"Everything's set on our end, how close is he?" Aizawa's voice spoke through the headset.

"He's nearing the yard now. The broadcast worked perfectly, for all he knows, he's headed to a large attack in Hosu." Nezu watched the motion sensors scattered through the street, occasionally, one of the circles upon his screen would beep and light up. "Give Cementoss the signal... now!"

As their target leaped into the empty construction site, large cement walls rose up from the ground, surrounding the site. The Erasure hero slowly walked out off cover and was greeted by the perpetually angry gaze of the chainsaw wielder. "I'm not here to fight you. Considering our last encounter, I doubt I'd win."

The man opened his mouth to respond, but all that came out was a wheezing noise. "Can you talk?" No response. "Nezu, my employer, believes you can help us. All you have to do is come with me."

The vigilante bent down, extended a finger, then jabbed it into the ground. Aizawa watched with surprise as the single digit dug into the concrete, tearing through it as it moved. Finally, the man stood back up, revealing the kanji upon the floor. The Japanese was poor and outdated, but Aizawa got the important parts: 'Why trust you?'

"We have something that belongs to you." Aizawa retrieved the photo of that supernatural armour from his pocket, handing it to the green haired man.

Nezu looked up as his office door swung open, revealing Aizawa, along with the vigilante that had occupied the majority of his thoughts. "Ah! Mister- Well we never got a name. I'm Nezu, principal of this establishment. A pleasure to meet you." The principal held out a paw, though it went ignored. The man simply raised the piece of paper within his hand, and tapped it with a finger.

"I see. Very well. Follow me if you would." Nezu led the two out of the office, as he did, Eraser whispered to him.

"You're just going to give the mass murderer his equipment."

"I doubt he'd just leave if we didn't. Besides, we need to know what he does." The three continued in silence, but Nezu couldn't help but notice the man's curiosity with the building as a whole. It seemed he had never encountered a hero school before.

'A school for heroes, huh. I think I had a comic about that.' The voice spoke within his mind, it helped put him at ease slightly. A slight nod was all the confirmation given that Izuku had heard him, but when you could hear each other's thought, communication was easy.

"Here we are." Nezu paused at an unlabelled door, one that swung open without any input. "We stored it in a vacuum as a safety precaution, we weren't sure what exactly it is composed of, or if it's dangerous." Nezu approached a panel on the side wall, but was interrupted as the vigilante placed both hands on the storage cylinder.

"I must insist you do not. It may damage your-" Nezu's warning fell on deaf ears as the cylinder was ripped open, revealing the ancient armour within. The man began to place the pieces on his body, as he did, Nezu noticed the chainsaw within his hands vanish into thin air.

When the vigilante was finished, he turned to the two heroes, but otherwise did nothing. "Now that your possessions have been returned to you, I ask you answer some questions." Aizawa wheeled a large whiteboard from the other side of the room, then tossed a marker to the man. "May we start with your name."

In response, the man tapped the symbol on the upper left side of his helmet. "And what does that mean." A single word was written on the board: "Slayer?" A nod. "Alright. You seem to know more than most about these creatures, what exciting are they."

Another single word response: 'Demons'

"Demons? As in, from hell?"

'Yes, but not any hell humans thought of.'

"And may I ask why you were there in the first place." To Nezu's surprise, the man spoke. His voice was deep, and clearly underused, but it was there. The words seemed to come quickly to the man, and were the only he got out before his throat closed up again. It was almost as if this was the only phrase he spoke.

"Rip and tear."

Izuku stared up at the ceiling as he pondered his situation. He laid upon a small bed, within a rather large apartment provided to him by Nezu. He had answered a few more questions before being given a proposal by Nezu. Help him convince the government to use lethal force against the demons, and in return gain access to all of UA's resources. They weren't necessary for him to fight off the demons, but he wouldn't turn down extra firepower.

He pulled the Super Shotgun from his hammerspace, it was the only weapon remaining that the demons hadn't stolen in their ambush. He admired it for a few seconds, before returning it to storage.

His mind drifted to those earlier days, after they had fallen to hell. A few days in, they had been cornered by an Imp, he thought he would die then. Yoichi had killed it, albeit he struggled to take on even one of the creatures. It must have been a month after that, when Yoichi died and passed on his power to Izuku.

The memories stared to blur at that point, eventually he learned how to incorporate dead demon's power into One for All, then he used that energy to life longer. A few years, or was it decades, later, he found that other Earth, one devoid of life. Besides the demons, of course.

His dive into his memories was interrupted by the ringing of the doorbell. Izuku rose and made his way to the entrance. He opened the door to see a man who appeared to be half dog, blonde fur covering his entire body. "Good evening. I'm Ryo Inui, UA's guidance councillor. Nezu wanted me to talk to you in a few days, but I find it's hard to maintain a good mental state when tired."

The man reached into a deep pocket, and retrieved a bottle of sleeping pills: "Here. I figured you wouldn't sleep very well. Especially considering your situation." Izuku nodded as he received the bottle. The hero left, leaving Izuku to attempt to sleep.

He had decided, he wouldn't let this world end up like the others.
