(This chapter and the next do contain SOME content directly from HP5, and as always belong to JKR. Also, Tonks isn't in this chapter, this is just about Remus and Sirius. Think if this as a bonus Marauder chapter. The parts with Harry are not verbatim from jkr)
"OK are you ready?" Remus stared at his friend impatiently.
Sirius Black had been pacing the kitchen of number 12 Grimauld place for the better part of two hours.
"Sirius we're supposed to be writing your will, that's what you said you wanted to do today you were very adamant about doing it, why can't you just do it" Remus asked his friend.
"enough Remus, quiet!" Sirius sneered.
Remus huffed loudly.
"You know your very impatient today. It's not my fault you fought with TONKS!" Sirius sneered.
"First of all, we didn't fight, we just disagreed." Remus brushed him off before continuing.
"Second of all, how'd you even know about that?"
"Ha, it wasn't hard to notice, Tonks went home looking right pissed. You clearly hadn't separated on good terms." Sirius barked.
Remus sighed.
"I'll make it right." Remus told him.
"Ah, I'll believe it when I see it, Moony." Sirius retorted.
"Shall we?" Remus asked, gesturing to the Will sitting on the table.
"Meh." Sirius replied. "Just give everything to Harry."
Remus stared at his friend.
"Are you kidding me? It took you two hours and three fights to come up with giving it all to Harry, for Merlin sake, Sirius" Remus groaned, throwing his quill on the table.
"Well, it's the most logical option." Sirius told him.
"I'f it's the most logical option why did it take you two hours to decide it, Padfoot?" Remus remarked.
Sirius shrugged rudely.
Remus pressed his lips together in frustration before continuing.
"And, You think the most logical option is to give all your worldly possessions to a kid?." Remus asked.
"Look." Sirius started. "Harry isn't just some kid, he's responsible, no?" Sirius barked.
"Actually, I think Harry is just a kid with the entire weight of the world resting on his shoulders, and I don't think he needs anymore responsibilities right now." Remus said, smartly.
Sirius paced. "Okay. You've made a fair point.." Sirius went on. "but, now I don't know what to do again." He admitted.
Remus groaned.
"Look, I'll be right back, I need to clear my head, and look for Kreacher, he's been fine too long." Sirius explained.
Remus sighed, but didn't protest.
Remus sat and looked over the dismal progress they had made on the will.
He sighed again.
Just then a small noise from the fireplace behind him startled him.
"Sirius, are you there.?" A voice came out of the fire.
It was Harry.
Remus ran over to the fireplace, to see Harry looking back at him.
"What is it?"
"Are you alright, do you need help?"
"No no nothing like that. I just wanted to talk, about my dad."
After several minutes of hearing Harry's story, Remus and Sirius looked at each other.
It was Remus who broke the silence.
"I wouldn't like you to judge your father on what you saw there, Harry." Remus said. "He was only fifteen." He continued.
"I'm fifteen." Harry argued.
"Look Harry. James and Snape hated each other. You can understand that can't you. I think Snape always wanted to be like James. He was popular, he was good at Quidditch, and was good at everything. And, Snape was just this little oddball who is up to his eyes in the dark arts. And, James; whatever else he may have appeared to you, always hated the dark arts." Sirius said.
"But, he just attacked Snape for no reason just, just because you said you were bored."
"I'm not proud of it." Sirius admitted.
Remus interjected.
" Harry, you have to understand that your father and Sirius were the best at just about everything they did at school. They were the height of cool." Remus explained.
He kept messing up his hair." Harry said.
Remus and Sirius burst out laughing.
"Ha, I had forgotten that he use to do that!" Barked Sirius.
"Was he playing with the snitch.?" Remus asked?
"Yeah!" Harry said.
"Well I thought he was a bit of an idiot." Harry admitted.
"Of course he was an idiot, we were all idiots. Well, not Moony as much." Sirius retorted.
"Did I ever once tell you to lay off Snape?" Remus asked.
"Did I ever have the guts to tell you to stop?" Remus continued.
"Well no. But, you did make us feel bad about ourselves sometimes, that was something." Sirius told him.
Harry continued, "and, he kept looking over at the girls near the lake." Still in the topic of his father.
"Well, whenever Lily was around he couldn't help making a fool of himself." Sirius explained.
"He couldn't stop himself from showing off."
"But, why did she marry him, she hated him!" Harry asked.
"Oh, she didn't hate him. They started dating at the beginning of seventh year. Once your dads head deflated a bit." Sirius told him.
"And, he stopped hexing people just for the fun of it." Remus added.
"Even Snape?" Harry asked.
Well Snape was kind of a special case, Harry. Remus explained, "he always hexed your father every chance he got too."
"And my mom was okay with that?" Harry asked, still worried.
"Well she didn't know too much about that though. It wasn't as if your father hexed Snape while on dates with her." Sirius barked.
"Look, your father was the best friend I ever had, and he was a good person. A lot of people are idiots at 15, he grew out of it." Sirius explained to him.
Remus looked at Harry concerned.
"Harry, speaking of Him, How did Snape react to you after this happened.? Remus asked him.
"He told me he'd never teach me occlumensy again."
"What!!? That's trash! I'm coming up there to have a few words with Snape!" Sirius yelled, making his way to sitting.
Remus had to pull him back down to the fireplace forcefully.
"If anyone will be speaking with Severus it will be me" said Remus.
The pair exchanged looks, knowing that Remus would say something.
"But Harry." Remus continued. "you need to go back to Snape and demand he continue to teach you occlumensy"
"It's very important." He told him.
Sirius nodded in agreement.
~
Two hours later, Remus and Sirius had made the final touches on Sirius' will. Sirius had chosen to still leave everything to Harry of course, but in the case that he were to die before he turned of age Harry would only receive a small portion of the money that was currently in his family's vault.
"Okay, and the final decision is Grimauld Place." Remus reminded him.
"Give that to Harry too, but same as before, if I die before he's 17, give control of it to the I Order until he comes of age." Sirius explained.
"Okay, I think that does it." Remus said, putting the final touches on.
"Anything else you need help with?" Remus asked his friend.
But, Just then, a mad crash could be heard from upstairs. Mrs Black went wild, screaming and yelling her usual trash.
Remus and Sirius looked at each other, each grabbing their wands in turn. They had not been expecting company at 2pm in the afternoon. Someone was in the house.
