. "Hmph, so, our children share the same birthday now," he told Braiyan who nodded.

"July 2nd, wow that's actually the middle of the year," he checked his mental calendar before nodding. "Yep, that's the middle. Right there and it's the exact middle of a leap yea-Oh, they were born on a leap year."

"So, that's gonna be some fun birthdays," Ben chuckled before looking sheepish. "At least you both'll have more normal kids, cat parts notwithstanding. Because my girl ain't exactly doing normal things like chewing with her sharp mouthpiece teeth."

"She gained transformative skills?"

"That's what it seems like."

"Well, she might just need to have an energy class with me," Obito offered and got a grateful nod from Ben. "I'm surprised you didn't ask Patricia for help."

"..." The look on his face made Obito aware of how stupid that sounded.

"Ah, apologies," the Uchiha said sheepishly. "I understand, she's a lot better at self-control but Patricia's joke streak is as deep as her hat."

"Clear," Braiyan smirked. "Well, with the kids, we have to be more careful. And by that I mean our clones have to be more careful as well. You ever figure that out, Ben?"

"None of that poppycock made sense to me so I had the doctor figure it out," the music man said. "It's a big help, Obito, especially since I can use this method 'cause of your healing."

"It's what it is," the Uchiha smiled as Ileum landed inside the home's open area with Hive, Leduc, and many other 'healed' kids from Lab 8. "That's our queue," he said as they got up and headed towards the brought food.

"Obi, bud," Annie said as she came out of one of the guest rooms with a grin, the now one-year-older woman grinning with hair that fell down to her rear. "Brain Cat, Music Man."

"Hi, Annie," the three said in unison as she smirked.

"Would you believe we have a shoot tomorrow?"

"We do?" Obito asked. "I… I suppose so," he considered, pulling out his phone and noticing a missed message. "I haven't been checking it, honestly."

"Florence is aware, you're a dad, with twins, now."

She hopped into the open area before they hurried towards the others and got involved.

Marie smiled with Hitomi, her little sister, in her hands while Peacock held Rin, the black-haired baby boy.

"These guys are gonna watch so many cartoons!" Patricia cheered as Avery sat within Rin's grasp, the baby hugging the bird with a smile that had her melting in his embrace. "Sup, big bro."

"Hey, Patricia," Obito smiled as Parasoul chuckled, Molly setting up a big firework display with Roxie. "Enjoying this, hon?" He asked his wife, his queen.

"Yes, I am," she said to her king, smiling as they intertwined their hands. "I didn't think life could go in the direction it did but I'm glad," Parasoul smiled.

He grinned, patting Marie's head. "I'd say the exact same."

His daughter beamed.

Yes, this life was hers, Marie grinned. The thing she'd wanted most.

And the man who'd made it. A man who became her 'most wanted'.

Her father.
