Hello, bot and cons, heroes and villains. Centurion Maximo here and welcome back to Young Justice: Frontiers. In the last chapter, we went to Gotham City where we met Annie as well as the Decepticon Ratbat in his human holoform who's trying to capture her, but is stopped by Batman, Shade, Shadowwing, Stripes, and Nightstalker. The Bots quickly discover that Annie is a piece of Clayface that the Machination took and experimented on after they captured him. As they prepared to leave, a new Decepticon named Pummel showed up and tried to stop them from getting away, but failed.
We then jumped to Venomsting's laboratory where she met and talked with the lead Reach Scientist, shocking her when she showed her a red scarab.
Back in Gotham, Bagirl, Robin, and a new Autobot named Shadowsprint failed to stop Firefly, Blaze, and their new Mini-Con partner named Blowtorch from escaping thanks to Crankcase and Crowbar from Dark of the Moon, but slightly altered.

*Happy Harbor. Mount Justice. 15:12 pm*
M'gann, Conner, Clark, and Lois were comforting an alien called a Krolotean who was feeling safer already. Apparently, his homeworld was attacked by the Machination which confused the heroes in how they could accomplish that. Currently, Lois was in the room with the hurt Krolotean, using her ring to translate the language. A few minutes later, Lois exited the room. "What did he say?" Clark asked.
Lois sighed in sadness. "He said his people are being used as a slave labor force as there are Decepticon ships in his system. They managed to launch some of their ships into space before they arrived. A couple of them landed on Earth. He came seeking help." Lois answered. For the past five years, Lois had been training with her ring and became far more adept with it. Nowadays, using it was practically second nature to her.
"I thought they wouldn't be able to do that since we destroyed the Andromedome." Conner commented with a confused shrug.
"Yeah. I didn't know they could achieve that." M'gann added. She had a slightly different look, mostly that her long hair was cut.
"Never underestimate the Decepticons." Ratchet said, walking into the vicinity.
"Yeah, we got that, Ratchet." Conner deadpanned.
"Batman told us that a new Decepticon named Pummel showed up there along with one named Ratbat." Clark informed.
"Oh, Primus, not Ratbat…" Ratchet groaned, rubbing his head
"Who is Ratbat?" Lois asked.
"One of the Decepticons' deadliest negotiators as well as an admittedly excellent fuel auditor." Ratchet begrudgingly admitted. "He also has how you humans say 'vampiric' abilities."
"You mean he can actually drink blood?" Lois shuddered.
"Basically, yes." Ratchet said. "As for Pummel, he's another Decepticon heavy hitter."
"I see." Clark put a hand to his chin.
Just outside the mountain, a cloaked Autobot ship with a white, gray, and orange color scheme was parked. This was the Xanthium and it had a large crew, composed of a few Autobots and a few Mini-Cons. The Xanthium though was damaged as it entered Earth's atmosphere, so it was more so grounded.
A green Autobot with blue eyes and a large carbon scar on the right arm was sitting on the communications chair eavesdropping on the conversation in the base. "You listening in again, Wasp?" A voice asked. Wasp turned to see a slightly older Autobot with a silver color scheme was standing behind him.
"I can't help it, Silverfish. We've only been on this planet for a couple of years." Wasp complained. "I need action. What do you think, Breakaway?"
"I think you need to calm down, Wasp." Breakaway chuckled.
A blue and black Mini-Con jumped onto Wasp's console. "Breakaway is right. You need to have sight beyond sight."
"That's your tagline, isn't it, Farsight?" Wasp rolled his optics.
Just then, a blue Chevrolet Volt drove into the ship and transformed into the Autobot Jolt. "Hey, guys. What's up?"
"Nothing much." Silverfish answered. "Any action yet?"
"Not right now." Jolt sighed. "All we can do for now is watch and wait."
*Hall of Justice, Washington D.C. 17:56 pm*
Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, two Green Lanterns, Martian Manhunter, Captain Atom, Black Canary, and Nightwing were discussing recent events. "Are you sure it was Bludgeon?" Batman asked immediately. He wouldn't tell anyone this, but Bludgeon has continued to haunt him. Wonder Woman, his now girlfriend, often helps to alleviate the tension.
"Positive." Nightwing answered carefully, noticing his former mentor's tension. "The good news is Cheshire's still breathing. Artemis and Zatanna are tending to her in Mount Justice currently."
"Well, that's good news, at least." Hal added.
"She told us that the Machination are tracking down any remaining members of the Light and presenting them with the offer of joining them or they're killed.: Nightwing continued.
"Good god…" Black Canary breathed. "How heinous…"
"It's even more surprising that they've managed to remain hidden all this time. I thought destroying the Andromedome would fracture them." Captain Atom brought up. "Guess I was wrong. Nightwing, be glad Cheshire was able to provide information."
"Artemis is definitely happy we saved her sister." Nightwing added.
"More bad news, though, is there's more anti Justice-League sentiment that's been fostered by Megan Guigilone." Martian Manhunter said. "Every day, more and more people are losing faith in us."
"This is most likely due to Ms. Guigilone being a part of the Machination." Batman said. "It makes the most sense."
"Except we don't have any evidence to prove it." Wonder Woman added. "Even after five years."
"Plus, without the Watchtower, we can't detect any of their forces from space as well." Flash said with a grimace. "Who knows how many more Decepticons have arrived over the last five years, and that's not counting any allies they've managed to gain from beyond the stars."
"Not only that, we still don't have a plan to liberate Atlantis." Hal sighed deeply. "We were lucky to free L'gann from that surface convoy. Good news is that he seems to be fitting in well enough."
"We still have to find the lots of people they abducted." Wonder Woman growled. "They never deserved to be experimented on like lab rats." Batman held her hand, calming her down and making her smile at the contact.
*Hub City. The Harbinger. 19:23 pm*
A small spiky black and purple Decepticon cruiser was cloaked and disguised as an abandoned warehouse in Hub City. A black and red Decepticon with long, freakishly skeletal fingers was tinkering when an orange Decepticon with a white stripe on each side. "How much longer must we keep this horrid disguise, Flatline?"
"Until we get the go-ahead from Lord Megatron, Oil Pan." Flatline answered. "Have patience. Now, please leave me. I'd like to focus." Oil Pan left Flatline to his tinkering. Oil Pan wasn't afraid to say that Flatline freaked him the hell out.
Hello, everyone. I hope you all liked this chapter of Young Justice: Frontiers. Lois, Clark, Conner, and M'gann were comforting a Krolotean. Just outside the base, the Autobot ship Xanthium from Dark of the Moon is parked. We get to meet some of the Xanthium's crew.
Meanwhile in the Hall of Justice, members of the Justice League and Nightwing discuss recent events, including the sentiment against them. Now, I know this chapter is shorter than the previous two, but I am for a short chapter like this to be a rare occurrence unlike this story's predecessor Their War, Our World.

PS: This Xanthium will be bigger. This Breakaway is the one from the Revenge of the Fallen and Dark of the Moon games while Wasp will be different from the one in Transformers: Animated. Jolt will be from Revenge of the Fallen. Macro is from the sadly discontinued Transformers: Universe online game along with Monsoon.
