No one understood the situation.

As soon as the event was made public, everyone was talking about the missile attack. For everyone, it was an attempt by North Korea to demonstrate its new air power, at the risk of starting a real nuclear war. And this aroused the indignation of many people, when the world governments had provided no proof that they had decided to declare war on this country.

People weren't stupid. If North Korea was responsible for these attempted strikes, declaring war on it could mean a first step towards the end of humanity. However, how could people continue to live in a world where someone deliberately amused himself by sending nuclear missiles just to demonstrate his power?

Yet the civilians didn't know a detail, which only senior government officials knew: those nuclear warheads...there was no trace of radioactive substances in them. According to images provided by satellites, the missiles used were indeed nuclear missiles. And yet, no trace of radioactivity had been found in the atmosphere, around the places where the explosions had taken place. It was as if simple missiles had exploded.

Moreover quarrels were now taking place between the countries, while fragments of missiles had been found and proved that the missiles fired were not of Korean origin. And, unwittingly, the United States and Russia found themselves at the center of this diplomatic tumult, as they had to explain why North Korea had tried to bombard world powers with their missiles.

Immediately there were accusations, rejections of evidence, declarations of conspiracies ... in short, governments, unable to talk to the Korean president, were accusing others.

Knowing full well that a huge diplomatic discord was taking place, Galadriel whistled happily. She knew perfectly well that no one understood anything. And even less the fact that someone decided to attack them with missiles that no longer had the slightest trace of nuclear in them.

Galadriel had made a risky bet by provoking the other countries. However, she wasn't so stupid as to use nuclear missiles and detonate them. No matter where the explosion took place, she knew perfectly well that the impact caused by this gesture would be disastrous for this planet. Knowing the risks, she had requested that the radioactive materials be removed from the missiles. And this had allowed her, both to make these weapons much more harmless, and to discover that species living within Nazarick were naturally protected against radioactivity.

Cocytus was the perfect example, while his icy body didn't feel any side effects, as he held those dangerous weapons in his hands. Besides, it was also on the fifth floor that the radioactive materials had been stored, trapped in thick layers of ice to make it harmless. Galadriel didn't know what she was going to do with it but...it could still come in handy later.

But for now, Galadriel was satisfied. Besides the fact that she was surprised that North Korea was so quiet, everything was going as she wanted. No one dared to launch the slightest attack against North Korea and everyone began to blame the country's potential allies. Now, Galadriel just had to wait for Demiurge to put in place his strategy to invade the land and she could savor her first great victory in this world.

Certainly, she knew perfectly well that this country had a great military power. But by attacking its stockpiles of weapons first, Galadriel knew that Demiurge could carry out his mission. Not to mention that she knew that Cocytus or Shalltear would not refuse permission to go fight alongside him, in case the enemy was tougher than expected.

Currently, while the whole country was panicking, Galadriel was quietly walking around town. After yesterday's disaster, schools had decided to close for a few days, until everything was back to normal.

Because of this, the Empress of Nazarick could do whatever she wanted with her day. But even if she seemed to be without the slightest company, she had no trouble sensing the presence of the shadow demon, who was following her very closely.

Trying to forget its presence, the girl ended up seeing a restaurant and decided to go there. Lucky for her that the businesses were still open, caused by the fact that a potential nuclear war would not allow people to no longer need to pay their bills. But no sooner was she inside than she stopped when she recognized the face of a man wearing a straw hat on his head, as he appeared to be having an argument with a waiter.

"But I'm hungry." Luffy complained.

"Sorry, but we prefer to avoid customers like you." Retorted the waiter. "After your interview, it would be bad for our restaurant to have you as a customer."

" But ... "

"Do you have a problem, Mugiwara?" Asked Galadriel.

"Jelly?" Luffy wondered.

Deciding to ignore him, the waiter spotted Galadriel too, and turned his attention to her.

"Miss…is it for a table? Let me show you to a table, if you wish."

"HEY!" Luffy shouted. "Why does she have the right to be served and not me?"

"What's going on?" The head of the establishment asked, arriving towards the pair.

Pointing at the waiter, Luffy nodded.

"He's mean! I'm hungry and no one is giving me anything to eat."

Recognizing Luffy's face, the restaurant manager sighed.

"Why did someone like him have to come today?"

Because of the international unrest, it was normal for many people to go to shops and the like, in order to stock up on supplies, in case the worst happened. As a result, businesses like this restaurant were completely empty. Luffy and Galadriel were possibly the only two customers this establishment had seen today.

"Why can't I eat here?" Luffy huffed.

Then, remembering a conversation he had had with Nezu, he reached into his pockets, before pulling out a golden credit card.

"I can pay with this! So I want meat."

Glancing at the credit card, the manager heaved a weary sigh, before declaring.

"Do as you wish."

"But, boss..." The waiter wanted to retort.

Putting his arm around his neck, and forcing him closer to him, his boss asked him.

"Didn't you see that we don't have anyone as a client today? Even if this guy is frowned upon by public opinion, we can't afford to refuse any client today."

"But if people know he's coming to eat here, we..."

"No one will know about today." His boss assured him. "And when things get back to normal, we won't allow him to come back here."

Seeing that he had no choice, the waiter ended up turning to his two clients.

"If you wish, I will show you to your tables."

"Don't bother." Luffy assured.

And before Galadriel could react, she felt Luffy's arm wrap around her, as Luffy nodded.

" We eat together. "

" WHAT ? "

"Why did you want to eat together?" Galadriel questioned him.

Tying a towel around his neck, while the pair sat at a table, Luffy asserted.

"Because it's more fun to eat together rather than alone."

"Honestly, I think the opposite." Galadriel retorted.

Then, looking at the pirate, who quickly grabbed his cutlery, waiting for his food to arrive, Galadriel was surprised to see him smiling, while savoring in advance what he was going to eat.

"Aren't you mad at me?"

"Angry?" Luffy wondered.

"It's because of me that you were disqualified." Galadriel affirmed, while wanting to know what the boy was thinking. "Unfortunately, my spell lasted much less than expected."

" It's okay. " Luffy retorted. "By the way, thank you for what you've done."

" Huh ? "

"This tournament was really fun." Luffy assured. "I really liked being able to fight you all rather than just watching you."

Then, pouting angrily, he growled.

"On the other hand, the heroes are really jerks! I don't understand why they stopped us from fighting! It sucks."

"Maybe because they knew I was going to win easily against you." Galadriel affirmed, with a small smirk.

"WHAT? I could have won against you in less than twenty seconds." Luffy retorted.

"I would have defeated you in less than fifteen seconds." Galadriel assured.

"Ten seconds." Luffy affirmed.

"Five seconds."

" TWO ! "

" ONE ! "

Starting to feel annoyance inside her, Galadriel suddenly teleported and appeared behind Luffy and reached her hand to his neck, in order to press her finger on his carotid artery. And thus, she will show Luffy that taking advantage of him was not difficult for her. However, Luffy's hand suddenly grabbed her wrist, stopping her without the slightest effort.

"Your teleport doesn't work against me." Luffy assured her. "Even with my eyes closed, I can tell where you are."

" Oh really ? "

Teleporting again, she returned to her chair, before asking him.

"Honestly, Mugiwara, at the end of this tournament, and after seeing me fight, do you seriously think that you would have defeated me?"

" Of course. " Said Luffy.

Showing a serious face, the boy leaned back in his chair, while seeming to think.

"You're strong, it's true! Besides, even if Jinbei, Zoro and Sanji can defeat you, I don't know if the others could win against you! Nevertheless, you are not an exceptional person . "

" What do you mean ? "

"I've fought people much more powerful than you." Luffy assured. "And I know I can defeat you."

Hearing that was like a stab in the Empress of Nazarick's ego. Still, trying to hide her frustration, she attempted to recall Orochi's memories, before asking.

" Like Kaido ? "

Eyes widening, Luffy put his chair back properly, before asking.

"As you know him?"

"The teachers at school told my father about it." Galadriel said, telling him a false truth. "He's a high-ranking man."

Then, leaning over the table, she asked.

"Seriously, is he that strong?"

Looking annoyed at having to talk about him, Luffy grumbled.

"Before I came here, he completely defeated me in our first battle! Nevertheless, I was ready to defeat him in our second battle."

"He defeated you?" Galadriel wondered. "Reassure me, was it a close fight?"

"No." Luffy growled. "Even hitting him with all my might, I couldn't hurt him! It wasn't until our second encounter that I managed to get him to hit the ground! 'he be defeated."

Hearing this, Galadriel remained silent.

" That idiot shogun...he was so narcissistic that he paid almost no attention to the people around him! Because of that, I was missing a lot of information! I couldn't even see what the Kaido's power! And there's also this woman...Big Mom. "

"Is there a problem?" Luffy questioned her, seeing her thinking.

"Mugiwara... what is a Yonko?"

"They're super tough pirates." Luffy affirmed. "Among them are Kaido and Big Mom! And Shanks."

"Shanks?" Galadriel wondered.

Finding his smile, Luffy grabbed his hat, before affirming.

"He's the one who gave me his hat! It's my most precious treasure."

"And… is he powerful?" Galadriel asked.

"I've never seen him use his full power." Luffy confessed. " But ... "

Smiling with conviction, he assured.

"I'm sure Shanks will be the most powerful pirate I have to face to get One Piece."

Not knowing what to think of this, Galadriel realized that she had perhaps gone a little too far in her plan to be able to conquer Luffy's world. Luffy already had great power for a human. So if Kaido was more powerful than him and if Shanks was more powerful than Kaido, did Galadriel still have enough power to defeat him?

Wanting more information, she asked.

"Where do your powers come from?"

"I ate the Gomu-Gomu no mi." Luffy told her, stretching his cheek. "I became a rubber man."

"Is it really a fruit that gave you this power? It's surprising! And among your companions, which fruit did they eat?"

" Only four of us ate it. " Luffy retorted. "There's Chopper, Robin, Brook and me."

"WHAT?" Galadriel wondered, almost rising from her chair. "But…and Jinbe and…Roronoa? You're not going to tell me they don't have supernatural powers?"

"They're just stronger than normal people." Luffy replied, as if it were natural. "Besides, I wonder if I would be as strong as them, if I hadn't eaten my devil fruit."

Hearing this, Galadriel couldn't hide her astonishment.

" It can't be true! A normal human is incapable of defeating someone like Aura! It can't happen! Mugiwara must be hiding something from me! Roronoa must have a secret ! Mugiwara can genuinely conceal the fact that Roronoa is the true leader of their group. "

Thinking of several things at the same time, Galadriel was suddenly surprised to see several dishes appear between them.

"Your order." The waiter affirmed.

"GREAT!" Luffy gloated.

"I'll come back to you for the desserts." The waiter assured, turning around.

Suddenly, there was a sucking noise behind him, before Luffy cried out.

" AGAIN ! "

Turning around, the waiter was surprised to see all the dishes gobbled up entirely, while only a few stains were visible on Luffy's mouth. Holding out a plate, he repeated.

" AGAIN ! "

As surprised as the waiter, Galadriel was motionless, while she held a piece of bread in her hand. It was the only thing she had time to take, before Luffy shoved the rest into his mouth.

"I was hallucinating?" she wondered.

Half an hour later, the waiter came running into the kitchen, where several people were bustling about.

"Is the next order ready? He's almost finished what I just served him?"

" It's a joke ? "

"This guy is not human! I've never seen anyone eat so much."

"Even when the restaurant is full, we are not used to working so much."

In front of her, Galadriel could see a mountain of food appearing and disappearing in record time, while Luffy didn't stop for a moment. Sometimes his cheeks were so swollen that Galadriel thought they were going to explode. And other times, she was sure that Luffy swallowed some of the plates, so much that he ate quickly.

For her part, managing to grab a few dishes, before Luffy wolfed down the leftovers, she ate in silence, while still being unable to help staring at Luffy constantly. Usually, it was always her who ate in large quantities. And yet, what she ate was nothing compared to the tons of food Luffy wolfed down.

"Does he have a stomach? Or a black hole?"

Finally, when it came time to pay, the restaurant manager saw his cash register catch fire just as he finished writing the bill.

"698,000 yen, please."

Despite the price, Luffy seemed satisfied to have a full stomach.

"Here's to you." He assured, handing him the card.

Nevertheless, behind him, Galadriel couldn't help but be woozy. Having found nothing better to do than try to compete with Luffy, she tried to eat as long as he did. And for the first time in her life, she had swallowed so much that she felt like she was about to vomit.

"I should never have been so stupid! Nevertheless, I refuse to lose any competition."

Then, when the duo left, the person in charge of the establishment turned to the waiter, and declared.

"I don't care what people think of him! Next time he comes back we let him in."

" What ? "

"A customer who eats like him, you should never let him go." Affirmed the manager. "In one meal, he saved our day! If he comes here every day, we are sure to be able to earn a lot more than before! On the other hand, we exclude him from the slightest all-you-can-eat buffet! They would ruin us in one meal. "

Still feeling a nasty stomach ache, Galadriel sat on the edge of a sidewalk and tried to get some rest. Beside her, Luffy was still smiling as he patted his stomach.

"I ate well! It's certainly not as good as Sanji's cooking, but they served me a lot of things that I had never tasted."

"Seriously, do you still eat so much?" Galadriel questioned him.

"I can eat more." Luffy assured her, looking around. "Besides, I wonder if I will find another restaurant."

"You're a monster." Galadriel affirmed. "Me, I feel unable to eat anything for three days."

Suddenly, Luffy's gaze stopped in front of a vending machine.

" What's this ? "

"A candy distributor." Galadriel told him. "You put money inside and sweets are given to you."

" Cool. "

Nevertheless, Luffy suddenly grimaced, noticing that the dispenser had All Might drawn on it.

"Why is it drawn on it? Is it his distributor?"

"No, he's a sponsor." Galadriel retorted. "People buy more products when they hear heroes say they like them! Everyone wants to emulate them."

"That's silly." Luffy growled. "I don't need his opinion to know whether I like something or not."

"The world has always been like this." Galadriel affirmed, shrugging.

Then, rummaging in her pockets, seized some coins and introduced them into the machine.

"Maybe having some chewing gum will do me some good." She stated, pressing a button.

Waiting then, she finally grabbed her order and began to unpack it. Seeing how the machine was working, Luffy started rummaging through his pockets, before saying.

"Hey, I don't coins! How do I put the credit card inside?"

"This machine only accepts coins." Galadriel retorted.

"And what do I do if I don't have any?"

About to shrug her shoulders again, Galadriel paused, before reaching into her pockets. She still had questions for Luffy. Because of this, she needed his presence and to gain more of his trust.

"Take them." She told him, handing him a few coins.

"Thank you, Jelly." Luffy thanked her, starting to put the coins into the machine.

Then sitting down again on the edge of the sidewalk, Galadriel opened her package, and saw a sticker coming out of it. Sitting next to her, with three candy packets in his hands, Luffy questioned her.

" What's this ? "

"With this brand of candy, you can make a collection of stickers." Galadriel told him. "It's a collection of 60 heroes in stickers."

Looking at her sticker, she grumbled.

"Orca? I already have it."

"Do you collect?" Luffy asked, opening his first candy packet.

"I do a lot of collecting," she confessed. "It's one of my hobbies! I have 59 different stickers! But there are a lot harder to get than others! The only one I'm missing is All Might! And it's the rarest and the only one that's golden! It's almost a collector's item."

To tell the truth, Galadriel didn't want to tell him how many packets of candy she had bought to hope in vain to be able to finish her collection. If she was still a normal human, she would have had diabetes for a long time.

"Him?" Luffy asked, showing the golden sticker that was in his package.

At that moment, Galadriel saw All Might's face on the sticker, as Luffy had just gotten it on the first try.

"How?" Wondered Galadriel.

" This guy...he has Yamaiko's luck? "

"Take it." Luffy told her, starting to eat his candy.

"What? You don't want it! But it's super rare."

"I don't care." Luffy retorted. "Just seeing that guy's face annoys me! I don't want to keep him."

Hearing this, Galadriel rushed to grab the sticker, not wanting to pass up the opportunity to finish her collection.

" Thanks. "

Then, seeing Luffy continue to eat, she questioned him.

"Do you like your life here?"

"Here?" Luffy asked. "Yeah, it's nice! Still...I don't really like this place."

"Huh? Because of the heroes?"

"No! I think it lacks action."

Thinking back to his adventures, he declared.

"People here seem to be much weaker! If All Might is the most powerful person in this world, then that means I'm not going to meet any serious opponents, before I can return home."

"Why do you want to put yourself in danger, when you can live safely here?" Galadriel questioned him.

"Because it's fun to have adventures." Luffy affirmed. "Discovering unknown places...fighting to become stronger...making new friends...that's the life I love."

Hearing it, Galadriel couldn't help but understand how he felt. Luffy was exactly like her when she played Yggdrasil. The urge to fight… wanting to compete against opponents as powerful as her… being able to prove her superiority… it was like a drug for her. "

"I understand..." Galadriel said. "Honestly, I want to discover your world."

Finishing his first package of candies, Luffy opened his second package and grabbed the sticker that was inside.

" Encore ? "

And before Galadriel could react, he gave her his sticker, which was just another sticker of All Might.

" Is this a joke? "

"If you want to go into my world, nothing's stopping you." Luffy asserted, eating his new treats. "You will surely even be able to amuse yourself more than here."

"Oh? But didn't you tell me that your world could be dangerous for me?"

" So what? You just have to get stronger. " Luffy assured. "Me, for example, I trained for years to be able to become the next king of the pirates?"

"Really? Then what would happen if I decided to come to your world, to become the next Pirate Queen?"

Startled, Luffy turned to her and Galadriel expected several reactions from him. However, she was surprised when she saw him swallow his candies, before smiling at her.

"In this case, we will be rivals! But, in any case, it is I who will discover One Piece before you."

" I ask to see. "

at that moment, Luffy opened his third candy packet. Then, Galadriel heard him growl, as he tossed down another golden sticker.

"I'm sick of seeing his face."

Understanding which sticker he had just obtained, Galadriel questioned him.

"Mugiwara...have you ever thought about playing lotto?"
