A/N I don't know about you but I will never settle for empty characters in the media. The direction Disney has taken the MCU the past few years or so is unacceptable with the emphasis on stupid jokes taken priority over any kind of emotional weight within characters, movies are a form of story telling and story telling should be about something, they should explore complex and relatable themes with complex and relatable characters and that's something Disney just doesn't care about. I might not always succeed in telling compelling complex story and character when drunkenly writing this but I'll always try, I'll always care because it's important to any story being told.

'we should either be passed out in bed or publicly trashing losers asses but nope. We're hunting down a washed up scientist who turned himself into a giant lizard. TWICE. Why are we doing this!? There's no way Connors is worth it after reinjecting himself and mutating others! That's it we're calling it.' the black suit influenced spider man thought to himself before momentarily regaining some control of himself and deciding no matter what he needed to save doctor Connors from the lizard he's become.
The angry webhead caught up to the scaly scientist as he was about to devour the beady eyed bald ferret man of tru tv outside an on campus sandwich shop. "As fun as it would be to watch that pompous prick become lizard food, you're gonna have to back away from the ferret man doc!" The webhead announced to the reptilian professor while Murr expressed his unnecessary opinion on the black suited Spider-Man's description of his bald, beady eyed self.
Spidey scoops the loathsome lizard up and out of the area, far from the likes of James s Murray. When the two powerful individuals landed in a different and deserted part of the campus our angry hero said "ok doc we've got the cure right here for you but first we're gonna have a little fun" before proceeding to punch him repeatedly in his disgusting serpent like face until…
"Freeze! That's enough! You got the cure, use it!" Yelled a woman appearing to be both Hispanic and African American, long dark hair kept tight in a ponytail, maroon colored jacket, and clearly a cop with both the gun in her hand and police badge clipped to her belt.
'we know this officer…. How dare she command us! No! Stop! She's right, let's just cure doc C. Already!?' the troubled young man argued mentally before injecting the serum into his scaly, slimy chest. For some reason though doctor Connors was still slightly mutated with yellow lizard eyes, a long tongue and slightly scaly patches of skin. "Ok…? Well I guess we'll bring him in and see if his ex wife and the forensics department can turn him all the way back. Good work Spider-Man, I'm the new captain. Terri Lee." The cop expedited, to the annoyance of both the symbiote and the super powered host. "We've met. You're not Dewolff and you're sure as hell not Stacy, we work with Watanabe so stay out of our way captain." He or it said before swinging off back to his dorm.
Before he could make it back he was almost ambushed by a long lost mercenary but spider sense is spider sense. "Taskmaster. I had no idea you were still working for Fisk!" "Yeah well Smyth's upgraded my gear good and kingpin pays best so here we are again kid." While the symbiote made trashing ass much more possible it was clear to all it wasn't enough against the combat chameleon ability of the skull masked criminal but then it hit him…? Them? Did he say Smyth's as in plural? We always knew spence was in it with the bad guys but chubby ole junior too…? Now that we can use!' Just as taskmaster threw some kind of gas grenade, the spider powered hero vanished into the night.
When he got back to his dorm,with the suit retracting itself on him to blend in, he took out the old shield phone and called Yuri up. "Hey Yuri, how would you like to flip one of the kingpin's scientists against him? His name's Alistair Smyth, he's a kid so it shouldn't be hard to turn him." "Spider-Man I can't just bring in a kid without some kind of evidence" "do you want to stop Fisk or not! Look Yuri, why don't you just shadow him or something, see if you learn anything." He argued with the chief before abruptly hanging up.
It only took a few days for Yuri to gather enough evidence that Alistair was indeed working for the kingpin, and in less than two hours she had convinced him to turn over evidence explicitly stating that Wilson Fisk is the crime Lord.
As Peter was in the dining hall watching a news report saying "this elidged witness can prove that the notorious crime boss the kingpin is actually noted philanthropist Wilson Fisk. We'll keep you posted as the story continues to unfold." 'Ha can't hide anymore Fisk now you'll get what's coming' but surprisingly Gwen approached him looking quite concerned.
"I know you have to deal with a lot out there and you've had to deal with it alone but that suit isn't the answer. We may not be together anymore but I still care about you, I'll always care about you, I'm always here for you. Please Pete get rid of that thing." But the mentally corrupted parker just chuckled. "You haven't gotten rid of your thing so why should I get rid of mine. We're good as we are, unless you want to come back to us we might be compelled otherwise… look Gwen I'm.. we're finally getting rid of the kingpin so if you're not gonna be with us then don't bother us." He/it stated coldly before storming off, away from a tearful Gwen.
As he exited the cafe he slammed right into a completely broken down and Royally pissed off Eddie Brock. "There you are! What's your problem lately squirt? Whatever I need you to get me my job back with Jameson." He demands as he starts dragging his younger friend. "Whoa whoa whoa there Brock this is your mess. You got yourself fired so you deal with it, besides you weren't a very good reporter anyway. Now step aside Brock." The symbiote primary, says before shoving Eddie out of the way and on the ground. Only to see in the distance the clear sight of a goblin glider only much more thrown together creating a far greater amount of smoke exhaust. 'another of Harry's clients' he/it thought before rushing off down an alley.
Meanwhile at the Fisk tower aka crime central there's one very VERY pissed off crime Lord. "AAAHHH! HOW DARE YOUR SON BETRAY ME SMYTH! ENFORCERS KILL DOCTOR SMYTH. (in between smyths screams and the enforcers laughs, kingpin summons tombstone) TOMBSTONE I'D LIKE YOU TO GET AHOLD OF AN OLD ASSOCIATE OF MINE TO CLEAN UP THIS MESS BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE, HE'S CALLED BULLSEYE."
A/N as you can see Spidey is once again being further and further consumed by the symbiote, gwen is desperately trying to save him from it despite their past, Eddie is developing a growing resentment towards our hero, i wonder where that's headed… another goblin wannabe is here who do you think it is? Will bullseye save Fisk's ass or will Spider-Man take them both down? Until next time I'm drunk enough true believers!
