This is an amalgam-composite of the Apocrypha, Extra and Grand Order versions of Vlad Tepes, even if the first of the three is probably the dominant in this equation.

Biography:

A sovereign prince of the Romanian territories known as Transylvania, a heir to a long, prestigious aristocratic lineage. The cruelty he would achieve in his pursuit of what he perceived as correct, and the bloodletting marking the periods where he reigned over his countrymen, branded him as the model to follow by the image of the modern vampire.

Held a captive during his youth by the Turkish forces that killed his father and brother, he developed an intense hatred towards invaders. Labeled a ruthless tyrant by some and a hero of the people who gave no mercy to the wicked by others, he is still highly popular in the lands that saw his birth, even if he would be a villain for the rest of the world. Ultimately, the extreme severity and harshness of his own methods was his downfall, as few felt safe around him.

Class Skills:

Magic Resistance: B

A local hero in the Eastern Europe folklore. Lancer has an aura of mysticism and danger about him. His legend has made him one that even the supernatural forces of darkness are wary of. A tireless defender of his religious convictions, to the point he will march all over the signs of Paganism and the old gods.

The Servant is highly vulnerable to Holy Sacraments of the Christian religion, but able to mostly ignore what he perceives as symbols from false faiths.

Personal Skills:

Battle Continuation: A

A capacity to keep on fighting and struggling, even after receiving a fatal wound. As long as the Soul Core of the Heroic Spirit hasn't been shattered completely, the Servant will keep on their feet giving battle, although losing energy and dealing less damage the longer the combat goes. The sign of a restless, fierce spirit that will not yield back.

No matter how many setbacks was he given through life, Lancer would always return to fight another day, until his bitter end. Only being beheaded or directly stabbed through the head will result in an instant demise, as otherwise the Servant will keep on battling until reduced to his base components.

Demonic Defender of the State: EX

In his homeland, Lancer's stats shoot up to the point of becoming nearly undefeatable, and he can go toe-to-toe against highly ranked Servants from the Age of Gods. While there, he gains the equivalent to a Mad Enhancement ranked A, which will not cloud his judgment but boost all parameters and skills accordingly.

Even a little of Romanian ground thrown around Lancer, in the manner of a classic vampire's dirt pulled from its coffin, will give Lancer a minor increment in capacities and performance, but this is not something he appreciates particularly due to the implications of the deed.

Protection of the Faith: A+++

The mark of a (not literal) knight templar willing to reach any lengths to protect what he believes is noble and righteous as the will of his God. Lancer was a devout follower of the Christian doctrines, but his following of Church authorities will not be blind and, instead, he will be critical and highly analytical of them, upholding them to very high standards. The Servant deals extra damage against Servants professing non-Christian religions and Pagan beings with the Divinity skill, but will falter against Saints of the Judeochristian tradition and Lawful Good oriented Servants from Christian backgrounds, even should they not be devout practitioners themselves.

At a rank A+++, it could not be said this man is anything short of a fanatic. Fervent enough as to compete with the Zealot Assassin, he will stop at nothing to stop what he may deem enemies of his church, both external and internal. Occasionally, self doubts on the purity of his mission and the fairness of his method will strike him, which can be exploited by a manipulative and perceptive adversary.

Military Tactics: C

Lancer was a commander of armies in life, leading them into offense and defense operations against the marauding Turk forces. He is also well used to deploy these forces in the form of a police state to keep his subjects at check constantly. He specializes on guerrilla strategies, psychological warfare, and campaigns of terror to demoralize and intimidate even superior forces into surrendering, fleeing, or simply being thrown off balance so they are easy prey for ambushes and counterattacks.

The rank is lowered because all of his competence and courage leading forces did ultimately not stop Lancer from being deposed and imprisoned several times in life, and ultimately executed.

Noble Phantasms:

Kazikli Bey: C

Anti-Army, can engage up to 666 enemies at a time.

Lancer's favored Noble Phantasm and the one born from his aspect as a warrior king, protector of Wallachia. Named after his gigantic spear and weapon of choice, the one to qualify him for the Lancer class. It cannot be used at full power outside of Romanian soil, which has decreased the rank of the Noble Phantasm.

Upon striking the spear on the ground, a myriad black spears will erupt from it, impaling all adversaries. This is inspired by the legend of the 'Black Forest of Impalation' Vlad Tepes surrounded his castle with, to keep the Turkish forces at bay. When in need, he also can impale himself with his own spear (none other will have this effect on him) to produce the deadly spikes from his own blood, striking at everyone around him. The damage brought to Lancer himself will not be permanent and, although critical, can be recovered from given enough time.

Legend of Dracula: A

Anti-Unit (Self).

The crystallization of vampiric lore associated with Vlad Tepes after his death by popular misconceptions. As he never was a vampire in life, this reputation greatly enrages Lancer and must never be brought as a topic of conversation in his presence.

The Noble Phantasm needs use of all three Command Seals to be engaged, as otherwise Lancer is extremely unwilling to make use of it. An exception can be seen if the Bond level with the Master is high enough Lancer would see this as a last resource to protect the Master. This, however, would demand for an extremely high level of proximity with the Servant.

Upon activation, Lancer becomes the vampire count associated with his image, a pale and misshapen figure of bright red eyes, long sharp fangs, and a predatory, bloodthirsty nature. He will not be reflected on mirrors, and he gains the powers of flight, enhanced strength, mind control over rats and wolves, a hypnotic glare, the capacity to turn into red mist at will, shapeshifting into wolves and giant black bats, and the possibility of turning others, Servants included, into vampires themselves through his poisoned bite. In this state, contact with sunlight will weaken Lancer but not destroy him. Garlic will have no effect on him whatsoever, but his weakness to Holy Sacraments increases, and now includes symbols from other faiths as long as they are held by true believers; otherwise, they will produce no effect.

Summon: "Servant Lancer. I am Vlad III. Oh, dear comrade. Every immorality, every injustice... Let us fight to end them all!"

Start of Battle: "My spear knows no mercy."

"The price of invasion is a hefty one."

Victory: "What is a man? A miserable pile of secrets..."

"AHHH HA HA HA HA!"

Defeat: "O Lord, to thy judgment and mercy I submit..."

"I knew it. I, too, have sinned..."

"Better to die as a man, than to live as a monster."

Defeat by Noble Phantasm: "'Tis my blunder."

Noble Phantasm Activation: "Come, savages who trample over my territory! It's time to discipline you! Fortress of Impalement, Kazikli Bey!"

Extra Dialogue:

"A miserable whore, masquerading as an innocent child!" (When you have Caster Evangeline A.K. Mc Dowell).

"Ah. Blood of my blood, the heiress to our lineage. I see. Very well, I shall guide you so you don't stray from the correct path. Be warned, you shall perish by my hand as soon as you deviate from virtue." (When you have Lancer Elizabeth Bathory).

"You must die right now." (When you have Assassin Carmilla).

"Hold your hand back, hunter. I have no issue with your crusade, and I am not the man you search for. That man never existed. Keep on fighting your own way... and stay apart from mine." (When you have Assassin Blade).

Birthday: "The anniversary of your birth? No, I have no objections. It may be trivial, but it is your right. Here, Comrade. A silver coin, as a token of appreciation."

Event: "Look at that. Like birds of prey circling around carrion, many have gathered there. Let us investigate."

Holy Grail: "Don't ever bring up the topic again, if you wish to live!"
