Loki of Tomorrow Season 2 Episode 12 The next act, Mobius stepped in as he introduced the strong duo of Peggy and Thor.
"Behold! Witness the World's Strongest Twins. Witness a man who can bend frying pans with ease. Toss trucks like they were a softball. Benchpress buildings without breaking a sweat. Hold a hammer that no one but he can hold. The Mighty THOR!
Party Thor waves and flexes to the crowd while also blowing kisses.
"Now introducing his sister. The Strongest woman in all of London. She has easily stopped a tank with her bare hands. Balanced 50 people on her shoulders, plays baseball with a street lamp she tore from the ground, PEGGY! THE UNION JILL!" said Mobius.
Peggy walks out as she nervously smiled and waved.
"I was a respected soldier who managed to send an interdimensional monster to hell by pushing it. Now here I am as a sideshow act. Now I know how Steve felt when he became Captain America. Well at least it's all to keep the people safe" said Peggy to herself.
"Watch as I attempt to lift the mighty hammer of Thor!" shouts Mobius.
"Psssh. Good luck. Only those worthy are able to lift Mjolnir." said Party Thor.
"Thanks for the vote if confidence amigo" said Mobius as he prepared to lift.
He did but the hammer would not budge. So he ultimately gave up.
"Would anyone from our audience care to try?" Asked Mobius
Meanwhile, as Team Magic was getting closer Spooner scouts ahead as she sees the amateur magician ahead. He was using the Darkhold to prepare a ritual.
"Whatever is about to go down, it's starting soon unless we don't hurry up." she said.
"Wait. We need to be careful. The Darkhold is one of the most powerful books in the history of the Mystic Arts. Read it even slightly too long, you'll go mad and succumb to its influence" Explained Strange Supreme.
"Guess the lad didn't read the fine print then" added Constantine.
"So how do we get it our of his hands then?" Asked Astra.
"I got it" said Spooner as she took her blaster and lined up a shot to blast it to the side.
"Now!" she shouts as Astra, Constantine and Strange Supreme make a break for the book.
The magician grabs the book as he blasts everyone away.
"You're too late!" he said
The Magician then used the book to unleash an army of monsters as the power began to not only corrupt his body further but burn it out.
"I got an idea. You might not like what you see" said Strange Supreme.
"The hell are you talking about?" Asked Spooner.
Strange Supreme then changed into his monsterous final form from all the magical beings he's absorbed from his reality. A demonic form as he then used his tentacle arms to pull the Darkhold away from the magician as he was able to close the book once and for all.
"What the bloody hell?" Asked Constantine.
Strange Supreme reverts back to his human form as Astra goes to check on the body.
"Oh my God." she said.
"You both are running out of time. You need to move quickly back to your friends as the army of monsters is fast approaching to the circus" said The Watcher making his presence known.
"Well gee, thanks for that Uatu" said Constantine sarcastically.
"Fear not John Constantine, for I bring as well good news. The last two pieces of the puzzle are here" he said as howls began to fill the night.
"Oh bullocks" said Constantine.
"Great. We're gonna die down here." said Astra.
"How about we try shooting our way out. Mix things up a little" suggested Spooner.
"Like I said. Move quickly!" said Uatu.
A line of some of the audience was formed as they all tried to lift the hammer of Thor. But one by one they all failed.
Peggy then saw a little girl who was last in line. She was rooting for her on the inside. However she was unsuccessful.
"Sorry little lady, I guess only Thor can lift thag fancy hammer." said Mobius.
The little girl began to frown almost as if she was on the verge of crying.
This wasn't gonna stand with Peggy.
"Hold on. How about I give it a try?"
The little girl looked up. Peggy only winked back. She wasn't gonna let that child leave unhappy as she turned her attention to Mjolnir.
Peggy reached out to the hammer. However she slightly hesitated as even she had doubts she could do it. But in her heart, she knew no matter what, she was at least going to try.
She grabbed the handle with a firm grip. She with both hands began to pull and lift it up. She heaved and pulled with all her might as if it was the heaviest thing in the world. But the crowd gasped.
Peggy opens her eyes and realized she got the hammer off the ground. In fact, it was light as a feather.
"Oh." she said to her surprise.
Party Thor and Mobius were left with their Jaws practically on the floor along with the other Legends watching on.
But the little girl only smiled and cheered as did the audience. The child ran up to Peggy as she gave her a hug. Peggy could only smile and hug back knowing she inspired a girl to always try when everyone else says you can't do it. She picked her hip and placed her on her shoulder as she flexed her muscles to the crowd.
"I. U- THE UNION JILL EVERYBODY!" Shouts Mobius hyping up the crowd.
Peggy puts the child down, gives her a high five before she ran back to her seat.
"Well I'll be damned. It seems you and Captain Rogers are both worthy of thag thing. Guess you both have a Lotta heart." said Mobius.
Thor continues to look utterly flabbergasted and surprised at his Teammate.
"UNION JILL! UNION JILL! UNION JILL! UNION JILL!" the crowd chants as the also displayed the UK Flag for one of their own.
"I'm stating to lose track of how many people can lift that hammer" said Sara.
"Never mind that. Let's get out next and final acts out there quickly before the others return." said Loki.
"Speaking of which?, YO! Team Magic? How we doing?" Asked Sara.
"Yeah uh? We might have to call you back" said Spooner with shots being fired in the background.
"Is everything okay?" Asked Sara.
"We might have an uh...slight problem." said Constantine.
"We manged to secure the Darkhold but...the bastard died while unleashing an monster army heading your way" Astra explains.
"We'll keep you posted" said Strange Supreme.
"How are we doing?" Asked Loki.
"We uh...got incoming" she said.
Loki's eye's widened as he knew what was coming.
Outside from the distance a lone Werewolf howls into the night as it leads the pack with Vampires en route.
