Biography:

A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away, Anakin Skywalker was born, from an unknown father, in the harsh plains of desert planet Tatooine. Working as the slave of greedy small time exploiter Wattoo, Anakin was a natural born talent, and a precocious pod racer routinely outrunning adult contestants in illegal competitions hosted by the local Hutt crime lords. The child was rescued from this lifestyle by Jedi knights Qui-Gon Jinn and his disciple Obi-Wan Kenobi, who took notice of Anakin's gifts and recruited him for the Jedi order, guardians of peace and justice across the galaxy.

Anakin fell in love with Princess Padme Amidala, a romance that was forbidden as Jedi apprentices were supposed to be cellibate. During his promising youth as a student under Kenobi, Anakin experienced the first surges of the Dark Side of the Force through him when he massacred the Tusken Raiders who had killed his mother, and he slowly fell under the thrall of treacherous Senator Palpatine while earning a heroic name for himself during the galaxy spanning Clone Wars. It all came to a head in a final conflict that annihilated almost all of the Jedi; Anakin helped Palpatine overthrow the Galactic Republic and seize power as an Emperor.

In a desperate battle with Kenobi, Skywalker fell into a lava lake, and only Palpatine rescuing him and grafting cybernetic implants all over him saved him from certain death. At the same time, Padme died during childbirth, delivering Anakin's twin children, Luke and Leia, who were taken from him. Completely inhuman now, Skywalker adopted the Sith name Darth Vader and helped Palpatine tyrannize hundreds of planets for decades, until the Rebels, led by Anakin's own children, defeated the Empire. Repenting his acts, Vader himself killed Palpatine before making final peace with Luke and dying as well.

Class Skills:

Magic Resistance: C

Saber fought and defeated several users of 'lesser' occult disciplines calling themselves mages and warlocks as part of his subjugation campaigns. The Force is a powerful tool to be used against other elements of the supernatural, but the rank is lowered because many of the stories surrounding Vader in this particular field are apocryphal and questionable.

Most unchanted spells can be neutralized easily, with a capacity equivalent to that of a powerful amulet.

Riding: A

Saber was a master pilot from his earliest years, as well as a gifted mechanic. Not only he could repair and drive any mechanical vehicle of his era, but he even could build sentient, sapient robots by himself; yet his scientific acumen is not high enough as to qualify him for the Caster class.

Land, air and water vehicles are all manageable, as well as those pertaining interstellar travel. Saber can command large crews easily, mostly through fear and intimidation. He excels at high speed chases, with extremely accurate reflexes making him a precise, and relentless, pursuer. As he knows how to ride animals like the Tauntaun or the Bantha, the same principles can apply to other animals large and strong enough to support Saber's armored weight, like elephants. However, it is impossible for him to ride Dragons or Phantasmal Beasts.

Personal Skills:

Peerless Swordsman: A

Although he started relatively old for the standards of Padawan or Jedi apprentices, child Anakin soon mastered the light saber, the efficient and elegant weapon of choice of Jedi and Sith alike, with remarkable flair and skill. He has a restrained, yet flashy enough technique taught to him by Kenobi and Master Yoda, ideal to take on several enemies at once. Observers familiar with Earth's culture might find parallelisms between Saber's swordplay and those of traditional Samurai, although nowhere as spectacular as that of Miyamoto Musashi, but just as functional.

Saber's weapon, like those carried by most Sith, emits a red light contrasting with the Jedi's habitual blue.

The Dark Lord of the Sith: A

The combat style of Jedi and Sith alike relies on mastery of The Force, an all encompassing universal constant that, modern magi have theorized, might flow directly from The Root itself. The Force was described by both orders as a semi divine power that can grant incredible powers to those attuned to it, but Jedi and Sith had completely different approaches on how to exploit The Force.

Sith like Vader follow what they call 'the Dark Side of the Force', an approach making use of the negative end of the emotional spectrum. Hatred and other hostile emotions become dominant in the Sith, allowing them a fearsome destructive potential. Telekinesis affecting even objects as large as a spaceship is possible through intensive studies and obsessive training in the Dark Side. It also grants the capacity to ignore all manners of pain, the ability to cloud and control minds, gravity-defying wall running, a limited prophetic capacity through 'Force visions', increasing boosts of the physical parameters, and inducing forced sleep and paralysis upon others.

While Vader was extremely skilled in the black ways of the Force, he still remained inferior to Darth Sidious- Palpatine's name as a Sith overlord- and thus lacks enough control as to manifest the Force in the form of lightning, a favored tactic of Sidious.

Military Tactics: D

As Palpatine's second in command for years, Saber acquired considerable skill as a mass manipulator and commander of armed forces. His strategies were harsh and inhuman, yet he regularly yielded results. He was thought of as a brute during his time, lacking the finesse of army leaders passing through the academies of military instruction, yet that never was said to his face, lest the offender should have their larynx crushed by a simple hand gesture from Vader.

Saber specializes in campaigns of terror and annihilation, starting with Order 66, the purge of the Jedi knights. He will not spare children or women if they are thought to be a target, and will not experience regret from their destruction. He can be fiercely loyal, but only to those who have earned his respect, and his standards are incredibly high. He can extract key information from all but the most hardened souls through harassment and torture, but as he carried those actions through others, the rank is low enough it doesn't count as its own separate Torture Skill.

Saber understands the value of good data and reliable resources before launching an attack and will rarely attack impulsively, even if he remains an inferior tactician compared to Grand Admiral Thrawn or Palpatine himself.

Eye of the Mind: B-

The capacity to find and detect weaknesses in the defense and offense of an enemy, and to deduct and extrapolate solutions for any given difficult solution demanding an answer. As long as there is a 0,05% chance of success, Saber can come up with a logical way to extricate himself from trouble and achieve success.

The Skill's rank decreases drastically in cases of extreme stress, agitation, distress or anger, depending on the severity of Saber's emotions. However, making Saber agitated in the first place is a major task in itself, as he has spent years repressing and stifling his human emotions. The mark of a cold dead heart has left him nearly robotic in his analytic thought and merciless reasoning.

Noble Phantasm:

TIE Fighter- Soldier of the Empire: B

TIE Fighter- the pride and joy of the Galactic Empire's interplanetary raid forces. Highly mobile ships able to carry up to two combatants inside, perfect for assemblage into battle units to be deployed upon planetary surfaces. Saber's TIE was customized especially for him, and probably the best the Empire ever produced, all the best to match the best pilot of his era.

Although relatively small, Saber's Fighter is extremely fast moving and agile, able to maneuver through narrow spaces with ease and well armed with deadly weaponry, chief among them its L-s1 laser cannons. Its sole major weakness is a lack of shielding from enemy fire, but the vessel is so maneuverable, it is nearly impossible to hit in the first place.

This is the ship Vader piloted during the Rebel raid on the first Death Star.
