Biography:
Elmer J. Fudd, millionaire. Owner of a mansion and a yacht. What moved this successful man, who was a famous television newscaster and stage personality, and also owned large patches of carrot patches, into a lifelong obsession with heading out into the wilderness and shooting at manic animals dead set on outwitting and humiliating him? Especially since he was a vegetarian and only killed for sport. This may never be known, and if you asked Archer, he'd probably just give you a vague answer, as he never was especially renowned by his brainpower.
According to records from a future alternate timeline, Elmer was killed by a giant squirrel. This would seem to be the latest of a long string of unfortunate family incidents involving animals, as his Eskimo ancestor was killed by a giant walrus, his Scottish ancestor was killed by a giant whale, and his caveman ancestor was killed by a mastodon.
At some point he may have been romantically involved with Silver St. Cloud, one of the many paramours of the Bruce Wayne Batman (also summonable as an Avenger or Rider) and he was tricked by her into going after the Dark Knight himself.
Class Skills:
Independent Action: C
Archer was a loner in life, a man not used to socialize for long, and nobody wanted to be with him anyway. He apparently forged his life earnings in the rough, on his own, from an early age. He may have been a prospector looking for gold in the dry plains of the West, or a killer for hire during his misguided youth. Look, what matters is that despite his buffoonish demeanor and foolish attitude, he was independant and mostly able to look after himself, okay? Okay.
Up to his own devices and lacking a Master, Archer can survive up to a full day before vanishing from the world, if he doesn't seal a contract with a new Master before.
Personal Skills:
Golden Rule: D
The Servant has, at all times, access to a relatively small but never lacking personal amount of riches, allowing for correct physical maintenance. Exaggerated luxuries are not an option, but under no circumstances, no matter how foolishly the money is spent, the Servant and his Master will plummet under the line of poverty.
Archer's credit is most effective at procuring ammo and travel expenses.
Spiwit of the Hunter: B
Archer is a hunter by one of his many trades, and in any event he grew in love with the sport of shooting and hunting even when it wasn't a necessity for was never extraordinarily good at it, and his prey would often make a mockery out of him, but he is stunningly relentless no matter how many times he is thwarted. Against regular enemies of an unremarkable nature, he may even appear to be formidable, as his favored prey was made of seasoned tricksters who simply outclassed him too widely in matters concerning wit and eloquence. His favored weapon while hunting is a double barreled shotgun that never appears to need a reload, and has a remarkably long range, although his aim may be sporadically poor if not downright disastrous. Other times he can be quite accurate, apparently at random.
Even if he's separated from his shotgun, Archer can still defend himself and attack with a massive scythe. He also employs routinely high powered explosives such as bombs and loads of dynamite, although his accuracy with these is spotty at best, and he may injury himself, his Master and assorted allies with them. He's also gifted at commanding attack and hunting dogs that can be acquired for him.
Suwvivalist Skills: C
The aptitude of a hunting expeditioner to sustain himself, whether in the distant mountain woods, in the heat of the desert, or even the concrete jungle of an unforgiving, dark metropolis.
The Servant will not get lost in a rural, woods or urban environment, even if he doesn't exactly know what he's doing- rather, he'll orient himself instinctively until reaching his objective. Whether he can actually achieve it or not once there, of course, is another matter altogether.
Detachment from Reality: D
A skill similar but not identical to Mental Pollution, which plays on Archer's delusions of adequacy and greatness to make him more apt than he normally would be at the completion of a given task. On itself, the skill only works on short periods granting limited extra competence, and afterwards Archer may suffer twice the penalty from his actions than before, if he hasn't properly succeeded at his goal yet.
However, if properly psyched, hypnotized or suggested into believing himself someone else, Archer may achieve lasting bouts of increased competence roughly matching those of the individual he has been tricked into believing being. This effect also can be induced, strangely enough, by forcing said individual's headwear of choice onto Archer's bald head, but Archer will return to his original nature as soon as this headwear is knocked out or taken off.
Noble Phantasm:
Spear and Magic Helmet- Cwash of the Vawkywies: A
Anti-Army, up to 200 Units at a time.
An epic, fearsome display of power that can reduce and subdue even a legendary rabbit beast akin to that which massacred King Arthur's forces. Through it, the sturm und drang of the cataclysmic Saga of the Nibelungs is compressed in spirit into its barest components, which honestly sounds far deeper and more resonant than it actually is. Archer's great trump card, which taps onto the legacy of his ancestors, or probably prior lives, who cares.
Archer dons the horned helmet and armor of a mighty Norse warrior and grasps a powerful spear, which he uses to command the fury of the elements. Nature itself will roar and rage all around Archer, devastating everything and everyone in sight, other than Archer himself and his Master, who will remain untouched.
This showing of power and control over the forces of weather will last until the enemy is vanquished or Archer's mana reserves are depleted, whatever happens first.
