Biography:

Archer. An uncompromising Knight Templar lawman, Joseph Dredd, who cleaned the bloodstained streets of the grim, far-future megalopolis that was Mega-City One, a gigantic, decaying and crime-ridden urban sprawl covering most of what used to be the East Coast of the USA. Dredd was a 'Judge', a veteran officer in a law-enforcement force whose authority allowed him to quite literally act as Judge, Jury, and Executioner in a world where the criminal justice system and democratic government had long since disintegrated as a result of countless natural disasters, sky-high crime rate and world-wide nuclear wars.

By his very nature and purpose (as a genetically engineered clone child), Dredd was firmly committed to the Justice Department's brutal, draconian and ruthless methods to enforce the Law, but then again, Mega-City One would have collapsed without him and his fellow Judges. Dredd himself, despite being as unmoving in his ideals as a stone plinth who embraced every word of the Law, was also impeccably honest and honorable, despised corruption and unnecessary cruelty, did not discriminate his targets, went out of his way to save innocents, and was given cause to question his purpose more than once. Still, at the end of the day, he is an unapologetic authoritarian. Democracy within his society had been shown to be simply unworkable.

"Quiet, you! You're under arrest for stealing that description from TV Tropes, CREEP!"

Class Skills:

Independent Action: A

Archer was completely devoted to the legal system of Mega City One. As such, it would look like he couldn't carry out himself after being cut from it, but in truth he managed to do fairly well for himself, once framed by crimes he didn't commit and expulsed from the city. He fought on his own in the Cursed Lands until he was accepted back with the judges. This translates as a legend boost that establishes Archer asrather apt when cut off from a current support source.

The Servant can remain a maximum of three day in the world after a contract is severed, displaying a decent fighting capacity in the meantime.

Magic Resistance: D

Archer's main enemies, Judge Death and the Dark Judges, were supernatural entities from another realm, a dark dimension of decay. He once punched one of them, whose gaze was lethal to most men, through the face while yelling "GAZE INTO THE FIST OF DREDD!" This gives him a decent endurance boost when facing otherwordly foes and their power, mostly at close range.

However, to actually defeat and keep the Dark Judges captive, Dredd always needed the help of psychic Judge Anderson, reducing his rank at this Skill.

Personal Skills:

Judge, Jury and Executioner: EX

Servant Archer is obsessed with law enforcement, having been raised from birth to defend his fellow citizens, even through fascistic means. In life, he pushed aside any pretenses of leading a normal life and forming a family or identity for himself beyond his public role. As a Servant, this drive borderlines Mad Enhancement, and Archer pursues his goals relentlessly even at the risk of his personal safety.

In his place of origin, Archer was given a default authority of Judges to deliver justice however he saw fit at the site of an arrest. This ranges from executing criminals in the spot to sentencing them to days, weeks, months, years of a lifetime in isolation cubes. Despite his ruthless nature, however, Archer would most often spare criminal lives unless he was placed in kill or be killed situation. He's less charitative to Servants as he doesn't see them as human beings.

Battle Continuation: A

A Skill that allows for the continuation of combat after sustaining mortal wounds. It will also reduce mortality rate from injury. This Skill represents the ability to survive and/or the mentality of one who doesn't know when to give up, consisting of one's strength of vitality in predicaments. It is also one of the powers of a vampire. The best result is achieved when a resilient body is combined with this Skill.

Archer was a veritable living fighting machine, stubbornly doing battle even after being hideously scarred and injured. He just wouldn't fall as long as there was any energy on his body. His maniacal love for justice and dedication to his job mean he will keep on battling until his enemy is killed or he is cut down, with only a Command Seal being able to make him fall back.

Future Weaponry- The Elite Equipment of Draconian Laws: A

Archer's regular Judge equipment includes:

The Lawgiver, a voice-activated machine pistol that serves as the standard sidearm issued to Judges. It only can be used by Archer himself, and any attempt from any other Heroic Spirits or humans to fire it will only blow their hand off. It is a multi-fire weapon capable of using various ammunition types, including rubber bullets, grenades, heat seeking projectiles, incendiary charges, and ricochet trick shots.

The Daystick, a long club/cudgel, a blunt weapon like a baseball bat. It was used by Judges for riot control and less-than-lethal attacks on aggressive perps. It has a titanium core, making it practically indestructible.

Boot Knife, a small fixed-blade knife that is hidden in Archer's right boot. All Judges carried a boot knife as a backup weapon. Archer is an expert close quarters combatant with it, rating first of his class at it.

Birdie, a hand-held lie detector used by the Judges during questioning. It can operate even when held behind the user's back where the person being tested can not see it. However, it cannot read minds, so it is useless if the perp refuses to talk.

Widowmaker 2000, a magazine-fed automatic shotgun. It is more powerful but slower and less accurate than the Lawgiver, lacking its precission in combat.

However, as it was the Judges' choice of firearm against zombies, it has an extra effect against undead enemies.

Noble Phantasm:

Lawmaster- Scourge of the Underworld on Wheels: C

Archer's choice of vehicle, handed to him by the justice department. It is a futuristic, heavily armored but extremely fast and maneuverable motorcycle. It is regulated by a computer with limited artificial intelligence. It' loaded with several built-on machine guns and has communications capabilities, allowing Archer to receive and relay information to and from a control center, like that of Chaldea organization, even when communications are otherwise suspended.

In addition, the Lawmaster has a hover mode to enable vehicular propelled anti-grav flight, in order to pursue aviary or chiropterean criminals and perpetrators.

"Keep your hands where we can see them!"

Victory: "Ten years in the cube, creep!"

"You haven't seen the last of the legal system, creep!"

"Grud!"

Defeat by Noble Phantasm: "You will not prevail!"
