There will be some elements from Sonic X, Super Smash Bros Brawl, Breath of the Wild, Metroid Dread, LOZ: Skyward Sword, prior Sonic games like the one from Sonic Heroes, Sonic the Hedgehog (2006) and Sonic Advance 2. Sorry for the long wait.

CHAPTER 36
Metarex in Eagleland and Nowhere
Aether Kingdom (when Shinnok was causing destruction)
The sight is in first person and is seeing the town in flames with magmatic gargoyles and Corrupted Guardians (just like the ones from Breath of the Wild) causing destruction and the being fires a blue laser damaging the Corrupted Shinnok, then it prepares a spinning top until Corrupted Shinnok grabbed him and tossed him into a wall. However, he gets up and jumps before tying the arms around Shinnok's forearms.
"Self destruction sequence initiated…" It said in a monotone voice.
"AROB, no!" A man like Mario without plumber clothes shouted.
"10, 9, 8, 7, 6…" The robot called AROB (Ancient Robotic Operational Buddy) kept counting.
"Get off from me!" Corrupted Shinnok exclaimed.
"5, 4, 3, 2, 1…" AROB keeps counting until he glows in light blue. "Enjoy!"
Then AROB exploded and the head landed somewhere while watching the smoke from the explosion.
"AROB…" Caleb's voice said with sorrow.
AROB who is watching in first person until the vision is turned off as Corrupted Shinnok was laughing evilly who survived at the self destruction.
"One hero less, I will destroy the others." Corrupted Shinnok's voice said as the AROB's vision turned off completely.
Subspace
Back in the subspace, Tabuu was holding a robot's head similar to ROB (it has the same design from the guardians in Breath of the Wild) and he puts it in his body, he spreads a dark energy to reawaken and reprogram the robot.
"Your name won't be AROB anymore, until right now your new name will be Ancient Minister." Tabuu said.
The eyes of the robot now called Ancient Minister glowed in yellow before nodding. Then more Ancient ROBs appeared, sentries, blasters, launchers and giants, followed by three legged robots called Guardian Scouts, six legged robots called Guardian Stalkers, others robots with three propellers called Guardian Skywatchers, turret robots called Guardian Turrets and the last ones are one-eyed robots with two legs and two arms called EMMI (the ones from Metroid Dread but with the design from the Guardians in Breath of the Wild).
"Now prepare the subspace bomb to open a portal." Tabuu instructed the Ancient Minister and nodded. "Just one more thing."
Tabuu snapped and summoned a dark green robe in the robot.
Eagleland: Onett
Sonic Prime, Sakura (Jap), Shadow, Koichi, Gary and Meta Knight arrived in a town.
"Onii-Chan, where are we?" Sakura asked.
"I don't know Saki-Chan, but Sora told us that he met Ness and he lives here." Prime said remembering Sora's backstory.
"Do you know something about him?" Koichi asked him.
"Yes, he has PK powers." Prime replied.
The team goes across the town until new robots with insectoid heads appear surrounding the group.
"Are they Eggman robots?" Sakura (Jap) asked.
"No, they look completely different." Prime replied.
"I've never seen those robots before either." Shadow said.
"They're Metarex." A voice said and revealed as Dark Oak.
"You again!?" Prime said.
"We meet again Sonic, or better known as Sonic Prime since the last time in the Organization XIII world." Dark Oak said.
"Who are you?" Koichi asked.
"My name is Dark Oak, leader of the Metarex." Dark Oak introduced.
'He definitely is not related is not related to my family.' Gary thought.
"Now that I'm back I will get rid of Sonic and you too with your friends." Dark Oak said pointing his sword at Prime.
"If the Sonic from this universe managed to defeat you, I can defeat you too!" Prime said with determination.
*WON'T STOP JUST GO! (SONIC ADVENTURE 2)*
"Key, which hides the power of the Rainbow Star. Reveal your true form before me, I, Sakura Kinomoto, command you under our contract. Release!" Sakura (Jap) commanded and her key transformed into a wand.
Koichi prepares to Spirit Evolve.
Execute, Beast Spirit Evolution… KaiserLeomon!
"It's your turn Pinsir!" Gary said calling his stag beetle Pokémon.
The Metarex Troopers try to claw but they dodged, then Prime realizes triple Focused Homing Attack against three different Metarex Troopers and followed with Sonic Wave while Shadow uses Chaos Boost passing across the Metarex Troopers and followed by using Chaos Spear, KaiserLeomon uses Dark Master and combine with Ebony Blast, Sakura (Jap) casted Windy and Watery cards to summon a water tornado and casted Thunder to zap the Metarex Troopers trapped in the water tornado, Meta Knight uses Mach Tornado and diagonal slashes with the Galaxia and Gary's Pinsir attacks by using Rock Smash, X-Scissor and Rock Slide under Gary's commands.
"No matter how Metarexs are destroyed, more of them will appear." Dark Oak said.
More Metarex Troopers were coming.
"PK Flash!" A green flash appears before exploding in the Metarex Troopers and Ness appears and he is in the company of a blonde-haired girl with pink dress.
"Ness!" Meta Knight said.
"Long time no see, Gary, Meta Knight and Sonic Prime." Ness recognized them.
"You foolish meddling boy!" Dark Oak snarled.
Dark Oak dashes towards Ness who tries to dodge but Dark Oak goes too fast and slashes him with his sword and tries to impale him.
"Ness!" The blonde girl exclaimed in concern.
"Shield!" Sakura (Jap) casted shield to protect Ness.
"You!" Dark Oak said before targeting Sakura.
"Oh no you won't!" Prime said before dashing and kicked Dark Oak.
"Why you!?" Dark Oak said glaring Prime.
Both were facing each other, then they dashed to each other as Dark Oak tried to slash Prime with his sword but he dodged before delivering an elbow strike, an upper kick and a knee strike against Dark Oak's face.
'It can't be! Even if he is not using the Chaos Emeralds, he is stronger than the previous Sonic!' Dark Oak thought.
He tries to slash him but Prime dodges by moving aside, then he realizes Whirlwind while Sakura (Jap) casts Windy as Dark Oak was struggling, then Shadow uses Chaos Snap kicking Dark Oak by behind and uses Chaos Lance, Meta Knight uses Drill Strike and Koichi uses Ebony Blast with both striking the purple Metarex.
"Pinsir, use Superpower!" Gary comanded.
"Understood!" Pinsir nodded before delivering an overpowered hit against Dark Oak.
"PK Thunder!" Ness uses his attack on himself to cover in electricity and strikes Dark Oak painfully.

Dark Oak backed away from the group before saying and glaring at Prime directly. "I didn't expect you to be stronger than the Sonic I know."
"You're confusing me with the Sonic from this universe!" Prime said.
"Next time we meet, we'll have a one-on-one battle!" Dark Oak said before glaring Ness. "And as for you kid, you must stay out of my way and the Metarex!"
Then Dark Oak jumps out from the stage while Gary returns Pinsir inside of his Pokéball and KaiserLeomon reverts back to Koichi.
"Hey, thank you for saving Ness." The blonde girl said to Sakura.
"Your welcome." Sakura (Jap) said.
"Shadow? Is that you?" Ness asked Shadow from Prime's universe.
"Yes, but I'm from Sonic Prime's universe." Shadow said.
"My name is Paula." The blonde girl called Paula introduced herself. "What are your names?"
"I'm Sonic Prime the Hedgehog." Prime introduced himself.
"I'm Shadow the Hedgehog." Shadow introduced.
"My name is Gary Oak." Gary introduced himself.
"I'm Koichi." Koichi introduced himself.
"My name is Meta Knight." Meta Knight introduced himself.
"And I'm Sakura Kinomoto, I'm Sonic Prime's little sister." Sakura (Jap) introduced herself.
"Your sister!?" Ness asks surprised as Sakura laughs nervously.
Then Sonic Prime explains to Ness and Paula about how they are siblings.
"That makes sense." Paula said.
"Where's Caleb and the others?" Ness asked
"They are traveling across many worlds recruiting heroes to stop Bowser's army." Prime answered.
"Is Porky joined with Bowser too?" Ness asked.
"Yes, we faced him in Lumiose city from the Kalos region in the Pokémon World." Shadow answered.
"What is Porky planning to do?" Paula asked.
"He, like the other villains, agreed to help Bowser to kidnap Kari because she is the Master Key to open the door to Kingdom Hearts and rule the universe." Prime explained.
"Looks like Porky didn't learn his lesson, in that case we'll help too." Ness said.
"Ness-San, when the Metarexs appeared here in this world?" Sakura (Jap) asked him.
"They suddenly appeared here last night, when I woke up they were patrolling the place. I was spying on them until they suddenly discovered me but I fought against them before returning home, only Dark Oak was much harder than the previous ones, but the next day more of them appeared, then me and Paula fought against them." Ness explained.
"We don't know what they are doing here?" Paula asked.
"Dark Oak is working with the Organization XIII." Prime said.
"Organization XIII!? I thought they disappeared after Sora and Riku defeated Xemnas!" Ness exclaimed.
"Yes, but the destruction of Ansem and Xemnas guaranteed the original Xehanort's reconstruction." Meta Knight answered.
"They are now called True Organization XIII, they managed to separate and ambush us, as they were separated, they captured Sora and Xehanort tried to turn him into a vessel but we managed to save him in time. Now Master Xehanort and the other Organization members are trying to kidnap TK and Kari to use the power from their crests to forge the X-Blade. When Bowser and his troops were the first ones invading Odaiba, three Organization XIII members tried to kidnap Kairi too, when Kari called me. Sakura, Shadow and I arrived to save our friends. But the threat isn't over, the villains who are working with Bowser are trying to rule every world. Tai had the idea of me being the leader of the team because I have a lot of determination to defeat Metallix and save everyone, also I helped my friends when we were in serious situations and Shadow and I made plans to defeat our strongest enemies." Prime explained.
"This journey will be harder than the previous one, you two better get ready." Meta Knight said.
"Okay." Ness and Paula nodded.
"Where are more Metarexs?" Shadow said.
"I think there are more of them beyond Onett." Ness said.
"Then let's go to stop the Metarex." Prime said.
They nodded before going.
Peaceful Rest Valley
They arrived into a valley with trees, a big river and a lake.
"It's too quiet." Gary said.
"Even if it's too quiet, they can appear to attack us." Shadow said.
The group continues until more Metarex Troopers appear and new ones who have the shape of gigantic frogs.
*ROOM GUARDER/MID-BOSS ROOM (KIRBY 64)*
"Those Metarex look like giant frogs." Sakura (Jap) said.
"This is getting very weird." Gary commented before calling two Pokémon. "Dodrio! Electivire!"
Two Frog Metarex launched their tongues trying to eat Sakura.
"Jump!" She quickly casted a card and jumped to avoid the attack or being eaten by a mechanized frog. "Earthy!"
She summons earth pillars hitting the two Metarex Frogs, Prime and Shadow combined White Blast and Chaos Blast to destroy the two Metarex Frogs, another Metarex Frog lunges towards both hedgehogs but they dodged and Shadow realized Chaos Snap and followed by Prime realizing Somersault Kicks and ended with Sonic Cracker. Meta Knight rose his sword before firing energy waves to slice the Metarex Troopers, Dodrio uses Drill Peck and followed with Tri Attack while Electivire uses Thunder Punch and Thunder to defeat more Metarex Troopers, Ness uses PSI to attack the enemies (normal attacks from Smash Bros) and bashing the enemies with a baseball bat, Paula uses PSI attacks too and bashes the enemies with a frying pan, they continued until to destroy them all.

"You both did a great job." Gary told his two Pokémon.
"Thanks." Dodrio and Electivire said.
"Now you two take a rest." Gary said returning them inside the Pokéball.
"Onii-Chan, do you know something about the Metarex?" Sakura (Jap) asked his adopted brother.
"I don't know much about them since they didn't appear in my original world, but now that they are working with the Organization XIII, they will help them to fulfill their goals." Prime replied.
Ness was panting a bit.
"Ness, what's wrong?" Paula asked him in concern.
"I'm still tired… after fighting… against Dark Oak… the last night…" Ness said panting.
"We better take a break here." Prime said and they nodded.
Ness' head was laying in Paula's lap, she blushed a bit after watching Ness sleeping.
City in Ruins
In another distant world, a young man with blue hair, carries a sword on his back, wears a blue jacket, red bandana, and black pants. He was running in the ruined city as Crystal Dolls Heartless surrounded.
"How about this!" The young man said before yelling as he entered in the Super Saiyan Phase 1 form just like Goku.
Then he realizes a wide horizontal slash to destroy the Crystal Dolls Heartless, but another one tries to slash him from behind until a light blue energy shot appears from nowhere and destroys the Crystal Doll.
"Who is there!?" The young man asks unsure.
"Don't be afraid, I'm an ally too." A robotic voice said and revealed as C-800.
"Are you a cactus?" The young man asked.
"Yes, but my name is C-800, I was reprogrammed to save the present a long time ago." C-800 introduced himself.
"My name is Trunks, I'm trying to survive in this world in ruins." The young man called Trunks introduced himself.
"Possibly something happened in the past and the way to change the future is traveling to the past." C-800 said.
"Yes, we need to go to the Capsule Corporation." Trunks said. "There is a time machine which will bring us to the past."
C-800 nodded before following Trunks. The futuristic duo was advancing in the city in ruins while facing more Crystal Doll Heartless, Trunks keeps his Super Saiyan Phase 1 form fires ki blasts from one hand while with the other is holding the sword to slash the enemies with his sword and C-800 was using his Future Shot aiming at the enemies' heads to defeat them quickly. After defeating them, Trunks returned to his original form.
"Those enemies are made of crystal and darkness." C-800 said.
"We need to keep going before the situation gets worse." Trunks said.
They continued but unknown to them, the Queen Nehelenia watched them.
"No matter your efforts, Sailor Mini Moon was erased from existence and now Prince Endymion is mine forever." She said.
The duo arrived in a spherical building where they found a transport.
"I will see you in the past." C-800 said to Trunks.
"Are you not going to enter the time machine?" Trunks asked the cactus.
"I was programmed to travel across time." C-800 said.
Then Trunks uses the time machine to travel to the past while C-800 disappears in a light blue flash (just like Terminator).
Eagleland: Choucream Zoo
In another part from Eagleland, the Team Chaotix was exploring the place.
"Very suspicious of that portal." Vector said.
"I've got a bad feeling about this…" Espio said.
"Is it not related with the Chaos Control?" Charmy asked.
They keep walking until the Shadow Bugs appear forming themselves into Primids, followed by Corrupts Chamelemon, Floods Unversed, Shadows Heartless, Mirages Magnemite and Castform, and Dusk Nobodies.
"Hey, aren't those the same enemies we saw before in Twilight Town?" Charmy asked.
"I thought they disappeared after Sora and Riku defeated Xemnas." Vector said.
"Apparently they're back and now they have reinforcements." Espio said.
One Mirage Castform uses Rain Dance and the three Mirage Castform change form in which their heads are now a water drop and have a cloud below them.
"How interesting? They also can control the climate too." Vector says amazed.
"Let's fight first and then the details." Espio said.
*TEAM CHAOTIX (SONIC HEROES)*
"Okay, here we go." Vector says getting ready for the fight.
"Alright!" Charmy said.
"Ready anytime!" Espio said.
Espio starts first tossing ninja stars against the Primids' heads defeating them quickly, Vector unleashes a flamethrower from his mouth hitting the Mirages Magnemite and Corrupts Chamelemon, even though the fire was lessened by the rain he manages to damage the enemies, Charmy attacks using his sting against the Floods Unversed and Shadows Heartless, Espio turns invisible and kicked the Dusk Nobodies, Vector jumped before slamming his fists formed into a hammer stomping against the enemies repeatedly and Charmy formed a totem with Vector and Espio before tossing them to hit the enemies (just like in Sonic Heroes), then the Mirages Castform used Flamethrower but the Team Chaotix dodged the attack.
"That doesn't make sense, how they can use fire moves even if they have a water-based body." Vector said in disbelief.
"It's really hard to explain, but their moves may move." Espio replied.
The Mirages Castform attack using Icy Wind but Vector unleashes his flamethrower going across the Icy Wind and hits the Mirages Castform, then Metarex Troopers and others like humanoids with snake tails called Naga Metarex.
"Aren't those the Metarex?" Charmy asked.
"Yeah, I thought they disappeared a long time ago." Espio said.
"Something is going on here." Vector said putting a hand on his chin.
The Team Chaotix keep fighting against the enemies as Prime's team arrives to see them fighting against the enemies.
"Onii-Chan, there are some animals fighting against the Metarex." Sakura (Jap) said pointing at Team Chaotix.
"They're Espio, Vector and Charmy, the Team Chaotix." Prime replied before asking. "What are they doing here?"
"Probably one of the Dimensional Rifts brought them to this world just like it happened to Cream, Cheese, Blaze and Marine." Shadow answered.
"Let's give them a hand." Ness said and they nodded.
Back with Team Chaotix, a Corrupt Chamelemon tries to launch its tongue until Prime uses Sonic Cracker defeating the Corrupt Chamelemon, then Vector turns to see Prime's team.
"Team Chaotix." Prime said.
"Ah, Sonic Prime, just in time." Vector said before noticing the others. "Looks like the alternate Shadow, Meta Knight and Ness are with you, old friend. By the way, how are the younger lovebirds?"
"We'll explain to you later." Shadow answered.
"Shadow is right, we must defeat the enemies first." Espio agrees with Shadow.
Now Prime's group joins the battle as Koichi prepares to Spirit Evolve.
Execute, Beast Spirit Evolution… KaiserLeomon!
"What!? A human transforming into a Digimon!?" Vector jawdropped as the rain disappeared.
"Blaze Black!" KaiserLeomon said unleashing dark flames against the enemies.
"Your turn Kingdra!" Gary said calling a Kingdra ally. "Now use Hydro Pump!"
Kingdra fires a high pressure water blast hitting the enemies, Ness pulls out his baseball bat before bashing the enemies while Paula is using PK Fire, Meta Knight was using the Dimensional Cape to ambush the enemies.
"Sword! Fight! Power!" Sakura (Jap) casted three cards.
"Whoa! That girl can use magic!" Vector says impressed.
She manages to dodge the attacks from every enemy before slashing them with her sword, Prime realizes Focused Homing Attacks and Whirlwinds against Corrupts Chamelemon and Metarex, and martial art moves against the Primids, Shadow manages to dodge the charged punch from the Primids before delivering lateral kicks and arm thrusts, he also dodges the Mirages Magnemite attacking with Thunder Shock and realizes Chaos Spear a Scope Primids tries to shoot Shadow but he realized Chaos Snap to disarm the enemy and grabbed the scope before shooting at the other enemies.
'Whoa! This Shadow's version is different too, first he watches the movements from the enemy before attacking!' Vector thinks amazed.
However, they continued until they defeated all the enemies.

"Wohoo! We're too good!" Charmy cheered.
Suddenly someone lands behind them leaving a cloud of smoke and they turn to see a Mirage Galvantula triple the size of the original.
*BOSS BATTLE (POKÉMON RUMBLE)*
"Galvantula!" Mirage Galvantula said.
"What is that thing?" Sakura (Jap) asked.
"It's a Galvantula, originally from the Unova region. But this specimen is three times bigger than the original." Gary explained.
"It's a Mirage Pokémon just like the Mirage Hypno." Prime explained.
Mirage Galvantula launches multiple Electro Webs but they manage to dodge the attack, the Mirage Galvantula attacks using Signal Beam but they dodged again.
"Kingdra, return!" Gary said returning his Pokémon inside the Pokéball before calling others two Pokémon. "Nidoking! Nidoqueen!"
Galvantula attacks with Swift but Prime realizes the Defense Shield to reflect back at the Mirage Galvantula.
"Shot!" Sakura casts another card which fires energy shots damaging the electric tarantula.
"PK Fire!" Ness and Paula realized PK Fire together and damaged the Mirage Galvantula.
The Mirage Galvantula uses Cross Poison which forms a x with his front legs which it charges poison and runs towards them.
"Nidoking, use Earth Power!" Gary commanded.
"Understood!" Nidoking nodded before stomping the ground and he created fissures with magma hitting the Mirage Galvantula.
"Now Nidoqueen, use Mega Punch!" Gary commanded.
"Understood!" Nidoqueen nodded before charging white energy in her right fist and punched the electric tarantula.
Vector attacks tossing Espio and Charmy hitting the Mirage Galvantula before firing explosive bubble gumballs (B+B+B attack in Sonic Heroes) hitting the Mirage Pokémon, followed by Prime realizing somersault kicks and Shadow using Chaos Drill Strike damaging the Mirage Galvantula, Meta Knight uses Drill Strike with his sword.
"Dark Master!" KaiserLeomon said using his attack hitting the electric tarantula.
However, the Mirage Galvantula uses Bounce trying to stomp the team but they dodged, then Charmy formed a totem again before tossing Vector and Espio repeatedly, followed by Prime realizing Whirlwind and Shadow realizing Chaos Lightning Punches and Kicks causing more damage against the Mirage Galvantula, Meta Knight rose his sword before firing energy waves damaging the Mirage Pokémon.
"Ebony Blast!" KaiserLeomon realizes his attack.
"Fiery!" Sakura (Jap) casted another card and they damaged the Mirage Galvantula.
The Mirage Galvantula uses Thunder but Nidoking and Nidoqueen put themselves in front of the group while blocking the Thunder.
"Why Nidoking and Nidoqeen are unharmed?" Sakura (Jap) asked.
"They are immune to electrical type movements." Gary explained before commanding. "Nidoqueen, Nidoking, use Hyper Beam!"
Both Pokémon fired a dark beam which finished off the Mirage Galvantula.

The Mirage Galvantula backs up in pai (doing its signature scream like in Pokémon games) and disappears into particles while KaiserLeomon reverted to his regular form and Gary returned his two Pokémon inside the Pokéball.
"Definitely that was easy." Charmy said.
"Well, Sonic Prime, long time no see." Vector said shaking Prime's right hand.
"Likewise, Vector." Prime said.
"Who are you?" Charmy asked Sakura.
"I'm Sakura Kinomoto, I'm Sonic Prime's little sister." Sakura (Jap) introduced herself." Sakura (Jap) introduced herself.
"Y-y-your sister!?" Vector exclaimed.
Prime explains to Team Chaotix how he was adopted.
"Oh, that makes sense, I'm still remembering when my twin brother from a different universe joined you to realize the ending blow against the metallic doppelganger, after returning to my home I mourned his death, just as I did with your other friends." Vector said before pulling out a tissue and blowing on it. "I wish if I had met my twin brother, we could have been best friends."
"It's okay, Vector, they're now in a better place." Prime said.
"And I'm glad to know that you have a new life." Vector said.
"Who are you?" Koichi asked Team Chaotix.
"I see you fellas meet Meta Knight, Ness and Shadow too, allow me to introduce myself, I'm the Detective Vector, but you can call me Vector." Vector introduced himself.
"My name is Espio." Espio introduced himself.
"And I'm Charmy." Charmy introduced himself.
"I'm Koichi." Koichi introduced himself.
"I'm Gary." Gary introduced himself.
"And I'm Paula." Paula introduced herself.
"I'm really sure you know why the Metarexs are back." Vector said to Prime.
"The Organization XIII was responsible for bringing back Dark Oak." Prime replied.
"Organization XIII?" Vector repeated.
"They're the same people who wear black cloaks." Espio explained.
"Oh right." Vector realized. "Now that explains why the Metarex Army is back."
"Not only the Metarex are invading this world. There are Heartless, Nobodies and Corrupts Digimon. The new ones are Mirage Pokémon, Subspace Army and Unversed." Shadow explained.
"Subspace Army, probably those green soldiers are part of the Subspace Army, as for the Mirages Pokémon, they are the same ones who can control the climate and those Unversed, I think they appeared a long time ago back in Mobius." Vector said while writing notes about the enemies in a notebook.
"Those are all enemies?" Espio asked.
"There is another group of enemies called Soulless." Prime said.
"Let me guess, the soulless as their name implies are enemies who have no soul, right?" Vector asked.
"Yes, but they are really dangerous, if someone is destroyed by them the victim will become a Soulless too." Prime explained.
"Ok, now I'm scared." Charmy said.
"For last Bowser is making an army made of villains from other worlds, with Eggman and the Deadly Six included too." Meta Knight added.
"I should have imagined Eggman too." Vector said.
"I'll suggest joining forces with the Digidestined again." Espio said.
"By the way, where are they?" Vector asked.
"They are in different worlds recruiting more heroes." Prime said.
"Let's get ready for the action." Charmy said.
They continued across the ruined zoo as the enemies started to appear in their path.
*BATTLE! WILD POKÉMON - POKÉMON DIAMOND & PEARL + SUPER SMASH BROS BRAWL MASHUP (Aacro X)*
"Electivire, I choose you!" Gary said calling his Pokémon.
Primids, Boom Primids, Buckots, Tickens, Auroros, Mirages Murkrow, Corrupts Gizamon and Metarex Troopers were going towards the group, two Boom Primids tossed their boomerangs but Shadow dodges before using Chaos Spear to defeat them, an Auroros tries to impale him but he dodges and grabbed the enemy like-bird before tossing it against three Mirage Murkrow, Sonic Prime realized focused homing attack against three Primids and uses Wind Arrow against the Corrupts Gizamon and Metarex Troopers, Sakura casts Earthy against three Tickens breaking their armors and releasing yellow rounded birds who fly in freedom, Electivire uses Thunder zapping the Auroros, Espio attacks tossing ninja stars against the Primids, Vector punches the Primids and unleashes a flamethrower from his mouth against the Metarex Troopers, Charmy attacks using his sting against the Mirages Murkrow, Meta Knight slices two Primids with his sword and realizes his Drill Attack against Boom Primids and Buckots, Ness and Paula combined their PK Flashes against a group of Gizamon defeating them. Suddenly a group Floows appeared in front of Sakura who backed in fear because those enemies are like ghosts.
"HOE!" Sakura screamed in fear.
"Saki-Chan!" Prime exclaimed before dashing towards her and grabbed her while dodging the screeches from the Floows. "Daijobu?"
"Hai, arigato, Onii-Chan." Sakura spoke in Japanese.
The Floows were approaching them, Sakura is still shivering until Prime puts in front of her in defense.
"Let's combine our attacks." Prime said and Sakura nodded.
"Wind Pulse!/Thunder!" They said combining their attacks and defeated the Floows.
Then new ones Metarex appeared from the water, they have piranha-like forms known as Fish Metarex, they lunge towards Shadow but he dodges before realizing Chaos Lightning Punches and Kicks to defeat them while Electivire uses Thunder Punch against the Fish Metarex and finished them with Iron Tail.
"Let's keep going!" Gary called them.
They continued across the area defeating the enemies until going to the next part.
Choucream Zoo: Sewers
The team arrived at the zoo's sewers but the water was clean and there were icy platforms; they continued until Mirages Palpitoad, Corrupts Divermon and Bytans appeared.
"Go Kingdra! Use Dragon Pulse!" Gary said calling his seadragon Pokémon.
Kingdra appears in the water's surface and unleashes a purplish beam forming a dragon striking against the Mirages Palpitoad, suddenly the Bytans glowed until they made another Bytan appear.
"It's me or are those enemies multiplicated!?" Vector asks in shock.
"I think those enemies have the ability to multiplicate!" Shadow explained.
Electivire uses Thunder Punch against the Corrupts Divermon while Shadow realizes roundhouse kicks against them, Prime realizes lateral kicks against the Bytans, Sakura casts Power before bashing her wand against them, Vector punches them, Espio realizes diving kicks, Charmy attacks using his sting, Kingdra attacks using Hydro Pump, Ness and Paula uses attacks with PSI energy, Meta Knight slashes them with the Galaxia. However, the Bytans keep multiplying themselves nonstop.
"Those enemies keep multiplying themselves." Electivire spoke.
"This time is not like the Double Team from previous opponents." Kingdra said.
"We need to find a way to get rid of them." Ness said.
"Leave it to me." Sakura said before casting a card. "Erase!"
She summons a spirit and grabs all the Bytans until they disappear completely.
"Not bad." Vector said congratulating Sakura.
"Thanks." Sakura said.
"Come back Kingdra." Gary said returning the seadragon inside the Pokéball.
They kept going across the sewers defeating the enemies until they came outside.
Choucream Zoo
*BATTLE! TEAM GALACTIC GRUNT! (POKÉMON BRILLIANT DIAMOND/SHINING PEARL)*
The team came out from the sewers and continued but more enemies appeared, Metarex Troopers, Fishes Metarex, Frogs Metarex, Naga Metarex, new Metarex made of inorganic ice called Ice Metarex, Fire Primids, Borboras and a Corrupt Shellmon.
"It's official, the Metarexs are back for revenge." Vector said.
"Arcanine, use Fire Blast!" Gary said calling him.
Arcanine appears and uses Fire Blast destroying the Corrupt Shellmon with one hit, Sakura casts Arrow which casted multiple arrows defeating the Borboras and Fire Primids, the Team Chaotix formed a totem again as Charmy was tossing Vector and Espio against the enemies, Ness and Paula used PK Fire against the Ice Metarex, Electabuzz used Thunder against the Fish and Troopers Metarex, Meta Knight realizes horizontal slashes against the Nagas Metarex and finished them with the Dimensional Cape. Suddenly they hear two furious Towtow charging towards the heroes but Shadow realizes Chaos Firewall surrounding the enemies like-bull, Prime realizes Whirlwind in the firewall creating a fiery vortex, then Prime realizes White Blast while Shadow uses Chaos Blast and they defeat the two Towtow.
"Good job Arcanine, return." Gary said petting his Pokémon before returning him inside the Pokéball.
They continued until more Ices Metarex appeared along with Mirages Pokémon like snowflakes called Cryogonal, Corrupts Icemon and light blue Primids called Ice Primids.
"Let's finish this quickly!" Espio said.
Then Espio pulled out a guitar while Charmy pulled out a drum and Vector a microphone, they played music which unleashed a sound wave destroying the enemies (Team Blast in Sonic Heroes).

"Those were all of them." Vector said.
Gary returned Electivire inside of his Pokéball.
"Phew… What a battle." Charmy said.
"Do you know if there are more Metarex?" Espio asked Ness.
"My friends and I split into two groups to defeat those robots called Metarex." Ness replied.
"Ness!" Two voices called him and revealed themselves as two boys.
One is a boy with a black ponytail wearing a karate gi and the other is a blond-haired boy wearing a green school uniform and he has a lens.
"Poo, Jeff." Ness said recognizing them.
"Do you know those two?" Charmy asked and Ness nodded.
"Ness, we managed to defeat more robots." The boy called Jeff informed.
"By the way, who are those guys?" Poo asked referring to the team members.
"My name is Sonic Prime, the team's leader and they are Shadow, Espio, Vector, Charmy, Koichi, Gary, Meta Knight and my sister Sakura." Prime introduced himself and the others.
"Thanks for helping us." Poo said bowing slightly.
"Do you know something about these robots?" Jeff asked.
"Not at all, but Team Chaotix met the Metarex previously." Prime said.
Then Vector explained to Poo and Jeff when he and the Sonic from this universe explained how they faced Metarex and their main goal before being destroyed, then Prime explains that they're gathering allies to face Bowser's army.
"I see, a group of robots who tried to eliminate animal life has returned to trying to do the same." Poo said.
"Also, Porky joined forces with Bowser and villains from other worlds." Jeff said.
"Yes, they're trying to take over every world and therefore we need to gather allies to fight against Bowser." Prime said.
"We'll help too." Poo said.
"Now where are we going?" Paula asked.
"Let's go to Fourside." Ness replied.
They nodded before going to the next zone.
Nowhere Islands: Drago Plateau
The time machine arrived, then Trunks came out of the time machine as C-800 appeared.
"Where are we?" Trunks asked.
"We arrived at a plateau." C-800 said.
"This is weird, normally the time machine brings me to Satan city in Capsule Corporation, but now I ended up on a different island." Trunks said watching his surroundings, he saw some dinosaurs living peacefully. "Those dinosaurs remind me of the ones from my world."
"Somewhere in this point from the past, someone caused the disaster, we must find it to restore the future." C-800 said.
"We must keep going." Trunks said.
They go across the Dragon Plateau, but suddenly more Metarex appears surrounding them.
"Robots?" Trunks said and pulled out his sword.
"I detect hostile signals on them." C-800 said.
Tasmilly Village
Meanwhile, Lucas and his twin brother Claus, Kumatora and Boney were watching the tomb from her mother.
"I miss her a lot." Lucas said.
"Me too." Claus added and Boney whined.
"I see you're missing someone you love so much." A voice said suddenly.
"Where are you?" Kumatora asked.
"Sorry for startling you." The same voice said and revealed himself as a brown-haired boy wearing a black sleeveless shirt and black shorts, he has a katana.
He is in company of more people, a brown-haired boy wearing a school uniform but he is small just like Shippo, a blonde-haired girl wearing a black dress and has a red kerchief in her hair and the last is a blue-haired boy wearing a black sleeveless shirt and black pants and carries a naginata.
"When did you arrive here?" Lucas asked.
"A portal appeared from nowhere and sucked us in." The blue-haired boy replied.
"By the way, who are you two?" The smallest boy asked.
"My name is Lucas and this dog is Boney." Lucas introduced himself and his dog who barked.
"I'm Claus, I'm Lucas' twin brother." Claus introduced.
"My name is Kumatora." Kumatora introduced herself.
"I'm Yoh Asakura." The first boy named Yoh introduced himself.
"I'm Manta Oyamada." The smallest boy named Manta introduced himself.
"I'm Tao Ren, but you can call me Ren." The blue-haired boy named Tao Ren introduced himself.
"And I'm Anna Kyoyama, I am Yoh's fiancee." The girl named Anna introduced herself.
"Fiancee!?" The twins exclaimed in shock.
"Do you know where we are?" Anna asks dryly and Lucas gulps nervously before replying.
"Don't you think you're making Lucas nervous?" Kumatora asked while putting a hand on Lucas' right shoulder to comfort him.
"We're in Nowhere Islands…" Lucas replied.
"We came from Japan." Yoh said.
"Japan?" Lucas repeated.
"Isn't it the same city where the Digidestined and their Digimon live?" Kumatora asked.
"Digimon? What are you talking about?" Ren asks in confusion.
"It's a long story." Lucas replied.
After a long explanation.
"I see, there is another world which is an alternate version of our world but without using spirits for our power." Ren said.
"Spirits?" Kumatora asked.
"We can summon our Spirits to enhance our abilities and use special attacks." Yoh explained.
"How does it work?" Lucas asked.
"Like this." Ren said.
Yoh, Anna and Ren summon their Spirits. Yoh's Spirit is a samurai with silver spiky hair wearing a white jacket with red leather shoulders and black hakama. Ren's Spirit is an ancient Chinese warrior wearing purple armor. Anna's Spirits are two of them, one is a red creature with two horns and 2 fangs directed upwards and another is a blue creature with a horn and 2 fangs directed down.
"Whoa! It's cool!" Lucas and Claus are amazed.
"Thanks for the compliment, my name is Amidamaru. I am Yoh's Spirit." The first Spirit named Amidamaru introduced himself.
"My name is Bason. I am Ren's Spirit." The second Spirit named Bason introduced himself.
"My name is Zeki." The red one with two horns named Zeki introduced himself.
"And my name is Goki." The blue one with one horn named Goki introduced himself.
"Yoh, do you think you can speak with the spirit of our mom?" Claus asked as Lucas nodded.
"Yeah, of course." Yoh says and asks. "What's her name?"
"Her name is Hinawa." Lucas answered.
Yoh nods before walking to the tomb.
"Hinawa, if you can hear, your sons want to see you." Yoh said.
Then Hinawa appeared in front of the group.
"Mom!" Claus and Lucas said with tears of joy.
"Lucas, Claus." Hinawa received both twins with open arms and hugged them.
"I missed you a lot." Claus said.
"I wish I could stay with us forever." Lucas said.
"Don't worry, I'll always be with you. And I'll be there to help you in your journey." Hinawa said.
Then she disappears into sparkles before entering into Lucas.
"You gained Critical Immunity which activates in a hurry." Hinawa's voice told him.
"Where is she?" Claus asked.
"She is in my heart." Lucas said.
Suddenly Dusk Nobodies, Air Soldiers and Hammer Frame Heartless along with Corrupts Green Coredramon, Musyamon and Vilemon appeared surrounding the group.
"What are those things?" Manta asked.
"Heartless, Nobodies and Corrupts Digimon." Lucas answered as Boney was growling.
"The name Heartless probably makes reference that they don't have hearts." Ren said preparing his naginata.
Kumatora uses PK Fire, Lucas uses PK Freeze, Boney bites a Hammer Frame Heartless, Anna ducks dodging the attack from an Air Soldier Heartless before kicking the enemy, Zeki and Geki punched the enemies, Yoh uses Vacuum Buddha Slash which he unleashes an energy wave from his katana and Ren uses Rapid Tempo Assault which unleashes a rapid thrust attack with his naginata, they keep fighting until defeating all the enemies.
"I thought the Nobodies were gone since Sora and Riku defeated Xemnas." Lucas said as Boney was scratching himself behind the ear.
"Something weird is happening." Kumatora said.
"Maybe we must work together." Anna said.
"Maybe you're right." Kumatora said while avoiding eye contact with Anna.
"Something tells me that Anna and Kumatora are not going to get along." The rope snake said and Lucas shrugged.
Eagleland: Fourside
Back with Prime's team, they arrived in a giant city.
*FOURSIDE REMIX (SUPER SMASH BROS ULTIMATE)*
"Fourside is a huge city." Sakura (Jap) said.
"It reminds me a lot of Station Square." Prime said.
"There is no sign of the enemies yet, but we must stay alert." Shadow said.
The team goes across the city as the enemies are appearing, Mirages Pokémon like Magnemite and new ones like virtual birds called Porygon, Mites and Metarex Troopers.
"More Mirages Pokémon, now there are Porygon." Gary said before calling one of his Pokémon. "Go Scizor!"
"Let's go!" Koichi said pulling out his D-Tector.
Execute, Beast Spirit Evolution… KaiserLeomon!
The Mirages Magnemite used Thunder Wave but they dodged the attack, then Prime realizes Whirlwind and Focused Homing Attacks and Sakura (Jap) casts Shot against the enemies, the Mirages Porygon used Signal Beam, Mites launched flying kicks and the Metarex Troopers tried to claw Shadow but he managed to dodge all the attacks before using Chaos Lightning Punches and Kicks and using Chaos Spear, Scizor used Swift and Metal Claw, Meta Knight fired energy blades from his sword, Ness attacks using a yoyo, Paula attacks using a pan, Poo attacks using PK Flash, Jeff attacks by firing homing missiles, Vector tosses Espio and Charmy before spitting explosive bubble gumballs, they keep going until to destroy all the enemies.
"Apparently those were all of them." Poo said.
Gary returned his Scizor inside the Pokéball as KaiserLeomon reverted to his regular form.

Suddenly they heard people screaming.
"Everyone, look." Paula said pointing to the sky.
Then they turned to see a giant yellow spaceship flying above the city.
"What is that thing?" Jeff asked.
"That thing must be related to the Metarex." Vector said.
"That is true." Dark Oak said before appearing in front of the group.
"Dark Oak!" Prime said.
"What are you doing here!?" Shadow asked him.
"I sent that Metarex to destroy the city as a last warning for the kid who interfered in my way for the last time, now this world will be invaded." Dark Oak said referring to Ness who destroyed Metarexs.
"You're just a coward!" Gary exclaimed.
"We won't let you get away with it!" Prime declared.
"I think I've won here, even if you try your efforts will be in vain." Dark Oak said before disappearing in a dark corridor.
"How are we going to stop it?" Sakura (Jap) asked.
"We can arrive there if we go up through the skyscraper." Ness said.
The team entered the skyscraper building and entered the elevator, they were waiting as the ordinary people always do in the elevator with background music until they arrived at the skyscraper's top (same scene from Fourside in Super Smash Bros Melee and Ultimate, but it's day).
"Finally." Charmy said.
The team is facing the Metarex known as Scarship.
"So, you all managed to arrive at the top of that building." Scarship said.
"We won't let you destroy Fourside!" Prime said.
"I managed to extinct most of the Seedrian race, now it's my turn to get rid of you and fulfill the Dark Oak's goals." Scarship said.
*THE CORRUPTED (KINGDOM HEARTS 2.5 REMIX)*
"Fearow, Skarmory, it's your turn!" Gary said calling them both as Koichi Spirit Evolved into KaiserLeomon.
Scarship fired homing missiles but Prime and Shadow used Sonic Wave and Chaos Press to explode the missiles and hit the giant Metarex, Fearow used Air Slash while Skarmory used Flash Cannon against Scarship, Meta Knight took flight and realized drill attacks with his sword, KaiserLeomon used Ebony Blast, Ness and Paula used PK Flash, Vector breathes fire to hit Scarship, Jeff fired more homing missiles and the last one caused an explosion, Poo used PK Fire and Sakura (Jap) casted Thunder.
"Is that all?" Scarship asked and fired lasers but Prime realized the Defense Shield deflected the attack back at the giant Metarex.
"Let's end this together, Shadow!" Prime said and Shadow nodded.
Then both hedgehogs jumped and landed in Scarship, they ran across the Metarex and used their respective attacks destroying Scarship.
"Wind Pulse!/Chaos Burst!" They realized their attacks and finished off Scarship.

Prime and Shadow landed in the skyscraper after destroying Scarship as both flying type Pokémon were returned to the Pokéball and Koichi reverted to his regular form.
"Yippee! We did it!" Charmy cheered.
"Vector-San, since when can you breathe fire?" Sakura (Jap) asked him.
"It's a really long story." Vector said.
"I really have underestimated you, Sonic Prime." Dark Oak said as everyone turned to see him. "I never expected you to defeat one of my Metarex without using the Blue Typhoon used by Sonic and his friends from this universe. Beyond the sea in a certain island, there are more Metarex, inside the ancient castle I'll be waiting for you to test your power."
Dark Oak said before disappearing.
"Beyond the sea." Prime said.
"I think he is talking about Nowhere Islands. It's part of the same world." Ness said.
Suddenly Ness' stomach growls and then he laughs nervously.
"Ness, that was very embarrassing." Paula said but her stomach growled too before blushing.
"I suggest we have lunch here." Prime said and they nodded before taking the elevator again.
Nowhere Islands: Sunshine Forest
Meanwhile, Trunks and C-800 arrived in a large wooded area.
"Everything seems peaceful by now." Trunks said.
"I can detect more enemies right here." C-800 said.
Then more Crystal Dolls Heartless appeared surrounding both travelers from the future.
"Those things are here too!" Trunks said pulling out his sword.
"We must exterminate them!" C-800 said.
Trunks managed to dodge the claw attacks from the Crystal Dolls and slashed them with his sword while C-800 was putting Potato Mines for causing explosions to the enemies who were approaching closely and firing fully charged Future Shots right to the head. After defeating them all they continued across the forest.
Tasmilly Village
Lucas' group managed to arrive in the town, the young boy was talking with his father and explained the situation about the return of the Nobodies.
"I see you're the only one who can handle this, be careful Lucas." Flint said.
"I will dad." Lucas said.
"Maybe we must see the Sunshine Forest." Kumatora said.
They nodded before going to the forest while Claus stayed behind since he doesn't have much experience with Organization XIII.
Eagleland: Fourside
Back with Prime's group, after going down the skyscraper's elevator, they arrived at a burger joint to have lunch.
"I have one question, how did you meet our alternate counterparts for the first time?" Vector asked him.
"The Vector from my universe told me that a client was giving them a job, but Eggman was the one who fooled them and lied. But he, Charmy and Espio along with my other friends joined forces to stop Metal Overlord and with the power of the Chaos Emeralds we managed to defeat him." Prime said before sighing.
"Very interesting backstory, I met Sonic a long time ago, he had an alias, Sonic the Kidnapper." Vector explained.
"Sonic the Kidnapper?" Prime and Sakura (Jap) repeated in confusion.
"It happened when Vanilla gave us the job of finding Cream and Cheese." Vector explains as he has a flashback.
Flashback in Station Square (Sonic X Episode 39)
Team Chaotix's house was in a port and the half of the moon is missing, then Charmy entered the house bringing a newspaper.
"Hey, you have to hear me, Vector, you won't believe me for a million trillion years." Charmy said above Vector's nose.
"What would I believe?" Vector asked.
"We got into a whole different world." Charmy said as Espio sighed. "And the proof is right in this newspaper."
"Charmy…" Vector said.
"See…" Charmy said pointing to the newspaper.
"Charmy!" Vector said.
"Uh-huh." Charmy said.
"Would you get off from my nose!" Vector exclaimed.
"Alright, where are we, Charmy?" Espio asked.
"I don't know." Charmy answered and Espio barely fell.
Vector yells before slamming his hands to the desk. "I asked you for one simple thing."
"Ah-ah-ah." Charmy said shaking his index finger.
"Your assignment was to find out where we are!" Vector snapped.
"Never mind, just look at this!" Charmy said showing the newspaper which accidentally ended inside of Vector's mouth. "Oops, sorry."
"It's better to be good." Vector said with a tick mark in his forehead.
"Here." Charmy showed the newspaper again to Vector.
"What!?" Vector exclaimed before grabbing the newspaper. "Well, if it ain't our old friend Sonic, let's see here."
The crocodile reads the newspaper.
"Sonic saves the day again, Sonic the Hedgehog rescued the world from a catastrophe once again when he nimbly prevented a long-forgotten space station, the space colony ARK from crashing into the planet yesterday."
The flashback ends.
Eagleland: Fourside
Back in the present.
"So, the Chaos Control brought Sonic and his friends to another world where the space colony ARK is there." Sakura (Jap) said.
"I remember when Shadow and I used the Chaos Emeralds to acquire the Super Forms and prevent the space colony ARK from crashing into the planet in my own universe." Prime said.
"Looks like we have a lot of things in common even if you two are from a different universe." Charmy said.
"Except that we didn't meet the Metarex." Shadow said.
"Well, then to the next day." Vector kept explaining.
Flashback in Thorndyke Mansion (Sonic X Episode 39)
The Team Chaotix was now outside of a mansion as Vector was using binoculars to watch Cream and Cheese.
"Aha, bingo!" Vector said. "See what I mean, the old intuition never fails."
"I have to hand it to you. It didn't take you long to find that hedgehog is a hideaway." Espio said.
"We got some help." Charmy said before pulling out a map. "It was listed on this map of star homes."
"You mean a star lives here." Espio said.
"From what I dug up, Sonic's been laying low with this kid who's mom's a real life big-time movie celeb." Vector said.
"Bah..." Espio said.
"Sure, leave it to Sonic to mingle with a bunch of mental movie people, so shallow." Vector said.
"You're jealous." Charmy said.
"You bet…" Vector said until he snapped. "Who asked you, Charmy!?"
Charmy laughed in answer. "Gotcha, did you fall this time or not, Vector?"
"Never mind, then let's get back to the job at hand, we got ourselves a damsel in distress to rescue here." Vector said focusing on the main subject.
"Well, at least we know she is, now all you have to do is figure out some way to get in that house." Espio said.
"That's right pal, but it's gonna be kind of tricky, they probably got lots of fancy-schmancy security equipment." Vector said and then Charmy gasped through the binoculars.
"Here, take a look." Charmy said passing the binoculars to Vector. "A big scary security guard."
Vector was watching through the binoculars and he saw a brown haired woman wearing a light blue dress and white apron who is the personal maid of the mansion.
"Man, check out the beast in the roughly apron." Vector was saying until the personal maid turned to see him and Vector yelped in fear before hiding into the bush.
"What do we do? Should we run for it?" Charmy asks nervously.
"Are you crazy? We can't turn back!" Vector said.
"Don't forget we're here on a mission." Espio said.
They whispered to each other having a plan, then Espio turned invisible to arrive inside the mansion and appeared before giving a thumb up.
"Atta boy, I shoulda known with those nifty ninja tricks of his, he could sneak with the best of them." Vector said.
Inside the mansion, Cream and Cheese are inside the mansion in company of the personal maid of the mansion, they are with Tails, Amy and orange-haired boy with a hairstyle like Sora, the boy is wearing a red shirt with short white sleeves and long black ski sleeves coming out of them, yellow turtleneck, small yellow designs on the chest and shoulders, blue jeans with cobalt blue around the knees, a yellow belt, white socks, and blue and yellow sneakers and a gray-haired man wearing a scientist coat.
"Where is he?" Amy asked with her hands on her hips. "He told me he'd be back today at noon now."
"He must have lost a lack of time." Tails said.
Then Amy pulled out her Piko hammer before swinging it violently.
"Oh yeah, it's the last time that will keep me waiting!" Amy said.
"Amy…" The boy said until the group heard Amy hitting something with her hammer and Amy suddenly stopped.
"Oh-oh, it feels like I just hit something." Amy said.
She was right, she hit Espio who was blasted off to the top of the tree before falling to the ground fully visible.
"Hey, you okay?" Vector asked Espio.
"I think so…" Espio said in pain. "But she sure can't swing a mean mallet."
Vector grabbed Espio who collapsed after receiving a hit in the head by Amy's hammer.
"Poor Espio…" Charmy said feeling bad for him.
"Sly aren't they?" Vector asked.
"What are we gonna do?" Charmy asked.
"Just you wait Charmy, we'll give up a fight they'll never forget." Vector declared.
"Alright!" Charmy said.
Eagleland: Fourside
They returned back to the present.
"Amy did hit you, Espio?" Prime asked.
"Yes, I was invisible but I didn't wait for her attack of impatience when she was waiting for Sonic." Espio said remembering the painful hit.
"And then what happened?" Sakura (Jap) asked.
"Well, now…" Vector was saying and flashbacked again.
Flashback in Thorndyke Mansion (Sonic X Episode 39)
Vector and Charmy entered inside the mansion but the man wearing the scientist coat wasn't there.
"What do you two weirdos want?" Tails asked but he didn't meet Team Chaotix before.
"You know what we want, drop the innocent act, kiddo." Vector said.
"Give up!" Charmy added.
"I don't know what you're talking about." Tails says slightly confused.
"Tails, do you know these two?" The boy asked but Tails shook his head.
"I've never seen them before in my life, Chris." Tails answered to the boy named Chris.
"Quit your stalling will ya? Now hand over that little bunny or else." Vector said referring to Cream who is the little bunny.
"Or else!" Charmy added.
"Sorry sir, but why do you take me?" Cream asks innocently.
"Chao, chao, chao." Cheese said.
"You don't think we let them take you." The personal maid of the mansion said.
"Just asking." Cream said and Vector yelped.
"There's the Bodyguard Monster!" Vector said before slapping his own cheeks and grabbed Charmy while aiming his sting towards the group. "Will get you. Charmy, get ready!"
"Whoa… Umm…" Charmy was saying.
"Alright you creeps, you asked for it!" Amy said.
Then they started to fight into a cloud of dust as Espio was still outside. They continued fighting until Sonic appeared.
"What's going on here?" He asked.
"Sonic help us, we're being attacked!" Tails shouted.
"Look who is here, is Sonic the Kidnapper!" Vector said while grabbing Tails who was struggling to get free.
"I'm not a kidnapper, pal!" Sonic said in defense.
Someone more appears behind Sonic, it is another bunny who is like a bigger version of Cream but she is wearing a purple long dress.
"Huh? It's you!" Vector says surprised.
"Oh, nice to see you again, detective." She said.
"Hey Cream, someone is here to see you." Sonic called her.
"Huh?" Cream says before turning to see the other bunny.
"I finally found you, my baby." She said extending her arms.
"Mama…" Cream said and started to leak tears.
Then Cream hugged her mom while streaming tears of joy as everyone stopped fighting and they watched the touching scene.
"Cream's mother." Chris said.
"How can I ever repay you, Detective Vector?" Cream's mother asked him.
"Ah, no sweat." Vector said.
"And thank you Sonic, for taking such good care of my little girl, I'm so grateful." Cream's mother said.
"Huh? Grateful?" Vector asks confused.
"What does Sonic do?" Charmy asks confused too.
"You remember me Vector, I'm Sonic the Kidnapper." Sonic said.
"Hey, my old pal Sonic, fancy meeting you here." Vector said before turning to see Charmy. "Come on Charmy, we don't want to be late for our next job, do we?"
"What's the big rush, Vector? Stick around, why don't you?" Sonic asked.
"Yeah, we were just getting into the swing of things." Amy added.
"Thanks anyway, but times are wasted and all are busy." Vector said.
"I detect a little uneasiness, detective." Sonic joked and everyone laughed.
Fourside: Eagleland
Back in the present, Sakura (Jap) let out a single tear streaming from her eye after hearing the story about Cream rejoining with her mother which brought her memories about her mom.
"Why did you call him, Sonic the Kidnapper?" Shadow asked Vector.
"Well, we found Cream living in that mansion where lives this kid who's mom's a real life big-time movie celeb. But later our old pal Sonic explained to us that Eggman was the real kidnapper." Vector answered.
"In my universe, Eggman kidnapped Vanilla instead of Cream." Prime said.
"That makes two differences from our respective universes." Charmy said.
"Technically there are three differences because we didn't meet a kid named Chris in our universe." Shadow said.
After finishing lunch, they got ready to go to the next zone.
"How are we going to get to Nowhere Islands?" Jeff asked.
"I can use the Chaos Control to arrive there." Shadow said. "Chaos Control!"
The group was teleported.
Nowhere Islands: Osohe Graveyard
The team appears in a graveyard and Sakura (Jap) starts to shiver in fear.
"A graveyard?" She shivered in fear.
"Don't worry Saki-Chan, I'm here to protect you." Prime comforted her.
"Look who it is..." An unknown voice said.
"Who is he? Show yourself!" Meta Knight said pulling out his sword.
Then they turned to see Ghirahim.
*LORD GHIRAHIM'S THEME (LEGEND OF ZELDA: SKYWARD SWORD)*
"You again!?" Prime said recognizing him.
"Who is that weirdo?" Charmy asked.
"I didn't wait to see the same oversized rat again and now he brought company." Ghirahim said.
"What are you doing here? And who are you?" Sakura (Jap) asked him while taking her defense stance.
"You may call me Ghirahim. In truth, I very much prefer to be indulged with my full title: Lord Ghirahim. But I'm not fussy." Ghirahim said before explaining. "Believe me or not, I was resurrected by Kronika after passing 1,000 years, followed by an old man wielding a Keyblade which instructed me to take the ones who have a heart of pure light."
'TK, Kari, Suzy and Kairi.' Prime wondered.
Sakura (Jap) didn't know about him, but he is clearly working with the True Organization XIII.
"Sword! Fight!" Sakura (Jap) casted two cards.
"How interesting? Casting magic to summon and sword while gaining fighting skills too. By all rights the chosen ones by the Sacred Digimon and the Princess of Heart should have fallen into our hands already." Ghirahim said before outraging. "They were nearly ours when those loathsome heroes protected them. Do you have any idea how that made me feel inside?"
"Isn't that a rhetorical question?" Vector asked.
"Furious! Outraged! Sick with anger!" Ghirahim said before teleporting himself and appeared behind Sakura (Jap). "Maybe the old geezer is a patient man, but I don't tolerate failures. Still… it hardly seems fair, being in my position, to take all of my anger out on you. Which is why I promise up front not to murder you. No, I'll just beat one of you within an inch of your life!"
Ghirahim sticks out his tongue like a snake making Sakura (Jap) shudder and back up in disgust.
"What do you want from her!?" Prime asked while defending her sister.
"I got interested in testing her powers since she can summon a sword which reminds me of Link, the one who existed 1,000 years ago." Ghirahim said while disappearing his cape.
"You're going to fight against me too." Meta Knight said.
"If you insist, then so be it." Ghirahim said. "By the way, I brought some opponents for you all."
Ghirahim snapped his fingers and summoned Red and Blue Bokoblins, Stalmasters, Wooden Shields Moblin and one Guardian Stalker.
*BOSS LORD GHIRAHIM (LEGEND OF ZELDA: SKYWARD SWORD)*
Sakura (Jap) remembered her previous training with Prime as he turned to see him before nodding to each other, then they started to fight against the enemies while Sakura (Jap) and Meta Knight were facing Ghirahim.
"Fight me!" Meta Knight said facing Lord Ghirahim.
Ghirahim smirked as he walked towards them without doing anything until he held his hand, first Sakura (Jap) started with sword thrust and Ghirahim blocked the attack with one finger to Sakura's surprise and Meta Knight tried to slash him but Ghirahim jumped while dodging the attack.
"Let's first try with a diagonal upwards slash." Meta Knight said.
"Hai." Sakura nodded.
Ghirahim walked again while holding his hand and this time Sakura (Jap) realized a diagonal upwards slash followed by slashing him two times before Ghirahim jumped backwards.
"PK Fire!" Ness and Paula said using their attacks to defeat a red Bokoblin.
Then Ness, Paula and Poo realized PK based attacks against the red and blue Bokoblins, Espio was tossing shurikens and homing attacks, Vector was punching them and breathing fire against the enemies, Charmy is mocking some enemies while dodging the attacks and causing to hit each other accidentally, Koichi who Spirit Evolved into KaiserLeomon used his respective attacks like Ebony Blast and Dark Master.
"Go Alakazam!" Gary said calling his own Alakazam (is male by the gender difference). "Use Psychic!"
"Understood!" Alakazam nodded before glowing his eyes in blue, lifting the enemies with a psychic force and slamming them to the ground, a Wooden Shield Moblin slashed Alakazam with the spear.
"Use Counter!" Gary commanded.
Alakazam glowed in red energy before punching the Moblin with double power (Alakazam can use Counter in Pokémon Go and first generation Pokémon with the TM18).
"Now use Charge Beam!" Gary commanded.
Alakazam fired yellow beams of electricity against the Stalmasters and Wooden Shields Moblin to increase the special attack. The Guardian Stalker under Tabuu's control was focusing a red light to lock-on Prime and Shadow before firing a blue laser but they managed to dodge it and attacked with a flying kick against the guardian's eye who retaliates using one of its legs but they dodged again and Shadow uses Chaos Boost while Prime uses Somersault Kicks. However, the Guardian Stalker jumped before stomping the ground but they dodged again before realizing White Blast and Chaos Blast merging both beams and hitting the guardian who retaliates again spinning its own body but they dodged again and Prime realizes triple Focused Homing Attack against the Guardian and Shadow uses Chaos Lance against the millennial guardian who prepares to launch another laser from its eye as Prime was waiting to do that, when the Guardian Stalker fired its laser Prime realized the Defense Shield to deflect the attack back to the guardian and damaged it while stunning it too, followed by realizing Blue Thunderbolt and Wind Arrow while Shadow used Chaos Drill Kick and Chaos Bomb, the Stalker Guardian was weakened but it fired another blue laser as Prime and Shadow dodged again before realizing Wind Arrow and Chaos Spear combined against the guardian's eye and finished it too, the Stalker Guardian glowed before exploting and dropped items like gears, screws, shafts, springs and a core.
"I can't believe it! They destroyed a guardian without sweating!" Ghirahim said indignantly after watching the Guardian Stalker being destroyed.
Meta Knight tries to slash him but Ghirahim waited to hold his sword until Meta Knight disappeared suddenly with his cape before appearing behind Ghirahim and slashing him three times before the Demon Lord jumps back, he pulled out his tongue like a snake before snapping his fingers to summon the Demon Blade and snapped his fingers again to summon three Guardian Stalkers, one with a red fiery aura, another with a blue icy aura and the last one has a yellow-green electric aura followed by Metarex Troopers appearing too.
"This doesn't look good." Sakura (Jap) said watching three new guardians and Metarex Troopers.
"Those three robots look a lot like the one we destroyed." Shadow said.
"The one with red aura represents the fire, the one which is blue represents the ice and the last one represents the electricity. It's just like the element spells from the Keyblade." Prime said describing the Guardian Stalkers.
"Maybe I can call Nidoqueen to fight against the electric one, Arcanine for the icy one and Blastoise against the fiery one." Gary said and called his three mentioned Pokémon.
The Stalker Guardians readied to fire until…
"PK Freeze!" Lucas and Kumatora voices said using their attack to freeze the Fire Guardian.
A fully charged Future Shot hits the eye of the Electric Guardian stunning it in answer, Yoh and Ren appeared in front of the Ice Guardian before dodging an attack from its leg and slashed it with their respective weapons in slow camera (just like in Breath of the Wild) and Trunks appeared behind Ghirahim before slashing him as the Demon Lord grunted in pain, then all the people who were separated joined Prime's group.
"What's this? You wish to get in my way?" Ghirahim asks.
"I could detect a dark ki inside of you." Trunks said glaring at Ghirahim.
"I can't blame you for trying… But I can punish you!" Ghirahim said.
"Can we help you?" Yoh asked Prime and he nodded.
"All of you will fall to your doom once my blade meets your heart!" Ghirahim says enraged before snapping his fingers to summon blades in horizontal position and snapped his fingers again but Trunks swung his sword horizontally to deflect the blades back to Ghirahim damaging him too.
"You shouldn't be here, you should go home." Trunks said to Sakura.
"I can fight too!" Sakura (Jap) said.
"Okay, just be careful." Trunks said and she nodded.
Ghirahim charged towards Sakura, Meta Knight and Trunks to slash them but the human-saiyan hybrid deflected the slash at the enemy with his sword followed by Meta Knight and Sakura slashing them with their weapons and Ghirahim jumped backwards. Anna activates her Over Soul to summon Zenki and Goki and increase her powers and traps one Metarex Trooper with a collar before swinging it and hitting the other Metarex Troopers, Boney was fighting too, even if he only attacks by ramming or bitting some Bokoblins, the others keep fighting against the minor enemies with their own fighting skills.
"Hydro Pump!" Blastoise said using his attack against the Fire Guardian causing super effective damage against the enemy.
The Fire Guardian extended one of his arms while emitting fire but Lucas, Kumatora, Blastoise and Prime dodged the attack, Lucas pulled out an iron branch before bashing the Fire Guardian as Kumatora attacks with PK energy and Blastoise uses Rapid Spin to increase his speed as he was hitting the Fire Guardian and Prime uses Sonic Wave against the Fire Guardian who retaliates firing a fireball but they dodged again, then Blastoise attacks using Aura Sphere as Prime was using Sonic Cracker damaging the Fire Guardian, Lucas and Kumatora used PK Freeze to freeze the Fire Guardian again and Lucas used PK Thunder on himself and damage the guardian with fiery aura who prepares to fire a blue laser but Lucas prepared the PSI shield and absorbed the laser which was fired by the Fire Guardian who retaliates by spinning its body but they dodged and Prime realized double Focused Homing Attack and Blue Thunderbolt against the robot who jumped and stomps the ground while emitting fire, luckily they dodged the attack, then Blastoise used Hydro Cannon as Prime realized Whirlwind creating a water tornado which damaged and stunned the Fire Guardian, then Prime realized a Focused Homing Attack right in the guardian's eye and realized White Blast which went through the Fire Guardian and finished it, then the Fire Guardian glowed before exploding and leaving materials.
"Chaos Firewall!/Fire Spin!" Shadow and Arcanine used their attacks against the Ice Guardian and caused it super effective damage.
The Ice Guardian retaliates by spinning its body but Shadow, Arcanine, Yoh and Ren dodged the attack, then Shadow realizes Chaos Lightning Punches and Kicks against the Ice Guardian while Arcanine was using Extreme Speed, Yoh and Ren slashed the Ice Guardian with their respective weapons, the Ice Guardian jumps and stomps the ground spreading ice but they dodged while they avoid getting frozen too, then Yoh and Ren activate their Over Souls and summoned Amidamaru and Bason followed by Yoh and Amidamaru using Halo Blade to realize a dash attack with two swords while Ren and Bason use Golden Rapid Tempo Assault which is the upgraded version of Rapid Tempo Assault and damaged greatly the Ice Guardian, Arcanine used Fire Blast against the Ice Guardian who was weakened. However, the Ice Guardian fired a blue laser but Shadow dodged the attack and jumped to the air before using Chaos Spear which got stuck in the icy guardian's eye, when Shadow landed in the ground he snapped his fingers and the Chaos Spear exploded in the Ice Guardian finished it, then it glowed before exploding and leaving materials.
"Double Kick!" Nidoqueen jumped and performed a double kick against the Electric Guardian.
"Ebony Blast!" KaiserLeomon realized his attack hitting the Electric Guardian.
The Electric Guardian prepared to shoot another laser until C-800 fired another fully charged Future Shot against the Electric Guardian's eye, canceling the attack. However, the Electric Guardian attacks by using one of its legs but Nidoqueen used Mega Punch and hits the guardian's leg while destroying it too, then KaiserLeomon uses Dark Master to ram the Electric Guardian, but the guardian with electric powers attack by spinning its body but they dodged as C-800 left 3 Potato Mines which exploded into the Electric Guardian damaging it greatly, the guardian retaliates again by jumping and stomping the ground while emitting electricity, but KaiserLeomon and C-800 dodged the attack but Nidoqueen was unharmed because she is part ground type, then she uses Hyper Beam which hits the Electric Guardian's eye and finished it too, then the Electric Guardian glowed before exploding and leaving materials.
"It can't be!" Ghirahim exclaims outraged.
"Your guardians were destroyed, now surrender." Meta Knight said.
"I don't think so!" Ghirahim yelled before charging towards him.
"Thunder!" Sakura (Jap) casted another card which zapped Ghirahim who growled in pain.
Then Trunks punches Ghirahim before slamming his knee against him and realizes an upwards and down slash combo against the Demon Lord, followed by a lateral slash and a kick against the villain.
"Now it's my chance!" Trunks said.
Then he yelled before realizing a down slash against Ghirahim and slashed him multiple times and ended by firing a yellow laser of ki (just like when Trunks destroys Frieza in Dragon Ball Z).
"Behold!" Meta Knight said before unleashing his wings while rising up the Galaxia and summoned a lightning bolt that creates a cross-shaped burst.
The Final Smash technique is called Darkness Illusion which trapped Ghirahim then Meta Knight proceeded to slash the Demon Lord in multiple angles and finished with a final hit that launched Ghirahim sideways who landed in the ground.

All the enemies were defeated as the heroes were surrounding Ghirahim.
"Oh yes, that encounter reminded me of when I fought against Link." Ghirahim said. "I fear I spent far too long teasing and toying with you all. Goodbye heroes, run and play this time. If you get in my way again, though, and you all will be dead."
Ghirahim disappeared, then Gary returned his own Pokémon inside the Pokéball as Koichi reverted to his regular form.
"Maybe Bulma can investigate these materials." Trunks said watching the materials from the destroyed Guardian Stalkers before taking them.
The new ones are meeting Sonic Prime.
"Thanks for the help." Prime said to the new faces.
"What are your names?" Sakura (Jap) asked the new faces.
"I'm Lucas and this is my dog, his name is Boney." Lucas introduced himself and his dog who barked.
"I'm Kumatora." Kumatora introduced herself.
"I'm Yoh Asakura." Yoh introduced himself.
"I'm Manta Oyamada." Manta introduced himself.
"I'm Tao Ren, but you can call me Ren." Ren introduced himself.
"And I'm Anna Kyoyama." Anna introduced herself.
"My name is C-800, I'm a cactus from the future." C-800 introduced himself.
"I'm Trunks, I came from the future too." Trunks introduced himself.
Then after the known members introduced themselves.
"You two said you come from the future?" Sakura (Jap) asked.
"Yes." Trunks nodded before explaining. "In the future, my home was destroyed and there are a lot of crystal dolls appearing everywhere. We decided to travel to the past and prevent the disaster which will affect my home too."
"I see, the crystal dolls we faced before appeared in the worlds that we visited before, but we don't know yet who sent those new enemies. In another world the same being who sent the crystal dolls tried to hurt one of my friends and kidnap one of them too." Prime explained as he flashbacked when Queen Nehelenia ordered the Crystal Dolls Heartless to attack his group and when she tried to kill Tai and kidnap Rini.
"Are you saying you two come from a post-apocalyptic future?" Manta asked.
Trunks and C-800 nodded.
"Also, there are more troubles." Charmy said.
Then they explain about the True Organization XIII, Brotherhood of Evil and the Soulless.
"Soulless!?" Manta asks scared.
"Bowser joined forces with Porky and more villains too!" Lucas exclaimed.
"The Organization XIII is back too!" Kumatora said.
"Yes, apparently we're facing villains who were resurrected and the Soulless will take the advantage to defeat the weakened enemies and create more Soulless." Shadow said.
"We must join forces and work together." Prime said.
"Very well." Yoh said.
"So, what do we do now?" Lucas asked.
"We must go to an abandoned castle from this island and stop the last Metarexs." Prime said.
They nodded before going to Osohe Castle.
Osohe Castle
The team arrived at Osohe Castle.
"I was waiting for you, Sonic Prime." Dark Oak said.
Then they turned to see the leader of the Metarex standing on the rooftop before landing on the ground.
"Like I said before, we were going to have a one-on-one battle, my other Metarex will take care of your friends." Dark Oak said before summoning more Metarex Troopers and new ones like dragons called Metarex Dragons.
"Electivire, Umbreon, let's go!" Gary said calling them.
Then Koichi spirit evolved again into KaiserLeomon.
"Let's end this now, Dark Oak!" Prime said as his eyes glowed blue in seconds.
"Now I will test your power." Dark Oak said pulling out his sword.
*SECTOR 1 - METROID FUSION (SUPER SMASH BROS BRAWL REMIX)*
The other members were fighting against the minor Metarexs as Prime was facing Dark Oak.
"Prepare to be finished!" Dark Oak said.
He dashed towards Prime and realized a horizontal slash but Prime realized a sweep to dodge the attack and realized an upper kick against the Metarex and followed by realizing a double Focused Homing Attack and Wind Arrow, Dark Oak recovered himself before rising up his sword and charging electricity and launches energy blades towards Prime who managed to dodge the attacks before jumping and realizing a diving kick hitting Dark Oak and followed by a gyro kick which hit the leader of the Metarex three times. However, Dark Oak won't give up so easily, then he gets into a charge-like stance and launches himself towards Prime somersaulting with his sword but Prime manages to grab the sword.
"Impossible!" Dark Oak gasped.
Then Prime realizes a front kick hitting Dark Oak and realizes somersault kicks against Dark Oak and followed with White Blast, the leader of the Metarex retaliates by charging energy in his sword before slamming his sword to the ground while firing energy spikes going towards Prime but he realizes Defense Shield to deflect the attack back to Dark Oak, and Prime realized Sonic Wave but Dark Oak blocked the attack using his cape, then Prime realizes Blue Thunderbolt as Dark Oak tried to block the attack but Prime goes through Dark Oak's defense and zapped him too and Prime followed by charging Sonic Cracker and punched Dark Oak while causing a close-range blast and Dark Oak crashes in a stone wall beaten as the other heroes managed to destroy the minors Metarex.

After defeating the Metarex who were invading this world, Dark Oak got up before dusting himself.
"I admit you're very skilled, Sonic Prime even if you didn't transform into Super Sonic, comparing you with the other Sonic, the small one didn't have a chance against me in the first encounter. Maybe you and your team managed to protect this world, until then we'll meet again." Dark Oak said before disappearing in the dark corridor.
"This world is saved now, we must return to the Observatory." Prime said.
"The Observatory?" Lucas asked.
"I will show you." Prime said.
Then they return to the Comet Observatory with new allies added to the team.
Kronika's Hourglass
Kronika and another being who is a black and crimson alien wearing robes and has three eyes and two horns. They watched the projection about the battle of Sonic Prime versus Dark Oak.
"So, it's true, there is another Shadow from an alternate universe." The black alien said.
"Yes, this was the one who helped Sonic Prime to fight against Metallix and saved the Omniverse." Kronika said.
"I told him to the Shadow from this universe, that the Black Arms will arise again and now I'm back, thanks to you Kronika." The alien said. "How can I repay you?"
"Assist the Master Xehanort to fulfill his goals and I will allow the Black Arms consume the human race in the New Era, Black Doom." Kronika requested the alien named Black Doom.
"Very well." Black Doom said bowing slightly. "Now I will send my troops to invade every world."
Kronika managed to revive another villain from the past, now the Black Arms are working with the True Organization XIII.
