At the Gran Torino agency

Gran Torino and Deku were ready to do their second patrol in the area. This time, Midoriya hoped to do something proactive and inspiring.

"Well, kid, do you think you have the courage for today? Because if I have to stop a villain, I'll let you fight him.'' Said Gran Torino.

''Really ! Do you think I'm ready?" Izuku asked in shock.

''Yes, you almost hit me, so you're not weak! But if I see you doing something wrong, I'll arrest you, understood?'' asked Gran Torino.

''Yes.'' Midoriya said.

''Good.'' Said Gran Torino, with a smirk.

"So where are we going?" Izuku asked.

''We take the train. There are crimes happening on the other side of the region.'' said Gran Torino.

Station

"Foire."

Hearing her name, the homunculus turned and prepared to greet Usopp. However, she couldn't hide her surprise when she saw the pirate accompanied by some of his friends.

"What...?" She wondered, recognizing Luffy among them.

"Excuse me." Usopp apologized, scratching the back of his head. "I know it was planned that we had to go to this festival alone but… Luffy and the others wanted to go too! Do you mind?"

Uncertain, Foire looked at Luffy and the others, while dreading what to say. Even though Usopp seemed annoyed that these friends were there, Foire thought she understood his scheme.

"It's a trap! Since he knows who I really am, he had to take his friends in order to kidnap me and force me to tell them everything I know."

Swallowing, the maid nevertheless managed to keep her composure, and smiled.

"It's okay! Truth be told, after hearing you talk so much about your friends, I was looking forward to meeting them."

Bowing to Usopp's friends, she declared.

"Luffy-san, nice to meet you! Usopp-san told me a lot about you."

"Hi!" Said the captain, saluting her. "You're Fair, aren't you?"

"It's Foire, motherfucker." Usopp roared, slapping the back of his head.

Suddenly, the sniper felt Sanji's arm wrap around his neck, as the cook began to strangle him.

"Hey, Usopp! What does that mean?

Looking at Foire, Sanji seemed to be incredibly upset.

"A woman as beautiful as her…there's no way she's interested in you! How did you get her attention?"

"St...STOP!" Usopp shouted, feeling choked.

For his part, Zoro yawned, before leaving the group.

"My train is over there." He affirmed, walking away.

"Wait, Zoro! I'll walk you to your train." Chopper said, following him. "And don't forget to check with people, if you get lost! And if you don't meet anyone, call us! We'll come get you."

" I'm not a child. " Zoro retorted, while a vein of anger appeared on his forehead.

"Hey, Sanji! When do we eat?" Luffy questioned him.

"Wait until we're at the festival." The blonde retorted. "Anyway, I didn't take anything with me."

"WHAT? But I'm hungry."

"I told you to wait.. " The blonde retorted.

"Buuuuuuuuuttttttt..." Luffy moaned.

Seeing the behavior of the pirates, Foire tried to keep a stoic face, while trying to understand what she was seeing.

"It's got to be a trick! They're trying to let my guard down to try to get information out of me! But I'm a lot smarter than they think."

" By the way, Luffy-san, I was really looking forward to talking to you. " The maid affirmed.

"Huh?" Luffy wondered. " Why? "

"Usopp-san told me about many of his adventures! He told me about his many victories...as well as yours."

"Oh?" Sanji said, staring at Usopp with an amused smile. "His many victories?"

Usopp immediately grimaced, while Foire nodded.

"Yes! He told me that it was thanks to his invaluable help that Luffy-san was able to defeat his many opponents! Usopp told me that without his help, Luffy could have been beaten many times."

" Really ? " Said Sanji.

"Foire, I..." Usopp stammered.

Seeing his face, Fair smiled inwardly, while realizing that Usopp had lied to him. However, she was totally surprised when she saw Luffy displaying a big smile.

"It's the truth." He assured, patting Usopp on the back, several times, in a friendly manner.

"WHAT?" Foire and Usopp wondered.

"Without the help of my precious friends, I'm sure I would have been dead a long time ago." Luffy assured. "Even though Usopp doesn't have any special powers, he's an indispensable member of my crew! He's the most skilled sniper in the entire universe."

"Luffy..." Usopp said, wanting to cry.

For her part, Foire seemed unhappy with this response, while Luffy seemed to approve of Usopp's words. Trying to hide it, she asked.

"So each of your friends are powerful?"

"Not really." Luffy retorted.

" Huh ? "

"My friends...they're all awesome in their own way." Luffy assured, smiling broadly. "For nothing in the world would I want another crew."

Yawning again, Zoro was getting on his train, while Chopper had left to join the others. Finding a seat, all he had to do was wait until he got to his station, so he could drink the selection of alcohol he had been promised.

However, suddenly opening his eye, the pirate turned to look behind him. being settled in, several other people were inside the same wagon as Zoro. There were men and women traveling alone, or families and groups of friends. Clearly, there were people of all ages, in a banal situation.

Nevertheless, continuing to stare at them, Zoro was sure he felt a strange sensation. As if someone had been watching him. Seeing that the people around him were paying him no attention, the swordsman eventually sat back properly in his seat, before closing his eyes and beginning to fall asleep.

Three seats behind him, a Viking-like man sat down on a seat and crossed his arms. Looking ahead, he had no trouble seeing the top of Zoro's head protruding from the back of his seat. Making sure his target was in his line of sight, the viking suddenly snapped his jaws, because of the excitement he felt inside him.

Zoro was his target. His mission was to capture him. And to allow him to approach him, Cocytus had let Galadriel use her illusion magic on him. And, now that he was in human form, Cocytus could approach Zoro, follow him, and wait for the right moment to start a fight against him. Having no trouble remembering the moment when the swordsman had managed to stop his sword, when Cocytus had come to save Aura, the guardian hoped that the moment when he could fight against Zoro would come soon.

It didn't matter that he was human, Cocytus knew that Zoro was a worthy adversary.

Manual's side

Normal hero Manual was strolling with his trainee, poor hero Ingenium's younger brother, through the streets of Hosu. So far nothing serious had happened, so the hero was glad.

''It's a beautiful and calm day. Nothing bad is happening in the neighborhood and people are smiling. Don't you wish everyday was like this, Tenya-kun? "

''Sure, Manual. It's every hero's dream.'' Said Ida with a smile Ida however was anything but happy that day.

He was seething with anger and anxiety, waiting for the chance to find the man who crippled and nearly murdered his brother. Stain was supposed to attack more around Hosu and the Manual Agency is in Hosu so this is a chance not to be missed.

"Are you okay, Tenya? It's okay, everyone starts like that. I did it anyway.'' said Manuel with a smile.

However, Tenya was swallowing all that rage and fury when he saw Stain and he hopes to finally end that bastard once and for all.

" You're here, monster, and I'm going to kill you today. '' Ida thought.

The night of the city and the noise of people walking around unaware of their surroundings brings comfort to the hideout of the villains. And it makes a special place to hide out in the open. From inside a strange-looking bar, the sound of an argument is heard.

"Hahahaha! You are too strong ! Shit ! Send it back, Blackmist! " Tomura said, as Stain tackled him to the ground.

"I can't move… It must be his Quirk," Kurogiri said. "Hey, react you guys."

"But this is getting fun." Retorted Regina, who was just sitting on a table, as were Entoma and Kanjuro.

For her part, Emami displayed a look betraying her joy, while she saw her idol in front of her.

"Stain-sama is so cool." The mummy-woman affirmed.

"The word hero has lost all meaning! This society is overrun by fakes! And even criminals who scatter aimlessly around their power! They too become a target to be purged!" Stain said, putting his hand on the one covering Tomura's face.

"Just wait a second… That palm you can't take," Tomura said, pushing Stain's blade away.

Startled, Stain saw him destroy his blade before moving his hand to his face. Understanding the danger that threatened him, the killer hastened to jump back.

"You are terribly talkative… A condemnation? A creed? I don't have anything that dramatic, but if they forced me to say anything. I will answer with... I want to crush society. To those who stand there, all high and mighty! I want to crush them. Tomura said attacking the hero killer.

In response, a blade grazed his face, scraped his cheek.

"Don't come near me." Stain advised him, with a dagger in his hand.

"Huh?" Tomura wondered, feeling a drop of blood run down his cheek.

The hero killer only looked at the injured villain in front of him. Tomura seemed irritated that he had an injury and another person believed himself to be superior to him.

"You are dirt in society. And I'm going to get rid of you," Stain said.

"It seems like our goals are opposite," Tomura said.

And with a smile, he prepared to attack her again.

But before either of them could continue, a figure jumped between them and Regina stopped them completely.

" It's very entertaining to watch you fight. " Affirmed the pleiad, with a big smile. "But if we let you guys kill each other, I doubt All-For-One would be happy about it. How about we eat pizza to relax? I'm hungry."

" You ... " Said Tomura.

"Another fool to kill," Stain said.

And without wasting any more time, he threw himself on the girl, hoping for a clean kill.

Tomura didn't stop him. In fact, he wondered if Regina was strong enough to stop the famous murderer. The girl didn't lose her smile, and within seconds she surprised both Tomura and Kurogiri as she slammed Stain against the wall grabbing him by the neck.

" ARRRRRGGGGHHHH ! " Dirty Stain.

"Pathetic." Kanjuro affirmed. "He's weaker than I thought.

"It doesn't even look appetizing." Entoma stated.

"Regina-san, don't hurt Stain-sama, please." Emami pleaded. "I want to see him kill Endeavor."

Ignoring the comments, Regina only giggled, as she felt Stain trying to struggle free from her grasp.

"Wow, you're the hero killer! I'm a huge fan, but don't assault a girl you just met! That's not polite at all," Regina said.

Suddenly, Stain managed to free one of his arms and, shaking it, he brought out another dagger that was hidden in his sleeve. Without losing, he aimed the weapon at his opponent's throat. Nevertheless, Regina's hand moved into the weapon's path and she managed to stop it with her strong claws.

"What?" Stain wondered, seeing Regina's claws, which had just appeared.

"I'm not harmless." She assured, elongating the size of her canines.

"A wolf?" Stain wondered.

Then, using more power, the Pleiad managed to destroy the weapon into pieces. Then one of its claws stopped in front of Stain's throat, the tip brushing against his carotid artery.

"Now let's start again, my name is Regina, and it's nice to meet you." She said with a happy smile.

"Regina…why did you join those guys?" the killer asked, trying to keep his cool.

"Mm, I guess because it looks fun!" Regina said, not looking intimidated by him at all.

" Amusing ? "

For a moment, Regina smiled. And the next moment, his posture changed. Looking at Stain with the same intense gaze, she smiled again. This time, however, it's different.

"Yes, fun! I have no goal! I just want to take away people's hope! Watch them burn, see how they cry when their idols are taken away from them."

Finally, she let go of Stain, who began to growl.

"Tsss! You're a bunch of weirdos! But whatever, I'm not here for you."

Staring at Tomura, he affirmed.

"I'm here for Mugiwara! Is he going to be around here?"

''Yes do not worry. Just go to the Hero Fair happening in Hosu and you'll find him.'' Shigaraki said.

"How do you know he'll be there?" Stain asked.

"Because he likes stupid stuff like that." Shigaraki said. "Someone as dumb as Mugiwara must be at the stupid fair."

''Okay, in the meantime, when I don't find him, I'll do my mission.'' Stain said.

Shigaraki just grumbles annoyed, and replies coldly.

"I wouldn't waste too much time on your little 'Justice' thing. Just do your job and catch Mugiwara for us.'' Shigaraki said.

''You don't understand the statement I'm making. What if I'm not happy and execute him?" Stain asked, cold-bloodedly licking his blades.

''You feel my sensei's anger.'' affirmed Tomura. "Mugiwara must die! But we must properly arrange his death, to obtain his power."

'' OK ! I would do what I could. '' Stain said.

"Good." Said Shigaraki, who preferred that.

On the train to Hosu

Luffy and his friends were on their way to the festival. Luffy and Chopper were excited like little kids while Sanji looked like the tired parent trying to get them to stop before he got embarrassed.

"Oh, I can't wait to taste all the meat they have over there." Luffy said anxiously.

''Calm down you fool. You look like you've never been to a fair before.'' said Sanji.

"You know how Luffy is Sanji. Once he sees pleasure near him, he won't stop.'' Chopper said. "Besides, I too am in a hurry to get there."

"You're also super excited about this fair too, huh little guy? I bet they have sweet cotton candy to eat.'' said Sanji, with a smile.

" Aye. "

Sitting not far from them, Foire found it increasingly difficult to hide her frustration. She didn't know what to think of Luffy anymore. From his demeanor, it was clear he had the maturity of a five-year-old. And yet he was supposed to be the captain of a powerful pirate crew. It made no sense.

" Is he a great comedian like Pandora-san? Is he a genius who waits for the right moment to show his intelligence to Demiurge-san and Galadriel-sama? I really don't know what to say or do? I feel like every action I take can betray me! Mugiwara...who are you? "

Staring at Foire, Usopp saw her throw many glances at Luffy, while her face was tense. Seeing her behaving like this, he wondered if Luffy's behavior wasn't annoying Foire.

"Huh...Foire ! If you want, when we're at the festival, we won't have to be with Luffy and the others! If there's a place you want to go, we can just go there." both. "

"Thank you, I appreciate it. " Said the blonde. "I must admit that the presence of your friend makes me a little uncomfortable. "

"Sorry about that." Usopp apologized. "It's true that Luffy often behaves like a child."

"Then how did someone like him become your captain?"

Simply looking at Luffy, Usopp stated.

"Luffy...he's someone who would put his life on the line to help his companions! He's someone anyone can trust! Surely that's why I'd follow him, eyes closed."

Hearing this, Foire leaned towards Usopp, before whispering to him.

"Because he's really your boss? Isn't a person like the green-haired man?"

"Zoro? Not at all!" Usopp retorted. "What makes you think he's our leader?"

Suddenly, Usopp saw a group of people staring at them in the wagon. He seemed like people were still probably mad at him for what he did in Bakugo during the Sports Festival.

"Luffy, do you see that?" Usopp asked.

"What?" Luffy asked.

The Strawhat Pirate, along with Sanji and Chopper, saw all the weird users staring at them with pure anger. Chopper was a little scared but Luffy and Sanji didn't give a fuck about it.

"Those ugly faces. How can people with those weird faces get married?'' asked Sanji seeing mutation oddities.

"Yeah, ugly guys. '' Luffy said, making some people groan.

Usopp was now a bit afraid that it would end in a fight. He didn't want to have to fight and involve Fair in this.

"Maybe we'd better switch places." He said, trying to use diplomacy.

"Let them watch Usopp. They're people with nothing better to do.'' Said Sanji quietly.

"People all look at me like that since the tournament." Luffy said.

''They are still angry for what you did in this sports festival. '' Chopper said.

''Anyway, I don't care what other people think.'' Luffy assured serenely.

Suddenly, an explosion took place.

Galadriel sighed contentedly as she took another bite of her burger. For about thirty minutes, she and Todoroki went with Endeavor on patrol. To make sure the streets of the city were safe. But for the white-haired girl, it was time to eat some street food she had recently bought.

There was something about eating street food that she couldn't get enough of. Galadriel appreciated the normalcy of doing so, the act of a simple life. Galadriel paid no attention to Todoroki's stares.

He was confused as to how he should feel for her. Todoroki knew that Galadriel was attractive, with or without her hero outfit. But her current costume was amazing. She looked amazing.

The military style she had was great and matched her personality for some reason. The naughty kid who attacked them at USJ destroyed Galadriel's last outfit. So this time around, her suit was white with gold trim and had that navy vibe. With a small cape on the right side. And a nice navy blue top hat.

Todoroki saw Galadriel's thighs revealed by her very short white skirt. The long boots and black knee-highs are too much for Todoroki's youthful spirit. Everything about her body was beautiful. Galadriel's body was too dangerous, and now he was looking at her with different eyes.

He hated how gorgeous she looked. And how his father only looked at him with a smile. Endeavor smiled at Todoroki as he believed his plan to reunite them both was going to be an easy thing to do. It thrilled hero number two to shake things up. The girl's family would surely be okay with the idea of them both getting married in the future.

Endeavor's arrogance blinded him. He didn't know that such a future was impossible. Endeavor was also personally curious about her. There was something behind those golden eyes. He saw the danger and the power. He saw something more, but he wasn't sure what it was. It wasn't the first time he had met someone with that kind of look. Villain-looking pro-heroes with dangerous eyes. People who saw the world in a shade of gray and black.

Endeavor thought the girl was one of those people who would do whatever it took to achieve her goal. She was dangerous, but I hope she was a good kind of dangerous. For the white-haired girl, father and son were strange. Galadriel wanted to know more about the Endeavor Agency, and each time she asked something. Endeavor replied how she will end up knowing more about her family.

Galadriel was confused about this. So she just nodded the whole time. Galadriel sighed and changed the subject. Then she noticed the way Todoroki was looking at her. He had a strange look on his face and eyes. So Galadriel smiled at him as she tried not to look irritated by his stares.

"Todoroki, you've been staring at me for a few minutes now. Can you tell me what the problem is? ' Galadriel asked in an annoyed tone.

"Nothing. There's nothing to worry about," Todoroki said staring up at the sky.

"Ah, you're ignoring me now," Galadriel replied.

"I'm not ignoring you. I just decided to watch the sky," Todoroki told him childishly.

"That sounds like ignorance to me," Galadriel said dryly.

"Too bad," Todoroki said, still refusing to look at her.

Galadriel scoffed, not amused by the way Todoroki responded. The way he was talking to her and the way he seemed to be trying to move the subject elsewhere was something hard for her to understand.

" Kids these days are so boring ," Galadriel thought.

Galadriel chose the best person. After all, she was an adult. And so she pulled her most worried face that could warm anyone's heart. And making a cute face, Galadriel took Todoroki's hand, an action she thought was unimportant and looked at him with fake pain.

"Todoroki, what's going on? Why do you act like this? "Said Galadriel in a worried voice.

Galadriel needed to have a good relationship with Todoroki as it could be useful to her. And he had an incredible quirk in addition, she could use her father's influence to allow her business to develop in Japan. Galadriel had to cover all future threats and moves not only from her enemies, but also from her classmates.

They could become a powerful piece for his future. Galadriel wouldn't leave a useful tool alone, and Todoroki was one. He could be as effective as Midoriya. Having both on her side was a gamble she could take.

"Come to think of it, every single one of my...classmates can serve me in some way. I guess I like collecting things, even future heroes," the idea was interesting to her.

Young minds were easy to control, especially since they didn't know much better. Belief in justice and heroism surrounded the world. And if her ancient world has taught Galadriel anything, it's how people have twisted those ideas to serve another purpose. Todoroki looked at her with mixed feelings. His hand was soft, and he felt the blood running down his cheeks. Still, he was someone who kept his feelings deep inside him. Then he exhaled and gently removed Galadriel's hand from his.

"There's nothing you need to worry about. Let it go," Todoroki said.

"I see," Galadriel replied, hiding an angry face.

They 're just teenagers, that's all. Remember, they're just moody teenagers. I was one too many a long time ago , Galadriel thought, trying to control her mood.

She was staring at the floor, trying not to break his neck. But from Todoroki's point of view, he saw something else. He saw Galadriel's face, and he felt horrible but decided not to say anything. They walked the streets of Hosu, and Galadriel could notice something. She knew that Lupusregina and Entoma were on a secret mission right now, as spies.

But what Galadriel didn't know was that she would soon see what kind of work it would be. Infiltrating the Villains League was an important task for them. Galadriel wanted to know more about them and their secret leader. The paranoia in her mind let little pass without her knowing. Galadriel felt the need to know everything about everyone. Galadriel saw enemies lurking everywhere and she wanted to be ready for them. That's why she was trying to get on Todoroki's good side.

Galadriel felt something coming towards them at high speed, some kind of monster. She tilted her head and wondered what it was. She stopped walking and thought it was a great opportunity to show off a bit.

"Wait...I can smell something, scream, I hear screams from over there," Galadriel pointed to the distant smoke.

Endeavor and Todoroki didn't see anything at first.

"Endeavour, something is coming our way," Galadriel said.

She tried to look worried. There was an explosion in the distance and the screams of horror startled Galadriel. Curiosity was now in her mind as she wondered what was going on. a professional would and ordered both Todoroki and Galadriel to walk away. Galadriel thought he wanted to show off too. And she was right, he wanted to impress her with his power. Then she saw the villain, or rather the monster.

"Nomu? Now that's interesting. The demiurge experiments yielded a lot of great information, but to see another one. Today is my lucky day. From what I can see, they look different," Galadriel thought as she dodged the Nomu's sudden onslaught.

Galadriel wondered if the League of Villains had more of these Nomu. Galadriel guessed that she would soon learn. Endeavor was thrilled to show off her power to her future daughter-in-law. Hero number two smiled at his son, who stared lovelessly at him. Father and son paid little attention to the girl who was staring at them with a burger in her hand. Galadriel saw a familiar figure in the distance. Her werewolf servant Lupusregina beckoned her from afar.

"It's the same as before," Todoroki said.

"No, this one is different," Galadriel replied, seeing something. burning from afar. They are more of those Nomus.

"There's a group in trouble in the distance, and more of those beasts are out there too," Galadriel said in a fake shocked voice.

"You both stay behind me, but try to keep civilians out of the fighting," Endeavor said in a professional voice.

Galadriel grew distant from Todoroki's father. Endeavor seemed more focused on taking over the Nomu, and Todoroki fled. He left her alone with her father. She wondered why, but ignored it. Their relationship wasn't something Galadriel cared about. But for some strange reason, it was a horrible thing to see. Watching them both was hard for Galadriel, and she didn't know why.

" Mm, I wonder where did you go ," Galadriel thought.

"Make an effort, I'll fall back and keep an eye on Todoroki," Galadriel said as she took one last bite of her burger.

Endeavor didn't respond. He only nodded. Galadriel breathed on him. Now she can see where Todoroki got his attitude.

North Korea

Appearing in a military camp, dozens of demons prepared magic spells to kill all the soldiers in the area. However, they stopped, noticing something strange.

" What is ... ? "

Desert and silent. Those were the words that described this place. There was no one. Not the slightest person, not even the slightest vehicle. The place seemed to be abandoned.

"Is there anyone?" A ghoul wondered, looking around.

"Still, Demiurge-sama claimed that many enemy soldiers were here." A minotaur asserted.

Also emerging from a magical portal, Evil Lord Greed was the first commander of the Demiurge army to appear at the scene of the "battle".

"What's going on?" the Evil Lord wanted to know. "Where are the enemies?"

"The camp is deserted, Commander." A demon told him.

"There's no one! Not even a single vehicle." An imp asserted. "Looks like they knew our plan and ran."

"Know our plan?" The Evil Lord wondered. "BAKAYARO! Do you think those stupid humans could have foreseen Demiurge-sama's strategy?"

"I didn't say that." The imp retorted. "It's just that the non-presence of the soldiers is very strange."

Seeing that he was right, Evil Lord Greed wondered if abandoning this military zone was an enemy plan. Did any of the soldiers on this base have powers of divination? Was Demiurge's plan really predicted by their enemy?

Not knowing the answer, Evil Lord Greed immediately ordered.

"I want five of you to stay here and inspect the camp! The others, we're going back to Nazarick to tell Demiurge-sama! I think we're going to have to change our plans."
