Heck at the end of the series once did a combine punch with his dad and grandpa on the monster El Verde with send him flying into the other villains in miracle city and send them around the entire world. Probably an extreme example considering the nature of the show.
Superhuman agility and reflexes, including a incredible jumping abilities be able to travel several kilometers through jumping alone.
El TIGRE is a excellent combatant when facing aa enemy help with retractable claws metal claws in each hand that can cut nearly anything like flesh,wood and metal. Their also serves as grappling hook hands that can reach heights of buildings and mountains. The chain is part of El tigre body so he feels pain when it cut. But lucky he have a spare at home. Last but definitely not least. The fact he can SUMMON A ANICENT TIGER SPIRIT!!!!
Overall Manny definitely have the worth to join the avengers,he maybe a little mischievous but he does have a good hopefully if he joined/recruited into the avengers it help mold him into the hero that he eventually become.
