Chapter-Twenty-Nine
Confrontation
As the Disciples walked close to the house, Seth walked behind Diablo, looking over his shoulder very few minutes and checking no-one was watching.
Samson had lowered himself onto his hands and feet and began to prowl on the ground, then Lamia looked to the telephone wires.
"Angel?" she hissed to Chastity, "Couldn't lift me up, could you?"
Chastity nodded and opened her wings then she picked Lamia up bridal style then flew her up to the roof where the eel stood near the wires took some bolt cutters and cut the wires, as she did, she caught one of the wires in her hand then took off one of her gloves before grasping it.
Chastity was worried for a moment, but the eel didn't seem to be affected by the electrical current as she held it tightly in her un-gloved hand.
Ravage saw Lamia grasp the wire and his eyes widened.
"What are you doing?" he asked.
Lamia didn't answer as she held the wire, her eyes flashing as she did, then she let go of it before putting her glove back on.
"That felt amazing!" she smirked then turned to Chastity who took her in her arms again and lowered her down.
"What did you just do Lamia?" Chastity asked.
"I took in the electrical currents." Lamia said waving her fingers "It should give me a boost as well as extra power."
"Nice work Lamia." Diablo praised.
"Did it hurt you?" Regan asked with concern.
"No, not at all little one." Lamia smiled "I am an electric eel, and I have found that I can absorb electricity, soaking it up like a sponge to water!"
"That is awesome!" Ravage smirked.
"Guys!" Rex called over "When you're ready?"
The Dove, Eel, Vampire Bat and Locust instantly remembered where they were and what their mission was, and they quickly got into position.
"There's a back door and a front door!" Rex reported.
"You take the back Rex, Lamia, Samson, Regan!" Diablo called over "Myself, Ravage, Seth, and Chastity will take the front!"
Rex saluted to the Raven and beckoned to the others to follow him, meanwhile Diablo led his side of the group to the front.
Seth was nervous, as well as feeling slightly worried as they approached the front door.
Diablo noticed the Oryx's demeaner.
"Seth?" he asked, "Are you alright?"
"I…I think so." He spoke.
"It's just?" Chastity asked in a gentle tone placing her hand on Seth's shoulder.
"I'm about to face the people who murdered my parents, burnt down their house and almost killed me…and…and I don't know how I'm going to react."
"It's understandable." Chastity said, "I wasn't sure how I would react seeing my abuser, but I remember too well how I felt when I got my revenge on my abuser…and my mother's killer, I was furious, and I wanted to make them feel the pain I felt, and I felt so satisfied."
"And I was all too happy to make the cult that made my life hell pay for what they did to me." Ravage said clenching and unclenching his fists "They deserved everything they got!"
"Trust me when I say Seth." Diablo said, "When you go in there, and see those monsters, the ones who ruined your life, you will want to make them pay."
Seth took a breath and gathered himself as he thought about what happened when the house was set alight, and he tried to get out as well as find his parents but was unable to save them.
He thought about how people had tormented him and bullied him for years, all because he was a Jew, from when he was a little boy at school to when he left High School and went to university, people still tormented him.
He had tried to never let the hate get to him, but now it had come to blows and he was unable to return to his old life because of what these evil and selfish people had done to him.
He glared and looked at the door.
"You're right Diablo." He said, "I want to make those bastards pay for what they did!" he looked at the Raven and nodded.
"Let's do this!" he said.
Diablo smirked back then reached for the doorknob.
Inside, the Neo Nazi's, a group of four men were drinking beer and still talking about Seth's house burning down.
"The petrol bomb went through the window and the whole place caught light quickly! Poof!" one of them smirked clicking his fingers.
"Serves the dirty Jews right!" the second one jeered.
"Here, here!" the third agreed.
"But again, we best keep a low profile till the whole thing blows over!" the fourth advised.
"Gotcha there man!" the second one said.
"Maybe we can skip town with some friends for a few days? I know a few!" the third suggested, yet as he spoke, the lights went out making all four men jump out of their skins.
"Huh?" the first one cried as he looked around.
"Must be a power cut!" the fourth one suggested.
"I'll find a torch!" the second one suggested as he looked around the dark room and walked to the door of the sitting room where he saw a torch hanging on a hook and he grabbed it.
"I'll see if there's something wrong with the fuse box!" he called over his shoulder before opening the door.
Yet just as he opened the living room door, he turned on the torch and yelled in shock as the face of Diablo appeared before him!
The man was alarmed but before he could say or do anything, Diablo cawed loudly.
The loud caw caused the other men to jump up in horror.
"What the hell?!" the first one screamed.
"Intruders?!" the third cried.
Diablo cawed again and pushed the second man onto the floor and opened his wings as he entered, Seth, Ravage and Chastity behind him.
"Good evening shitheads!" Diablo growled.
"What the fuck?" the second man cried as he tried to scramble away but Diablo placed his taloned foot on his chest.
"You're not going anywhere!" Diablo smirked at his captive then looked at the three other men who tried to flee through the other door, but they were blocked as Samson, Rex, Regan, and Lamia appeared.
The first man tried to fight them but Lamia quick as a flash took off her right glove and grabbed the man's throat before he shouted in pain as an electrical surge ran through him and he was sent flying into a coffee table where it broke into splinters!
"Nice one Sparky!" Samson praised and the other Disciples looked amazed "Looks like that absorbing of that wire worked wonders!"
Lamia chuckled then looked at the remaining men who went pale as they backed away.
"Anyone else?" she hissed holding up her hand and the two other men backed off.
Seth blinked in surprise as he saw Lamia's electrical abilities and he also looked at the terrified men.
He wasn't sure what his attackers looked like, yet as he observed them, he was sure he recognised one of them, the skin head who was backing away from the door, from the diner he had had dinner with Angela at the other night and his eyes narrowed.
"Diablo." He said quietly pointing at the skinhead "I believe I recognise him! From the diner he followed me and Angela from."
Diablo looked over his shoulder and smirked.
"Very well Seth." He said, "He's all yours!"
Seth thanked Diablo and started to move towards the two men who backed away from Rex, Samson, Lamia, and Regan.
The Oryx then tapped the skinhead on the shoulder, and he turned around to see Seth glaring at him.
"The hell!?" the man cried, and he stepped back yet he tripped and landed on his back to which Seth knelt on his chest and pinned his arms down.
"I recognise you!" the Oryx snarled "I remember the other night, you and some of your gang followed me and my friend! You tried to get me there, didn't you?"
The skin head glared as he looked at Seth.
"I don't know what you're talking about freak!" he spat.
"Oh, I know very well" Seth growled "You wanted to do away with me there and then! But you didn't dare because I wasn't alone! And because I had gone into the town where you knew you would get caught!"
"And cowards are what we all despise!" Chastity growled "Cowards who think they can get away with their selfish and cruel behaviour!"
Rex strode in along with Samson and grabbed the last man standing before throwing him into an armchair.
Regan hissed and bared her fangs, thirsty for blood yet Rex gave her the look to wait before she did anything.
Diablo picked up the man he had pinned on the floor and also threw him into one of the armchairs then looked to the man laying amongst the debris of the coffee table on the floor.
"Is he still alive?" he asked to which Chastity walked over and analysed him.
"He still breathes." She said, "Yet he is knocked out."
"That's good to hear." Diablo smirked "He's going to have a huge shock when he wakes up."
The Raven then looked over at Seth who was still interrogating his prisoner.
"Do not deny it!" Seth growled "I know you did it! You burnt down my parents' house! You killed them! Then tried to kill me!"
"Fuck you!" the man spat "You don't know anything!"
"I know more than you think!" the Oryx shouted and punched the man hard giving him a nosebleed.
"We heard you brag about your actions that night!" Samson said "You were heard! And you will be punished for it! If not by the police, but by us!"
"What are you?" the terrified men cried as they looked upon the Disciples.
"We are the Disciples!" Diablo smirked "We are the ones who come to punish the wicked, the sinners and those who have done cruel and wrong doings! And have gotten away with it, until we arrive and show them the true punishment for the crimes!"
"We are the ones who have punished the rest of those who have attacked others for no good reason other than who and what they are!" Rex added.
"Most of your other friends and acquaintances have been targeted and punished by us!" Ravage spoke "And now you four as well will suffer! Just like them!"
Then four men's eyes widened in horror as they realised.
"Diablo!" they cried "The Raven on the News!"
"Bingo!" Diablo smirked "You have heard of me!"
He grabbed the throat of the first man and gripped it tight before lowering a talon to his stomach.
"You and your friends committed arson and murder, and now you will pay for your crime, you dirty bastards will be marked for hell!"
He then began to cut into the man's stomach making him yell in pain, he then looked at Seth who looked up at the Raven as he heard the man's agonising scream.
"Now…learn the ways of the Disciples Seth." The Raven smirked "And learn how we truly make sinners pay!"
So The Disciples have entered the Neo Nazi's house, Lamia has cut the wires as well as charged herself with extra electricity, and Seth is begining his first attempt on punishing sinners, how will he get on under Diablo and his follower's tutelage?
