All things considered, Ruby knew she had to find a way to salvage the situation. It would make the difference between a dump, and a dumpster fire. After putting out the flame, she could work on turning the dump into something more manageable than well, this.

Ruby hung her head low while glancing at her current 'team,' that shouldn't have possibly formed based on the content of the Sword of Remnant.

Weiss was sticking to Pyrrha's side like jam to peanut butter, except that it was more like oil and water based on the sour expression Pyrrha was barely able to conceal. Weiss would say something, and Pyrrha would nod with a polite smile, all while increasing her pace in a silent bid to get Weiss to stop. It was unfortunate that for as frail as Weiss appeared, she was in prime athletic condition and merely matched Pyrrha's strides. Barring an attack on Weiss, Pyrrha would not be extricating herself from her current predicament, and Ruby could sympathize.

Literally.

Ruby had her own 'Weiss' getting the kicks from causing the hairs on the back of her neck to stand on end. She shivered, discreetly trying to veer away, only for an invasive gaze to cause goosebumps to form over her skin.

"Will you stop that?!" Ruby whined, pouting quietly at the mute who made it a game of breathing down Ruby's neck from behind her.

Ruby would rather have Weiss or Pyrrha beside her than Neo any day. The Sword of Remnant didn't list much about Neo, but it warned that she wasn't someone to be trifled with. In fact, there were even cautionary remarks like 'very dangerous,' and 'be careful around her.' More importantly, Neo was something called a 'closet sadist,' whatever that was.

Ruby never got around to asking Yang or her father what that particular description meant, but she felt like it basically meant Neo was a bully.

'Stop what?'

The text generated from Neo's Scroll Screen was accompanied by an innocent smile. It was sickly sweet, a ten out of ten by Ruby's books, but the hint of mirth in Neo's eyes gave her facade away.

Ruby's lips pursed before she hung her head low, eye twitching incessantly when the moment she turned her back, a warm breath immediately pressed down over her neck.

She was doing it on purpose!

Ruby couldn't endure it anymore. She grimaced, back going ramrod straight as she vanished, leaving behind a swirl of red rose petals and reappearing next to Pyrrha and Weiss while sticking her tongue out at Neo. Grinning, Neo made a cutting motion over her neck, and Ruby's jeering suddenly went stone cold as a trace of bloodlust flickered across Neo's eyes.

If Emerald were around, she'd be sighing at Neo's antics. Neo was a killer of the criminal society. Freaking out naive little children with a murderous dose of reality was practically her hobby. Only Roman could really control her, the only one she was ever docile with, but Roman wasn't here.

Neo happily pulled out a parasol to shield her from the sun and falling leaves before skipping along and trailing behind Ruby, Pyrrha, and Weiss across the Emerald Forest. Their current destination was the large ruins they could see from ancient structures poking out above the forest canopy, and Ruby was keeping the utmost vigilance.

Referring back to the Sword of Remnant, Ruby had read that Beacon's initiation was crazy. Giant Grimm existed within the forest, and the ones her future self had run into during her initiation were Ursa, Beowolves, a Deathstalker, and Nevermore. If this line-up didn't serve to warn Ruby of the dangers within the Emerald Forest, she didn't know what would.

Of course, she knew Shirou would be around to protect her in an emergency, but she had something to prove to him right now. Getting caught in any more unexpected events that contradict her future prediction ability, would jeopardize his recruitment into her cause!

"What's got you so jumpy?" Weiss glanced at Ruby, making an effort to show that she grudgingly offered an olive branch for communications. Her arms were crossed, and her chin was raised up by a few degrees.

Off to the side, Pyrrha was sighing in relief now that a portion of Weiss's attention had been shifted to Ruby. Then again, Weiss did have a point. Ruby was acting far too vigilant for a simple initiation.

Putting her reservations aside, Pyrrha began to assess Ruby. Like it or not, they were partners, and Pyrrha had always been raised to be polite. "Is there something wrong, Ruby?" She asked.

Blinking as if surprised Pyrrha would ask her that question due to their recent differences, Ruby was momentarily stunned before gathering herself. Pyrrha really was just as good as a person and friend as the Sword of Remnant had described.

"N-Nothing. Just being careful is all," Ruby reasoned, earning a few raised brows. Nervousness was expected in this sort of initiation, but it wasn't as if any of the people present were unfamiliar with Grimm or were not well versed in combat.

Ruby herself wasn't concerned about the average Grimm, just that her future self had detailed that the Emerald Forest had many ancient Grimm that had reached 'mega' size as she'd put it. Apparently, they'd have a run in with at least two if they weren't cautious.

"You never know when you'll run into Grimm in here, right?"

Expectedly, no one really believed that Ruby was acting this jittery because of some Grimm that they may stumble on, maybe save for Weiss. In fact, Ruby's response had firmly solidified Weiss's categorization of Ruby under the 'kiddy' section. It didn't help that Ruby was more than a year or so younger than everyone in her cohort.

Speak of the devil…

It was at this moment while everyone was digesting what Ruby had said that the bushes up ahead rustled to reveal a pair of large red eyes characteristic to a Grimm. The vaguely seen dark outline generally attributed to Grimm all but verified it, but it was hard to judge the overall type of Grimm with most of its body still hidden in the leaves.

Pyrrha raised a hand, calling for everyone to stop as she gripped the handle of her weapon and shield. Neo blinked in response, while Ruby shuddered visibly. She couldn't remember such an event occurring in the future she'd read. Suddenly, she seemed to come to the realization that messing with the timeline had this thing called the butterfly effect.

"I think we should go?" Ruby suggested tentatively. She was just getting a bad feeling from this all.

Pyrrha glanced at Ruby and frowned. Having fought with Ruby, Pyrrha already had a certain understanding of Ruby's capabilities. A single Grimm wouldn't be enough to throw her off. So then, why did it seem like she knew something that they didn't? Or was it that Ruby's perception was just higher than everyone else's?

At the very least, Weiss thought not. She huffed at Ruby and crossed her arms dismissively. Gesturing to Pyrrha and Neo, Weiss unsheathed the rapier-like weapon strapped to her hip and stepped into the forefront.

"It's just one Grimm, what's there to worry about?" Weiss asked before turning her attention fully on the threat in front of her. All too soon, a looming shadow revealed the exact Grimm that they were dealing with as it slithered out of the foliage of the trees.

King Taijitu.

A single name came to mind from the education imparted by the Huntsman Academies.

It was a snake type variant that resembled the twin snakes of a certain staff. One black, the other white, and both possessing numerous fangs concealing forked tongues.

Ruby sucked in a breath. The Grimm was as massive as her future self had described. King Taijitu were already a large class of Grimm, but this one was covered in white-bone scales, red markings going up and down its face and body.

Weiss sucked in a breath and inwardly winced, when she realized what she was up against. However, her pride wouldn't let her step back after stepping forward to handle this adversary on her own.

"Okay, it's still like one Grimm," Weiss muttered, trying to muster her courage. "It's just a tad oversized. What's the big deal?"

More rustling noises accompanied the King Taijitu's movements. Its large body toppled a few smaller trees, and from there, several more pairs of eyes were revealed, causing Weiss to suck in another breath as she realized that what stood before her was essentially a snake pit.

"...A-Alright fine, there were more of you hiding in the woodworks. So what?" Weiss refused to acknowledge that she'd just stammered. A Schnee does not stutter, nor does one silently plead at her allies to give her some sort of an out. "Before you is the Schnee Heiress and the Invincible Girl plus two tagalongs, I sup..pose... "

Weiss trailed off, as a pack of Beowolves accompanied by a group of Ursa stumbled in from the side, stared at her, and then bared their fangs.

It was all just so coincidental that Weiss wanted to scream.

Moreover, a giant Nevermore suddenly glided in from the sky, peering down at everyone.

Weiss finally faltered, taking a step back only to be indignant at her retreat. A Schnee does not give ground. Swiftly, her mouth opened once more. "Mphffhh! Ack!"

A hand immediately muffled Weiss's jinx of a mouth.

Everyone aside from Weiss had already noticed that every time she spoke, it just kept getting worse.

"Weiss, can it!" Ruby yelled, recognizing the Nevermore above as the one written about her future self.

Unfortunately, for Ruby, her physical strength was far from enough to restrain Weiss.

Wrestling Ruby's hand away from her mouth, Weiss glowered at being wronged. "What?" She seethed. "I'm only stating the truth! Sure there are a lot of them, but there are four of us- Wait, where did Neo go?"

'Later, suckers!'

Weiss, Pyrrha, and Ruby had a second to process the words Neo had flashed them before Neo broke away into a sprint, and that was all it took for everything to destabilize.

"Coward!" Weiss scorned, jaw clenching as she envisioned her future Beacon life with Neo as a teammate. "What kind of partner are you?!"

If Weiss wasn't as mentally strong as she was, she'd probably be crying by how much injustice she'd suffered ever since beginning her journey to Beacon. No. No wait. There was still a diamond found in all the filth.

"Pyrrha. Oh Pyrrha," Weiss clasped her hands in front of her, putting her faith on the only person she felt was reliable here. "Thank goodness we still have you. We can take them-"

"I'm sorry!"

The sound of cracking glass echoed in Weiss's ears as she watched Pyrrha apologize with a bow of her head, and then gesture for them to run. Pyrrha had already judged that this wasn't a situation that was manageable with their numbers and surrounded.

Running was the best choice.

Weiss's features paled as she glanced at herself, then at Ruby who made a split-second decision and sheepishly disappeared in a storm of rose petals to chase after the others.

T-Traitors all of them, but loath as Weiss was to admit it, this was indeed too much for them to handle.

Neo had the right idea from the start.

"Take shelter in the ruins!" Pyrrha directed as she eased herself into the rear, her shield raised to protect her fellow Beacon initiates.

"Do you hear something?" Ector asked out of the blue, a flock of crows flying up over the tree line.

In front of Ector, Emerald paused to listen before frowning when the distinct sound of falling trees grew louder and louder. Moreover, when Emerald glanced at the ground, she noticed it rumbling, pebbles and loose stones clacking over the dirt.

"Yeah, I hear that," Emerald acknowledged while looking for the source of the noise. However, her vision was still obstructed by the vegetation surrounding her. Of course, this didn't last long after the rumbling transitioned into thumping vibrations.

Something was coming, and it was coming fast.

Suddenly, a figure broke off from the trees, making direct eye contact as recognition flashed.

"Neo?" Emerald raised her brows as Neo ran past her without even pausing to greet her at all.

Instead, Neo winked ambiguously and continued running. Seconds later, Ruby came by, followed by an indignant Weiss, then there was Pyrrha who gave Emerald and Ector their only warning. "Run!"

Run?

A bushweed rolled in the wind before Emerald felt Ector tap her over the shoulder and point behind her.

Emerald turned around to see a cloud of dust being kicked up into the air, forming a gigantic cloud floating up to where a giant Nevermore was flying over the horizon. Staring into the cloud of dust, a veritable hoard of Grimm caused both Emerald and Ector to backpedal.

Emerald bristled.

No wonder Neo was smiling at her, the sadist. "D-Dammit Neo," she cursed.

Emerald and Ector hightailed it after the others.

The ruins that Ozpin had instructed the Beacon initiates to obtain a set of relics at was built with solid slabs of stone that seemed sturdy enough to act as a defensive structure. It was for this reason that Pyrrha had suggested everyone run towards the ruins. With the sheer size of some of the Grimm on their tail, the stone structures would pose enough obstruction, and wouldn't collapse as easily as the trees.

Moreover, they could use the cover of the dilapidated ruins to avoid the steel-like feathers the Nevermore overhead was pelting them with.

Upon entering one of the ruined structures, Pyrrha fired a shot of fire Dust over a jumble of vines that was holding up a marked stone. Burning, the vines snapped, and the stone closed over the entrance of where everyone had just come. The only exit out was on the other side of the building, but it wouldn't take long before the Grimm circled around.

"Now what?" Emerald huffed, still glowering at Pyrrha and the rest who got them caught up in all this.

"What else? We fight!" Weiss pointed out, eying the sudden new additions to her group.

"I don't think we're winning this," Emerald grimaced, weighing the odds in her mind.

Pyrrha's eyes darted in search of an answer, but found none when a section of the wall collapsed from a heavy impact. "Decide on something fast. This place won't hold for long," she warned. Chips were forming over the stone walls, and these chips continued out into web-like cracks throughout the stone. Trails of dust poured down from the ceiling, warning of an inevitable collapse.

"Whether we win this or not, a losing battle, sounds familiar to me," Ector said, his presence registering to Ruby who hadn't been paying much attention.

"Ector!" Ruby called in surprise.

"Ruby," Ector replied while reading his spear and strapping on a mechashift shield over his left arm.

Ector and Emerald had been on the tail end of Ruby and the others, so it wasn't as if their presence had been very noticeable from the front. Now that everyone had stopped and regrouped however, there was no way they wouldn't be accounted for.

"Nikos," Ector greeted cordially.

"Verdant." Pyrrha gave a curt nod of acknowledgement, inwardly sighing. She'd wanted a new start in Beacon, not to bring back old family feuds. It was why she'd grown anxious upon sighting Ector in Beacon's opening ceremony the other day. Still though, now wasn't the time to think about such things.

The ruins they were taking shelter in had finally been smashed open. The roof came flying off as the walls crumbled inward, leaving the group exposed under a shower of falling debris.

Pyrrha readied her spear and shield, and silently communicated with Ector in tacit understanding. The both of them would comprise the group's vanguard while the rest would provide ranged support-

"Wait, hold on," Ruby pointed a finger.

"Oh, what now?!" Weiss snapped while sifting through the vials of Dust ammunition she had on hand.

"Giant Deathstalker!"

For a second, Weiss paused. Her first inclination was to deny the claim, but considering her current track record, she kept her mouth shut and just stared in the direction Ruby pointed much like everyone else.

In the distance, the sound of snapping trees echoed before two silhouettes could be seen sprinting with a giant Deathstalker trailing behind.

Deathstalkers were scorpion-type Grimm with white armored chitinous plates over their bodies. Larger pincers acted as their forearms, and a robust stinger was equipped on their back. This one in particular was of a different variation with ebbing red patterns showing over the white.

Of the two individuals the Deathstalker was chasing, one was entirely silent while the other was cursing under her breath.

These two were Vernal and Lie Ren.

"How the fuck was that not the ruins?! It was clearly a ruin!" Vernal cursed while Ren who was beside her hummed at the sight of Ruby and the others besieged by their own wave of Grimm. This was around the same time Vernal took notice of Ruby and the others as well and immediately changed directions. "Fuck this. One Deathstalker is better than that shit. Hey, hurry and move your ass! What are you waiting for?"

Contrary to Vernal's actions, Ren continued running straight. "We should help them," he said flatly, much to Vernal's frustration.

Fuck. Vernal grimaced. As much as she wished to ditch Ren, if she wanted to attend Beacon under Raven's instructions, then she needed a partner. The twig-like snowflake was the best choice. He only ever spoke if she spoke to him and nothing more, just as she liked it.

Before Vernal knew it, her legs had carried her back towards Ren who joined up with Ruby and the others.

Vernal was far from pleased when she caught up to Ren. "Great, now we're stuck with these losers," she kicked at the ground, sending a small puff of dust flying between her ankles.

'Yeah, yeah losers!' Neo flashed her scroll's text function using emotes.

"Why does it seem like you're enjoying this?" Emerald's eyes twitched while glaring at Neo who was beside her. Obviously, Neo didn't answer.

Expectedly the one who took the most offense at Vernal's remark was Weiss, a vein popping over her temples as she certainly recognized Vernal from the Branwen tribe's hospitality. She was going to explode despite everyone being surrounded by Grimm.

"We'll just have to fight like originally planned," Pyrrha intervened and tried to diffuse. If they turned on themselves here, the Grimm wouldn't even have to make a move.

"With what? There's like eight of us, and like dozens of them," Emerald snorted, deeply considering the notion of a quick escape, but failing to realize Vernal had locked onto her.

"You're a Rose Mercenary, aren't you?" Vernal cut in straight towards Emerald. "Did Archer give you one of those Magic Weapons? One of those would be really useful right now."

Everyone turned to face Emerald, none facing Neo who was also part of the Rose Mercenaries. Unlike Emerald though, Neo didn't exactly go around using her own name during operations. Others just unofficially labeled Neo as Ranger Pink.

Emerald stubbornly hesitated with herself.

"Do you, or do you not?" Vernal pressed.

"Yes," Emerald conceded before flipping Vernal off. "It's not the kind that you're thinking of though. It functions as a call for help, and I ain't using it for some stupid initiation."

Vernal scoffed, leering. "Figured as much. A bitch like you ain't ready to be trusted with the big guns."

Emerald seethed at the insinuation of a lack of trust between her and Archer. She was the one who'd been with Archer the longest by far.

"Hey, hey guys, why don't we just put the glaring away and work together?" Ruby suggested, only to wilt under the two's combined glower.

"No time to argue now! Get to positions!" Pyrrha yelled. The Grimm were not waiting for them to bicker…or maybe they were.

Why aren't they attacking?

Pyrrha glanced at the Grimm, but found that their movements were somewhat delayed as if everything was being orchestrated.

No. It can't be.

She shook her head to focus.

Meanwhile, Vernal grumbled as she readied herself for combat while Ren was too preoccupied with squinting at a growing orange blur in the distance. His lip was twitching, a sigh escaping his mouth. He knew exactly what that was.

"Rennnnny!" A voice screamed across the distance before the orange blur riding on an Ursa leapt past the line of Grimm by vaulting over them with a grenade fueled hammer. "Who stole you?!"

Vernal raised a brow at the wording, but filed it away for later when the orange blur tackled Ren and revealed itself to be one Nora Valkyrie. Her arms and legs latched around him like some baby koala. Ren just barely managed to keep himself up on his feet.

"Nora," Ren gently pushed her off. "Not now. Grimm. Focus."

"Awww okay," Nora pouted and stood up on her feet.

Ruby and the others stared, dumbstruck. Emerald was the one who voiced the question on everyone's mind.

"Was she just riding on a-"

"Don't ask. It isn't worth it," A voice answered, revealing Blake who rappelled towards everyone on the chain component of Gambol Shroud. Tagging along with her was Yang.

"Am I late for the party, sis?" Yang grinned while dusting herself off.

"Yang!" Ruby called out excitedly.

Black scoffed at the side. The obnoxiousness of this selfish blond. Blake knew better than anyone that Yang had bided her time to make an entrance, but was beaten to it when Nora caught sight of Ren from the distance. Just to look cool, she'd even hitched a ride with Blake without asking permission.

Grimacing to herself, Blake turned to more important matters. "It should be around now," she muttered, gaze turning back in the direction she, Yang, and Nora had come from.

"What should be around now?" Pyrrha asked.

Blake did not elaborate. She had no need to.

The sound of steps echoed amidst the gentle blowing of the wind and the roaring of the Grimm.

In the quiet stillness of the group's silence, a pervading warmth began to exude and spread with the luster of a shining dawn.

Beyond the horizon, an Aura of light could be seen emitting.

The Grimm began to subconsciously retreat in reaction, paving the way.

Unseen, but observing everything from afar, Shirou nodded in spectral form. He'd fostered this situation and guided his would-be hero just as planned.

Ector's eyes lit up as a veteran of the Mt. Glenn campaign, followed by Ruby at the sound of the voice that called out to be heard.

"Rally behind me!"

As the light grew in intensity, one figure had stridden his way past Ruby, Pyrrha and the others to stand at the forefront.

A Hero of Mt. Glenn, and the pride of the Arc family under the public moniker of Holy Knight.

Jaune Arc.

The sound of his armour clanking drew Jaune's attention to the fact that everyone's eyes were drawn towards him and the banner he was holding aloft. The flag flapped with neither the presence of wind nor any movement of the body.

A stalwart knight would stand up against the coming storm.

The Grimm of the Emerald Forest lay before the knight, ancient and young Grimm alike surrounding the ruins and barring all forms of escape.

From a distance, it was simple to tell how desperate Ruby and the others had been, and now that Jaune stood with them, he could feel the pressure that they had been under. Where they had not buckled in the face of adversity, how could he allow himself to?

Unfortunately, courage was not easy thing even with purpose.

Unseen, but Jaune was far different than the image of a hero he was trying to portray in the eyes of those who stared on upon his back. It had all seemed like such a good idea to impulsively run in and save the day, and yet faced with the pressure, he was suddenly getting second thoughts.

"Your knees are shaking and your heartbeat is erratic. Compose yourself for the sake of those who entrust their belief on you."

Jaune sucked in a deep breath. The voice of his guiding Semblance was as demanding as it was inspirational. At the very least, it was enough to snap him out of it and recall why he was doing this to begin with.

It was neither for fame, or for mere vanity.

It just wasn't wrong to help others.

He knew better than anyone how much his presence could change the flow of a battle.

If he did nothing while others fought and died, he'd rather have acted in the first place.

If Ruby and the others stood no chance as they were now, then Jaune represented the means to change all that.

To have died trying despite one's terror was different from succumbing to one's own weakness when you stood in a position to make a difference.

The banner in his hands was proof.

Even now Jaune could feel it; the steady warmth flowing from the banner through his palms, bidding him to put faith not in his ability, but through his virtue of character.

Gradually, his trembling began to ebb and pause, focus and determination bleeding into his gaze.

Seeing this shift in Jaune's expression in spiritual form, Shirou ended up nodding his head in approval.

Good. The basis of the Hero that Ruby had said she'd seen about the future Jaune was already showing through the cracks. It just needed to be brought out.

It didn't matter if he was sloppy, scared, or lacked the experiences of the others, much like Shirou himself, Jaune's will to protect and save was his firmest faith.

For such driving motivations…The Banner of the Saint would always answer through the purity of Jaune's Aura and heart alone. If all worlds had their parallels, then so too did the people living in them have their counterpart versions.

For a second, Shirou could believe that he could see the image of a Saint superimpose over Jaune's Aura in order to guide him forward. Hand over hand, in body and in spirt.

Stand firm. Stand strong. And let it flow.

The banner will guide the way, illuminating the dream of one's calling.

It was the legend of a peasant, naive, and in over their head, surmounting the odds.

No matter the hardship. No matter the sorrow and pain- Without room for doubt, and without time for hesitation or thought, the banner was never meant to be used as a weapon, but as a shining beacon.

It was the wall that separated allies from harm, the symbol to keep dear to one's spirit and allow those sent to the battlefield to return home to their loved ones.

For the sake of those he wished to protect, and for the future he wished to create, Jaune would be…a Hero.

Under the scrutiny of the others, Jaune stepped forward one step, then two towards the Grimm.

Taking in a deep breath and gathering his courage, he held the banner of the saint aloft. The aspiration to save was all that he focused on through his own insecurities and doubts.

Yes. This was it exactly.

Jaune had found it.

Resonance.

Even without Shirou's prompting, Jaune should be able to activate the Saint's banner.

For a second, Shirou's features grew listless.

"In life, there are the brave, and then there are the cowards."

The words left Shirou's mouth unbidden.

Images came to mind; of verdant fields, rolling hills, and simple countryside filled with swaying stalks of golden wheat. The words tell the tale of a story; a journey of discovery.

"Heroes are those that create their own paths, staying true to their cause despite their fears."

Jaune gradually raised the flag of the banner up before him, his Aura seeping out of him like a lit torch. In turn, it answered as if in distant recollection.

Steam began to rise from the bodies of the Grimm caught in the light as if they were burning, many retreating one step at a time while shielding their faces.

"The timeless banner held aloft is the only one of its kind; a billowed flag that traversed through a war of a hundred years."

Dancing motes of radiant light began to rise from the area, drawing from the source of magic still lying dormant within Remnant after years of unuse. Floating like fire flies, they swirled all around, sharing their warmth, and stunning even Vernal into solemn silence.

"Having shared the joy of the hope found in despair, it tells the tale of the unyielding spirit of those long departed in heart and in soul."

A will eternal.

"Their bodies torn, their minds lost through rivers of blood, sweat, and tears."

All would stare. All would understand.

"Hear of it, and know of the beacon of their salvation."

Something flickered in Jaune's expression, his worries abating, his mind steadily becoming clear.

"That which is emboldened by belief."

Ruby and the others stared at their hands, their Aura's swelling around them and taking the form of their Semblances. Roses constantly bloomed around Ruby, while fierce magnetic currents sprung from all around Pyrrha.

"That which guides the shepherds watching over sheep, weaving the miracle of the Lord's name."

Weiss was enshrouded by ephemeral walls of glowing glyphs, while Yang was basically a raging fire crackling with the elements.

"From ash to ash."

Blake swallowed, staring at solid autonomous doubles of herself.

"From dust to dust."

Emerald, Ector, and Vernal backed away from Neo, the space around her cracking into black fissures in reality.

"The sound of devoted prayer will cross the expanse."

Then there was Nora.

"IT'S THUUNDER TIIIIIME!"

"Nora, no!"

"It is the luminous light guided by faith and a virtue eternal!"

"Nora, yes!"

"The unfading breadth of the Lord's grace."

Your grief.

Your sadness.

Your pain.

Let it all be washed away.

"Lumino-"

"Jaune Zone, DEPLOY!"

.

.

.

…ugh. Shirou sighed heavily.

At least Jaune had heart.

Light pushed back the dark.
