It was another day as the boys woken up, kyle already know what to do today and decided to get dress in his gym outfit and head off to see emi. Jake woken up and went off to do his business, while he was he saw hisao and the boy with glasses standing in front of where the showers were at, they seem like they discussing something and it doesn't look too friendly.
Jake was split on ignoring them since he can't hear anyway or let them settled this and wait, he decided to move on and just walk pass them, he wonder what they were talking about though. John woken up feeling rested but was still bother by yesterday, he sit up on the bed and notice the paper origami on his shelve and just rub the stuff out of his eyes and got up, he needs to do something about her. He got dress and head out and head down the stairs and saw jake walking by.
He pick up the pace and nearly ran into hisao as he came from the corner and they stop momentary.
"Oh, hey hisao."
"Oh, hey john."
Hisao didn't seem to fond about something as john wonder what's wrong.
"What's the matter?"
He look back down the hall and back to him.
"Just a little disagreement with my neighbor, kenji."
"Kenji? uhh, the one with the glasses?"
"Yeah, him... Is nothing really so we should go."
Hisao seem evasive and head off as john wonder what they're talk about as they head out of the dorms and was heading to school. John notice jake further up and was heading up the stairs, he would say something but he's deaf so trying to get his attention isn't going to happen. John thoughts linger to lilly as he doesn't know what to do about her.
"Hey hisao."
"Hm?"
"Have you ever been broke up before, like a relationship?"
Hisao doesn't know what to say except say noises.
"Uhhh, n-no i don't think so. I mean, i was confess by a girl once and... It didn't turn out well for me."
"Hm? What do you mean?"
"You know, my heart problem."
At this point is just another moment where he suppose to know what he means but he doesn't. John sighed and said.
"Uh, can you explain, what you mean?"
He look at him with near disbelief.
"I told you before, i have arrhythmia. When she confessed, my heart was beating in a bad way and, well i nearly died that day."
"Jesus, sorry about that man."
They were inside the school as they were heading down the hallways.
"Yeah, thanks. But why you asked? Did something happen?"
"Yeah, me and lilly are...Not together."
"You serious? You two were always together when you have the chance, you were all over her a week ago. What happened?"
John was deciding on what to say.
"Is, complicated really. I'm going to try to make amends with her, somehow."
"I see, well i hope for the best for you man."
He had a weak smile as he look at him slightly.
"Thanks man."
They were heading upstairs as they heard banging on the door and someone called out.
"Open the damn door!"
They saw it was leo who was at the their class door as the two were off put by his attitude. Hisao said.
"Hey, need help?"
Leo look at them with a glare and look away.
"Y-yeah..."
John went up to the door and open the door for him as leo didn't even say thanks and head in as john hold the door for hisao as they head in.
Outside kyle was running close to emi as he was catching up to her but was still behind her by her side. Kyle was using his stand to keep good memento in his lungs as he decided to start small talk.
"Hey, on your left."
She turned her head and was quite surprise to see him.
Kyle, you actually catch up to me."
She continue to pant as they kept running, kyle continue.
"Yeah, i guess i'm getting the hang of this."
She smiled, she was quite impress, is rare for anyone to catch up to her, but was a little concerned.
"Kyle, how you feeling? Are you getting tired, winded?"
She said as she pants as kyle shook his head.
"Not really. But a break would be good."
They have been running for nearly five minutes as she slow down as they took a breather, he was sweating but keep standing straight, she look at him with contentment.
"Say, you really are improving. But is kinda odd, you're not breathing that heavily."
Kyle at this point feel like she will get suspicious of him and his ability, so he try to ease his way out.
"Well, i don't know what to say, i guess i am getting better at this. Beside all that issues i dealt with a few days ago really is paying off."
"Hm? You mean all that bizarre events and fights you and your friends got into?"
"Ergh, yeah."
She didn't seem too impress about that.
"Speaking of, what just happen yesterday? I still can't comprehend what happen, is all to unreal."
Kyle look away and thought about it as he look back to her.
"Well, i told you about stands. She has one, and there's a reason why me and my friends do what we do. So things like that won't happen again to others."
She was in thought, unsure on what to say, but seem slightly grateful.
"Well, at least things didn't get out of hand, thanks to your friends. I can't believe that rin had to go through that a day ago."
"Yeah, same here."
She change topic.
"Anyways, you want to continue on?"
"I guess, just one more lap and i have to go."
"Hm, okay. I have to go too, i was late last time and the teacher nearly chew my neck off."
She had a discomfort look as kyle had a smile.
"Ha, well let's get moving."
"Yeah."
They continue on running as kyle saw a figure from a far, he couldn't make it out who it could be as he turned on the track as he look one more time and the figure was gone. He decided to ignored it, thinking it isn't important.
Inside a few minutes later, class has started as everyone was in class. They were listening to mutou leacher as the three were listening, kyle had less of a care in the world as jake couldn't hear but he heard john replying to what he's saying. On the other side leo was not listening as his thoughts were somewhere else. So far nothing note worthy was given as the bell rings.
Everyone started packing their things as someone with a cane went up to leo and said.
"Hey leo, do you want to have lunch together?"
He looked at him with a glare and said.
"No, i rather not."
He then attempt to scroll away as he see him off and didn't understand his attitude as the boys heard it beside jake. John said.
"Jeez, leo doesn't like making friends doesn't he?"
"Nope."
Kyle said as they got up as jake was about to move until shizune went up and grab his sleeve and sign to him.
"Hey kyle, do you want to eat with us in the cafeteria today? We need you for a unofficial meeting today."
"Meeting? Do i have a choice?"
She had a displease look.
"No you don't."
Jake had a wry smiled.
"Okay, doing stuff against my own will. Sounds like yesterday, sure."
She smile with a satisficed look.
"Great, see you there."
They head off as the two look at him with a uncertain look, jake feel like he's being put on the spot.
"What?"
John shook his head while smiling as they head off, they were walking off as they heard someone arguing about something, they see leo from a far and a few students there. This also caught the attention of misha and shizune as they head off to see what's going on.
"I told you i'm not telling you what happen to me!"
Misha was translating what's going on.
"Hey hey, leo what's going on?"
He look at her with a glare and said.
"These asshole won't get off my back about my problem."
Misha wasn't expecting him to cuss as she have to translate this to shizune, she didn't like his tone.
"leo, is understandable to be upset about people bothering you but please don't cuss in this school."
He scroll to face them.
"Buzz off, i don't like people like you telling me what to do just because your the class rep, you can't tell me what to do."
Shizune was really upset as she sign to misha fast, which she barely translated.
"Uh, leo you are out of line at this point, stop causing trouble with your peers or their will be consequences."
Leo wasn't backing down.
"Like i give a damn, what can you do about it, deaf girl and pink headed loud mouth?"
This stun misha as she couldn't translate for a second as the boys went behind the girls to try to intimidate him as he notice their aura surrounding them. He was slightly perplex but get the gest.
"Tch, whatever, i'm leaving."
Shizune was fuming at this point as she just point at him with disbelief as misha sign to her.
"I know i understand."
Shizune notice the boys there as misha then notice them as well, shizune sign to all of them as kyle was lost.
"Can't you believe him, he's so full of it. He's not getting away with what he said."
Jake consult her.
"Hey, is alright, leo is not a person you tread lightly. He hadn't done anything too bad."
"No, he has to face what he just said, he can't act like that in this school. I'm telling mutou about this."
She was upset as john sign to her.
"Well, we have to get to class, we're going to be late."
"You guys go, we're heading back to our class."
Kyle wonder what they are talking about.
"Hey, what's going on?"
They head off as they see them off as the three look at each other and shrug their shoulders and head off.
After nearly an hour of learning, the bell ring as it was now lunch time, jake head to them and summon his stand and said.
"Hey guys, i'm heading to the cafeteria to see shizune and misha, if anything happen then make sure to tell me what happens."
"Okay man, see you later."
Jake head off as kyle look at john for info.
"Jake going to see his girlfriend."
"What? He has a girlfriend?"
John chuckle a little and said.
"Nah, i don't think so."
Kyle just smiled and they head off to do whatever they need to do.
"So, kyle do you got anything to do?"
"No, you?"
"I have to find lilly, i need to talk to her."
"Jeez, you been seeing her quite a lot."
"I know, i just need to set things straight with her. I gotta go."
John head off as kyle wonder what he means but also wonder what to do as he wander aimlessly. He head down the stairs and was in the halls, he heard somebody speaking as he hears it from a room as he look through a window and saw leo and something with him.
"What the...?"
He saw a odd figure, is hard to make out what it is but it had a black and white plates moving inside of itself and some lights shining from it. He over heard leo.
"So, what are you exactly? You're not a deity right?"
Kyle heard a voice that spook him which alert leo.
"Huh? Who's there?"
Kyle turned and saw it was emi with rin with her, kyle need to act fast, he can't be caught by him as he did something he shouldn't
"Kyle what-"
He cover her mouth and went behind her and drag her to a door right across from leo as kyle look at rin and tilt his head to the door to notified her to head inside the room. She agreed without question as emi was starting to wiggle her way out of his grasp as kyle close the door and hide beside it. He hush her as they heard leo.
"Who's out here?"
It was quiet for a bit as he left while saying.
"Jeez, you got to be kidding me..."
He kept moving as kyle then let go of her as she turned and hit his arm which hurt kyle a little.
"What was that for kyle?"
"Sorry, i wasn't expecting you or her to be here."
Rin replied.
"I feel the same way, i was drag here by force."
"No you weren't, you came here by your own will. And kyle don't that to me again, you really scared me for a second there."
Kyle took his time to recollect himself.
"yeah, i know sorry."
"And what was all that about? Why were you looking at leo through the door windows?"
"Because, i saw something by chance. Emi, i think leo is a stand user."
This surprise her and sure made rin quite surprise as well.
"What? Leo is a stand user?"
"Yeah, i believe so, i saw his stand, it was really bizarre."
They were quiet for a moment as they seem quite worried, after what happen with anne they are worried of other stand users.
"W-well what are you going to do?"
Kyle thought for a moment and said.
"I need to get the boys, we need to plan this out."
"You not going to hurt him are you?"
She seem concerned and serious, kyle look at her and thought for a moment.
"No, as long he doesn't do anything hastily."
She look at rin who seem unsure about this and back to him.
"O-oh okay, just try not to lead into violence okay? Is not alright to hit a cripple you know."
"Well, you're not wrong, but he could have a power that could be dangerous then is alright to retaliate."
She thought about it but kyle already start moving.
"I gotta go, just stay away from him alright?"
"You really think he could be a threat?'
He look at her with a sense of unsure but he said.
"Is a possibility."
He left leaving them in a dark room as rin said.
"Well, at least we're not in danger yet."
Emi wasn't please with her comment as kyle head off to find jake first since he knows where he is.
Jake was in the cafeteria with shizune and misha, they were talking about the school activates and have came to a voting, they were about to say until kyle came up to them and misha notified them.
"Hey, jake is your friend."
Jake look and saw kyle over there with his stand out as he told them he'll be back. He head to him as kyle said.
"Jake, we might have a problem."
"What? What is it?"
Jake said worried as kyle glance at the girls and back to him.
"I'm afraid that we have another stand user in this school."
Jake reacted to it not too well as the girls notice this and wonder what they were saying even know they weren't using their hands.
"You got to be kidding me! Another one, they keep coming like flies."
"Yeah, deadly ones. Jake, is leo, he has a stand."
"Seriously? That guy? How do these people get their stands? Is there an arrow in this school?"
Kyle lift both of his hands to say he doesn't know.
"I don't know man, is unclear. Listen we need to find john and tell him about this."
"What is the plan?"
"I don't know yet, but let's try to avoid a fight if necessary."
"You telling me, i don't want to get my ass handed to by a stand."
Kyle nod his head and glance at them as they were waiting for an answer.
"So, you're going to ditch them?"
He look back as they look slightly impatient as jake head to them and sign.
"I'm sorry but i have to leave."
This surprise shizune as she sign back?
"Why? What's going on?"
Jake sighed and said.
"Is important matter."
Shizune wasn't having any of it and said.
"Jake, tell me what's going on."
Jake was motionless, just trying to bring these words together.
"Okay, i guess you two should know. There's another stand user in this school."
This shocked them both as misha sign.
"What? Another one?"
"Yeah, me and the boys are going to discuss on how to deal with this. The stand user is leo so who knows what he might do."
This made shizune worried, leo is not a good person, he always had a brash attitude so he might do something to someone.
"Leo? You got to be kidding...Okay, but try not to antagonize him."
"We won't, we're going to try not to cause any fights, that's the last thing we want."
They nod their heads in agreement as jake said.
"Alright, we gotta go."
They said their goodbyes and good lucks as the two head off to find john.
Meanwhile john was still looking for her but couldn't find her, he couldn't find hanako either nor hisao. He checked almost the entire school and was getting worried, could she be in trouble? He certainly hope not.
He heard footsteps heading to his way fast as he turned around and saw his friends coming to him down the hall, looking eager to see him, which made him slightly worried. They call out to him and stop 2 meters away from him.
"John, we got some important things to tell you."
Kyle said as he regain his breath, john was worried.
"What, what is it?"
"Is leo, he's a stand user."
"What?!"
He nearly yelled it out as he look around and hope no one heard, he went closer to them.
"You serious?"
Jake was left out as he want to be caught up on this with his stand as they told him as he said.
"Yeah, leo is apparently a stand user."
John took control.
"Well, if he's a stand user then we need to deal with him anyway possible."
"Y-yeah, the girls told us not to hurt him, and i agree. I don't want to fight him, if is possible then let's try to... Persuade him."
John nod his head.
"Yeah, let's-"
Then the bell ring which put a damper on their plans.
"Ah shit, we have to head back to our class."
The others were displease as well, quite dismay as well.
"Great, i guess we have to deal with it before or after class?"
Kyle said as john said
"Yeah, let's head back to class."
They head to their classroom as they enter and notice they were quite early, a few students were sitting there that they don't know. They head to their seats and eventually all of the students head in and they see leo entering as well.
They were eying him as the teacher came in afterwards and head to the front of the class as the students were starting to quiet down.
The teacher started to speak as the lesson begin, they were listening for a while and nothing happen, until suddenly the colors in the world became inverted. The three boys were confused as they look around and notice that nobody was reacting to this, not even leo as they look at each other a bit tense.
"Okay, this must be it."
John whisper as suddenly the teacher drop his chalk as it roll away from him, the teacher stagger to it as he grab it only for it to slip out of his hand, he stood up straight as they notice he's starting to sweat, which was hard to see.
"Ohh, i don't feel so good..."
He head back to the chalkboard as they heard moarns from a few students, they look back and saw a girl suddenly stands up and her whole body started to jerk violently as she fell on the ground which scared everyone in class.
"Oh no, naomi is having a seizure attack!"
Some students look at the teacher expecting him to reach only for him to be bend over as he was breathing raspy as they notice he's covering his face.
"I-i... Need the nurse..."
He said as he fell on his side and they see him bleeding from his eyes, this freak nearly everyone out as they all stand up, expect for leo of course as john was shocked and confuse on what's going on.
"What the hell?"
"What's going on here?"
Jake said as a student who was female with a missing hand said.
"D-don't worry, i'll get help!"
She ran but for some odd reason she was running backwards, then the boy with the cane broke suddenly as he fell and was suddenly in pain. The girl try to look at where he was which was her right but instend she look left.
"What what what?!"
She try looking to her right but still look left as her body turned left.
"I'm not turning left!"
She try moving only to walk backward, this confused everyone as shizune suddenly cover her ears, this confused misha.
"Huh? Shicchan are you okay?"
This concerned the five of them as shizune look at her as she was scared, misha was shocked at what she might think is happening.
"Wait wait, c-can you hear?"
She didn't respond as she got up and ran to the door and try to open it but it didn't open, she bang on it but no one came.
"Oh shit."
Kyle said as they heard yells in pain from another of their classmates as they see the guy with the artist hat was on the ground as he called out.
"Help! I can't move my body!"
Then they saw a girl from the behind them standing up and look worried.
"Whoa! Everything is going quick!"
She ran but she trip on the boys chair as they saw the girl with the inverted moves was moving and she doesn't understand what's going on.
"H-help i can't stop moving!"
"Shit!"
John said as they eyed leo as they were approaching him but then all of the tables moved and hurt everyone in class which really injured one of the students, this started to make everyone panicked as a few students try to leave but one student with prosthetic legs moved only to end up back to where she was.
"W-what the?!"
Suddenly kyle was having trouble breathing as john look at him concerned.
"Kyle, what's wrong?"
He summon his stand as he have air in his lungs as his stand did this constantly.
"Shit, guys i don't know why but i can't breath properly."
"What?"
John look at leo who didn't moved, in fact he had a faint smirk on his face, this made john angry.
"Leo!"
He look at him with his smirk as they charge at him but he just vanished as everyone saw it happen.
"Oh shi-"
They look around as they saw a girl from the back with glasses started to float, she was horrified on what's going on.
"W-what?!"
Everyone was seeing this as a girl started to scream as she said.
"Ahh! My vision, is upside down!"
She moved as she was unsure on where to go suddenly another girl was screaming in pain as they notice it was hanako who was covering her left eye. This really concerned hisao.
"Hanako what's wrong?!"
"I-it burns! The pain, is hurting!"
She fell on the floor rolling around as hisao went up to her as he clinch his chest. He was in pain now as misha said.
"Hisao!"
"My chest, it feels like is on fire!"
The three see this whole thing transpires as they look around but couldn't find leo.
"That son of a bitch is somewhere."
He said with his stand as they notice a familiar person on the ground, he was grunting and try to stand up but couldn't.
"Lezard?"
Kyle said as he look at him.
"I-i can't move...Ergh, is like a bunch of weight."
"Son of a..."
The student who was at the door was still banging on the door as they see the girl just flat on the wall as she managed to walk back.
"O-oh okay, i got to walk backward to move forward, got it- Ahh!"
Suddenly they all fell on the ground, is like the floor is slippery all of a sudden.
"What the hell?"
John said as jake said.
"S-shit, i think the floors friction is gone!"
He stood straight as everyone else was struggling to get up. The two look at him with a displease look as jake managed to give them their friction back as they stood up as everyone was trying to get up but fall on the ground, some try to use the tables and chairs to stand straight.
"The hell is going on!?"
One of the students say as the friction was gone as a few students head to the window and bang on it but only for it to become elastic.
"What the hell?"
At this point the boys were stuck with everyone who was panicking and confused on what's going on, they don't know where leo is and stopping him is what they must do. Some of students say.
"Get us out of here!"
They notice a girl with dark hair who was with shizune near the corner trying to comfort her as she was still holding on to her ears. Misha was with hisao who was on the floor still clinching his chest, the girl with inverted movement was still walking weirdly. Then suddenly the girl who was comforting her said out loud.
"Where is everyone? I-i can't see!"
She stood up and look around frantically as kyle tap on john shoulder.
"John, we need to do something now! We can't stay in here."
John look at the doors and had an idea.
"I got this."
They look at him as suddenly he felt like all of his energy was being sucked out.
"What the...Hell?"
He lay his hand on a near table as kyle and jake went to him concerned.
"John, you okay?!"
"N-no, i feel... Tired."
John said with his stand too as kyle said.
"What is your plan?!"
He turn his head to him.
"Bash the door in."
Jake heard with his stand as he ran to the nearest door with no students were as he summon his stand and punch the door with all of his might, but the force was reflexed back as he was send flying and slamming against any students who were unfortunate to be in his way as he crash into the window which stretch and throw him back and landed right next to hanako who was still in pain on the floor.
"Ack! Shit..."
The two saw this and couldn't believe it as john stood straight as they need a solution as everyone was scared and don't know what to do. John look around only seeing them in inverted colors as he notice the girl who was flying before was hiding underneath a desk and said.
"Hey, is every color is inverted?"
"W-what? No, everything seem... Uh, you know."
John sigh softly as he stood up and look at kyle as jake was slowly heading back to them.
"This is a work of a stand user."
"No shit man, how are we going to stop this?"
John look around as he saw a overweight boy who was on the ground holding on to his stomach in pain. He notice a girl who was rubbing her leg as they saw jake who was coughing a bit, they can't find leo, he might be outside the room. Then they saw a bright light as they saw who was there, leo and a strange being behind him.
It look like a round sphere that has tentacles from is bottom and one large eye in the middle, is body had a black and white checkerboard that look like is moving, like a optical illusion. Some of the students notice him suddenly appeared.
"What, where he come from?"
The boys approach him as john said.
"Leo, you're the one who's doing this are you?"
He tilt his head and said.
"So, you can see the inverted colors too?"
"And your stand."
Kyle said as leo look quite perplex at that and said.
"My stand? That's what you call it?"
"Yeah, how the hell can you use your ability if you just manifest it?"
"I got this thing yesterday, i don't know what the hell is a stand is but i did decided to call it something."
"What's it called?"
"Stricken."
The boys still look serious as a few students were confuse on what's going on as one of them said.
"H-hey, what's going-?"
Suddenly they heard a snap of something broke as the boy who used to have a hat on was in pain and was wailing in it as well.
"Shut up! You little shit!"
John had enough as he summon his stand and took action as leo was shocked to see this as the others follow suit as they summon theirs as john send his stand and punch his face and uppercut him hard as he flew off his chair. John walk pass the chair as he was bleeding from his nose as he had a fade look as it turned distraught.
"Tch, I'm not... Doing this again."
Suddenly from the left side of the room a large dark portal open and suddenly it was pulling everyone in, the people were being dragged and fly off into the abyss as the boys couldn't pull back as they were being pulled as well and everyone fly off into the abyss.
They fall and keep falling as john notice many of his classmates falling with him, he turned himself and see dark grey of nothingness as they kept falling as he heard screaming and the wind flying in his ears. Suddenly he landed on the ground. He wasn't in pain as a few students were with him but further away, he got up and saw his two friends as he was about to head to him until he notice his surroundings.
The sky looks like moving back and white plates as the ground they were on was grey and plenty of ground were separated and were floating. He heard students commenting on their surroundings.
"W-where the hell am i?!"
"What is this place?!"
The boys got up and look around in awe.
"What the hell?"
Kyle said as they heard a noise and bright light as they saw leo standing with his stand right next to him.
"Leo."
John said as he summon his stand as the others did as well, john approaching him.
"Leo, why the hell are you doing this!?"
He didn't seem to care to much as he said.
"People never treat me well, no matter who they are i never trusted them. Not even these classmates i have."
"They done nothing to you!"
John said as he said out loud.
"It doesn't matter! I don't care what they did or didn't do, i'm just testing this out to see what will happened, and the results doesn't disappoint."
He look like he's enjoying this as this upset the three as people were yelling in pain and fear as they see some odd sense dome surrounded them as john look back at him.
"LEO!"
He ran at him as leo stand wasn't a sphere but now a humanoid with checkerboard squares that were moving in is body, is head look like a octopus as it head towards him as john throw a punch but it threw is punch as their fist connect and it injure john's hand.
"AAHH!"
He back away and his hand was nearly broken from that punch, his stand has a much stronger punch than lelouch.
His friends ran beside him as kyle used his ability to get rid of his oxygen but suddenly kyle lose his air as well as they both were gasping for air. This concerned them as jake ran after him as he was quickly punched in the face as he fell backwards. This wasn't going to be an easy fight as john used his ability and shot lightening at him as he went flying back.
John ran at him as kyle regain his breath and ran too as jake got up and shake off his pain and ran to leo as he got up his stand try to punch him but john quickly slide step with electric speed as he high kick him in his stand face as jake punch him in his face as kyle join in and right hook his face with his stand.
Jake increase his friction as he stuck in place as they started to wail at him with punches as john kick his back knee as he react to that and nearly fell as they started to kick him down, he wasn't going to let this happen again as he burst out a wave of force that push them away far as they were separated. John got up and see him far as suddenly the ground broke out as a few of the ground levitate up as john need to reach him, he ran and used his air element and flew up the grounds and was reaching him.
Jake was on the far left as he ran but heard a familiar voice, he turned his head and saw a person further off with a light on her, he recognize that pink hair from anywhere as he look back at leo and saw john and kyle running after him. He turned back conflicted on helping or go after her, he decided to deal with him because if they defeat him then hopefully everything will turn back to normal.
Jake turned and ran only for him to be somewhere else, john and kyle reach him but they were suddenly push as they were somewhere else. They heard yelling in the dark as they look around, they saw what seem to be a badly lit area surrounded by mirrors and hallways.
"Oh great, where are we now?"
Kyle said as his voice echoes throughout the area, john shrug his shoulder as he said.
"I don't know but we need to get out of here."
They agreed as they moved on, hearing their classmates calling out for help as they couldn't see any of them but their reflection as kyle did have a hard time navigating through the maze as john was tempted to punch his way through as they notice somebody further down a zig zag path. It was a female student as she had brown hair with a yellow headband as she notice them.
"Hey, hey!"
She called out to them but suddenly the mirrors moved as she call out to them in desperation as john said.
"Shit, how are we going to get her?"
"We probably can't, we need to find leo first."
As kyle finished they heard a screaking chair as they turned and saw a glimpse of leo as john points to his right.
"There he is!"
They quickly ran as they carefully made it through as they see his reflection as they soon saw him in the middle of the mirrors as they approach him.
"Leo, you're stuck in here with us."
"Really? You're stuck with me? Yeah, you are... No one really bother to find me anyway, you're the first. But again you are lost, and can't get out unless i say so. In fact let me show you, some. Pity."
Suddenly his image disappeared as the mirror he was in was now a hole as they went up to it as the area was dark. They kept moving and suddenly it gotten bright as they were in a unfamiliar school.
"What the?"
John notice that kyle was gone as he look around for him as he heard a familiar voice right next to him.
He went and saw through the door window and saw leo and he was standing and wearing a different uniform then theirs. He try the door handle but it didn't even open, he bang on the door trying to gain his attention but no respond. This confused him as he saw multiple students with the same uniform around him as one of them said.
"Hey leo, did you took his contact lens?"
He said with a serious tone as leo simply had a grin on his face while backing away a little.
"Ha, what are you talking about, of course i didn't took it."
Another student said.
"Stop lying, you're the only one who steal in this school leo."
"I told you before, it wasn't me."
"And you saying that being in detention was not from stealing hasume bag was it?"
"Oh, that. I told you it was an accident."
He got closer to him, nearly towering over him.
"Stop fucking lying! You took a few things from her bag, they told us and she told us!"
"Back off, i told you i thought it was mine!"
He try to walk away as one of them said.
"Give kenchi back his lens and we won't try anything."
He look over his shoulder.
"Yeah whatever."
Then as he left everyone disappeared as he heard a odd noise from down the hall as he turned left and see the hall stretch on as john moved on.
"What the hell is going on?"
He kept moving as he heard a loud bang on a door on his right and saw one of his classmates were banging on the door, he looked distress as he keep banging on the door. John try open the door but it wouldn't open, he thought of breaking down the door but thought he would hurt him in the process.
Suddenly the hallway changed and it turned into the school he was in, he look left and slowly moved on when he heard leo voice.
"So john, what do you think of this, 'World?' It's quite interesting isn't it?"
"Where the hell are you?"
"What, you really expect me to say? What do you think of that scene that you just saw?"
John thought for a moment but realize he could care less.
"I sure don't care, regardless you have to stop this. I won't try anything if you would just stop using your ability."
"You really think i'll listen to you?! I like this world, i feel impower and no one can defy me. Not even you."
Suddenly the hall shake like a rattlesnake as the hallway tilt slightly as john ran down the hall and it moves up and down side to side. He kept running as the hall tilt until it was soon facing up as john fell, he then used his air element as he flew up through the hall as he managed to get out of the hallway and back on solid ground.
"Shit."
He got up and look around and saw a few of his students just looking around confused and scared, john head to one of them but suddenly the ground crack open and separated him from them.
"Oh you got to be."
He heard him again.
"So, you have an ability too."
"Yeah, this is my stand, how did you even get yours?"
"I told you i don't know, i suddenly have one yesterday."
"Did you, been stab by something?"
"Stab? No, i have not."
John was quiet, there's no way a stand arrow exist in this world."
"Okay, leo let's just talk okay? I don't want to fight you."
He was silent for a bit and said.
"No, i'm done talking."
Then suddenly the ground underneath him crumble as he fall down a dark hole, he wasn't alone as he look around and see nothing else beside that.
Meanwhile kyle was outside some school he never been too, he head down the school campus and heard voices, they were saying something but he couldn't hear too well as he continue on and saw a group of guys standing around someone as he heard soft grunts as he got close. He saw them surrounding the person as he heard them talking.
"We told you to give it back, so we have to get it back forcefully."
The boy on the ground was leo as he was grunting in pain as he crawl to one of them and reach for him but he kick him in his face.
"You bastard stay back!"
Leo was groaning and grunting in pain as he said.
"Y-you bastards... I... C-can't feel my *Pants* Legs."
This actually shock them as they look at each other as one of them said.
"Come on let's get that lens and get out of here."
They went and search a bag and dug around as one of them said.
"All you have to do was give it back, we weren't have to do this if you listen."
He had a snark grin and said.
"Tch, all of this for a fuckin' lens? You bastards will pay."
One of them said out loud while dropping the bag.
"Found it!"
He look at him and said.
"Good let's go."
They left leaving leo on the ground as he grunt slightly in pain as the vision vanished as kyle understand why he didn't like people all too much, but still harming others who done nothing to him is unforgivable. Then he heard footsteps and saw him standing where he was laying on before.
"So what do you think? Pretty shitting way to go through, isn't it?"
"I understand why you do this, but why them?"
"Hmph, i'm only using them to test this ability so i can get payback, they will pay for what they done."
"You have to stop this man, they're innocent."
"Like i care! It doesn't matter if i hurt them, they're nothing more than guinea pigs for me."
Kyle took a step forward.
"They don't deserve this! If you going to act this low then you certainly deserve a beat down!"
His stand appeared right next to him as he went close to him as kyle summon his and used his ability on him focusing on his head as he got rid of oxygen in his head as he stumble for a bit as kyle felt daze all of a sudden.
"What the hell?"
He shake it off and head to him ready for a punch as leo punch at kyle as he got hit in his head which send him flying back a little as he was daze for a moment. Leo head to him but was staggering towards him as kyle got up and had his stand get close and punch him as he was trying to attack back but he was having a hard time connecting a hit.
Kyle punch him anywhere while avoiding his attacks to while he punch his face three time and jab at him hard as he could as he stagger backwards. He held on to his head as he suddenly toss him far away as he ended up in a rock base ground as he look around and see a few of his classmates and see all of them looking defeated. He saw one familiar face, it was shizune far up as he went walking to them while calling out to them.
"Hey!"
He ran as suddenly he fell the ground shake as this concerned the others as suddenly the ground broke through as they all fell into darkness.
Jake was sitting inside a classroom as he was surround by students as he got up and heard somebody talking.
"Hey, have you heard about the guys who broke leo legs?"
"No, what happened?"
"Well, they got arrested for doing that, apparently leo tell on them."
He blew a raspberry and said.
"Well, of course he would that little ass. Telling you he deserve it, always stealing and lying from us, he's a pain."
Suddenly they disappeared as he was surround by darkness as a light shine on him as he look around and heard a voice.
"Can you believe what they said? Saying i deserve it. What if it they were in my shoes, they weren't be saying that."
He heard footsteps as he summon his stand and went right at him throwing a punch as jake couldn't reacted and been punch in the abdomen as he flew off a bit and skid across the floor. He grunt in pain as he got up as leo's stand light up the area just a little as he ran at him, jake stand isn't strong enough plus his main ability is not working so he needs to rely on his secondary ability and his wits.
He stand his ground as he used his friction on him as he stops in place and nearly fall, jake went up while he's subtracted and wail at him with his punches and punch him in his face hard as he flew off just a bit.
He slowly get up as he unsummon his stand as it was dark, the spotlight turned off as jake look around for him but he couldn't feel any present nor sounds, he was on edge. Then he saw light as he was smack at the back of his head as he fell and skid across the floor as he turned around and see it was dark. He's playing the hit and run tactic as jake got up and he been punch in the face twice and been uppercut by leo himself, he summon his stand ready to punch him in front of him but he hit nothing.
"Shit."
He look around and at this point he wish he has his ability, so he has to improvise.
He waited for him to come at him as he focus and felt something caught right next to him on his left. "Found you."
He summon his stand and punch him multiple times for 4 seconds and finished with a hard punch as he flew off somewhere. Jake look around using the same tactic again but he knows if he do it twice then he'll know that trick so he moved. Jake look around even know he can't see a thing as he moved and suddenly he was punch but he didn't flew off, he stood there as his fist was stuck on him. Leo himself was shock and confused as he look and see jake completely as jake then used his stand and punch him, kick his legs as he fell on one leg and keep punching his face in as he right hook with a finish blow as he fell on the ground.
Jake stood there hoping he done it only for him to fall as he fell down the dark abyss as notice people falling with him as he saw leo falling with him as he woke up but jake was falling faster than him as he look and saw a familiar person coming up, it was shizune as he managed to bring himself to her as she notice him and he grab a hold of her and held to her. She was quite shock by this but finds this welcoming as she held on tight to him, jake felt his face blush at this as he notice leo was further down as he also notice his friends.
John saw him right next to him as leo saw him as well, john try to reach him but he was out of reach, not even his stand can move closer to him. He then thought of something and he change his element to fire as he look behind him and saw nobody as he burst out flames from his arms and legs as it push himself towards him as his stand was ready to punch him as leo block it with his stand arm as john try to break his defense.
Kyle was above them but was further away, he then notice something coming towards them as it was the ground. They all landed on the ground as they didn't felt any pain or anything when they crash, john got up and proceed to kick him with his stand but he block it as he was suddenly up and further away from him.
The two now head towards him as jake got her off of him as he look at her briefly and got up and head to them, everybody couldn't do anything as they watch the three fight leo as they throw their punches as leo block and weave away from their attacks. Suddenly the three boys lose feelings in their right side of there body as they nearly fell, john was still determine to get him as leo simply back away.
"Heh, you can't truly beat me, you're in my realm."
Kyle fell as he couldn't keep up with them, jake was soon going to join him as john summon his stand and throw his left fist at him but he missed.
Leo still walk backwards as they were losing energy as jake soon fell, john stops as he felt like he couldn't move any further, they can't beat him like this as leo said.
"Given up? Is best if you do."
He summon his stand and approach john as john was getting weak, he then look straight at him and saw his stand ready to attack but his fist stops midair, he then punch himself a few times as john change and summon vines from the ground as it grab his arms and neck as he been drag to the ground.
Leo broke the vines and got up and saw john gone, he look around as he vanished, he's not behind him or anything as he heard john voice.
"Leo, if you stop now then you won't be hurt anymore."
He clinch his teeth in anger as he said.
"Like i asked you! Is you that's going to be hurt john!"
"I figure as much."
Then a pillar came out and hit him in his shoulder and more came out, leo was being hit by a lot of them by every angle. He try to block them as he was beaten badly, this let go of his ability on his friends as they got up, they head to him as leo nearly collapse on the ground as the john got out of the ground as they look at him.
Leo was badly beaten as he look at them feeling defeated, he breath in a slow place but quite heavy as he said.
"Even, with powers i can't defeat you guys. Who the hell are you guys?"
They look at each other with a odd sensation as john spoke.
"Who we are doesn't matter, we're here to have you stop this alright? These people are innocent and taking out on them will not solve anything, you have to let go of this leo."
He was at odd with this, he doesn't know what to say as he look at them, just scared and confused.
"Heh, r-right. i guess i have been quite an ass hadn't i?"
"Yeah."
Kyle replied as he nod his head.
"Right, i guess i should try to do something..."
They heard something behind them as john look back and saw nothing as he turned back to see him standing and was ready to punch but john took control and used his water ability on his fist and stop it and punch him square in his face as a flash just happen.
As they open their eyes they all were back in the classroom, everyone beside the three were in their seats looking confused on what happen. The three notice leo on the ground on his side as he was out of his chair, it was silent for a while until leo spoke.
"I guess, i deserve that. At least, i ain't broken."
Then something open further behind them as john turned with his stand half manifested as they saw a teacher who open the door looking concerned.
This made the three slightly relief as the teacher who had blue hair look at the whole class and notice their teacher on the ground as well as leo.
"Oh my god what happened in here?"
The boys have to come up with something as she head to the teacher who was trying to get up as she help him up. He didn't look too well as the other teacher said.
"Are you okay mutou?"
He held on to his head and look at her.
"I...Don't know what just happen, i felt a sharp pain in my head and-"
He touch his face and notice small amount of blood from his face.
"So, it wasn't a dream or anything..."
"What happened?"
She look at everyone who were confused and spooked, they look at each other as she look at the three.
"Okay, we have to discussed about this."
As they explain about what happen, they try to left out about the stand stuff and couldn't since it leads to leo on the ground, the teacher of course didn't believe it but mutou was there to tell her that what they said was true. While they were speaking about that, the rest of the classmates left as leo soon have to confess about that.
He didn't held any assaulted charges from them since he was the one who cause all of this. The teacher had a hard time believing in all of this which soon lead to the teacher discussing on this later, mutou was still in a bad shape so anything else will be held by tomorrow.
The boys were let go while leo will be punished later as they left. The three were heading off as john turned to leo.
"Hey leo."
He look at him but didn't made eye contact.
"Y-yeah?"
"If you ever try this again then we won't hesitate to try this again. Alright?"
"Yeah, i got you..."
He huff displeasent and scroll off, the boys soon sigh in relief when he's gone.
"Jesue that was rough."
Kyle said as jake didn't heard it but said.
"That was the worst one."
John translate for him.
"Yeah, it wasn't alright really, but at least it's over."
They agreed as jake realize about the others.
"Hey, i'm no expert but i think they have been through the same thing as us."
John didn't see anyone in sight but sighed, he knows that they will be talking about this tomorrow. He realize he has to meet someone, but will hold it off for now.
"Yeah, they have, and if anything then let's see what the teacher what to do about it."
Kyle didn't seem to fully agree but said.
"Right."
Jake stretch for a bit and said.
"Right, even know we done it, doesn't mean the pain we endure isn't going away that easy."
"Right, we should rest i guess, i got someone to meet anyways."
Kyle would tease him about this but wasn't in a playful mood.
"You seriously going to see her?"
"Yes, i got to make up to her or something."
Jake though was smiling a little.
"Well, if you insist man, go for it."
John apparated it.
"Hm, thanks man."
Kyle feel like his care doesn't matter but figure as much.
"*Scoff* Fine man, just don't get attact okay? You know why."
"Yeah, i know. See you guys."
He walks off as kyle said with his stand.
"Jeez, that guy is hopeless."
Jake hit him with his hand gentle but playful.
"Hey, is his choice, let just see if it blow over."
Kyle let that in and said.
"Yeah, let's see."
They head off as they went their separate ways, john went off and notice it was the end of the school day so lilly could be anywhere, he head around and check the rooms he would believe she would be in. He checked the tea room but she wasn't there, he went looking around in the hallways from the third to first floor but she wasn't anywhere.
He went outside and wonder if anyone knows her, if he can find either hisao or hanako then maybe they can help him find her in someway. He walk around the campus and notice a few students and saw a girl he hadn't meant, she had short black hair and looked cute looking, he went up to her and asked.
"Excuse me, but do you know a person named lilly satou?"
She look at him with a somewhat worried look.
"Oh, u-uhh... N-no i don't..."
John notice that he asked her upfront and was already unconformable with him.
"Oh, sorry i know is sudden. Uh, but thanks anyway."
He head off as she see him off but she stops him.
"W-wait! You mean the our class representative, right?"
He looks at her and realize what she said.
"So you're in the same class with her?"
"Y-yes, she is. Why you want to see her?"
"Um, i need to talk to her, is pretty important."
"Oh. Okay, well i don't know where she is but she could be in her room in the dormitory."
"Really? Is that right across the boys dorms?"
She nod her head.
"Mmhm, it is."
John smile in relief.
"Ha, thanks."
He was about to leave but she said.
"W-wait, can i asked what happened at your class? They were loud noises and people yelling in there."
John thought about it as he said.
"Is, complicated, i don't know how to describe it well."

He head off with a wave as she smile a little as john head off to the girls dorms as he head inside and notice that is not too different than the boys dorms. He realize he doesn't know her room number so he at this point is loss, he didn't walk away though even know he feel like he shouldn't be here but he press on.
He look around and walk down the halls, he heard not much sounds at all, he head upstairs and head down the hall and saw her, standing in front of a door as john approach but notice something off. He heard her talking and a faint whimping.
"I hope you feel better hanako..."
Lilly head lower her head slightly, she was pretty distraught by this as she doesn't realize john present, let alone see him. John say something auditable for her to hear as she look straight and turned her head to the direction where she heard the noise.
"Oh, i'm sorry, i-i get out of your way."

"J-john, what are you doing here?"
"Uhm, i came to see you."
Lilly was quite surprise to hear that, she let that sit as she look at the door where hanako reside and back to him.

Lilly let that info in which seem disbelieving, she was worried right now.
"Oh, that what happen, i can't believe something like that happen."
"Yeah, it was pretty hectic, but i don't know if anyone will get over this soon."

This didn't made lilly relieved at all, she was lost in thought as john said.
"Lilly, i... Came to see you not just because of the event that happen, but because i came to see you."

She let that in, she doesn't seem to know the words to say. She asked.
"John, how long you been with her?"
"For, like, three years."
Her eyes widen briefly as she look sadden.
"I see, can you tell me who she is?"
"Well, her name's tatsu, and she quite brash and rough around the edges but had a little soft side to her. She quite outgoing and energetic but also protective, over me."
"Oh, okay. John, you don't know what we been through haven't you?"
He shook his head.
"No, i don't."
"John, after i accidently hit you with my cane, you call after me, and say if we can share lunch together and get to know each other. We been doing this for quite some time, and soon i decided to bring you to the tea room and we got to know each other more. I know you love reptiles and dragons, i know you told me personal things like how you were young you have weak immune systems and improve to this day. You told me your favorite foods, colors and music. We went walks around campus, in towns and took me to karaoke as well with our friends. You have confess your love to me, and i accept it. Because you were fun and sweet to have around, that's why i, loved you."
It was quiet between them, john couldn't come up with words on what to say. lilly looking sadden.
"And now, all of that and you were never were truly conscious for it. And now you telling me you already have one. John, do you truly love me?"
John took a moment, he likes her, but is torn between the two.
"Lilly, i want to say i do. But, i just, can't say no to her... This doesn't mean i don't have feelings for you."
John realize that last part as lilly was trying to stare at john.
"John, i'm grateful for those words, but if you say you have someone in your life and is conflicted about it, then we shouldn't be together. I'm sorry but i have to go."
John wants to stop her but let her go, once again he couldn't do anything. He was mad at himself, but she's right, they ain't suppose to be together.
He look down and decided to head back to his dorms to let this settle in him. Lilly walk away aimlessly as she stops and looked down, tears start sliding down her cheeks as she sniff and wipe it away, she once again walk around while tapping on the ground only to have no echoes because she's walking on grass.
Later on that night, a lone student was heading back to their dorm. She was getting close only to hear rustling from a bush as she look and saw nothing, she thought it was probably a squirrel or something. She continue only to hear the bush rattled fast and quick footsteps as she turned only to take a fist to the face as she went unconscious.
