CHAPTER 8
Twilight and Forest
Hyrule: Twilight Field
Sonic (young), Shadow (taller), Zelda, Impa, Riku, Davis, Veemon (blue), Koji, Serena, Henry, Terriermon, Suzy, Lopmon, Izzy and Tentomon arrived into a field identical to Hyrule.
"This is Hyrule? I mean, a different era…?" Davis asked.
"Why's this place covered in shadow?" Veemon asked.
"This era must be the one when Hyrule was covered in twilight, the same where Midna came from." Izzy explained.
"I can't understand nothing." Suzy said confused.
"Since how you know about this era?" Zelda asked.
"Our friend Caleb told us that he traveled here, and he met Midna." Izzy replied.
*HYRULE FIELD TP (HYRULE WARRIORS)*
Then Dusk and Creeper Nobodies appeared in their way.
"Nobodies!" Sonic, Izzy and Tentomon exclaimed recognizing the enemies.
"So, those enemies are the Nobodies?" Shadow asked and Izzy nodded.
"What are they doing here?" Henry asked.
"The Organization must be here too." Izzy said.
"Eek! I'm in big trouble!" A female voice said.
"What was that?" Terriermon asked.
"Someone is in trouble!" Serena replied.
"We should check it out!" Koji said and everyone nods.
The group make their way as the Nobodies were appearing.
"Go Braixen! Use Fire Spin!" Serena said calling her Pokémon.
"Understood!" Braixen said and uses Fire Spin against the Dusk Nobodies.
"Bunny Blast!" Terriermon uses his attack.
"Blazing Ice!" Lopmon uses her attack. Both attacks managed to destroy the Dusks.
Impa attacked realized an uppercut with her giant blade (YX Combo) in the Creepers Nobody and Zelda attacked firing a triangle-shaped column of light (YYYYX Rapier's Combo) which destroyed the enemies.
"This is our chance!" Koji said.
The group continued going to help at the person who calls for help.
Kakariko Village
In a village a person who reveals as Agitha who was surrounded by the Nobodies and Corrupts Kuwagamon and Raremon.
"Please don't hurt me!" Agitha pleaded.
Before the enemies could attack Sonic uses his homing attack against the enemies and Shadow uses Chaos Lance and defeated the enemies.
"Close one." Sonic said.
"Are you okay Agitha?" Zelda approaches to her and asked.
"Yes, Zelda. Who might be the others?" Agitha asked.
"I'm Sonic the Hedgehog." Sonic introduced.
"I'm Shadow the Hedgehog." Shadow introduced.
"I'm Koji." Koji introduced.
"I'm Serena and this is Braixen." Serena introduced.
"I'm Henry." Henry introduced.
"I'm Terriermon." Terriermon introduced.
"I'm Suzy." Suzy introduced.
"I'm Lopmon." Lopmon introduced.
"I'm Tentomon." Tentomon introduced.
"I'm Veemon." Veemon introduced.
"Do you remember me when we helped you to defeat Cia?" Izzy said.
"Do you remember me and Davis when we helped to defeat Ganondorf?" Riku asked.
In answer, Agitha flashbacked when they fought against Cia in the Valley of Seers and Ganondorf in the Hyrule Castle when it was conquered by the tyrant.
"Of course." She replied and she turns to Tentomon. "You didn't tell me before that you have a pet insect."
"Well, he is my Digimon partner." Izzy said.
"Do you have seen monsters like Nobodies or Corrupts Digimon?" Davis asked at Agitha.
"They suddenly appeared in the field, but I managed to beat some of them, including those ones like stag beetles." Agitha explained.
"We must be careful." Impa said.
The group continued in their search to beat the enemies.
Graveyard
The team arrived into a graveyard until the Shadows, Neoshadows, Darkballs and Invisibles Heartless appeared in their way.
"Heartless!" Davis, Riku and Izzy exclaimed summoning their Keyblades.
"Those creatures have antennas like ants." Agitha said.
"Be careful, the Heartless are dangerous too." Riku said.
"Go Pancham!" Serena calls another Pokémon.
The Shadows Heartless tried to attack with his claws but Shadow dodges and uses Chaos Lightning Punches and Kicks to defeat them, Davis and Izzy realized Stun Edge which they performed a jumping strike and stunned the Neoshadows, followed by Henry and Riku performing Sonic Blade and finished off the Neoshadows, Tentomon uses Super Shocker, Veemon uses V-Headbutt, Terriermon uses Terrier Tornado and Lopmon uses Blazing Ice against the Darkballs Heartless, Sonic performs a spin dash against a Invisible Heartless followed by an aerial kick (Air Backside Attack in Smash Bros) and a homing attack, Braixen uses Fire Spin against two Invisibles Heartless as Pancham uses Stone Edge to finish them, Impa jumps to the air and makes fall water knives (YYYX Giant's Blade Combo) in Neoshadows and Darkballs and Zelda manages to finish them firing a light arrow and Agitha summons a Rhino Beetle to defeat the last Shadows Heartless (YYX Combo).
"Very impressive." A voice said revealing as Saïx.
"Saïx!?" Izzy recognized him.
"Some things never have changed, specially bringing more meddlers getting in the affairs from other worlds." Saïx said.
"What do you want here?" Koji asked.
"Lord Lucemon sent us to get those Digi-Spirits, take over this world and get hearts for create Heartless and Nobodies." Saïx explained.
"Maybe I don't hold a Keyblade! But we won't let that happen!" Serena said determined.
"We're going to kick your butt!" Pancham said.
"Go you too Sylveon!" Serena calls her Pokémon.
"Different opponents, same fate." Saïx said summoning his claymore.
"Leave him to me!" Serena said.
"Be careful Serena, Saïx is dangerous when he is in Berserk Mode. The only way to revert him at his original status, is using his claymore against him." Izzy said remembering the battle against Saïx in Organization's world.
"Leave that to me!" Koji said.
"I can feel dark presence there." Riku said.
"Where is?" Davis asked.
"Over there." Riku said pointing at the bridge afar.
"Let's go!" Henry said they nodded and go to the bridge as Serena with her Pokémon team and Koji were ready to fight against Saïx.
"Get ready!" Serena said and their Pokémon nodded.
"Do you feel it? The moon's power?" Saïx asked as he levitates into the air.
"This isn't good…" Braixen said.
"Moon Shine Down!" Saïx yelled as he thrusts his arms and he is now in Berserk Mode as he radiated with blue flames like aura.
"Incoming!" Sylveon exclaimed and they dodge the attack.
"Begone!" Saïx yelled as he throws his claymore, but they dodge as the claymore remains.
"My turn!" Koji said grabbing the claymore and goes for Saïx.
Then he delivers an upper flip attack at Saïx sending him into the air, followed by Pancham using Dark Pulse and Koji smacks Saïx again with the claymore ending the Berserk Mode.
"I've misjudged you…" Saïx said.
"Now is our chance!" Serena said.
"Disarming Voice!" Sylveon said firing a sound wave attack which stuns Saïx.
"Fire Blast!" Braixen said firing a flame in kanji form.
"Stone Edge!" Pancham slams his paws against the ground summoning sharpen stones.
Both attacks managed to hit Saïx.
Twilight Field: Eldin Bridge
Meanwhile Riku and the others were going to the bridge and they found Ansem or Xehanort's Heartless.
"Ansem!" Riku, Sonic, Davis, Henry and Izzy recognized him.
"Do you know him?" Shadow asked to Riku.
"Yes, he is Xehanort's Heartless. He tried to take Kingdom Hearts long time ago." Riku said.
"He was revived by Apocalymon to get revenge against Sora and us too." Izzy explained.
"And he merged with Apocalymon turning themselves into Nightmaremon, but we defeated them." Tentomon said.
"So, we meet again Digidestined of Knowledge and you too blue filthy rat." Ansem said.
"I'm not a RAT! I'm a HEDGEHOG!" Sonic shouted in anger.
"Hmm… Princess Zelda." Ansem smirked darkly.
"How you know about me?" Zelda asked taking a defense stance.
"I met your ancestor in the Era of Time when my Heartless were using Bowser and Ganondorf to bring the Princess of Heart to open the door to Kingdom Hearts." Ansem explained.
"I won't let you take Zelda!" Impa exclaimed defending her.
"What are you doing here!?" Davis demanded.
Ansem chuckles sinisterly. "Look to these lands, before they were covered in twilight. But now they will be covered in darkness."
He snaps his fingers and summoned three Darkside Heartless and go to different zones.
"That man summoned shadow monsters!" Agitha said scared.
"The Heartless will take this world." Ansem said.
"We're going stop you!" Henry said.
"My brother will beat bad guys like you!" Suzy said.
"You guys must stop the Heartless! I'm going to fight against Ansem!" Riku said.
"I'll fight against him too!" Shadow said.
"Let's go stop those Heartless!" Terriermon said.
They nodded and go in different directions as Riku and Shadow were facing Ansem.
"So, we meet again Shadow." Ansem said.
"I'm a Shadow from a different universe." Shadow said.
"Different or not, the darkness will take your heart!" Ansem said as his guardian appeared.
The guardian of Ansem attacks unleashing energy blades but they dodged, then Riku casts Dark Firaga as Shadow uses Chaos Blast (as beam attack) and they hit Ansem, he retaliates firing dark orbs but Riku casts Reflega returning the attack at Ansem and Shadow uses Chaos Snap and kicked Ansem by behind followed and Riku slashed him several times with his Keyblade.
"Give up Ansem!" Riku yelled.
"Never until you accept the darkness." Ansem said.
Twilight Field
Meanwhile in the south area of the fields, a Darkside and two Corrupt Kuwagamon were invading the zone. Two persons were watching them, a girl with lavender hair and wearing a pink sleeveless top underneath a pink and white jacket and a pink short frilly skirt, a Digimon like yellow jet, a young boy with orange hair and wearing a yellow shirt with grey pants in company of a Digimon like a metallic version of Sukamon were watching the enemies.
"Only I recognize the Kuwagamon, Nene." The Digimon like jet said.
"That big shadow is completely." The girl called Nene said.
"Is that a Digimon, right Damemon?" The young boy said.
"I don't think it's a Digimon, Ewan." The Digimon called Damemon said.
"Get ready Sparrowmon and you too Ewan." Nene said at the boy called Ewan and the Digimon called Sparrowmon who nodded ready for fight against the monsters.
"Digivolve Damemon!" Ewan said preparing his Xros Loader.
Damemon Digivolve to… Tuwarmon!
Damemon transformed into a Digimon like yellow ninja.
"Attack Sparrowmon!" Nene commanded.
"Lightning Lasers!" Sparrowmon flails her arms wildly and defeated the two Kuwagamon.
"Mantis Dance!" Tuwarmon transforms his Mantis Arm while whirling violently like it was dancing, chopping up the Darkside in a certain skill sword performance.
"We're going to need an extra help." Nene said pulling out a white Xros Loader. "Reload Mervamon!"
She calls a humanoid Digimon inspired from Minerva.
"I'm ready Nene." Mervamon said.
Mervamon! Sparrowmon! Digifuse… JetMervamon!
Part of Sparrowmon merged into Mervamon.
"Heartbreak Shot!" JetMervamon fired pink beams at the Darkside and finally defeated the enemy.
"That was easy." Tuwarmon said.
"It's not over yet!" Ewan said noticing more Corrupt Kuwagamon and Apemon going in the fields.
"Let's stop them!" Nene said, they nodded and go.
Meanwhile in the central area, a Darkside stopped in that place as the group were confronting it.
"We're going to handle it!" Zelda said pulling out her Rapier.
"I'm going to protect you Zelda." Impa said.
"Leave it to me too!" Sonic said rubbing his nose.
"Let's go to stop the other Heartless." Izzy said.
"Guys look!" Tentomon exclaimed and they watched a Corrupt Okuwamon.
"Another Okuwamon!?" Henry asked.
"That bug is so huge!" Agitha said.
"Izzy, Davis, go after Okuwamon. Me and Suzy will go to defeat the Heartless." Henry instructed and they nod.
"Let's go Davis." Veemon said.
Then Davis and Izzy with their Digimon go to defeat the Corrupt Okuwamon as Henry and Suzy with their Digimon go to defeat the Darkside.
"Let's beat this big baddie too!" Agitha said joining to the fight
The Darkside tries to attack them but they dodge, then Zelda fired a light orb (YX Rapier's Combo) as Impa attacked creating a water orb (YYX Giant Blade's Combo) and Sonic performed several homing attacks in the enemy and Agitha summons a stag beetle which rams in the Darkside (YYYYYX Combo). The Darkside summons Shadows but Sonic defeated them with his homing attack. Agitha attacks at the Darkside summoning butterflies (YX Combo) followed by Impa and Zelda slashing the Darkside with their respective weapons.
'I never have faced an enemy like that before.' Impa thought.
In the east area of the fields, Henry and Suzy were facing the Darkside.
"You can do this Lopmon!" Suzy cheered her Digimon.
"I'll need a suggestion." Lopmon asked.
"Henry, I'll suggest you use the Digivolution Card!" Terriermon called him.
Henry nods and turns to his little sister giving to her the Digivolution Card. "Use this card."
"Got it." Suzy nods.
They got ready the card to pass it through their D-Arks. "Digi-Modify! Digivolution Activate!"
Terriermon Digivolve to… Gargomon!
Lopmon Digivolve to… Turuiemon!
Lopmon became into a purple bunny in yellow ninja clothes and has two knives in every hand.
"Is that your Champion Level, Lopmon?" Gargomon asked.
"Yes, I didn't used that form long time ago." Turuiemon replied.
"I'll fight too against that Heartless!" Henry said summoning his Keyblade.
"Be careful Henry." Suzy said and he nods.
The Darkside tries to punch Henry but he dodge, and he uses Ars Arcanum in the Heartless.
"Bunny Pummel!" Gargomon realize and uppercut in the Darkside.
"Gauntlet Claw!" Turuiemon uses her blades to strike rapidly at the Darkside.
Back with Nene and Ewan, their Digimon were forced to revert back due the attack of Okuwamon.
"Are you two alright, Jetmon, Mervamon?" Nene asked in concern.
"Yes." Sparrowmon said.
"Only a bit hurt." Mervamon said.
"Don't give up Damemon." Ewan said at his Digimon.
Soon two Digimon like Coredramon but in green color appeared as Corrupts Digimon too at the sides of Kuwagamon.
"Horn Buster!" The voice of MegaKabuterimon said using his attack in Okuwamon.
"X-Laser!" The voice of ExVeemon said using his attack in one Green Coredramon.
"Fire!" Davis and Izzy casted Firaga which hit the another Green Coredramon. The three managed to defeat them.
"Hey, are you alright?" Davis called at the new faces.
"Yeah, but who are you?" Damemon asked.
"I'm Izzy and he is MegaKabuterimon." Izzy introduced.
"I'm Davis and he is ExVeemon." Davis introduced.
"I'm Nene, he is my brother Ewan. And they're our Digimon, Sparrowmon, Mervamon and Damemon." Nene introduced.
"How do you know about the Digimon?" Ewan asked.
"We traveled to the Digital World." Izzy replied.
"Do you have Digivices too?" Davis asked.
"Only we have those Xros Loaders." Nene replied showing his Xros Loader as Ewan did the same.
"It's another Xros Loader, just like from Mikey." Izzy said.
"What!?" Nene and Ewan with their Digimon exclaimed.
"Do you meet Mikey and Shoutmon too!?" Ewan asks surprised.
"Yes, they're our friends too." Davis replied.
"I'll suggest join forces if we want to defeat the Heartless and Corrupt Digimon too." Izzy suggested.
"Heartless?" Sparrowmon said confused.
"Corrupt Digimon?" Mervamon said confused too.
"The Heartless are creatures created from someone who gives its heart to the darkness and the Corrupts Digimon are Digimon destroyed by the darkness and recreated in dark version of themselves." Izzy explained.
"I see." Damemon said.
"We're going to help too." Ewan said.
"Mikey is our friend too!" Nene said.
Soon more Heartless appeared, but the heroes got ready to fight Sparrowmon uses Lightning Lasers, Damemon uses Gun Vulcan and Mervamon uses Medullia Punch which striker her opponents with the Medullia in her left arm and they have beaten the Shadows. MegaKabuterimon and ExVeemon attacked with their claws defeating the Neoshadows, Davis and Izzy casted Balloons to defeat the Darkballs.
"What is that weapon like sword and key to the same time?" Ewan asked.
"It's a Keyblade." Izzy replied.
"Keyblade?" Nene repeated.
"I wouldn't like to interrupt your conversation, but more Heartless are coming." Mervamon said.
"We will explain you later." Izzy said.
"Bring it on!" Davis said.
Then they charged at the Heartless.
Graveyard
Back in the graveyard, the Pokémon team of Serena was still fighting against the Luna Diviner, who tries to slash the Pokémon but the three dodged the attack.
"Shock Wave!" Braixen attacks creating a quick jolt of electricity.
"Swift!" Sylveon attacks firing stars.
"Dark Pulse!" Pancham said firing a dark wave attack. The three attacks damaged Saïx.
"Moon Shine Down!" Saïx yelled unleashing his Berserk Mode again.
Saïx manages to hit the three Pokémon with his claymore and they crashed in different tombstones.
"Braixen, Pancham, Sylveon!" Serena exclaimed.
"Now it's your turn meddler!" Saïx said ready to attack Serena.
The Luna Divider charges at Serena ready to strike her who froze in fear.
"Serena!" Koji exclaimed rushing her and saving her from Saïx.
"Koji, you saved me, thank you." Serena said.
"No problem." Koji said blushing.
However, Saïx tries to attack them until a yellow hand which came from Midna.
"Did you miss me?" Midna asked mockingly.
"You again?" Saïx snarls.
Saïx was trying to get free, then Koji took the chance to grab the claymore and strikes Saïx who lost the Berserk Mode again.
"This is our chance!" Serena said.
"Arm Thrust!" Pancham attacks slamming his paws against Saïx.
"Scratch!" Braixen attacks with her claws against Saïx.
"Quick Attack!" Sylveon rams in high speed hitting Saïx.
"My turn!" Midna said and she grabs Saïx with her hair and spun it like a tornado and releases the Organization's member followed by her summoning two wolves attacking in circles and ending with a twilight explosion (YYYX Combo) and she ended Saïx slamming her hair in form of fist as she rides a wolf made of energy (Weak Point Smash), in answer the wolf howls in triumph.
"Want some more creep?" Pancham asked.
"This is not over…" Saïx said getting up. "…Soon you all will meet the punishment for mess in the affairs from other worlds."
After they heard the words from Saïx, he disappeared in a dark corridor.
"What kind of punishment?" Serena asked in concern.
"Heh-heh-heh… So, you're all arrived here." Midna said noticing them.
"Who are you?" Koji asks in defensive stance.
"Oh! Aren't you scary!" Midna teased. "Eee-hee! Are you sure you want to be doing that? After I helped the Link from this timeline with another young man called Caleb."
"Did you meet Caleb?" Serena asked.
"I meet him and helped him to destroy a metallic hedgehog who pretended to be the real one." Midna explained.
"Wait, are you talking about Metallix?" Koji asked.
"Well, he was defeated by another hedgehog taller than the young one. The hedgehog called Neollix was defeated by all of us using our strong attacks." Midna explained.
"Excuse me mistress non-Pokémon creature, can you tell us your name?" Pancham asked.
"Name's Midna, the Twilight Princess." Midna introduced.
"I'm Serena, and they're Braixen, Pancham and Sylveon." Serena introduced.
"My name is Koji." Koji introduced without no trust.
"Koji, what's wrong?" Serena asks him.
Koji turns to Serena and he says. "Do you think she's telling the truth?"
"Yes, she helped us to defeat Saïx." Serena replied.
Koji sighed. "Okay, now let's gather with Zelda and the others."
"Lead the way." Midna said.
They nodded, Serena returned her three Pokémon and they go to gather with everyone.
Twilight Field
Back in the central area, Sonic performs a triple homing attack in the Darkside, in answer he tries to hit him, but the hedgehog dodges.
"Too slow!" Sonic mocked.
Before the Darkside could attack again, Agitha summons a rhino beetle (YYX Combo) which slams the Darkside, followed by Impa performing a big slash with her giant blade (Giant's Blade Special Attack) and Zelda casts a leaf storm, followed by casting ice and finishing the Darkside with a fiery explosion (A+R after to use the Magic Bar with Rapier).
"Piece of cake." Sonic said.
"Don't trust too much in battle." Impa warned him.
"She is right, Link trusted too much of himself when he had the Master Sword and his own darkness nearly defeats him." Zelda explained.
"Maybe, you're right." Sonic sighed.
"Hey!" Serena calls them as she, Koji and Midna were approaching.
"Just in time." Agitha said.
"I lost of something here." Midna said.
"We have beaten that oversized Heartless." Sonic said.
"What about the others?" Koji asked.
"They must be still fighting against the enemies." Serena said.
Back in the east area, the Henry's group is still fighting against the Darkside. The blue haired kid realizes Thunder Edge.
"Gargo Pellets!" Gargomon uses his attack against the Darkside.
"Gauntlet Claw!" Turuiemon strikes the Darkside with a combo-attack unleashing with agility and finally defeated the Heartless.
"We did it!" Suzy cheered.
The two Digimon reverted back at their regular forms.
"That was easy." Terriermon said.
"You said it." Lopmon said in agreement.
"Only remains Ansem." Henry said.
Eldin Bridge
Back in the bridge, Riku tries to slash Ansem but he creates an electric barrier which zaps Riku.
"Don't forget who gave you the darkness to be stronger!" Ansem warns.
"But you nearly made me destroy my friends!" Riku said panting.
"Manipulate the people for success your goals isn't right!" Shadow said and performs Chaos Lance which hits Ansem.
"Stay out of this!" Ansem shouted trying to hit Shadow but he was dodging his attacks.
Riku was trying to get up and he thinks. 'He became stronger than the last time in the Oblivion Castle…'
Then something glows behind of him revealing as the Human Digi-Spirit of Darkness.
"This darkness isn't evil; it just depends on the one who uses it." Riku said.
Then a new D-Tector was formed in the left hand of Riku, the device has the same colors from his Keyblade. Then the Digi-Spirit came inside of the D-Tector.
*WITH THE WILL (DIGIMON FRONTIER)*
The outline of the human spirit appeared on the D-Tector of Riku and he held his other hand without the Keyblade with passed it with a ring of data that he scanned.
Execute! Spirit Evolution… Loweemon!
Riku transformed into the Warrior of Darkness.
"What!? But how!?" Ansem exclaimed.
"Interesting." Shadow said.
"Maybe you don't know it Ansem, the darkness it just depends on the one who uses it." Loweemon said.
"This is a mistake! The darkness only destroy everything!" Ansem said infuriated.
He unleashes his guardian and fired energy blades but Shadow dodges and Loweemon uses his shield to block the attack.
"Your destiny is to belong to the darkness, forever!" Ansem said and uses Dark Firaga.
"Shadow Meteor!" Loweemon launched an energy blast from his chest and both attacks collided.
Then Shadow uses Chaos Boost and hit Ansem.
"Shadow Lance!" Loweemon got out his lance and started banging on Ansem.
"You won't win this battle!" Ansem said as his guardian fired dark orbs, but they dodge again.
"Chaos Burst!" Shadow uses an attack which is an evolved version of his Chaos Blast and knocked out Ansem.
*ENDS*
Ansem was grabbing his chest in pain and he was panting.
"No matter how much times you defeat me…! Early or soon your heart will return where it belongs…!" Ansem said weakly and disappears in a dark corridor. Then Loweemon reverts back on Riku.
Twilight Field
Sonic (young), Shadow (taller), Zelda, Impa, Riku, Davis, Veemon (blue), Koji, Serena, Henry, Terriermon, Suzy, Lopmon, Izzy, Tentomon, Nene, Sparrowmon, Mervamon, Ewan, Damemon, Agitha and Midna gathered in the central area. And after the introductions.
"What are you doing here, Midna?" Zelda asked.
"I was in the Palace of Twilight until weird white dusks appeared attacking the place, then I decided to follow them, and I arrived here." Midna said.
"The Nobodies were there too." Izzy said.
Suddenly Zelda gasped. "I can feel a dark magic in the Palace of Twilight!"
"What is?" Suzy asked.
"How we can arrive there?" Riku asked.
"I will carry you all." Midna said snapping her fingers.
Then a twili portal appeared above the group and teleported them.
Palace of Twilight
The group arrive at what looks like a place that's all twilight and floating around and they see a giant building before them.
"Where are we?" Davis asked.
"You are now in the Realm of Twilight, and you're looking at the Palace of Twilight." Midna said.
"So, where is the source of dark magic?" Ewan asked.
"I'm going to search it." Zelda said and starts to search.
"Be careful Your Highness." Impa said.
"We must stay clear." Mervamon said.
As they were searching the source of magic power, Midna notices a black crystal in the ground.
"Is that the same crystal when I used to transform Link into a wolf?" Midna asks mesmerized trying to touch it. "What it is doing here?"
"Don't touch that!" Shadow said.
But it was too late, when Midna touched the crystal in the blink of an eye, Midna transformed from a tiny creature into a beautiful woman.
"What happened?" Tentomon asked.
"When she touched the crystal Midna has transformed." Izzy explained.
"This is my true form." Twili Midna said.
Then Impa appeared without Zelda in front of the group.
"Where is Zelda?" Agitha asked.
"One door has closed, and she is trapped!" Impa explained.
"What!?" Everyone exclaimed.
"Zelda must have headed to the Enemy Base. We must rescue her." Shadow said.
*REMNANT OF TWILIGHT (HYRULE WARRIORS)*
"Hey, we can help too!" Suzy said.
"She is right, but it looks like there's a gatekeeper at the enemy base!" Henry said.
"Both the throne room and the gatekeeper are strengthened by magic. Wonderful." Twili Midna said sarcastically.
"We don't have time for sarcasm, we must hurry up." Mervamon said.
"We must divide the west and east sides to advance." Izzy suggested.
"Me, Midna, Davis, Impa, Riku, Koji, Serena, Nene and Ewan will go for the east." Shadow said.
"That means me with the other members will go for the west." Sonic said.
They nodded and go by different sides, but new enemies appeared in their way, green goblins known as 'Bulblins' and Shadows Heartless.
"Back off!" Davis shouted at the enemies.
Shadow uses Chaos Press against the enemies, Davis and Riku casted Thundaga in the Bulblins and Shadows, Veemon uses V-Punch in the enemies, Impa attacks with water knives (YYYYYX Giant's Blade Combo), Serena calls Sylveon who uses Fairy Wind in the Shadows Heartless, Mervamon slashed the enemies with her sword and Damemon attacks spinning against the enemies, Twili Midna makes appear a fist below the enemies hitting them (YX Combo) followed by summoning a light orbs which explodes (YYX Combo). Henry and Izzy realized Strike Raid in the enemies, Terriermon uses Terrier Tornado, Tentomon uses Super Shocker and Lopmon uses Blazing Ice, Agitha attacks creating a tornado (YYYX Combo), and Sonic performs a spin dash against the enemies. In the Enemy Base, Zelda was using his magic to control a dark version of the Twili Midna.
"I don't care how strong our opponents are. I will put an end to their madness!" Zelda said.
"Zelda is keeping the Twilight magic from devouring everything, but she won't be last!" Twili Midna explained.
"Hold it Your Highness!" Impa said.
In the rooftop, Luxord was watching them.
"I'm going to fortify the west square and the north palace." Luxord said and summoned Gambler Nobodies.
"Dang it… They're trying to fortify the keep and maintain the Twilight magic's power…" Twili Midna exclaimed.
"Leave it to me!" Sonic said then he goes in max speed.
Sonic managed to arrive at the Gambler Nobodies, they tried to attack but Sonic kept dodging until he realized several kicks and homing attacks, he defeated them.
"Umm… No problem." Sonic said.
In the west palace, new enemies like dark knights known as 'Darknut' appeared.
"Is that a DarkKnightmon?" Terriermon asked.
"I don't think so; its data doesn't appear." Henry said checking his D-Ark.
The Darknut tries his sword at the group but they dodge.
"You failed!" Terriermon mocked of the enemy but he pulled out the same sword.
"It got another sword!" Tentomon exclaimed.
"One of us must distract the enemy as another must defeat it!" Izzy suggested.
"Let's squash those bad bugs!" Agitha said.
Henry casts Blizzarga but the Darknut blocked the spell with its shield, then Izzy realize Ars Arcanum against the Darknut, followed by Terriermon using Terrier Tornado and Tentomon finished it with Dynamo Spin. Suzy pulls out a card and uses it through her D-Ark.
"Digi-Modify! Hyperchip Activate!" Suzy said.
In answer, Lopmon runs in max speed around the Darknut confusing it at the same time.
"Blazing Ice!" Lopmon uses her attack freezing the legs of the Darknut.
"Here I come!" Sonic said.
He attacks creating a blue tornado (A+B buttons in Sonic Heroes) disarming the shield of the Darknut, then Agitha summons a stag beetle which rammed in the Darknut followed by butterfly ramming the enemy and defeated the Darknut (Weak Point Smash).
"Let's keep going!" Izzy said.
They nodded and continued. Meanwhile in the east of the palace, the others were facing the enemies as Zelda notices Midna.
"Midna… You look different." Zelda said.
"He touched a weird crystal and transformed." Davis explained.
"We're going to rescue you." Riku said.
"Right. Less talking, more rescuing." Twili Midna said.
As they are fighting against the monsters, more Darknuts appeared and now new enemies like winged lizards known as 'Aeralfos'.
"Those must be non-Digimon creatures too?" Damemon said.
"Your turn Sparrowmon!" Nene said.
"Got it! Crash Boom!" Sparrowmon attacks slamming into the Aeralfos.
"Bunbun Ken!" Damemon uses his attack and finished off the Aeralfos.
Shadow realizes Chaos Lightning Punches and Kicks against the Shadows and Bulblins as Sylveon uses Swift, two Aeralfos took flight and stab their sword to the ground but the heroes dodged the attack, Impa took the chance to strike them with a slash followed by a geyser attack (Giant's Blade Weak Point Smash) defeating both Aeralfos, Davis and Riku realized Rising Sun to defeat one Darknut.
"Veemon, Digivolve!" Davis said pulling out his D3.
Veemon Digivolve to… ExVeemon!
"I'll transform too!" Riku said preparing his D-Tector.
Execute! Spirit Evolution… Loweemon!
"Whoa! How he did that!?" Impa asks surprised.
"A human transforming into a Digimon!" Ewan said surprised.
"It's awesome!" Nene added amazed.
"Shadow Lance!" Loweemon said, he slashed the Darknuts.
"My turn!" Twili Midna said and summoned a big wolf made of twili energy which rammed into the enemies (YYYYYX Combo).
"The path is clear." Loweemon calls them.
Everyone followed them and they finally reunited close the throne room.
"We made it." Sonic said.
"Now let's rescue her." Twili Midna said.
They tried to enter, until a weird shadow being appeared blocking their path.
"Zant!" Twili Midna snarls recognizing him.
"Do you know him?" Henry asked.
"Yes, he is the usurper tyrant of this world." Twili Midna replied.
"Maybe he is dark version of Zant, because that was Zelda was talking about the dark magic in the Palace of Twilight." Izzy explained.
"Only destroying him, the dark magic will disappear." Shadow said.
*SINISTER SHADOWS (KINGDOM HEARTS 2.5 REMIX)*
The enemy known as Dark Zant unleashes two scimitars from his sleeves.
"You don't give us another choice!" Agitha said.
"Tentomon, Digivolve!" Izzy said pulling out his Digivice.
"You too Terriermon!" Henry said pulling out his D-Ark.

"Whoa!" Agitha said fascinated by Kabuterimon.
"Digi-Modify! Digivolution Activate!" Henry and Suzy uses a card through their devices.

Dark Zant slashes at the group with his scimitars and then shoots multiple magic shots but the group dodge and Twili Midna unleashes a bridge (YYYYX Combo) which slams against Dark Zant as Shadow uses Chaos Press, then Agitha unleashes a giant beetle to charge, but Dark Zant retaliates slashing with his scimitars and then unleashes a giant version of his head and starts shooting magic shots all over the area while unleashing a Twili explosion but Kabuterimon uses Electro Shocker and ExVeemon uses X-Laser which damaged Dark Zant, followed by Impa attacking with a water orb and Davis realizing Thunder Raid which zapped Dark Zant, then Henry and Izzy diagonal slashed the dark usurper. However, Dark Zant keeps slashing with his scimitars and then starts jumping all over the area three times and then shoots down a giant orb at the group who dodge, then Loweemon uses Shadow Meteor, followed by Gargomon using Bunny Pummel and Turuiemon using Ninja Fist which smacks Dark Zant, but he unleashes three Twili clones of himself and then unleashes a giant Twili orb and sends it down but they dodged, Sonic took the chance to attack him with homing attacks and Sylveon using Disarming Voice stunning him, but Dark Zant recovered unleashes a giant pole and shoots magic shots down at the group but then he falls off allowing Tuwarmon uses Smokescreen Ditch shooting out rainbow-colored fumes and shells which hit Dark Zant and JetMervamon realizes Rolling Thunder which spins her arms and slams her butt into Dark Zant and release a wave of hearts. Then Dark Zant retaliates summoning a hand which starts to smack them, but they dodge, the dark clone keeps continuing until he ended dizzy.
"It's my chance!" Twili Midna said and summons a hand which smacked Dark Zant (Weak Point Smash) and destroyed him completely.

After that, the door has been opened revealing the Princess Zelda exhausted and she was facing another dark version but it's from Twili Midna.
"Zelda! You're still alive! Thanks goodness! Here, take some of my magic reserves." Twili Midna said and transferred some magic to rescue Zelda.
"Midna… I've taken all that you had to give… thought I did not want it. Thanks for this." Zelda said gratefully.
"Look, it's another dark clone!" Suzy said pointing at Dark Twili Midna.
"After all, a fake is a fake… and no matter how much you dress things up, the real thing always wins!" Twili Midna said.
"I'll keep the princess safe!" Impa said.
"Now let's beat this another faker in seconds!" Sonic said.
*EVO (DIGIMON TAMERS)*
The Tamers got ready their blue cards and passing it through their D-Arks.
"Digi-Modify! Matrix Evolution Activate!" Henry and Suzy said.

The Dark Twili Midna summons a canon which fired light orbs, but they dodged the attack and Shadow uses Chaos Bomb as Loweemon uses Shadow Meteor and they hit DTM, then Izzy and Davis performed Ragnarok followed by Giga Impact. However, DTM retaliates summoning a bridge to slams them but they dodge again and Tuwarmon realizes Scythe Spinner which throws his arm at the doppelganger followed by JetMervamon using Spicy Hard Love which electrifies DTM, Agitha appears with butterfly wings in her back and blows a tornado (Special Attack in Hyrule Warriors), then Henry performs Aerial Slam striking DTM and Sonic performing a downward kick (Air Down Attack in Smash Bros) and produces a meteoric effect which launched DTM to the ground, Antylamon uses Bunny Blades performing an X-slash and ExVeemon using Spinning Lariat in the fake Twilight Princess, followed by Rapidmon using Homing Blast which fired homing missiles from the launcher on his back and MegaKabuterimon using Horn Buster and they damaged DTM, before the doppelganger could attack again Twili Midna casts a Twili field which stuns DTM and explodes the field (X attack when you have full the Twili Barrier) and Impa dashes at the dark copy and slashed it.
"It's time to finish this!" Zelda said.
With the Triforce of Wisdom she creates gold triangle which absorbed DTM on it and it was vanishing (Zelda's Final Smash in Smash Ultimate) until disappear Dark Twili Midna completely.

After that, the Digimon reverted at their regular forms as MegaKabuterimon was the only who reverted back in Motimon.
"Motimon, are you okay?" Izzy asked at his Digimon.
"Only I'm bit tired." Motimon said.
Then Agitha picks up Motimon and swoons over his cuteness by pressing him against her cheeks much to the poor guy's dismay.
"Wow! Izzy, never told me that his Digimon was so cute, he seems a bug larva!" Agitha said.
"Excuse me, he needs breathe." Izzy said.
"Oh sorry." Agitha apologizes and releases Motimon.
"I'll prefer stay in Izzy's arms." Motimon said with twirled eyes.
Zelda seems still concerned. "It looks like the Twilight magic is still at work. What should we do?"
"It'll be fine. This is my domain, so let me handle it from here." Twili Midna said.
Then she watched the crystal and felt the dark magic and inside of, then without hesitation she destroyed the crystal and she reverted back at his Imp form.
"It looks like that everything seems fine in this place." Zelda said.
"Let's back with the others." Shadow said. They nodded and departed.
As the heroes departed, Luxord with Kronika and Young Xehanort appeared inside the Palace of Twilight.
"Those heroes played very well against the army." Luxord said.
"We will require another new ally to the Keyblade War." Kronika said.
She creates a sandstorm tornado and made appear a figure wearing black and green robes and a weird looking mask.
"Who brought me there!?" The figure demanded.
"You must be Zant." Young Xehanort said.
"Who are you and how do you know my name!?" Zant demanded.
"I'm Xehanort from a distant past." Young Xehanort said.
"Name's Luxord, a member of the Organization XIII." Luxord introduced as he pulls out a card under his right sleeve.
"And my name is Kronika, the Keeper of Time. I know about your history, Zant. The Ganondorf from this timeline gave you more power enough to rule the Twilight Realm as you agreed to help the Evil King, but you was defeated by Link and destroyed by Midna." Kronika said.
"Me defeated!" Zant exclaims and stomps furiously the ground. "But how!?"
"That was the future where you failed." Young Xehanort said.
"I collect allies who hates this story, especially when the Master of Balance corrupted the balance of history. Are you agreed to help us?" Kronika said.
"And why I must help you?" Zant asked.
"I'll offer a big empire for the Twilight Realm in the New Era." Kronika said.
"I won't fail to you Mistress Kronika." Zant said bowing to her.
"From now on you will be an 'Honorary Xehanort'." Young Xehanort said.

In an unknown forest, Young Link and Navi were walking trying to find a way to gather with Sora.
"Where are you going?" Navi asked.
"I'm trying to find Sora, Luigi and Yoshi." Young Link replied.
"Do you know how to travel through other worlds?" Navi asked.
"No." Young Link said sweat dropping.
"Ugh… Really?" Navi groaned.
"I'll try to find a way to arrive." Young Link said and starts to run.
He runs until he suddenly stepped into a 'Dimensional Rift' and falls screaming.
"Link!" Navi exclaimed and follows him.
Faron Woods
A group of resistance was fighting against enemies like skeletons known as 'Stalchild' and 'Stalfos' (Ocarina of Time design), others like mummy known as 'Gidbo', Red Space Pirates Heartless, new Heartless like four legged dinosaurs and others like monkey creatures known as 'Living Bones' and 'Shamans', and new Corrupts Digimon like robotic wasps known as 'Waspmon' who were attacking the soldiers.
"Freeze!" The voice of Cody said casting Blizzarga.
"Fire!" The voice of Kairi said casting Firaga and they hit the enemies.
"Diamond Shell!" Armadillomon attacked rolling at the enemies.
Soon Mario, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Mimi, Palmon, Ash, Pikachu, Tyson, Samus with the Baby Metroid, Takato, Guilmon, JP and Lana arrived at the place.
"The forest is under attack again!" Lana said.
*IN THE GREENWOOD (HYRULE WARRIORS)*
"We must stop them!" Mimi said summoning her Keyblade.
"I'm right with you Mimi!" Palmon said.
Afar from them heroes, Maleficent with Dingodile and the Hyenas noticed them.
"Look that mates, they're here." Dingodile said.
"Hear me, my troops! Attack the forest! Destroy Ash with his yellow rat, and their pathetic friends! Capture Kairi and Samus alive!" Maleficent ordered.
"And what about the others?" Shenzi asked.
"I want to eat those two ordinary children." Banzai said as Ed laughs crazily.
"Do what you want with them." Maleficent said at the hyenas.
"You heard her." Shenzi said.
"Let's chomp them." Banzai said as Ed laughs crazily again and they go at the group.
Back with the main group.
"That was the voice of Maleficent!" Kairi said.
"Her again!" Ash said.
"She's trying to destroy the forest!" Pikachu said.
"So, that witch is in charge?" Lana asked.
"Her name is Maleficent. She's controlling the Heartless, probably also the Corrupt Digimon and the other monsters." Cody said.
"There are Digimon here too." Guilmon said.
Takato pulls out his D-Ark and read the data. "Waspmon, a cyborg Digimon in the Champion level, virus attribute. It's attacks are Turbo Stinger and Bear Buster."
"If we defeat her, the monsters will leave the place." Samus said as the baby Metroid screeches.
"Then bring it on!" Tyson said summoning his Keyblade.
Kairi realized and Cody Blitz against the group Stalchild and Armadillomon knocked the skeletons using Diamond Shell, Ash and Tyson rolled and slashed two Stalfos by behind and both skeletons were finished with a Monkey Punch of DK, Palmon grabbed two Corrupts Waspmon using Poison Ivy, then Pikachu uses Thunderbolt and Guilmon uses Pyro Sphere to finish them, Yoshi swings his tail at 360 degree hitting the group Heartless surrounding him, Mimi and Takato realized Quick Blitz and Fire Surge against a Gidbo, Mario realize a Star Spin attacks against a Shaman followed by casting Firaga, the baby Metroid bites a Gidbo and starts to drain his life and Samus took the chance to defeat the undead enemy, and Lana summons a block of energy which was stomped releasing an electric shockwave (YYYYX Sorcery's Book Combo) followed by a jump and fired a spell which produced an electric explosion and damaged the enemies.
"May you be scattered!" Maleficent said.
Then carnivorous blue plants appeared and are spreading poison gas all over.
"What is this!?" JP exclaimed trying to no breathe the poison.
"Those plants are spreading poison!" Palmon said trying to no breathe the poison.
"Just like a Koffing!" Tyson said holding his breathe.
Not far from them, Young Link felled behind of a tree as Navi followed him.
"Where we ended?" Young Link asked as he gets up. "Are we again in the Kokiri Forest?"
"I don't think so, because this part wasn't there." Navi said.
"I'll better check it out." Young Link said and he goes to check the place and noticing the heroes surrounded by the plants.
"Uh-oh those giant Deku Baba are spreading poison in those people!" Navi said.
"No if I do something!" Young Link said pulling out a bow with arrows, he fired arrows which defeated the group Deku Baba.
Back with everyone.
"Phew, that was too close." Mimi sighed in relief.
"Hey there." Young Link greeted them.
"Link!?" They said surprised.
"How do you all know me?" Young Link asked confused.
"I just only recognize Yoshi." Navi said.
"Navi…" Yoshi said.
"Do know this fairy Yoshi?" Mario asked.
"Of course, Mario. Yoshi with Sora and Luigi met her in Hyrule when we were searching you." Yoshi explained.
"Yoshi, it's you!" Young Link said.
"Yoshi remember that Link was bigger and now you're young." Yoshi said.
"I returned the Master Sword to the Temple of Time." Young Link explained.
"Link, it's your name, right? We meet another person with the same name like you. My name is Lana." Lana introduced.
"Me, Mario." Mario introduced.
"I'm Donkey Kong." DK introduced.
"I'm Mimi and she is Palmon." Mimi introduced.
"Nice to meet you." Palmon said.
"I'm Cody and he is Armadillomon." Cody introduced.
"Hi." Armadillomon said.
"I'm Ash and he is Pikachu." Ash introduced.
"Hey there." Pikachu said.
"I'm Tyson, Ash's little brother." Tyson introduced.
"I'm JP." JP introduced.
"I'm Samus and this is a baby Metroid." Samus introduced as the Metroid screeches innocently.
"My name is Kairi." Kairi introduced.
"I'm Takato and this Guilmon." Takato introduced.
"Hiya Linkmon." Guilmon said.
"Link-mon?" Navi repeated with confusion.
"It's a long story." Takato said nervously.
"Do you know where are we?" Navi asked.
"We're in the Faron Woods and we're protecting it from the monsters." Lana replied.
"I'll help too." Young Link said pulling out his sword.
"Here we go! Banana Slamma!" DK said and punched two Stalfos knocking them in the process.
The heroes make their way by the forest defeating every monster.
"Now to where?" Young Link asked.
"We must go to protect the Deku Tree." Lana said.
However, Maleficent was watching them.
"So, this giant tree is their base." Maleficent said and commands. "Destroy the giant tree! Troops, destroy the Deku Tree, along with the weak soldiers!"
"She just doesn't make things easy!" Pikachu growled.
"Some of us must defend the giant tree." Mario said.
"The enemies are coming by north and south." Takato said.
"We will go to the south." Cody said as Armadillomon nods in agreement.
"I'll go too." Kairi said.
"Me too." JP said.
"Yoshi too." Yoshi said.
"That means that me with the young Link, DK and Samus with the baby Metroid will go to the north." Mario said as Yoshi, DK and Samus nodded in agreement.
"We'll stay here to defend the tree." Mimi said.
"Ok, let's a go!" Mario said.
Then the members split in three groups. In the south area, Cody's group arrived to defeat the enemies.
"Let's do this!" Kairi said.
Kairi slashes the Red Space Pirates, Living Bones and Shaman Heartless with her Keyblade, a Stalfos slashed Cody but he retaliates using Payback Fang which lunge towards his enemy and deal powerful slash, Armadillomon uses Diamond Shell to defeat a group of Stalchild and Yoshi uses his tongue to trap every Waspmon and finish them delivering a ground pound.
"That seemed easy, the only bad thing is that my Digi-Spirit is not here too." JP said.
"Soon we will find it." Kairi said.
Suddenly they heard hysterical laugh revealing as the hyenas.
"Who are those Digimon?" Armadillomon asked nervously.
"They aren't Digimon, they are hyenas." Cody replied nervously.
"What the hyenas are doing here?" JP asks at the hyenas.
"Well, well, well, Banzai, what have we got here? The same humans mentioned by Bowser." Shenzi asked.
"Hmm, I don't know, Shenzi. Uh, what do you think, Ed?" Banzai asked and Ed giggles madly.
"Those hyenas spoke!" JP exclaims scared.
"Can you understand us?" Banzai asked.
'This is weird, now why Bowser has hyenas in his team?' Cody though.
"What hyenas want from Yoshi and friends?" Yoshi asks nervously.
"We have orders from bring the haired-girl for Maleficent." Shenzi replied.
"And what about us?" Armadillomon asked.
"Cody, can't you do something?" JP asked scared.
"I don't like hurt the animals." Cody replied feared backing up from the hyenas.
"I'm agree with you Cody." Kairi said.
"Maybe we will return with everyone." Cody said trying to flee until Shenzi blocks his path.
"Oh, don't be silly. We'd love you to stick around for lunch." Shenzi said.
"Um, we didn't bring anything to eat." Cody said nervously.
"Yeah, sorry about that." Armadillomon said.
"Only I brought some chocolates…" JP added.
"Oh, that won't be a problem." Banzai said.
"Uh, guys… I think they're referring to us!" Kairi says scared.
"Yoshi is too young to be devoured!" Yoshi said shivering in fear and Ed giggles madly again. In answer, the heroes gulped.
"You gotta be kidding!" JP exclaimed.
"Let's see, I want human salad with mustard." Banzai said and the two hyenas laugh in answer.
"I have another one, a grilled lizard and armadillo too." Shenzi said and they laugh again until Ed was babbling pointing to somewhere. "What do you want Ed?"
"Hmm, we'll order dinner to bring?" Banzai asked.
"No, why?" Shenzi asked.
"Because they're getting away." Banzai replied as Cody with the others were fleeing.
In answer, the hyenas start to follow the children, but Cody tripped on a branch and got stuck.
"Guys, help me!" Cody shouted.
"Cody!" Armadillomon exclaimed.
When Banzai was close to bite Cody, Armadillomon runs and scratched the male hyena who growls in answer, but Kairi managed to help Cody to stand up and they continued running until they ended stuck in a dead end.
"Dead end!" Yoshi said.
"You're trapped!" Banzai said as the hyenas were coming slowly.
"Anyone have a plan?" Kairi asked.
"Only one, we must fight against the hyenas." JP said.
"Are you nuts? They're living beings in our world!" Cody exclaimed.
"If Yoshi or friends don't act soon, we will food for hyenas!" Yoshi said.
"Yoshi is right, we must act now!" JP said.
Cody thought for a moment and JP is right, they must defeat the hyenas if he and his friends want to survive. Plus, those hyenas are working with a known enemy.
"You're right JP! Let's beat them!" Cody nodded and summoned his Keyblade.
"Right!" Kairi said summoning her Keyblade without hesitation.
The hyenas charged at them, Cody tries to slash Banzai, but he dodge and rammed him, the brown-haired kid thrust his Keyblade forward defensively as the hyena was trying to bite him, the two struggles until Armadillomon uses Diamond Shell and hits Banzai.
"Are you okay Cody?" Armadillomon asked.
"I'm okay, thank you." Cody said getting up.
By other part, Shenzi launches a bite but Kairi kicked the female hyena in the face and she triple slashed her horizontally. Yoshi wraps his tongue around Ed and swallowed the hyena as he was turned into an egg, then Yoshi performs a strong headbutt in Ed.
"Can you Digivolve Armadillomon?" Cody asked.
"Yes." Armadillomon said and Cody nodded who pulls out his D3.
"What are you trying to do?" Shenzi asked.

In answer the hyenas starting to back up in fear.
"You're going to pay for try to hurt Cody!" Ankylomon said. "Tail Hammer!"
He attacks swinging his tail and hit the hyenas who scream as they were sent to fly off into the distance. A star twinkled from where the hyenas were going flying.
"Phew… That was too close." JP sighed in relief.
"Boy, we almost went to lunch for those hyenas." Cody said.
"Cody's right." Yoshi nodded in agreement.
In the north area, Mario shoots multiple fireballs at the enemies, Young Link performs a spin attack, DK claps his hands against the ground creating shockwaves (Down Special Attack in Smash Bros), the baby Metroid was draining the life from every Gidbo as Samus manages to finish them.
"Those monsters still appearing." Samus said as the baby Metroid screeches.
"We can beat them together." DK said.
"Sorry mates, but your luck ends here." A voice said revealing as Dingodile.
"Who are you?" Mario asks pointing his Keyblade at the mutant animal.
"Dingodile's the name, and Uka-Uka with Cortex, Maleficent and Bowser gave orders to bring two girls, one with blonde hair and another with red hair." Dingodile said.
"Are you working for Bowser?" Mario asked.
"Correct mate, Bowser told me that certain bandicoot joined forces with you to rescue a princess." Dingodile explained referring to Crash.
"Crash?" Mario asked.
"Of course, if you're Crash's friends, you all are my enemies." Dingodile said pointing the gun from his machine on his back.
"We can beat you!" Navi said as Young Link took his fight stance like the others.
"Give me those girls for the goods and shove off, or I'll roast yas!" Dingodile said.
"We're not gonna lose to you!" Young Link said.

"Feel the burn, ya blokes!" Dingodile said as he shoots fire from his flamethrower, but they dodge.
Then Mario casts Thundaga as Samus fires her Wave Beam shots at Dingodile. In answer, he shoots fireballs from his flamethrower, but they dodge again, then DK slams his head against the dingo-crocodile hybrid burying him and Young Link performs an upping slash followed by a spin attack (YYYYX Deity's Mask Combo). However, Dingodile fires a stream of fire but the heroes dodge again and Mario performs Rising Sun to strike Dingodile, followed by DK performing a spin attack with his arms (Up Special Attack in Smash Bros), then Young Link fired a sword beam as Samus fired a missile, Dingodile tries to dodge until the baby Metroid bit him and in answer Dingodile was damaged by the attacks. Dingodile tries to charge his flamethrower until Samus fired from her Ice Beam freezing the flamethrower.
"What the…!?" Dingodile exclaimed and the device on his back exploded as backfire, but he still fine like the device and the flamethrower. "You'll pay for that!"
Dingodile shoots fireballs at them but they dodge again, then Samus morphed into a ball and uses the Boost Ball to circle around Dingodile until he ended dizzy, Mario performs the Jump Punch in the chin of Dingodile, followed by Young Link performing a diving slash (YYYX Combo) and DK performing a downward hammer chop. Dingodile retaliates firing a stream of fire from his flamethrower and spins around the place but the heroes ducked avoiding the attack, when Dingodile was charging his flamethrower until Young Link fired an ice arrow from his bow and froze the flamethrower.
"Not again!" Dingodile exclaimed and exploded again.
However, he unleashes a jet of fire from his flamethrower but Young Link pulled out the Mirror Shield reflecting the attack back at Dingodile, then Mario slashes him with his Keyblade as DK was punching him, Samus uses her Grapple Lasso to grab Dingodile and performs a downward kick (Up Normal Attack in Smash Bros), the animal mutant tries to attack until the baby Metroid bites him and drain his energies, when the jellyfish creature ended, Dingodile fires fireballs to the sky and every fireball start to fall like meteorites but they dodge, the dingo-crocodile hybrid charges again his flamethrower but Mario casts Blizzarga and froze the flamethrower again.
"Uh-oh…" Dingodile gulped and his device exploded again.

"Ya trashed me, mates." Dingodile said getting up slowly and he disappears in a dark corridor.

Back in the Deku Tree, the heroes still defending the tree from the enemies.
"Poison Ivy!" Palmon grabs the enemies and throwed them to the ground.
"Pyrosphere!" Guilmon fires a fireball from his mouth.
"Thunder!" Ash, Mimi and Tyson casted Thundaga.
"Electro Ball!" Pikachu uses his attack and they defeated the enemies.
"Those were the last ones." Mimi said.
The rest of the heroes gathered in the Deku Tree.
"Is that the Deku Tree?" Young Link asked.
"Yes, but it's bigger than before." Navi replied.
"The enemies were defeated.
"Good. Now, we can rest for a little." Lana said.
"Let's just hope that nothing else will go wrong." Samus said.
"Enjoy your little rest, pitiful fools! My next plan will burn everything!" Maleficent said.
"Oh no…" Palmon said.
"What is she up to now?" Cody asked.
"Nothing good." Kairi said.
"Like right now?" Ankylomon asked pointing at green and black fire spreading at the Deku Tree.
"Oh, no! Maleficent's started a fire all around the forest!" Takato exclaimed.
"Is she CRAZY?!" JP asked.
"No. Just evil." Ash said.
"We must rid the tree of the flames!" Lana said.
"Leave it to me! Go Goodra!" Ash said and calls Goodra.
"What's going on!?" Goodra exclaimed watching the tree in flames.
"Goodra, use Rain Dance extinguish the fire!" Ash commanded.
Then Goodra makes appear a rain cloud above the Deku Tree and extinguished the flames completely.
"All the fire are taken out!" Pikachu said.
"Thank you all! You saved this forest!" Lana said.
"How DARE you rid this wretched forest of the fires! You will pay for such insolence!" Maleficent said furiously.
"How can someone so EVIL bring fire to the Deku Tree?!" Navi asked.
"We will never forgive her after what she had done!" Cody said upset.
"Let's a go!" Mario said.
Then the group make their way to find Maleficent and they later find the evil witch and confront her.
"You have nowhere to go, Maleficent!" Kairi said pointing her Keyblade at Maleficent.
"Are you working with Ganondorf too!?" Young Link asked.
"Clever. I must leave this place, but I have a little gift, courtesy of Bowser." Maleficent said and disappears in a dark corridor.

Just then a giant spider with four front metallic claws and a red eye known as 'Gohma' appeared to confront the group.

"Wait, launch your attacks to my mirrors for make a stronger attack and destroy the monster." Mercurymon said.
"It's true, Mercurymon can reflect the attacks with his mirrors." Cody said remembering the Steel Warrior in the Mark of Mastery.
"Then let's do this!" Agunimon said.
"Fire!" Mario fired fireballs.
"Banana Slamma!" DK pulled out a gun and fired a coconut.
"Fire!" Kairi and Mimi casted Firaga.
"Freeze!" Cody and Takato casted Blizzarga.

Yoshi fired an egg, Samus fired a super missile and Lana fired an energy sphere. All the attacks entered in one mirror of Mercurymon, he growled in pain in seconds for hold much power.
"Mega Dark Reflection!" Mercurymon yelled and fired colorful beam from his mirror which hits Gohma causing it much damage.

"I don't think you deserve this." Scar said holding a pig's leg of raw ham.
He throwed it and the hyenas starts to eat.
"Well, we didn't have faced humans before." Shenzi said.
"She is right, Shere Khan meets better those humans, specially the human cubs, than the hyenas or us." Zira said.
