CHAPTER 50
The Spartan
The Great Valley
In a distant world which is set in the Mesozoic era there are a lot of dinosaurs roaming the place and in a canyon there is a gray Tyrannosaurus rex with a tan-cream underbelly and a dark brown stripe and has two eyes of different colors as his left eye is red and his right eye is yellow.
The T-rex is known as Red Claw who roared in anger.
"I see you're releasing all your anger." A voice said before revealing himself as Lysandre who is transformed into an orange T-rex.
Xerosic is an orange Caribbean Edmontonia while Mable, Celosia, Bryony and Aliana are orange Deinonychus and have the hair of the same color from their original forms, but Red Claw just growled.
"What is he trying to say?" Mable asked.
"Beats me." Celosia said.
"It is normal you're confused, but also we have ambitions like you." Xerosic explained to Red Claw who just growls softly while nodding.
"Join us and our master will agree to help you." Lysandre said and Red Claw growled with a vicious smile.
Despite Red Claw does not speak like the people, the Team Flare manages to recruit a vicious cold-blooded predator.
Townsville: Dump
In a dump from a city in a different world, there are debrises from a robot from which comes out a baboon dressed as a scientist.
"Curses!" The baboon exclaimed but he covered his mouth hearing someone saying the same word.
The baboon starts to explore his surroundings.
"Who is there?" The baboon asked but also he heard someone saying the same words.
He explored more until he saw a black and green monkey wearing a blue suit, white gloves, white boots and white hat which represents that he has a developed brain.
"What are you looking at?" Both simians asked but covered their mouths. "Stop copying me? It's enough!"
Both simians scratched their chins.
"Who are you?" Both simians asked.
"I'm Dr. Bad-Boon/Mojo Jojo." Both simians introduced themselves.
"It's nice to meet you, Mojo Jojo." Dr. Bad-Boon said.
"Likewise, Dr. Bad-Boon." Mojo Jojo said.
Suddenly they felt a tremor.
"What was that?" Dr. Bad-Boon asked.
"I don't think it wasn't an earthquake." Mojo Jojo answered.
"Of course it wasn't an earthquake." Dr. Bad-Boon said.
They walked to see the one who caused the tremor, then the shadow of King K. Rool appeared in front of them.
"I'm the future king of Kongo Bongo…" King K. Rool's shadow said until he showed himself as King Dedede. "...Dedede it's the name of the show! Dedede it's the name you should know!"
Then Dr. Bad-Boon and Mojo Jojo jawdropped while King Dedede was laughing hysterically.
"I was just pulling yer leg!" King Dedede said after recovering from his laugh.
Suddenly the shadow of the real King K. Rool appeared behind King Dedede apparently to claw him but he touched him in the right shoulder.
"Are you finished?" King K. Rool asked.
"Yeah, sorry. I always wanted to do that." King Dedede said.
"What is the meaning of all this?" Mojo Jojo asked.
"Sorry about that, just a joke from my friend King Dedede." King K. Rool said.
"And who are you?" Dr. Bad-Boon asked.
"I'm the real King K. Rool if you two are still confused by the joke." King K. Rool answered.
After the introductions.
"Let me guess, you two were defeated by your own nemesis?" King Dedede asked both simians.
"Yes, I'm always defeated by three girls with superpowers despite having a big brain!" Mojo Jojo answered.
"My plans were foiled by a little monkey called AiAi and my future wedding with MeeMee was ruined by the same little monkey!" Dr. Bad-Boon explained.
"One of my goals is becoming the king of Kongo Bongo by taking the Crystal Coconut but my plans are always foiled by Donkey Kong." King K. Rool explained.
"And as for me, I'm always trying to get rid of Kirby by sending monsters from Nightmare Enterprises but all the monsters are defeated, but finally the company agrees by working for Bowser and more villains to fulfill our goals." King Dedede explained.
"Can we join us too?" Dr. Bad-Boon and Mojo Jojo asked.
"Of course, that's why we came here to join our cause." King K. Rool explained.
"Finally I'll get rid of the Powerpuff Girls." Mojo Jojo said.
"And I'll fulfill my goals too." Dr. Bad-Boon said.
Now two evil simians joined the Brotherhood of Evil.
Spartan's World: Sierra 117
Not long ago, it was a night sky: several bright pinpoints of white light, stars, hang in the center. It's a tranquil forest, with lush forestry and a winding river.
"They let me pick. Did I ever tell you that? Choose whichever Spartan I wanted." A female voice said. "You know me. I did my research, watched as you became the soldier we needed you to be."
As the view pans down, something comes into view entering the atmosphere, trailing flames splitting the night sky. Although it is not recognizable at this time.
"Like the others, you were strong and swift and brave. A natural leader." The female voice said as the fireball came nearer, at an oblique angle to the view. "But you had something they didn't. Something no one saw but me."
A second, lesser fireball breaks off from the main one. It moves at an oblique angle to the first, in the direction of the view. It moves closer while the first vanishes behind a spray of trees.
"Can you guess?" The female voice said as the object moved even nearer, and its trajectory began to curve until it was heading directly for the view. "Luck."
The fireball roars past the view and smashes into the ground with an earth-shattering impact.
"Was I wrong?" The female voice asked with words tinged with humor.
Then in the present, Samus with the baby Metroid, Ratchet with Clank, Heavy, JP, Steve and Vectorman arrived in the world.
"Where are we?" JP asked.
"According to the scanner, we have reached a world where life is sustainable." Samus said as the baby Metroid was chirping with curiosity.
They keep exploring the jungle but unknown to them, they are being watched by a person wearing a spatial engineer suit and helmet with three strays glowing in light blue.
"That creature is not a Necromorph but it can be dangerous." The engineer said as he readied his weapon called Plasma Cutter.
The group keeps walking across the jungle until the engineer appears in front of the group.
"Freeze!" The engineer said but pointing directly at the baby Metroid who hides behind Samus.
"What are you doing?" Samus asked.
"What do you think I'm doing? Saving your lives from that creature that looks like a jellyfish." The engineer said.
"It's a baby Metroid but it's harmless." Samus explained.
"A Metroid…?" The engineer said and the baby Metroid chirps softly before nuzzling affectionately in Samus, then the engineer lowered his weapon. "Sorry about that, but lately weird things are happening, shadowy creatures and a new alien race who attack the people."
"Can you tell us your name?" Clank asked.
"I'm Isaac Clarke." Isaac Clarke introduced himself.
"I'm Samus Aran." Samus introduced herself.
"I'm Clank. This is Ratchet." Clank introduced himself and Ratchet too.
"I'm Heavy Weapons Guy." Heavy introduced himself.
"My name is JP." JP introduced himself.
Steve pulled out a sign saying. "My name is Steve."
"I'm Vectorman." Vectorman introduced himself.
"Good to meet you all." Isaac Clarke said. "Do you know where we are?"
"Right now we are examining the place." Ratchet said.
"It's true." Vectorman said.
"Do you mind if I join the group?" Isaac Clarke asked.
"Yeah, welcome aboard." JP said.
Now they have a new member in the group and started to explore the zone until they saw an armored soldier lying unconscious on the ground.
"Who is that person?" Heavy asked.
Samus scanned the unconscious soldier.
"His vital signs are stable but he is unconscious." Samus said.
"Freeze!" They heard a male voice.
Then a group of marines surrounded the team, one of them had brown skin.
"This ain't good." Marine #1 said.
"Who are these people? Marine #2 asked.
"Damn." Marine #3 cursed before asking. "How far did he fall?"
The sergeant in the hat was holding a cigar in his mouth. He turns around.
"The Master Chief." The sergeant said seeing the soldier with the green armor.
"Two kilometers, easy." Marine #4 replied.
"The name's Sergeant Johnson." Sergeant Johnson introduced himself.
After the introductions.
"You should return home." Sergeant Johnson said to JP.
"What!? But I wanna help!" JP exclaimed.
"Ok, you wish." Sergeant Johnson said before turning to see the other marines. "Stay sharp!"
The marines move closer to the object while one aims his gun to the left then the right of the place watching for any sign of the threats.
"I'm trying to wonder who that soldier is?" Ratchet asked.
"He is the Master Chief." Sergeant Johnson answered seeing the Master Chief lying in the impact crater.
The Marines move closer to the Chief, taking up combat positions. One sits down beside him and takes out a small computer.
"Corpsman?" Sergeant Johnson called him.
"His armor's locked up. Gel layer could have taken most of the impact..." Marine Corpsman said before tapping something on the computer.
With a hiss, the Chief's outstretched arms collapse onto his chest. The Marine checks for vital signs. No readings.
"I don't know, Sergeant Major..." Another Marine said.
Johnson kneels by the side of his fallen friend and places a hand on his chest, feeling for breath, or any sign that the man is alive. After a few seconds, he sighs sadly, reaches behind the Chief's head and pulls a chip out of his helmet.
"Radio for VTOL, heavy lift gear. We're not leaving him here." Sergeant Johnson said.
He looks down and realizes the chip is empty, but suddenly the armored hand reaches up and grabs Johnson's wrist.
"He is alive!" JP exclaimed.
"Yeah. You're not." Master Chief said before pushing himself slowly to his feet.
"Crazy fool! Why do you always jump?" Sergeant Johnson sighed. "One of these days, you're gonna land on something as stubborn as you are! And I don't do bits and pieces!"
The Chief says nothing before reaching down and taking the chip from the Sergeant's hand and lets go of his arm.
"Where is she, Chief? Where's Cortana?" Sergeant Johnson asked.
The Chief stares at the data crystal.
"Don't make a girl a promise...if you know you can't keep it." The voice of Cortana, who is a holographic young woman speaks in the Master Chief's flashback.
They give him a confused look.
"She stayed behind." Master Chief said before inserting the chip into the port at the back of his helmet.
"Corporal? Make it quick." Sergeant Johnson called him.
"Sorry, sir." Marine Corporal said before turning to see Master Chief. "Your armor's still in partial lockdown."
Marine corporal shows a screen to test if the armor of Master Chief is working fine and successfully the Master Chief looks fine at the indicated directions of light.
"Good." Marine Corporal said to Johnson. "Everything checks out, Sergeant Major."
"Kick off the training wheels, Corporal. He's good to go." Sergeant Johnson said.
Master Chief looks around, taking in his surroundings until somewhere near him is a familiar sight, an alien creature with active camouflage. Johnson gives it a nod as the alien creature decloaks himself and reveals that he has dark green armor. Then Master Chief moves with fluid grace, brushing aside Johnson and another Marine with Samus and Isaac following Chief, the three pointing their weapons at the alien.
"Chief, Samus, Isaac, wait!" Sergeant Johnson said stopping them. "The Arbiter is with us!"
The Arbiter or 'Vadam glares at Master Chief, Samus and Isaac showing no sign of discomfort and the three hesitate to lower their weapons.
"Chief, we got enough to worry about without you two trying to kill each other!" Sergeant Johnson said.
The Arbiter makes to move past Master Chief, but the Spartan pushes him back and the Arbiter turns and walks away.
"We must go. The Brutes have our scent." The Arbiter said.
"What is a Brute?" JP asked.
"Their real name is Jiralhanae, an alien race from a planet called Doisac, they're known by humans as Brutes." The Arbiter explained.
"Then they must love the smell of hero." Sergeant Johnson said while Master Chief grabbed an assault rifle. "First Squad, you're my scouts. As for you, just try not to wreck my planet. Move out! Quiet as you can."
Then the team moves across the jungle.
"Bravo Team, this is Johnson. We got him. Fall back to the extraction point. Over." Sergeant Johnson said through the communicator.
"Roger that. Reynolds out." Sgt. Reynolds said ending the communication.
Then they heard a howl in the distance.
"What was that?" Ratchet asked.
"A Jiralhanae" The Arbiter said.
"That sounded close." Marine #1 said.
"Yeah, too close." Marine #2 said.
"Johnson, you be advised. Hostiles are... on the move... I've got eyes on a... Brute Pack... Over." Sgt. Reynolds said through the communicator but with static.
"Say again, Gunny? You're breaking up." Sergeant Johnson said.
Now they heard an ominous whisper of gravitational drives as they saw a purple spaceship flying above the trees.
"Sergeant Major, Phantom inbound." Marine #3 said.
"We stick together and we're gonna get spotted. Let's split up, meet back at the LZ. Chief, Samus, Isaac, go with the Arbiter, head toward the river. Second Squad and newbies will be with me." Sergeant Johnson said.
"Watch this, sergeant." JP said before using his D-Tector.
Execute, Beast Spirit Evolution... MetalKabuterimon!
"Why didn't he tell us you can do that?" Marine #1 asked.
"I was planning it as a surprise." MetalKabuterimon said.
"You could be very useful for the second squad." Sergeant Johnson said as a compliment.
Then Johnson and the Second Squad cross the river above the waterfall while the Master Chief, the Arbiter, Samus with the baby Metroid and Isaac are leading the First Squad and they pass onto some rocks around a pile of fallen logs, while the marines of the First Squad waits to go straight over until they spot a mammal-like alien wearing a light green armor who is known as Brute in Captain Major ranking accompanied by a squad of tortoise-like aliens wearing orange armors called Grunts.
"Spread out, you whelps! Find them!" The Brute Captain ordered the Grunts.
"Up ahead! Single Brute, plus backup!" Marine #1 said.
"He's got power armor!" Marine #2 said.
Then Samus makes a signal to the baby Metroid who lunges himself at the Brute Captain and drains his energy until to weaken him, Samus shoots a missile which defeated the Brute Captain, the Grunts tried to fight by using Hailstorm which shots purple homing crystal-like bullets, and Directed Energy Pistols, but they dodged, Master Chief shoots bullets from his assault rifle while the Arbiter shoots plasma shoots from his Energy Rifle and Isaac Clarke is using his Plasma Cutter, some Grunts tried to flee but they were defeated.
"The Prophets are liars, but you are fools to do their bidding!" The Arbiter said to the corpse of the Brute.
A couple of Phantoms draw near, each deploying a squad of Grunts and Brutes, blocking the advance of the Master Chief and his allies. Eventually, they are cleared, and the Marines form up at a winking flare at an underground cave.
"Those Brutes are tough." A Marine said.
"Grunts ain't no slouches either." A female marine said.
"The Grunts' new-found courage is but fear. When we are victorious, all who serve the Prophets will be punished." The Arbiter said.
After advancing through they found a small group of Grunts sleeping while others are patrolling along with few Brutes and saurian-like aliens with gray and blue armor and equipping an energy shield called Jackals while other Jackals are equipping energy rifles called Carbine.
"Let's take them out!" The Marine said.
Isaac Clarke jumps to the air charging yellow energy in the Plasma Cutter and creates a shockwave when he hits the ground hitting the sleeping Grunts before shooting at the other Grunts who woke up, Master Chief pulled out a Marksman Rifle before dispatching the Jackals, the Arbiter pulled out a blue beam sword before slashing the Brutes and Samus fired full shots of Plasma Beam which shoots the Brutes who died incinerated while howling in agony before disappearing completely (death animation from enemies with Plasma Beam in Metroid Prime).
"Pelicans are en route, Chief, but I can't reach Bravo. If you find 'em, get 'em to the extraction point." Sergeant Johnson said.
They continued until they saw a Brute Captain torturing the Sergeant Reynolds above a log.
"Tell me its location!" The Brute Captain said.
"You have... to kill me... first." Sergeant Reynolds said.
The Brute Captain tried to kill the Sergeant Reynolds but the baby Metroid lunged at the Brute Captain before biting the Brute and drain his energy while saving the Sargeant Reynolds who fled; when the baby Metroid weakened him, then Samus shoots a charged Ice Beam shot which freezes the Brute Captain and shoots a missile which destroyed the frozen enemy.
"Brute Chieftain. Phantom. Pinned us down... killed my men." Sergeant Reynolds said.
"You're really useful, little buddy." Isaac Clarke said to the baby Metroid.
The 1st squad continues until they reach another cave.
"The river, hurry!" The Arbiter said.
The minor group continues forward, towards further caves and pushing towards the river, where Johnson and the Second Squad are there. They head down a steep slope for some underground caves that lead to the river.
"Could you sacrifice me to complete your mission? Could you watch me die?" The voice of Cortana said in Master Chief's head.
"Sir, you okay?" The Marine asked.
Meanwhile, the Second Squad and remaining members gathered with the first Squad and left the caves and they found three Marine corpses scattered on the ground, with rifle ammunition and fragmentation grenades.
"We're late." MetalKabuterimon said.
"The enemy went too fast." Vectorman said.
"Chief, Pelicans are at the river. We've got company, so hustle up!" Sergeant Johnson said through the communicator.
"Grenades! Blow them to bits!" The Arbiter said.
Master Chief grabbed the grenades.
Then a pair of airships called Pelicans appeared hoving above the river, but the Covenant forces were coming.
The other team members joined the action to defeat the Covenant, Ratchet uses Charged Sonic Eruptor, Warmonger and Buzz Blades, Heavy pulls out his minigun before shooting at the Covenant troops, Vectorman attacks by spinning his body before shooting green energy spheres from his right hand, Steve attacks by swinging his Diamond Sword and MetalKabuterimon used Gigantic Impact ramming against the enemies.
"Hold on. Got a contact." A female pilot said.
Then they saw two purple airships.
"Banshees! Fast and low!" The female pilot said.
"Break off... now!" The male pilot said.
The enemy airships called Banshees started to attack the Pelicans.
"Watch yourself!" The male pilot said through the communicator.
"I'm hit! ARRGH!" The female pilot said through the communicator.
"Lost a thruster. Hang on!" The male pilot said through the communicator.
"Get a hold of her!" Sergeant Johnson said through the communicator.
"Negative! We're going down!" The male pilot said through the communicator.
Both Pelicans tried to gain altitude but they ended crashing in the river beyond the dam, Samus charged his Power Beam before focusing her target in the Banshee before shooting a Super Missile which destroyed the enemy Banshee, the other Covenant troops tried to attack but Ratchet attacks with Multi-Strike, Comet Strike and Lightning Ravager, MetalKabuterimon uses Bolo Thunder, Isaac Clarke shoots electric spheres to stun the enemies, Vectorman shoots green energy shoots at the enemies, Heavy punches the Grunts and Jackals, Steve attacks by shooting arrows, and Master Chief punches a Brute before smacking him with the assault rifle and shooting the enemy, a Banshee tried to fly away but Samus shoots another Super Missile which destroyed the Banshee.
"More Banshees will come." The Arbiter said.
"We should get back to the jungle." Clank said.
"Chief, can you hear me?... My bird's down. Half a klick... downriver from your position." Sergeant Johnson said through the communicator.
"Jackals. On the ridge. Stay low. Looks like they got Carbines." The Marine said.
The group was facing the Jackals equipped with their own rifles, Ratchet uses his Warmonger, Samus shoots her Wave Beam, Steve uses a crossbow, Master Chief uses a Sniper Rifle, Vectorman shoots small green energy spheres which act like sniper bullets, MetalKabuterimon uses Bolo Thunder and Isaac Clarke uses his Plasma Cutter until they defeated the Jackals.
"Come on, you dumb apes! You want breakfast? You gotta catch it!" Sergeant Johnson said to the Brutes.
This time a Brute howled and by their surprise, Shadow Pirates decloaked themselves, followed by Pirate Troopers, Pirates Militia, Pirate Grenadiers, Pirate Commandos (Prime 2 and Prime 3 Variants), Pirate Aerotroopers, Armored Shield Troopers, Advanced and Assault Pirates, an Elite Pirate, a Berserker Knight, Crawltanks, Jolly Roger Drones, floating robots with saw blades called Splitterbot, small robots called Microdrone and robots with oval shaped, green, mechanical brains connected to their red bodies almost completely covered by one robotic eye called Protoguards.
*VS SPACE PIRATES (METROID PRIME 3: CORRUPTION)*
"What are those things!?" Sergeant Jonhson asked.
"Space Pirates!" Samus said.
"Are those Nefarious Troopers?" Ratchet asked.
"Yes, apparently Doctor Nefarious and the Space Pirates joined forces with the Covenant." Clank said.
Samus changed her Power Beam to Plasma Beam to incinerate the enemies, Steve attacked by using a Minecart while putting rails (Side Special Attack in Smash Ultimate) and jumping to stomp the enemies with an anvil (Down Aerial Attack in Smash Ultimate), Heavy grabs the enemies before pummeling them and toss them against the others, Ratchet uses the RYNO V to shot energy bullets at the robot enemies (while playing the 1812 Overture), the Arbiter uses a Plasma Rifle to shoot blue plasma shots at the Elite Pirate who retaliates by punching him but he dodged before slashing the enemy with the Beam Sword and tossed a Plasma Grenade which stuck in the Elite Pirate before exploding and defeating the pirate, Vectorman shoots green energy spheres to the Crawltanks, Isaac Clarke puts mines in the ground to damage the enemies before using his Plasma Cutter and MetalKabuterimon uses Gigantic Impact against the Berserker Knight before using Electro Cannon defeating the Berserker Knight.
"Yeah, you and what army?" MetalKabuterimon asked at the Covenant.

Not very far from the battle, a Dimensional Rift appeared above the place and there came another feline creature just like Ratchet but it has white fur, blue eyes, able to tell it is female by the eyelashes and has a metallic armor, but she has a yellow metallic right arm.
"Where am I?" The white feline creature asked. "I'd better look around here in case there are traces of the Emperor Nefarious."
The white feline creature started to explore the place until she saw two boys, a boy with brown hair and eyes wearing an outfit which had some green patches, a black and orange collared short sleeved shirt with a green backpack, orange fingerless gloves with black and green wristbands, a green headband, dark gray slim-fit long pants underneath with black and gray shorts, orange and green slip on running shoes with black soles and white stripes; he has his own Sceptile and his own Raichu (male form). A young boy, skinny, slightly small for the age of the other boy, he has messy green hair that sticks up, pale skin, and bluish gray eyes, he is wearing a white shirt with a big collar under a pastel blue jacket with large buttons, gray slim fit trousers with turn-ups on the ankles, slip on shoes that are white with pastel blue soles and a brown shoulder bag; he has an evolved form of Skitty who has purple fur and a blue bird-like Pokémon with white cotton-like fur.
"Hey, are you a Pokémon?" The green-haired boy asked.
"Are you talking to me?" The white feline creature asked.
"Let's see in the Pokédex." The brown-haired boy said and pulled out his Pokédex.
"No data." The Pokédex said.
"This is so weird." The brown-haired boy said.
"This sounds awkward, but I'm not a Pokémon, I'm a Lombax." The white feline creature said.
"A Lombax?" The brown-haired boy repeated.
"Yeah. By the way, my name is Rivet." The white Lombax called Rivet introduced herself.
"Good to meet you, Rivet. My name is Brendan and they are Sceptile and Raichu." The brown-haired boy called Brendan introduced himself.
"Hello." Sceptile greeted.
"Hey there." Raichu greeted too.
"I'm Wally." The green-haired boy called Wally introduced himself. "And they're Delcatty and Altaria."
"Hi." Altaria greeted in a male voice.
"It's a pleasure to meet you." Delcatty said in a female voice.
"Likewise." Rivet said.
Suddenly they heard an explosion from the battle.
"What was that?" Wally asked.
"There are troubles there." Raichu said.
"Let's go." Brendan said.
Then they go towards the battle where the group of heroes are still fighting against the enemy troops, but this time insectoid aliens called Drones along with Wave, Ice and Plasma Troopers joined the battle.
"We need reinforcements!" A Marine said.
The new ones arrived in time.
"Looks like they're having troubles." Rivet said.
"Let's go help them!" Brendan said and his Pokémon nodded.
"I'll do my best!" Wally said and his Pokémon nodded too.
"Sceptile, use Leaf Storm! Raichu, use Thunderbolt!" Brendan commanded.
His Sceptile launched a storm of leaves hitting the Drones and Raichu unleashed a lightning attack which zapped the Wave Troopers.
"Altaria, use Flamethrower! Delcatty, use Assist!" Wally commanded.
Altaria launches a flamethrower from his mouth hitting the Plasma Troopers and Delcatty summons a white orb which uses Ice Beam against the Ice Troopers.
"What are those creatures?" The Marine asked.
"I think they're from our side." Sergeant Johnson said.
Rivet pulls out a weapon similar to the one of Ratchet and bashes the remaining enemies and followed by using a gun called Burst Pistol which she shoots energy bullets to the Covenant Troops.
"Another Lombax." Ratchet said.
"And she is very skilled with the weapons too." Clank said.
"Thanks." Master Chief said to the newcomers.
Wally and Brendan are meeting MetalKabuterimon.
"What kind of Pokémon are you?" Wally asked.
"I'm not a Pokémon, I'm a Digimon." MetalKabuterimon answered.
"Whoa! You can speak too!" Wally said.
"I think I heard about the Digimon in the last Pokémon vs Human Tournament." Brendan said.
Ratchet was meeting the new Lombax.
"Hey…!" Ratchet greeted her.
"Hey! My name is Rivet." Rivet greeted him back.
"The name's Ratchet." Ratchet introduced himself. "I see you're very good."
"Thanks." Rivet said.
"Wow, this is…" Ratchet was saying. "Wait, ok. I have to tell you something. Dr. Nefarious just joined forces with the Covenant along with the Space Pirates too."
"He did what? No no no no, no, no. Now I've got my hands full with Nefarious and those new ones called Covenant and Space Pirates." Rivet said.
"They aren't the only ones who are trying to take over this world." Samus said.
"What do you mean?" Rivet asked.
Then after the introductions and the explanation.
"I see, now Team Magma and Team Aqua are working together." Brendan said.
"Echo Five-One, this is Crow's Nest. Echo Five-One, please respond…! Hocus, Five-One is down. Divert for emergency evac, over." A voice said through the radio.
"Sergeant Major went this way, Chief. Through the cave." A Marine said.
"Follow me." Master Chief said.
They followed the Master Chief across the cave until they arrived at the dam where more Covenant Troops with Space Pirates (Prime and Militia variants), Spitterbot and other ones similar to the Protoguards but they're called Arc Strikers, a Brute imprisoned some soldiers there.
"Get ready you two." Brendan said and his two Pokémon nodded.
*SINISTER SHADOWS (KINGDOM HEARTS 2.5 REMIX)*
Master Chief tossed a grenade which exploded in the Grunts and Jackals.
"Take that!" Raichu said using Iron Tail against the Spitterbots, a Brute tried to attack him from behind.
"Oh no you won't!" Sceptile said using Leaf Blade to defeat the Brute.
Altaria attacks with Dragon Pulse and Delcatty uses Hyper Beam, after using the attack she was returned inside the Pokéball and Wally called his own Gallade who attacks by using Psychic, MetalKabuterimon uses Gigantic Impact, Steve attacks by swinging upward a Diamond Axe, Heavy attacks by using a shotgun, the Arbiter attacks the enemies by swinging his energy sword (combo styles from Killer Instinct), Master Chief attacks by using his Assault Rifle, Isaac Clarke uses Kinesis Blast to lift the enemies before throwing them forward and Samus was firing charged Power Beam shots.
"Release the prisoners! We'll handle the enemies!" Samus said.
Master Chief nodded and went to rescue the captured soldiers, then he released the plasma shield that was imprisoning Johnson and his fellow Marines.
"We're even, as long as we're only counting today, thanks Chief." Sergeant Johnson said before speaking to his communicator. "Kilo 023, what's your ETA?"
"Imminent, Sergeant. Find some cover. Gotta clear a path." A soldier said through the communicator.
The Sergeant Johnson and the marines grab Covenant weaponry from nearby crates.
"Roger that, Hocus. Friendly gunship, coming in hot!" Sergeant Johnson said.
However, two Phantoms arrive bringing Covenant reinforcements.
"Hocus! Phantom!" Sergeant Johnson said.
"I see 'em! Standby. Going loud. Everyone down!" The soldier named Hocus said through the communicator.
"Let's beat quickly!" MetalKabuterimon said preparing to use his attack. "Electron Cannon!"
He fires an extremely high-speed positron laser from the gun turret on his head which critically damages the first Phantom.
"Sceptile, use Solar Beam! Raichu, use Thunder!" Brendan instructed.
Sceptile launched a beam made of solar energy while Raichu launched a thunder with both attacks destroying the first Phantom.
"Let's do this!" Ratchet said before pulling out the RYNO V and fired multiple shots at the second Phantom.
Samus charged her Power Beam before shooting Super Missiles towards the second Phantom.
"Rocket Launcher is ready." Master Chief said before shooting two rockets from the Rocket Launcher and destroying the second Phantom while the others managed to defeat the enemies who were fleeing. "Quick and painless."
"Every soldier for himself!" A Grunt said running away.

After finishing both Phantoms, MetalKabuterimon reverted to JP while a Pelican Kilo 23 arrived.
"Come on Chief, Commander Keyes is waiting!" Sergeant Johnson said.
The four Pokémon were returned to their Pokéballs and they entered the Pelican Kilo 23 while other marines watched the Pelican departing.
"IFF confirmed. Contact is Pelican Dropship Kilo 23. Over." A Marine said.
"Roger that. What's the word, Kilo 23?" A soldier asked through the communicator.
"Sierra 117 on board. Request priority clearance. Over." Hocus answered through the communicator.
The two Marines bump their fists and smile.
"Deck's yours. Come on down." The same soldier said through the communicator.
UNSC Underground Base
Later the Pelican Kilo 23 arrived at an underground base.
"Sorry for the tight squeeze." The soldier piloting the Pelican said before turning to see the other flight controller. "Tell the Commander her ace is in the hole."
The Pelican Kilo 023 touches down. Then the medics load an injured marine on a stretcher and move, the group get off from the plane.
"Hey. Check it out." Marine #1 said.
"No way! A Spartan?!" Marine #2 exclaimed.
"For real? You better not be..." Marine #3 said but he is blind-by-injury.
"No man, he's here! We're gonna be alright!" Marine #2 said.
"Who are those children?" Marine #1 said.
"Probably new recruits." Marine #3 said.
Then a young woman dressed as commander, her name is Miranda Reyes, comes out onto the landing pad to meet Johnson, Master Chief, the Arbiter and the other heroes.
"Where'd you find him?" Commander Keyes asked.
"Napping. Out back." Sergeant Johnson said.
"And what about the new ones?" Commander Keyes asked.
"We found them exploring in the jungle." Sergeant Johnson said.
The soldiers salute, as she salutes back, the others do the same by courtesy and she smiles.
"Hmm, I'll bet. It's good to see you, Chief." Commander Keyes said before shaking Chief's hand.
"Likewise, ma'am." Master Chief said.
"Let's get you up to speed." Commander Keyes said.
Later they go down the hallways of the base, wounded Marines were laying against the walls, other two Marines chatting to each other notice Commander Keyes and the others before making their way and salute the Commander and Spartan.
"The Prophet of Truth's ships breached the Lunar perimeter. Smashed what was left of the Home Fleet." Commander Keyes said.
As the Arbiter and the new ones in this world, the Marines lower their hands and stare in astonishment.
"Terrestrial casualties from the subsequent bombardment were..." Commander Keyes said while the medics raced by with an injured Marine on a stretcher. Johnson tends to an injured Marine. "...extreme. Truth could've landed anywhere, but he committed all his forces here. East Africa. The ruins of New Mombasa. Then, they started digging."
"What about Halo?" Master Chief asked.
"We stopped it, but only temporarily. Now, the Prophet of Truth joined forces with the Banished along with the unknown robots and new aliens called Space Pirates, all of them are working on a group called Brotherhood of Evil. There are possibilities that they're searching for something called 'The Ark', where they'll be able to fire all the Halo Rings. If they succeed, Humanity, the Covenant, every sentient being in the Galaxy..." Commander Keyes explained.
"The rings will kill us all." Master Chief said.
"All of us..." JP and Wally gulped.
"Excuse me, but I think we know something more about the Brotherhood of Evil." Samus said.
"What is?" Commander Keyes asked.
"The Brotherhood of Evil are trying to get for something called Master Key which is in the heart of Kari, one of our allies who is safe in another world." Samus explained.
"I see, if they're trying to get her, the Galaxy will be lost too." Commander Keyes said.
"Ma'am, I have Lord Hood." A Technician said.
"Patch him through." Commander Keyes said.
Then an old man dressed as white marine called Lord Hood appears on the main screen.
"Good news, Commander Keyes?" Lord Hood asked.
"As good as it gets, sir." Commander Keyes answered.
"So I see. What's your status, son?" Lord Hood asked.
"Green. Sir." Master Chief answered.
"Glad to hear it. The Commander's come up with a good plan. But without you, I wasn't sure we could pull it off." Lord Hood said.
"Truth's ships are clustered above the excavation site. And his infantry has deployed Anti-Aircraft Batteries around the perimeter. But, if we neutralize one of the batteries, punch a hole in Truth's defenses..." Commander Keyes said.
"I'll initiate a low-level strike. Hit 'em right where it hurts. I only have a handful of ships, Master Chief. It's a big risk. But I'm confident..." Lord Hood was saying but suddenly the power cut completely.
"What happened!?" Brendan asked.
"Hell! Not again!" The technician exclaimed.
"Emergency generators! Now!" Commander Keyes gave orders.
"Shielding failed. They're down and charging." Marine Technician said.
"As soon as they're up, re-establish contact with Lord Hood. Let him know that..." Commander Keyes was saying.
Suddenly, a tortoise-like alien creature wearing prophet's clothes appears on all the screens.
"Who is that?" Ratchet asked.
"The Prophet of Truth." Master Chief answered.
Then the screens split in four, the second part of the screen is showing Ridley, the third part of the screen is showing Dr. Nefarious and the last part is showing a gorilla-like alien creature wearing a gray armor battle.
"Ridley!" Samus said with venom.
"Dr. Nefarious!" Ratchet said glaring at the robot scientist.
"Oh, Ratchet. What a surprise to see you again." Dr. Nefarious said.
"Well, well, Samus and all her friends are here, just like my new allies." Ridley said.
"I never thought about working with the prophets, but it's the only remedy to eliminate all those ones who are trying to get in the way of the Prophet of Truth." The gorilla-like alien said.
"So, you must be the new allies. You are, all of you, vermin. Cowering in the dirt, thinking what, I wonder? That you might escape the coming fire? No. Your world will burn until its surface is but glass! And not even your Demon will live to creep, blackened from its hole to mar the reflection of our passage... the culmination of our Journey. For your destruction is the will of the gods! And I? I am their instrument!" The Prophet of Truth said.
"My name is Atriox..." Atriox introduced himself. "And I'm the last face you will ever see."
The screen turns off and then the power returns.
"Cocky bastards. Just loves to run his mouth, while the Atriox spreads havoc around the galaxy and now they count with new allies!" Sergeant Johnson said.
"Does he usually mention me?" Master Chief asked.
Commander Keyes thinks, and realizes Truth's meaning and she says. "Give the order. We're closing shop."
"Ma'am?" Marine technician asked.
"We're about to get hit." Commander Keyes said.
"All personnel! Defense code Alpha-one. Prepare for immediate evacuation!" Marine Technician said through the communicator.
"The wounded. We're getting them all out." Commander Keyes.
"If I have to carry 'em myself." Sergeant Johnson said.
"Ma'am, squad leaders are requesting a rally point." Marine technician said before asking. "Where should they go?"
Miranda walks up the stairs and draws a pistol before pulling the slide back.
"To war." Commander Keyes said before moving on.
"We just lost the Perimeter Cameras." Marine technician said.
"Motion Trackers?" Commander Keyes asked.
"They're down or we're not receiving. Can't tell." Marine Technician replied.
"Any of our birds squawking?" Commander Keyes asked.
"No ma'am. Wait, Overwatch has contacts. Phantoms, closing in on our position." Technician asked.
"Any birds less than five minutes out, bring them in. Tell everything else to scatter." Commander Keyes instructed.
"Aye aye. Who would've thought we'd have this many wounded?" Technician said. "Pelicans are gonna take extra time to load."
"We knew they'd find us eventually. But we have a plan, let's make it happen." Commander Keyes said.
"Yes, sir!" All the personnel said.
"Chief, Arbiter, move out. You too, new ones. The Commander will brief you as you go." Sergeant Johnson said to the heroes' group and they nodded.
They went to the stairs before following the Marines downstairs and they found many weapons.
"The base is well-prepared." Clank said seeing at his surroundings.
"This base was built for some 20th-century war. It's full of old tech, like these door controls." A Marine explained before opening the door.
They walked in through to find more marines in a large cave setting up defenses for the Operation Center; they continued as the marines were leading the way.
"Chief? Good, this channel is secure. My fire-teams are spread thin. We can't hold out forever. I need that hangar cleared for evac, ASAP." Commander Keyes said through the communicator.
"Those Brutes secure the hangar; we won't be able to get our birds out." Marine said.
They found the vehicle access, but suddenly a Plasma Grenade was stuck in the ground and close to the group.
"Grenade!" Rivet shouted.
They managed to dodge the explosion of the grenade and they saw Grunts and Jackals.
"Go Magcargo!" Brendan said calling a Pokémon who is a magmatic snail and has a shell made of rock.
"Go Magnezone!" Wally said calling another Magnezone, but his good and it is very different from the one of Eggman.
"Magcargo, use Flame Burst!" Brendan commanded.
"Magnezone, use Magnet Bomb!" Wally commanded.
Magcargo launches an explosive fireball and Magnezone launches two spheres of blue energy and explodes in the enemies. However, as they continued more enemies were waiting for them but the heroes managed to defeat the enemy troops and soon they reached the hangar.
"Wipe those bastards off the deck!" Marine #1 said.
"Pelicans can't launch until the hangar's clear!" Marine #2 said.
Later the group arrived at the deck where multiple Phantoms dropped their troops along with Space Pirates while from a distance, airplanes called Hornets were engaging in an aerial fight against Banshees.
"New weapon." Heavy said holding a turret while Master Chief was holding the other turret.
Both shoot from the turrets at the enemies who are landing in the hangar while Samus fired a fully charged Ice Beam shot which froze the plasma cannons of the Phantoms before firing a missile which destroyed the cannons, Magcargo uses Flamethrower and Magnezone uses Shock Wave against the enemies, Steve attacks by using bucket to put lava around him and damage the enemies (Down Smash Attack in Smash Ultimate), the Arbiter uses his cloaking device before slashing the enemies with his energy sword, Rivet bashes the enemies with her weapon, Ratchet uses Agents of Doom which puts mini-droids who explode in the enemies, Isaac Clarke uses his Plasma Cutter to vanquish the shields from the Jackals before tossing a Fiery Grenade against them and Vectorman realizes a spinning attack against the Grunts.
"Come on Chief, hustle on back!" Sergeant Johnson said through the communicator.
Then they went back to the operations center, Marines passed by for evac. Back in the vehicle access, two Marines, staying behind until the next evac, hear sounds of Drones' wings beating and metal banging in the ventilation pipes.
"Hey. You hear that?" Marine #1 asked.
"Yeah. And I don't like it." Marine #2 replied.
"Attention! Hostiles reported outside the barracks." Commander Keyes said through the loudspeaker.
"Houston, we have a problem." JP said nervously.
"Barracks are under attack! All available combat teams, respond!" Commander Keyes said through the loudspeaker.
The communication systems remain silent while the banging and fluttering noises continue on.
"What is that sound?" Wally asked.
"Anyone in the barracks, I need a sit-rep. Now!" Commander Keyes said through the loudspeaker.
Then they arrived with the Marines in the cave, defending the Operations Center.
"Sir, this way." The Marine said.
Behind him, suddenly the parts of a ventilation pipe fell down and some Drones came out from the pipes. One of them suddenly appears above the Marine and tried to pick him up but Samus who used the Thermal Visor detected the Drone in time before shooting a fully charged Wave Beam shot which defeated the Drone.
"Wow! That was really close...!" The Marine said.
"Look! Coming outta the vents!" The female Marine said pointing at the ventilation shafts.
A swarm of Drones starts pouring out the ventilation shafts, and engulfs the room.
"Light 'em up! Light 'em up!" Marine exclaimed.
"What the hell are these things, Sergeant!?" The female Marine asked.
"Drones! A whole swarm! Take 'em down! Short, controlled bursts!" The Sargeant Reynolds said.
"Get them, Raichu!" Brendan said called the evolved form of Pikachu.
They tried to shoot them but the Drones were moving so fast, but Samus used the Wave Beam while Magnezone and Raichu used Shock Wave and managed to defeat the Drones.
"Next time we'll need bug spray." JP said.
Later they reunited with Sergeant Johnson who is close of a bomb.
"What is that thing?" Heavy asked.
"A bomb made by the UNSC." Sergeant Jonhson said.
"Where is Commander Keyes?" Isaac Clarke asked.
"We'll see her in the last Pelican." Sergeant Jonhson said. "Now follow me."
They follow Sergeant Jonhson back to the room, guarded by four Marines, and a weapons locker sits by it.
"Brutes have taken the barracks. Marines are trapped inside. Those apes ain't much for mercy, Chief. We both know what they do to prisoners." Sergeant Jonhson said.
Master Chief takes weapons and ammo from the locker.
"Get to the barracks, save those men. Then escort them to the Landing Pad for evac. I'll guard the bomb Chief, get yourselves to the Barracks." Sergeant Johnson said.
They head through the corridor to the Motor Pool where they find a group of Brutes led by a Brute Chieftain with a weapon called Gravity Hammer.
"A fresh scent! Must be close." A Brute said.
"Spread out! Track it down!" The Brute Chieftain.
Brendan called Magcargo and Raichu inside their Pokéballs while Wally did the same with Magnezone. The Brutes disperse trying to search more marines but Samus uses Ice Spreader which froze a lot of Brutes, Master Chief tosses a grenade between the frozen Brutes and explodes them, Brendan called his Sceptile who uses Leaf Blade to slash more Brutes and Isaac Clarke uses Strategic Shot which he fires a stasis shot before overcharging his Plasma Cutter for an aimable shot and defeat the Brute Chieftain.
"Those were all of them." Isaac Clarke said.
The group continues through the corridor until they find a hole in the floor, Brendan, JP and Wally hold in Sceptile's back, then they jumped down into a shaft and at the bottom there are several pipe entrances which Drones fly in and out of, but as they were fighting against the Drones and Sentry Drones, Master Chief has another flashback.
"You have been called upon to serve." Cortana said in Master Chief's flashback.
Despite the sudden flashback, they're still fighting against the enemies.
"Half-wit insects! The Prophets use you like they used me! Reject their lies! Rebel, or all your hives will perish!" The Arbiter said before defeating the last Drone.
"Where are the soldiers?" Vectorman asked.
"The Brutes possibly have taken the soldiers as prisoners or meat for their bellies, I do not know. In case some of them live yet, let us be careful when we shoot." The Arbiter answered.
They went to the next zone but some Marines are dead while one marine is being held by a Brute and begs for mercy.
"No! Please!" The Marine prisoner begged.
"Look, it has a soldier itself! These are whelps, not warriors!" The Brute said taunting him ready to kill the Marine.
Then Master Chief pulled out the DMR rifle before shooting at the Brute's head and defeated the enemy easily.
"Headshot." Master Chief said.
"That was close, too close." The Marine said.
However, more Brutes along with Space Pirates Militia and robots equipped with two blue blasters called Cyclobombers were approaching.
"Go Azumarill!" Wally said before calling a water mouse with an egg-shaped body.
"Sceptile, use Leaf Storm!" Brendan commanded.
"Azumarill, use Hydro Pump!" Wally commanded.
Both Pokémon fired their attacks defeating most of the enemies while the others did their usual attacks while the Master Chief and Arbiter saved the prisoners.
"Officially they're dead." Heavy said.
"Again, the Brutes show their weakness." The Arbiter said.
"Everyone on your feet! Grab a weapon!" Sergeant Reynolds said.
"It's payback time!" The female Marine said.
The surviving Marines grab weapons close to the corpses while taking a second to grieve for their comrades while Master Chief and the Arbiter resupply and reload. Later they continue their rescue throughout the barracks, defeating more Brutes and rescuing seven Marines and one Sergeant.
"What about the ones who didn't survive?" Rivet asked.
"We did all we could." Isaac said.
"We must go to the landing pad." Samus said while the baby Metroid chirped.
Then they go outside the lift where the Master Chief activates it and they wait for it to come down, but as they were waiting bad news appeared.
"Commander, we lost the Ops Center. Brutes and the new forces attacked in force. Couldn't hold them off. We're falling back to the hangar. But don't wait for us." Sergeant Johnson said through the communicator.
"What!?" JP, Ratchet and Heavy exclaimed in shock.
"What should I do, ma'am?" Hocus asked through the communicator.
"Hold position! I'm not leaving without him." Commander Keyes said through the communicator.
They board the elevator back up to the flight deck and while heading up, the Pelican Kilo 23 gets into trouble.
"Ma'am, I've got movement. Above and below. Brutes! They got jump-packs!" Hocus said.
"They're going after the thrusters. Shake them off, Lieutenant!" Commander Keyes said through the communicator.
The Pelican Kilo 23 takes off while getting out of the Brutes' reach, they notice the group, and started to attack the heroes, Samus uses her Wave Beam, the baby Metroid drains the energy of the enemies, Isaac Clarke tosses spheres of electricity, Heavy attacks shooting from his shotgun, the Arbiter uses a Plasma Rifle, Master Chief uses the Assault Rifle, Vectorman shoots green energy spheres, both Lombax uses Warmongers, Azumarill uses Bubble Beam and Sceptile uses Bullet Seed and Steve launches arrows with his bow; after successfully defeating the enemies, the flight deck, a door at the road below opens, and Johnson approaches them, holding a weapon called SMG but Covenant and Sentry Drones appear.
"Drones! Go! I'll cover you!" Sergeant Johnson ordered them.
They managed to defeat them, then the Pelican Kilo 23 returned for final evac.
"Brutes, robots and Space Pirates. In the Ops Center. They disarmed the bomb. Sorry Commander, there were too many. Even for me." Sergeant Jonhson said through the communicator.
"Chief, get back to the Ops Center. Kill those Brutes. Rearm the bomb. I've gotta get these men outta here. But I'll radio with another exit. Good luck." Commander Keyes said through the communicator.
"Let us come with you." Wally said.
"No, this time I'll go by myself. All of you must wait inside the Pelican." Master Chief told them.
"I'll come too." Samus said.
"Me too." Isaac said.
"Okay." Master Chief nodded.
The three went towards the Ops Center while the others stayed inside the Pelican, also the Pokémon were called back inside their Pokéballs.
"You will be the protectors of Earth and all her colonies." Cortana's voice said in Master Chief's head.
They walk through to another roadway with Covenant and Space Pirates equipped with Plasma Cannons, even the Space Pirates are Wielding Covenant weaponry, but they manage to dodge before shooting at the enemies.
"Head through the Motor Pool to get to the Ops Center." Sergeant Johnson said through the communicator.
They head back up the corridor behind the Ops Center where they are a War Chieftain communicating with the Prophet of Truth using the Ops Center communications.
"We have taken their Command Center!" Brute Chieftain said.
"Have you discovered how they plan to stop me?" The Prophet of Truth said.
"Not just yet, Noble Prophet." Brute Chieftain says nervously.
"Find out what I need to know, or your place on the path is forfeit. Tell me you understand!" The Prophet of Truth said.
"Yes, Holy One. It shall be done." Brute Chieftain said.
The Prophet of Truth disconnects from the screen.
"Have the Drones scour these machines! Find out what these heathens know about the Ark!" Brute Chieftain ordered his troops.
As the enemies get busy, Samus, Master Chief and Isaac Clarke take them by surprise and defeat them and take back the Ops Center and the bomb.
"Hit the switch, Chief. Arm the bomb!" Sergeant Johnson said.
Master Chief reactivates the bomb and the alarm sounds.
"That did it, Chief! Bomb's armed." Commander Keyes said through the communicator.
"Hurry up, Chief!" Sergeant Johnson said through the communicator.
They head back into the cave, where Grunts run wildly, then through the corridors.
"There will be a great deal of hardship on the road ahead." Master Chief heard Cortana's words. "You will become the best we can make you."
Despite the confusion, they arrived at the landing pad where Samus pushed buttons in her arm cannon which made her gunship appear and they entered inside the spacecraft and managed to flee.
Tsavo Highway
The Pelican Kilo 23 and Samus Gunship were flying above the place.
Plains of Tsavo
In the African plains from a world being invaded by an alien army, there is a group of four girls exploring the place. The first one is a fair-skinned girl with silver eyes and neck-length black hair with red tips, she is wearing a black and red long sleeved dress, red hood with a cape, black transparent long stockings, long black boots and she is wielding a high-caliber sniper and a scythe. The second one is a pale-skinned young woman with pale blue eyes and long white hair tied into an off-center ponytail and has a scar running vertically down her left eye and face, she is wearing a thigh-length strapless dress with faint color gradation from white to pale blue, a small piece of black lace sits in the front of her neckline and her dress is scalloped and stitched to resemble snowflakes and she is wielding a rapier. The third one is a fair-skinned young woman with long wavy black hair and amber eyes and has a pair of black cat ears on top of her head, she is wearing a black buttoned vest with coattails and a silver button on the front; underneath this is a white, sleeveless, high necked, crop undershirt and white shorts with a zipper on the front of each leg, emblazoned with a YKK logo and black low-heeled boots and she is wielding a scythe and a ballistic chain. The fourth one is a tall, fair-skinned young woman with lilac eyes and long, thick, wavy bright golden hair and she is wearing a tan jacket that bares her midriff, with golden brown piping and short, puffy sleeves with black cuffs that feature gold buttons; underneath this, she wears a low cut yellow crop top with an emblem, black belt, brown knee-high boots, orange over-the-knee socks, a gray bandana tied around her left knee and yellow gauntlets.
"Weiss, Blake, Yang, do you girls know where we are?" The black-haired girl asked them.
"Apparently we're in a savanna." The black-haired young woman called Blake answered.
"That weird portal came from nowhere and brought us to this place." The white-haired young woman called Weiss said.
"Also we don't know where Salem or Cinder are going to attack." The yellow-haired young woman called Yang said. "But don't worry Ruby, you are safe with us."
"Thank you, Yang." The black-haired girl called Ruby said.
Later they continued across the place.
"Excuse, but do you four know where we are?" Another female voice asked.
Then Ruby and the other three turned to see two people, one is a girl but her body was entirely invisible except the clothes, the girl is wearing a light blue and pink horizontal-striped sleeveless shirt with white shorts and light blue sneakers and the other is young man who has tail attached to his body, he has blond hair and he is wearing a lime shirt, blue shorts and white sneakers.
"Have you four seen a boy named Bakugo, he was kidnapped by the League of Villains?" The young man asked.
"Sorry, but no." Weiss answered.
"Who are you two?" Ruby asked.
"I'm Mashirao Ojiro." The young man called Ojiro introduced himself.
"I'm Toru Hagakure." The invisible girl called Toru introduced herself.
After Ruby and the other girls introduced themselves.
"Nice to meet you all." Toru said.
"The last time the League of Villains attacked us during the training camp, 15 students were unconscious and in serious condition due to the gas, 11 others were injured, 13 were unharmed physically and one of us was missing." Ojiro said.
"The missing one is Bakugo?" Blake asked.
"Yes." Ojiro answered before continuing the explanation. "One of the six pro heroes was in serious condition while one is missing and about the villains, only three were caught and arrested. But one of our friends has serious injuries in his arms, his name is Deku."
"That was terrible." Ruby said.
"We are going to help you." Weiss said.
"Are you sure of doing that?" Toru asked. "No offense."
"None taken." Yang said.
"Where we came from, we aren't allowed to fight against villains until we have our hero licenses." Ojiro said.
"Hero licenses?" Ruby asks confused.
"I think we don't need hero licenses since we fought against Salem and Cinder factions numerous times." Weiss said.
"Basically Salem and Cinder Fall are the villains while we're the heroes. Even if you two don't have hero licenses, you can join us and that will make it special circumstances." Yang said.
"Okay, then let's do this." Toru said.
Suddenly they were surrounded by Brutes, Grunts, Jackals, Jackal variants called Skirmishers, Space Pirates, Cyclobombers and four-legged robots with two machine gun blasters called Protomantis; the Space Pirates and Covenant were wielding weapons like Plasma Repeater, Plasma Pistols, Plasma Rifles, Needlers and Needle Rifles.
"Hmm… we got company." Ruby said.
"Kill them all." A Chieftain Brute instructed his troops.
"Let's beat them all!" Yang said bumping her fists.
"Just don't look at me." Toru said and they nodded.
The invisible girl undressed herself and now she is completely invisible.
"Where is she?" A Grunt asked.
Just then Toru punches the confused the enemies but they soon realize that she is invisible, Ojiro jumps before delivering tail strikes, kicks and punches against the enemies, Ruby fires energy shots from her scythe before jumping and delivering a 360 slash and followed by vertical and horizontal slashes, Weiss realizes a thrust slash with her rapier before delivering a downward kick and followed by realizing diagonal slashes, Blake realizes long-ranged slashes with his scythe while dodging the shots of the enemy and Yang realizes an elbow charging strike against the enemies and followed by punches and kicks and jumps before punching the ground creating a shockwave against the enemies, they kept fighting until to defeat them all.
"Phew, we made a good team." Toru said while getting dressed.
Just then they saw the Pelican Kilo 23 and Samus' Gunship landing while the main group appeared.
"Well, things are getting interesting." Sergeant Johnson said noticing the group.
"How did you arrive here?" Isaac Clarke asked at the group of six.
"It's a long story." Ruby said.
"We have a long story too." JP said.
After the introductions, the four girls introduced themselves as the RWBY team and the other two are students from UA, later they explained.
"The Brotherhood of Evil sounds worse than the factions from Salem and Cinder Fall." Ruby said.
"The only way of beating them is working together." Blake said.
"It's true, we're joining forces with different heroes to fight against Bowser and the other villains." Samus said.
"We must keep going to that point." Master Chief said pointing to a distant base.
They nodded before making their way.
Military Operations Urban Terrain
The team was outside the base but just then a lightning bolt strikes in front of them and Zeus appears facing the heroes.
"This? This is the handiwork of the pretender? It looks like a mortal child's plaything!" Zeus said watching the base before seeing the heroes. "Are you the mortals allied with Kratos?"
"Who is Kratos?" Brendan said.
"Don't play with me, mortal! One of you have the same creatures, including ones who can control the thunder!" Zeus said.
"Also, I just got here myself." Isaac Clarke said.
"More mortals? You dare raise your hand against a god? Explain yourself before I make you kneel." Zeus says offended.
"I'm afraid we can't do that. I've seen too much happen too quickly around here." Isaac Clarke said.
"Perhaps you thought I was making a request. Let me make myself clear!" Zeus said before summoning a lightning bolt and throws it at Isaac Clarke, but he catches it using his Kinesis.
"How about that, gramps!?" Heavy asked.
"All of you will pay with your lives for your insolence!" Zeus said threatening them.
"I'll take care of him, you guys must fight against the Covenant forces." Isaac Clarke said.
"Be careful, Isaac." Samus told him and he nodded.
The others make their way to stop the Covenant as Zeus tries to stop them but Isaac Clarke launches the lightning bolt which hits the Greek Thunder God.
*RIVAL BOSS - HEAVY (PLAYSTATION ALL-STARS BATTLE ROYALE)*
Isaac Clarke tries to slam his Plasma Cutter against Zeus but he electrifies his body which zaps the engineer but he retaliates by tossing a grenade which explodes and damages the perverse god, Isaac pulls out a Grenade Launcher swinging his weapon upwards and downwards hitting Zeus, then he punches him before stomping him with his foot and kicks the evil Thunder God who lands painfully in the ground, Isaac puts a mine but Zeus dodged before launching yellow lightnings zapping Isaac who retaliates by shooting his Plasma Cutter but Zeus dodges by jumping and he launches two lightnings hitting Isaac until he manages to dodge the fourth hit and jumps before slamming his charged Plasma Cutter creating a shockwave which damages Zeus who retaliates by realizing a downward and upward punch with electricity hitting Isaac who uses the Grenade Launcher again which hits Zeus and the engineer uses Kinesis before launching the Thunder God against the wall to crash painfully, then Isaac fires shots from his Plasma Cutter but Zeus managed to hold the damage before realizing another downward and upward punch and zapping Isaac again, Zeus waited for a physical attack but Isaac used his Kinesis to toss Zeus again to the wall and he uses a Flamethrower which hits Zeus with fire and realizes another jump to perform another shockwave with the Plasma Cutter and tosses a sphere of electricity which damages Zeus who retaliates by realizing a rising shoulder strike against the engineer who uses another Kinesis attack against the evil Thunder God but he retaliates by performing an upper attack with thunders (similar at an up normal attack in Smash Bros) hitting Isaac who managed to recover himself but Zeus prepared more lightnings before tossing them but Isaac manages to dodge them all.
"Kratos and Pit were lucky to survive against my fury! Including that so-called Thunder God named Raiden, who thinks he can help mortals." Zeus said. "But, you mortal, you won't have the same luck!"
"I don't need luck to beat you!" Isaac said before pulling out the Grenade Launcher before swinging it upwards and downwards before launching a grenade which exploded and damaged Zeus.
Then Isaac uses his Kinesis to lift a gear which hits repeatedly at Zeus but he retaliates by using an electrified punch hitting Isaac, the perverse god tried to do the same attack but Isaac dodges in time before using his Kinesis against Zeus.
"Think fast!" Isaac said using his Strategic Shot which critically damages Zeus.
"You think yourself mighty enough to slay a god?" Zeus asked Isaac.
"I managed to slay necromorphs before arriving here… they are abominations… living dead." Isaac answered.
"The depths of Hades will not be trespassed by your kind, mortal. Only the gods decide who lives and dies, except the ones who decide to work with the true gods just like Bowser and the other villains." Zeus said.
"I know the dangers of men convinced they're gods, that also include the wannabe gods. If I'm what stands between you and the rest of civilization, we'll put an end to this… now!" Isaac said and he continued his battle against Zeus.

Meanwhile, the others arrived in another part of the base where they saw Covenant tanks called Wraiths.
"There are tanks." JP said.
"Those are Anti-Aircraft Wraiths, we must destroy them." Master Chief said.
"Leave it to me!" JP said preparing his D-Tector.
"And us too!" Brendan said while Wally nodded.
Execute, Beast Spirit Evolution… MetalKabuterimon!
"Go Wailord!" Brendan said calling a Pokémon who is a blue whale.
"It's your turn, Gallade!" Wally said calling his Pokémon.
"Bolo Thunder!" MetalKabuterimon said using his attack which exploded an Anti-Aircraft Wraith.
"Wailord, use Heavy Slam!" Brendan commanded.
Despite Wailord being big and heavy he managed to lift up his own body while glowing in metallic energy before squashing another Anti-Aircraft Wraith, then two Grunts riding two purple motorcycles called Ghosts were approaching them.
"Gallade, use Psychic!" Wally commanded.
Gallade's eyes glowed in light blue before lifting the Ghosts before tossing them away.
"Both AA Wraiths have been neutralized... standby. Something big, closing in on your location." Sergeant Johnson said through the communicator.
"What is that sound?" MetalKabuterimon asked hearing an ominous mechanical grinding and then the booms and grinding were getting louder. "It's getting closer!"
"Oh, this can't be good..." Ruby said.
"Scarab! Find some cover. Now!" Sergeant Johnson said through the communicator.
*DEEP END (KINGDOM HEARTS 1.5 REMIX)*
Then a huge purple bug-like tank lumbers down from the roof of the factory onto the lake bed, and dust rises as its legs slam into the ground, destroying a Troop Transport Warthog in the process.
"It's even bigger just like Lucemon Shadowlord Mode." MetalKabuterimon asked.
"Who?" Yang asked.
"Later I'll explain to you." MetalKabuterimon said.
"Does anyone know how to beat that thing?" Brendan asked.
"Aim for its legs!" Master Chief answered.
"Wailord, come back!" Brendan said calling back Wailord before calling another Pokémon. "It's your turn Aggron!"
The Scarab glares at the heroes before launching a huge green beam from his mouth but they barely dodged the attack.
"Let's aim at its legs!" MetalKabuterimon said before using his attack. "Electron Cannon!"
He launched his attack damaging one leg of the Scarab, Samus launched a Super Missile which damaged the same leg, Ruby realized multiple slashes with her scythe (Super Move in BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle), Weiss slams her rapier to the ground creating ice spikes which caught the Scarab's leg and Master Chief picked up a Rocket Launcher before firing two rockets which critically damaged one leg of the Scarab. Aggron uses Steel Beam against another leg of the Scarab but he ends up tired after using the attack, Gallade uses Psycho Cut against the other leg which was damaged by the Steel Beam, Steve puts a cubic TNT which exploded in the leg and Ratchet uses the RYNO V to shoot a lot of bullets until to damage critically the Scarab's second leg and the bug-like tank fell to the ground.
"Now, while it's down! Find a way inside!" The Marine instructed.
Master Chief and Samus board the Scarab.
"Look for something big...power core, something like that." Sergeant Johnson instructed through the radio.
However, several Brutes, Jackals, Space Pirates, Crawltanks, Arc Strikers and Grunts await for them, but they manage to defeat the enemies and they find the core.
"We must destroy the core." Master Chief said.
"I'll do this." Samus said before turning to the baby Metroid. "Stay back."
The baby Metroid obeyed and kept his distance, then Samus went to Morph Ball and used a Power Bomb which destroyed the Scarab's power core.
"I think the Scarab is going to explode after destroying its core." Clank said.
"Get away! It's gonna blow!" Ratchet called Samus and Master Chief.
Brendan and Wally called their Pokémon back inside to their Pokéballs while Master Chief and Samus jumped off the Scarab as the baby Metroid was following her mother-like figure. The group ran away from the Scarab and took a safe distance while the Scarab exploded violently.
"That was really close…" Rivet said.
Back with Isaac Clarke, he uses Kinesis Burst which he unleashes an overcharged burst of kinesis against Zeus sending the perverse Thunder God flying before crashing in the ground, then he stands up glaring at Isaac.

"I declare this battle a draw, the next time I won't fail." Zeus said before teleporting from the place.
"Now I must rejoin everyone." Isaac Clarke said.
He went to gather with the others.
"I made it." He said.
"Where is Zeus?" Samus asked.
"He retreated from the battle." Isaac Clarke replied.
The team kept continuing across the installations as the Covenant, Space Pirates and Nefarious Troopers were there waiting for them but they managed to defeat them, but suddenly two blue armored aliens appeared facing the group.
"Hunters! They have a weak point in the back." Master Chief said.
A Hunter tried to punch him but he dodged before tossing a Plasma Grenade in the Hunter's back which critically damaged the Hunter and used his Shotgun which defeated the Hunter, another Hunter tried to punch the group but MetalKabuterimon managed to block the attack.
"This is your chance!" MetalKabuterimon said.
Isaac Clarke puts a mine below the Hunter while the explosion damages the Hunter and uses his Kinesis to slam the Hunter against the ground and Samus followed by standing above the Hunter before shooting a fully charged Power Beam shot which defeats the second Hunter. However, after defeating the two Hunters more enemies were waiting for the heroes, including an Elite Pirate.
"Go Swellow!" Brendan said calling another Swellow.
"Go Roserade!" Wally said calling another Roserade (male form).
Heavy pulled out his minigun before shooting at the enemies, Isaac Clarke uses his Plasma Cutter, Steve launches arrows from his crossbow, MetalKabuterimon uses Bolo Thunder, Swellow attacks by using Steel Wing, Roserade uses Petal Blizzard which he launches pink glowing petals, Ruby and Blake attack by slashing the enemies with their scythes, Yang punches and kicks the enemies, Weiss slashes the enemies with her rapier, Toru punches the enemies, Ojiro attacks the enemies by swinging his tail, Vectorman realizes another spin attack, Rivet bashes her weapon against the enemies, Ratchet uses the Eruptor, Samus attacks with the Power Beam, the Arbiter picked up a blue cannon called Plasma Launcher which charged before shooting four Plasma Grenades which stuck in the Elite Pirate before exploding and Master Chief launches a missile from the Rocket Launcher which finished off the Elite Pirate.
"Darkened skies and lashing fire are all that remains for them when we, the worthy, have passed beyond." The hologram of the Prophet of Truth said.
"I will not be shamed. Not again! Not by you!" The Arbiter said glaring at the prophet.
Later they see another Anti-Aircraft Launcher.
"Now only remains to destroy that Anti-Aircraft Launcher." Master Chief said.
"Chief! Hood's ships are closing fast! Destroy that gun; we're out of time." Commander Keyes said through the communicator.
The group pushed up the hill while taking down the enemy defenses, "Chief, that gun's been firing non-stop: it's gotta be running hot! It's gonna be opening up its access panel!" Sergeant Johnson said through the communicator.
Later the group arrived at the Anti-Aircraft Launcher.
"Wait till it opens up, vents its excess plasma. Shove some lead down its throat!" Sergeant Johnson explained.
When the vent opens up, Master Chief tosses a Plasma Grenade which explodes the core of the Anti-Aircraft Launcher. After destroying the Anti-Aircraft Launcher, multiple squadrons of aircrafts flew towards the tower called Forerunner Dreadnought which fires a blue-colored beam to the skies and also sends a shockwave which not only hits the aircrafts, also the group feels the shockwave.
"What is happening!? This is not fair! You can't do that!" MetalKabuterimon said struggling against the shockwave.
"This...is the way the world ends." Cortana's voice said in the head of Master Chief.
A large glowing sphere of blue light soon appears, centered by pitch darkness, in the sky above the artifact, and the vessels of both UNSC and Loyalist fleets are drifting in the air, disorganized. The large fins of the Portal are focusing energy on the sphere.
"What did Truth just do? (coughs) Did he activate the rings?" Lord Hood coughs through the communicator before saying.
"No, sir. But he certainly did something..." Commander Keyes replied through the communicator.
The Arbiter roars angrily as the Forerunner Dreadnought rises safely into the sphere, followed in close order by the rest of the Covenant fleet.
"Evac wounded and regroup. Wherever Truth went-" Lord Hood says through the communicator.
"Sir, new contact... slipping in!" A Naval Officer said through the communicator.
Then a spaceship appears but it is being pursued by the flying Soulless like Hawks, Crows and Pterodactyls. The air is darkened and smog rises, veiling the sun and as the ship loses altitude and crashes to the ground out of sight, there is a flash of light and a deep rumbling is heard, followed by an eerie silence.
"What is it? More Brutes or Space Pirates?" The Arbiter asked.
"Worse." Samus said.
Later they went were the spaceship crashed as some Marines were searching for survivors until a blind slender creature with thin legs, sharp claws, huge ears and sharpen teeth known as Death Angel Soulless (inspired from Death Angels from the movie "A Quiet Place) appeared from nowhere and killed a Marine with its claws.
"What the heck is that thing!?" Another Marine exclaimed.
The two Marines use their Assault Rifles but the Death Angel dodged before killing the Marines with one claw attack, then the three fallen Marines transformed themselves into Zombies Soulless, later the group appeared facing the Soulless.
*THE ING (METROID PRIME 2: ECHOES)*
"I knew it! Soulless! Don't let them kill you or you'll turn into one of those monsters!" Samus said.
"Just like the Floods!" Master Chief said.
"I'll suggest using the strongest weapons!" Samus said.
"Here, Master Chief!" Master Chief said speaking through the communicator. "Use strongest weapons like Shotguns, Grenade Launchers, Rocket Launchers, Sniper Rifles or Laser Cannons against the new monsters!"
Master Chief pulls out the Grenade Launcher before shooting a grenade but the Death Angel Soulless before being blind he heard where the grenade came from and the trajectory with its keen sense of hearing, only the three Zombies Soulless received the attack, Ruby and Blake slashed the three Zombies Soulless with their scythes and Ratchet with Rivet used their Warmongers to damage them, Weiss summons icy spikes to hit them and Isaac Clarke uses Kinetic Burst to destroy them.
"Go Sceptile!" Brendan said calling his Pokémon.
"Your turn, Gallade!" Wally said calling his own Pokémon too.
Then two boys revealed that they have Mega-Bracelet in their right wrists.
"Mega Evolve!" Theys said and activated the Mega Evolution.
Then Sceptile turned into Mega Sceptile while Gallade turned into Mega Gallade, Mega Sceptile and Mega Gallade use Leaf Blade to damage the Death Angel Soulless, Heavy and Vectorman fired their weapons damaging the Death Angel Soulless, the Arbiter uses the Plasma Launcher firing fou Plasma Grenades causing more damage against the Soulless, MetalKabuterimon uses Bolo Thunder and Samus finished it with a Super Missile.
"Let's kill the Soulless before more victims turn into monsters like them." Samus instructed them and they nodded.
The Covenant, Space Pirates and Nefarious Troopers were fighting against the Soulless like Soulless Men, Eliminators Soulless and Angels Soulless, the enemies did their best to defeat them but some of them were being killed before transform themselves into a Soulless, the Drones transformed into nymph-likes Soulless called Nymphs and Wasps Soulless, the Grunts transformed into Alligator or Snapping Turtles Soulless, the Jackals transformed into Raptor Soulless, the Space Pirates transformed into Predators Soulless, the Marines were turning into Zombies Soulless, the Brutes transformed into Gorillas Soulless, the Crawltanks into Silverfishes Soulless and Nefarious Troopers into floating masks called Phantos Soulless as the group arrived to see how the enemies were being slaughtered by those monsters.
"What is happening to the enemy troops?" Toru asked.
"They're becoming into Soulless." Samus answered.
"But on whose side are the Soulless?" Ojiro asked.
"Apparently they attack heroes and villains alike." MetalKabuterimon replied.
"Hide in a safe place." Samus told the baby Metroid who chirped before hiding somewhere.
The Soulless now where approaching them but they fight with their most strongest attacks, Samus was using the Nova Beam, Heavy's body turns glowing red while pulling out a minigun and shoots at the Soulless while laughing maniacally, Steve was equipping a full armor made of diamond he attacks by putting a magma block above himself, putting lava around him with a bucket and swinging his Diamond Sword strongly at the enemies (Smash Attacks in Smash Bros), MetalKabuterimon uses Bolo Thunder and Electron Cannon, Master Chief grabbed a Gravity Hammer close of a corpse of a Chieftain Brute before swinging it against the Soulless, the Arbiter uses the Plasma Launcher, Vectorman grabs a Missile Launcher before using it against the enemies, Ruby and Blake attack by swinging their scythes, Yang punches the ground creating shockwaves against the enemies, Weiss summons ice spikes with her rapier, Rivet uses her Warmonger, Ratchet uses the RYNO V, Mega Gallade uses moves like Psycho Cut and Focus Punch, Mega Sceptile uses moves like Leaf Blade and Dragon Claw, Isaac Clarke uses the Plasma Cutter and Kinesis, Ojiro tries to punch the Wasps Soulless who are dodging the attacks but they don't escape from the tail strikes, Toru undressed herself again before hitting the Soulless, they kept fighting and dodging until to defeat them all; the baby Metroid gathered with the group.
"Those were all of them, by now." Samus said.
"Chief…" Cortana's voice said through the communicator.
"Cortana!" Master Chief said.
"I need you…!" Cortana said. "I'm inside of the ship…"
"We must go to that ship!" Master Chief said pointing to the fallen ship. "Cortana is there!"
They nodded before going towards the ship while Yang was bringing Toru's clothes. However, more Soulless appeared but the Marines and another alien race with suits similar to the one from the Master Chief called Elites arrived to take care of the enemies.
"We'll take care of them! You must rescue Cortana!" The Arbiter said.
The group nodded as the Elites and Marines were fighting against the Soulless, then they entered inside the crashed ship.

Crashed CCS-Battle Cruiser
They explored inside the crashed aircraft until they found a chip laying in front of them.
"Chief!" Cortana said.
"Cortana?" Master Chief said but her projection disappears. "Cortana!"
Suddenly, the humming of a Phantom's gravity drives are heard, and a Phantom appears over the open chamber. They turn while Master Chief readies his Assault Rifle at it while a drone called 343 Guilty Spark floats down from the Phantom, which continues to hover overhead.
"Reclaimer!" Guilty Spark said.
A Zombie Soulless appears to the right, and 343 Guilty Spark turns and uses a powerful energy beam on it, destroying it in a single glancing hit. The small robot turns back to the device where Cortana supposedly is, and begins to interface it with a beam projected from his central eye.
"I must act quickly before your construct suffers any further trauma!" Guilty Spark said.
But Master Chief grabs 343 Guilty Spark and pulls him away from Cortana's storage unit.
"Wait. Leave her alone." Master Chief said.
"If we do not take this device to a safe location, somewhere I can make repairs..." Guilty Spark said.
343 Guilty Spark continues to try to project his energy beam into Cortana's storage unit.
"On Halo, you tried to kill Cortana. You tried to kill me." Master Chief said.
Then Samus and Isaac pointed their weapons at the small floating robot.
"Protocol dictated my response! She had the Activation Index and you were going to destroy my installation. You did destroy my installation. Now, I only have one function: to help you, Reclaimer. As I always should have done." Guilty Spark said.
They stare wordlessly at 343 Guilty Spark, then Master Chief slightly motions with Cortana's storage device. 343 Guilty Spark takes Cortana's device away, shooting his beam into it, while the Phantom projects a Gravity Lift. 343 Guilty Spark enters it first and Master Chief reluctantly follows.
"What do you mean he tried to kill you and Cortana?" MetalKabuterimon asked.
"It's a long story." Master Chief answered.
"Possibly the Prophet of Truth and the Banished will appear in another world." Isaac Clarke said.
"Let's go back to the Comet Observatory." Samus said.
"I'll join your mission too, if the Prophet of Truth and the Banished are with them, I'll fight against them too." Master Chief said.
Mega Sceptile and Mega Gallade went to their regular forms before being called back inside to the Pokéballs, then everyone went inside of a spaceship driven by the Elites to go back to the Comet Observatory, despite 343 Guilty Spark tried to kill Master Chief before in the past, now the robot apparently is fixing his mistake, by now. The Soulless reclaimed other victims, but if more of them appear, they will destroy the Soulless.
