Biography:
Frozen in a time and space divide,
But how would the universe survive?
For long they were out of luck,
But now they're saved by the duck.
Duck Dodgers of the 24th and one-half century,
Defending the powerless and the weak.
Duck Dodgers of the 24th and one-half century,
The fighter of Martian tyranny.
This is a brave duck (brave mostly whenever he wasn't cowering, and then mostly because he wasn't realizing he was in danger yet) as he was in the interpretation of his legend making him a heroic (eh, close enough) enforcer of law and order in the far flung future. Were he summoned from his youth days as a wild and wacky creature of the swamps and woods, he would be a Berserker with A ranked Mad Enhancement and Luck. As a Caster, he would access a completely broken chuuni form born from his delusions, an ever undeterred titan of magic to put your friend's Merlin to shame and with EX ranked parameters all over the board...
Unfortunately for Chaldea, this is the version they are stuck with.
Class Skills:
Riding: B-
As a space fleet commander and top agent, Rider is well used to piloting spaceships, even if he had no idea how to beyond pressing buttons and pulling on switches at random until reaching his intended location. That he managed to survive all those travels is a testimony to his abilities in this field.
Owing to past life experiences as a cowboy and sheriff, Rider can also ride horses with a surprising degree of efficiency. He also can pilot airplanes and boats. However, it is impossible for him to ride Dragons and Phantasmal Beasts.
Magic Resistance: D+
Rider never displayed any invulnerability to magic in life, and in fact he was a frequent victim of comical humiliations at the hands of magic users (see also- Caster Witch Hazel). However, as he usually remained able to fight even when changed into ridiculous (even more than usual) forms, and he still retains some elements of his Caster wizard persona, the rank is raised slightly. This skill works as the equivalent of a cheap anti-magic amulet, but still can protect against some unchanted spells and the like.
Personal Skills:
Charmer: C
Oh, but he is the duck of persuasion.
All female resistance soon dissolve,
A debonair duck beyond all temptation,
Ensuring the universe still revolves.
As befits a dashing space opera hero and starship commander, Rider is a hit with ladies! Well, mostly with Martian Queen Tyr'ahnee, and otherwise he was mostly an abhorrent admirer to most attractive women.
But hey, he will try regardless.
Space Ranger: B
Space is such a lonely place to be stuck,
But it's not lonely for this duck.
For hordes of Martians run,
When he shoots his duck-billed laser gun.
Rider was always well armed with a small arsenal designed and patented by genius inventor, Professor I.Q. High. The gadgets at his avail include a trusty rocket pack, a danger detecting antenna on his cowl, sophisticated radars that yet could malfunction often, shrinking and enlarging devices, and teleporters (that always take you somewhere you don't want to be).
Rider's weapon of choice is his gun of disintegrator and re-integrator rays, which can be used to vaporize enemies and bring them back to life as long as it's aimed and shot at the resulting pile of ash. This is by far the most effective and dangerous weapon in Rider's armory and enemy Servants are advised to be careful about it.
Pioneer of the Stars: C
Duck Dodgers of the 24th and one-half century,
Protecting the powerless and the weak.
Duck Dodgers he's fighting tyranny,
In the 24th and one-half century.
Rider was the most notable and famous space explorer of his time, although this probably only speaks poorly of that era. Regardless, whether by fluke, by his own design, or because of his sidekick, Rider foiled several attempts by the Martian empire to conquer the universe. Rider also explored most of the known cosmos, mostly to cause even more problems than he solved, and by the end of his career it could be said in all honesty that his face was known everywhere, much to most citizens' chagrin.
Despite all his character flaws, Rider is not evil, just extremely narrow minded and selfish. When forced to choose between the ultimate good for others and his own benefit he will begrudgingly pick the former, so he still has achieved Heroic Spirit status as someone who protected mankind's progress into the intergalactic community, in his own way.
Noble Phantasm:
The Green Loontern- Patroller of Space Sector 2814 1/2: B
Once, Rider was given, by accident, the power ring of Green Lantern Hal Jordan, the most powerful weapon in the universe, forged by the Guardians of Oa. As a Green Lantern, Rider fought and defeated Sinestro along Katma Tui, Ch'p and Kilowog, before being forced to return the ring to Jordan.
Similar to Lancer Scarecrow's second Noble Phantasm, this ring works on the user's willpower and imagination. It allows flight, creates automatic shields against damage, and can create anything the user wills into being in the form of green hard light constructs, ranging from simple blunt weapons to intricate artifacts and devices. However, the ring's charge will run after ten minutes of use. The Noble Phantasm only can be used once a day.
Summon: "Are you ready, eager young space cadet? Get ready to blast off, with your ever reliable Rider, the ace of the spaceways!"
Start of Battle: "Not in the face! I'm an idol of millions after all! What will they think?!"
Victory: "Whoo-hoo!"
"It's mine, mine, all mine!"
"I may be a coward, but I'm also a greeeedy little coward!"
Defeat: "You're dethpicable."
"This duck's goose is cooked!"
"Waaaughhh!"
Defeat by Noble Phantasm: "I don't like pain, it hurts me!"
Noble Phantasm Activation: "In blackest day or brightest night, watermelon, cantaloupe, yadda yadda, a superstitious and cowardly lot, with liberty and justice for all!"
Extra Dialogue:
"Waaacckkk! Even here, for real?! (If you have Assassin Bugs Bunny).
"Samurai WHAT, you say?!" (If you have Saber Samurai Jack).

"The scourge from Mars? Heh heh, nice try, kid, but I've met actual Martians..." (If you have Saber Altera or Archer Altera).
Birthday: "Happy anniversary of breaking the egg! What? You weren't born from an egg?! What kind of critter are you then?!"
Event: "Hoo hoo! Look at that, cadet, it's another Space Con in my honor! Let's go, shall we? It's in bad form to keep fans waiting!"
Holy Grail: "All the moneys! All the moneys, mine, mine, and then mine forever, all the time...!"
To be Continued.
