Biography:

In the middle of a major Crisis on Infinite Earths, a Secret War taking place as human history as a whole burns, gods are supposed to stand back and allow humans fight their own battles to prove themselves worthy of survival. However, gods are by nature merciful creatures (except when they are not) and they will often send some of their own to fight along man and woman for their continued existence.

Ristarte is one of these divine entities, a youthful, enthusiastic, eager angelic beauty with a lot to prove. Normally, she would be highly restricted in the use of her powers as divine rules say, but with the onslaught caused by the Grand Order, Valhalla's system has been sent into disarray. As such, Ristarte has no limits set on her anymore, which means she can even freely summon gates to other dimensions including Heaven itself, normally a punishable transgression. However, this collapse has also greatly cut back on the power available to her, taking her back to Square One, or Zero as it may be.

At first (and second, and third) sight Ristarte may seem incompetent, vain, overly dramatic and easily exasperated past the first impressions of her saintly beauty. Yet she also is deeply compassionate and loving, and no matter how much she may protest, she will always keep on fighting to the end regardless of her many shortcomings, and the setbacks she may find along her way.

Normally, for a divine spirit to be summoned without the use of a human host is impossible, even now, but a combination of her being a reincarnated human and as weak as Stheno, Euryale or Skuld, has allowed for this miracle to happen with Ristarte.

Much like Skuld, she is not all that happy knowing she gets a pass on being that weak, either.

Class Skills:

Territory Creation: C

The capacity to create and establish a laboratory or workshop from which to operate as an artisan of magical arts, or a disciple of highly advanced science.

Caster is good at securing a decently sized area and keeping it neatly organized, but these sectors are hardly qualified as the best stations of combat a Master could ask for. As her operations tended to be nomadic rather than sedentary, construction of a fortified hideout is practically impossible. Any workshop Caster establishes will have weak defenses and be easily destroyed by a competent enough enemy. The best that can be said about them is that they will tend to look harmless, often being overlooked by enemies on the hunt for her.

Item Creation: D

The capacity to forge and develop magical artifacts, potions and other tools, or the equivalent scientific acumen exerted by geniuses of those fields.

Caster would normally be a decent item creator after a century of studies meant to help paladins and heroes, but she needs good material resources to work with, and her success relies on a combination of luck rolls and keeping a steady, calm mind while working. As she has an abysmally low Luck stat and is easily rattled and discouraged by misfortune, achieving the desired results will almost invariably take a lot of time and effort.

Personal Skills:

Divinity: A+

Even though born a mortal in her previous existence, after being summoned to free a world from demons by the gods and failing, she was reborn as a real goddess. Thus, Caster is a full divine spirit, although her education and formation are not complete yet.

Caster is a young goddess, and so far has achieved results by saving a handful of lesser worlds, ranked B in the priority system of the gods. Her mission is to help champions protect human existence, and she will loyally pledge her mind, body and soul to the task of protecting the Human Order. Whether she has the actual abilities to fulfill that solemn swear is another matter entirely.

Her divine eyes can read the enemy's stats, as well as those of her allies, by stepping close to them and looking carefully, with an accuracy rate comparable to that of a Ruler. However, not only she needs to place herself in a vulnerable situation to do so, but Servants with B or above ranked Magic Resistance can bypass these attempts easily.

Healing Magic: C

Caster is the goddess of healing by trade and designation.

In theory, this is impressive enough as a divine office to take, and with all restrictions lifted, Caster should be an extremely competent healer for her allies. As it happens, she is much more qualified in the mortal plane now that she used to be, but while her miracles are good enough to pull feats such as reattaching lost limbs, access to the Valhalla power sources is so slow that it will take her several minutes to download enough mana from above into a through sanation. This process can be sped up by a competent Master lending their mana, upon which Caster becomes much more impressive in this field.

All in all, though, generally speaking Casters with the same Skill such as Konoe Konoka and Asia Argento are much faster and generally more versatile, even if Ristarte still outdoes them in the long run.

Flight: D-

The capacity to displace oneself across the air, defying the laws of gravity. In Caster's case this is a gift manifested through the apparition of two large, feathered wings she can sprout from her back and hide at will, bestowed upon her by a blessing from Ishtar. Regardless, this doesn't mean Caster is particularly apt or skilled at competitive or combat focused high speed flight.

She has been compared to a hot air balloon, elevating slowly and traversing in an even slower fashion. However, as a divine spirit she can reach extreme heights without suffering from any inconvenience. This is impressive until you remember that as a rule most Servants aren't affected by the physical rules of the material world and natural factors like weather, temperature and absence of breathable air don't hamper them.

Noble Phantasm:

Gateway to Valhalla: A

Anti-Army, up to 50 enemy units.

The Noble Phantasm that consists of opening a gateway to Heaven itself. Normally used as a means of transportation for gods, as the Crisis has sent the Yggdrasil systems into disarray and chaos, the Gate is now unstable and, focused on the enemy, will instead project a devastating amount of divine energy upon them.

As mortal flesh is not meant to endure the touch of Heaven, this becomes a terrifyingly effective and deadly weapon when applied correctly, which is not a guaranteed thing either since this is Ristarte we are talking about. All the same, even if only by accident, this is the most effective and reliable trump card Caster currently has, but it needs to be handled carefully.

Summon: "Greetings. I am Caster, the goddess assigned to assist you through this enterprise. Now tell me... how do you feel about preparations?"

Start of Battle: "I can sense your disadvantage by reading your stats sheet!"

"Oh, no, no, no...!"

"There has been a terrible misunderstanding!"

Victory: "I, I, I won?! But that's... I mean, yes, my victory was preordained from the start!"

"... you're not going to revive and kill me right now... are you?"

"Haaaa! Haaaa! That, that was close...!"

Defeat: "Not this again...!"

"Not fair! This was a SS ranked world!"

"I should have expected this!"

Defeat by Noble Phantasm: "Seiya...!"

Noble Phantasm Activation: "I summon the keys to the reign above! I command the doors to respond to my call! Open the Gate!"

Extra Dialogue:

"Is that...? N-No, of course not! She couldn't possibly be... EEEHHH?! WHAT, WHAT DO YOU MEAN SHE IS?!" (If you have Archer Ishtar or Rider Ishtar).

"My young Lady. I lower my head in respect. Where is Lady Belldandy, however? Haaaaa... I see. I, I'm sorry I asked, then!" (If you have Caster Skuld).

"Wow, six-pack..." (When you have Saber He-Man, Berserker Beowulf or Lancer Tarzan).

"Please... Please tell me that everything's going to be okay..." (If you have Saber Ryuuguuin Seiya).

Birthday: "Have a very happy birthday! I'll bestow upon you a divine blessing! Now, let me see, what should I do...?"

Event: "Let's see... Analyzing it from here, that looks like an easy, safe way to earn experience and level up. Besides, it sounds like fun!"

Holy Grail: "Wh-What are you saying, Master? I'm a goddess, we're supposed to be above all of that! Although...!"

To be Continued.
