Everything hurts. Muscles ache that I didn't even know existed.

I just got home and I can only lie face down on my bed. I detransform.

Now it hurts even more.

"Fluff, the carrots are in my pocket. Eat them."

She moves silently.

Fucking annoying Hawk Moth. Why does he have to bum so much?

Two akumas in two days.

If I thought Chloe's unwitting collaboration was the worst, I was wrong. I was very wrong. I want Chloe the bitch back. Please.

"Fluff, how is my back?" she doesn't answer. I look around as much as I can without moving. She isn't here. Bastard. "Okay! You aren't the only one who can help me. I have Jalil."

I call out to him. My father might hears too, but who cares? Not me.

My brother takes a long time to arrive, as if nothing happened.

"Have you seen the huge cube that was next door?"

Really? He's not supposed to pretend like he doesn't know I'm Bunnyx anymore.

Is he foolish? No, Fluff said that everyone in the family is gifted. I guess 'everyone' includes Jalil.

"No, sure not." I answer. "It's not like it showed up next to home. I also had nothing to do with its disappearance. Queen Bee and Ryuko have done it all alone. That's why I'm here, screaming for you and unable to move."

My brother snorts.

"Was it necessary for you to be so sarcastic?" He asks with exasperation.

Definitely.

"Was it necessary for you to ask something so absurd?"

"What do you want?"

With difficulty, I lift my shirt so that he can see my back.

This akuma was a fan of minesweeper. Now Hawk Moth has taken to video games.

Jalil hisses when he sees it.

"That looks like it's painful." Thanks, I hadn't noticed. "I should tell dad."

"Nope!" I turn around to see his face. It's not a good idea. "Don't say anything. I don't want him to come."

Jalil holds up his hands, as if he's trying to calm me down.

"Okay, okay. But you know that it seems exaggerated that you still don't talk to him after two months."

"I'm talking to him, just not about Bunnyx. Sixteen years, how long he's been without telling me about magic."

My brother sighs.

"You are too spiteful. Back in a moment."

I am not spiteful, I am fair. An eye for an eye.

Max didn't congratulate me on my birthday and I didn't congratulate him on his, Chloe humiliated Kim and I humiliated her, my father hasn't told me about magic for sixteen years and I won't tell him about Bunnyx for sixteen years.

I see it fair.

Jalil returns with some burn ointment.

"Really? Do you think that's going to do anything?"

"No, but I do."

He grabs the back of my neck and presses my head against the pillow. Ah, I get it, his plan is to suffocate me and that way I will stop feeling pain.

The ointment is cold and Jalil pressing on the wound doesn't make it any better. He mutters something, something in another language.

I go to turn my head again but he slams it into the pillow again.

He doesn't want me to look. What is he doing?

The hot pain of the burn gets colder and colder... until it's gone.

I get up. Now I can move easily.

Jalil is pale and his forehead is sweaty. He breathes heavily as if he has made a great effort.

"What have you done? Have you healed me?"

He shakes his head.

"No. That can only be done by the kwami of creation. I... I've given you a little bit of my energy so you won't feel pain."

A little? It looks more like a lot.

"Lie down again, I still have to bandage you."

Until he says so, I don't see that he has also brought gauze and bandages. But I stand. It's better that way.

It's a bit shit. When I finally have good hands I hurt my back.

"It's the second akuma in a row." Jalil comments while he puts the gauze on me.

"Yes, a senior."

"And what are you going to do?"

I don't know. A wild goose chase all the time, actually. I could find out Hawk Moth's identity and I try, with Max's help. But I'm only uncovering his illegal financial activities.

"I'm sorry, Jalil, I can't tell you. It's a Triple Super thing."

He finishes putting the blindfold on me.

"That name is horrible. It doesn't seem like the name of a group, but rather a description of who you are."

"It wasn't me who chose it. I guess we could call ourselves BuRyBee."

My brother laughs. I wouldn't be very good at coming up with a name either.

"Stay with Triple Super then." stands up. "I'm going to sleep. Try not to hurt anymore. It's not like I can do this trick all the time."

That is what I want. Wait a minute, what about sleeping? I look at my pocket watch: two in the morning. Oh. Well, he was awake, right?

I guess I'll go to sleep too. It isn't difficult for me to change my clothes, although I am careful with the bandages. I get into my bed and close my eyes.

There are many people dressed in black. Their faces are blurry. We are in a gloomy and melancholic place, adorned with flowers of muted colors.

I don't need to turn around to know what it is this site. A funeral home.

Finding myself in this place makes me feel like I should be sorry too, like I've forgotten something that should make me cry.

I feel the anguish of crying in my chest. A cry that doesn't come out cause I don't know what I'm doing here.

Hands grab my shoulders and I look up, searching for who they belong to.

My mother.

What is she doing here? She is dead.

A feeling tells me I'm wrong. She is alive. She is here, in front of me. Her body transmits heat and her expression is downcast.

Obviously she is alive. I don't know how I could have doubted it.

Jalil comes crying and hugs us both. He doesn't have glasses. Is he younger or... No, he's not. He is his age: fifteen, and I am seven. Those are our ages.

We are at a funeral, our father's. That's why I'm so sad. Dad is dead.

The three of us walk over to dad's coffin. I'll never talk to dad again. I wanna cry, because it hurts.

Dad followed me as I crossed the road without looking.

"I'll never do it again." I whisper. "Dad, I swear. Come back please."

I get up abruptly. The alarm clock, of course.

I was dreaming something, I think, but I don't remember what. My cheeks tingle and I bring my hand to my face.

It's wet. I cried. So I'm glad I don't remember.

I look around and see Fluff staring at me.

"Have you been like this all night? It is quite sinister."

"I knew you're always the first, but you've gotten too far ahead of yourself."

She doesn't explain what this is about.

"What do you mean with no? I told Ondine I couldn't be with her today."

Well okay. What do I care? It's not like we're friends.

At first I understood that we didn't get along all that well, but the more I've tried to show her that she shouldn't be jealous of me, the weirder it gets.

So now we are in a state of mutual disregard.

"I'm tired. In case you don't remember, there was an akuma near my house last night. And it made noise."

Kagami and Chloe are also tired, although they have no excuse.

Kim leaves without saying anything else.

"Say hello to your girlfriend for me!" I yell at him.

He responds with his middle finger. Charming.

I go to the changing rooms, to get my skates from my locker.

When I arrive, I find Kagami and Chloe arguing with Alya.

None of the three notice me and I hide behind the wall next to the entrance. I don't wanna get in the way, and if I do, Kagami will want me to.

"You cannot rummage through other people's lockers. That is wrong. Is this not considered a crime in France?"

"Evidently. Don't say foolishness. And you, what were you doing looking in my locker? Dupain-Cheng ordered you to destroy my books?"

What does the crazy woman say? Marinette trashing someone's books? How absurd!

Chloe is definitely not right in the head. I can identify at least three disorders in her and I'm not even a psychiatrist.

"Marinette? She has nothing to do with this. I know you collaborate with Hawk Moth and I'm going to prove it. You won't get away scot-free after everything you've done." accuses Chloe.

I purse my lips to keep from laughing. She couldn't be further from the truth. Although Chloe has helped him, it was unintentionally and now she does everything she can to keep it from happening.

Chloe doesn't hold back. She laughs at Alya right in her face. Her laughter is horribly unbearable.

"Hawk Moth's collaborator!"

Kagami, on the other hand, is getting more serious and crosses her arms.

"That is a serious accusation, Alya. You should seriously weigh your words. If not, Chloe will have to take action against you." Even the tone of her voice scares me. Kagami knows how to threaten.

"Oh, I'm going to do it anyway. You ransacked my locker and for that I'm going to have you expelled."

Alya grips her mobile phone tightly.

"You have no proof!"

Something tells me they do exist.

"You have taken pictures of the locker." My friend affirms.

Alya is silent for a moment, looking Kagami in her eyes, and her response to whatever she sees is to run away.

I get in the way and take the phone from her. Before she even knows I'm here, it's already in my power.

I know how to steal, though it's not something I'm entirely proud of.

"Alix!" she screams once she understands what's happening.

"I'm sorry, Alya. Well, not really. If you run away like that, it means you're guilty."

I didn't wanna butt in, but if it has to do with Triple Super and Hawk Moth, I have to.

"Now we're all going to see my best friend: the director."

Alya growls, but she accepts it.

"Best friend?" Kagami asks very confused.

"It's sarcasm." Chloe explains.

Back at home, Jalil has changed my bandages and I am lying face down on the sofa. I doze off, with the sound of my brother watching TV and Fluff munching on carrots in the background.

The first time he saw her he was stunned. I guess if you've heard about them for a while and haven't been able to see one it's pretty amazing. Only now he's getting used to it.

"Alix, it's your turn."

Hearing my name wakes me up.

It is my brother who has spoken. I look at him without knowing what he means and he points to the television.

"There is an akuma." He explains.

No. There can't be other. I'm dreaming.

But I glance at the screen and there it is: clearly Alya. She hasn't even tried to hide her identity.

"... I'm going to show you. Chloe is with Hawk Moth!"

She still at it?

"No. Son of a bitch. Why?"

Does this man not get tired? Who the hell is it? A cocaine addict?

"Alix, that language." my brother scolds me.

I ignore him and wait for Fluff to finish eating before I transform and go into my burrow.

I could sleep here. I wouldn't be late. Time doesn't pass in this place, and I'm a rabbit, what better place?

Yes, I'm going to take a nap. I think the side effect of Bunnyx is more sleep. Fluff says I'll need a shrink, but I think that's my ancestors doing, not me.

I don't know how 'long' I sleep, although the nap gives me enough energy to fight Alya.

I head to the opposite end of the burrow and climb the circle above me one notch. I'll see the future again. I did it with Darkblade and Artificer. This is much better than thinking about a plan blindly: I look at the future and what is going wrong so I can avoid it.

This time I see that Alya's powers are related to her mobile. Almost certainly, that is the akuma item.

She goes to the Le Grand Paris hotel and looks for Chloe, who manages to hide in a closet in a random room and transform.

Meanwhile, the akuma does a broadcast to the television networks, which I have already half seen.

Kagami and I arrive at the hotel at the same time, when the two of them had already been fighting for a while. Queen Bee summons her poison and Alya stops her with a symbol that she launches from her phone. Ryuko and I fight her and she locks us in a freezer. With a corpse.

What?

A corpse.

What's wrong with the Bourgeois?

With both of us imprisoned, Alya focuses on Queen Bee and takes the miracle from her.

Her identity is revealed.

And it messes up.

It messes up big.

I'm definitely not going to leave Queen Bee alone with the akuma.

I emerge from my burrow into the lobby of Le Grand Paris.

There are a lot of people in the room, too many. I'd say all the workers and customers are here.

My appearance draws their attention. I see the fear in their eyes.

The only one who doesn't seem scared is Audrey Bourgeois, who is rather upset.

Queen Bee comes out of the dumbwaiter with a baby.

She looks around her and nods when she sees me. I walk towards her.

I don't know what she and Ryuko thought, but it seems that she arrived earlier than I saw.

"Whose it is?" She shouts, like someone asking about the owner of a backpack.

A man picks her up and she seems very willing to give it to him.

"Wait! You can't give a baby to the first person you see. Better we leave it in the hands of the owners of the place."

I take the child from her and give him to our great mayor. Then I pull her away from the crowd a bit and speak to her in a low voice.

"Tell me what you are doing."

Because this room full of people was also not in what I saw. It has to be because I'm late.

"We have thought about Ryuko distracting her while I gathered people in one place. She's looking for Chloe Bourgeois, and from what we've seen, her powers aren't deadly, so..."

Got it now.

"You're going to use them as bait." I interrupt her.

She nods in response.

"We thought about what you would do."

Wow, I was late.

"How exactly do her powers work?"

I've seen it: detention, retransmission and obstruction. What I don't know is how to defeat her. We didn't in what I saw.

"We know that she throws symbols of hers from her mobile that affect people and that she can only have four at the same time."

More than I found out.

"Well, then let's go with Ryuko. We can't let her fight alone."

I go to the dumbwaiter. If Chloe Bourgeois came down in such an awkward way, there is no other way. Luckily, we both fit.

I grab the ropes and start to pull them, but she lets go of my hands and does it herself.

"You did it wrong." We start to climb and I get a little nervous. This site is too small and I don't love small sites, I can be on them but I'd rather not. "If you are wondering why we use this, it is because Lady Wifi has blocked the elevator and the stairs."

Lady Wifi. It is a curious name. Her powers are mobile phone, so she should be called Lady Mobile or Ladyphone. It doesn't make much sense unless her powers weren't with her mobile phone, but with the Internet.

But her powers look like video editing symbols, not YouTube.

"We're here." announces Queen Bee. "What's happening?" she asks looking at my face.

"There is something in her powers that we're missing."

We left the dumbwaiter and found ourselves in what used to be the restaurant. And I say usted to because now it's just a bunch of smashed tables. Cut.

It is the second time that there's an akuma in this hotel and the second time Ryuko destroys it.

Speaking of her, there she is, fighting Lady Wifi.

Ryuko tries to reach her phone with the sword, missing the person, at the same time the akuma launches attacks at her and she dodges them all.

As soon as Lady Wifi sees us, she kicks my partner away, surprising her, and flees into the hallway, not the kitchen.

Queen Bee tries to catch her with her spinning top, but she is already too far away from her.

She then turns to Ryuko with wide eyes.

"What happened here!? I've only been out two minutes!"

"She teleports." she explains. "She uses mobile phones for it. I had to destroy them all."

Where did she get so many phones? Of the guests, surely.

Queen Bee mumbles something and crosses her arms.

"She left as soon as she saw us." She says, changing the subject.

"Hawk Moth spoke to her during our fight."

His plan is to keep us apart.

"Do you think she has fallen into the trap?" Ryuko continues.

"What is your plan exactly?"

The girls look at each other, a little confused.

"Gather civilians in one place to lure Lady Wifi." says Queen Bee.

"And then?"

"Then we fight." Ryuko continues. I can't help but facepalm that. "Do you have a better plan?"

"No, I just got here, but…" Come on, you stupid supposedly better brain, work! 'She can only have four at a time' "I think we should waste her chances. If she only has four, make her use them for something else. And once she hasn't powers, fight."

"It would have to be several attacks at the same time." Ryuko observes. "She is quite fast when deleting and changing the symbol."

"We throw four objects at the same time. She doesn't dodge, but instead relies on her stopping power." suggests Queen Bee.

I nod in agreement, Ryuko too.

We chase Lady Wifi in the direction she went. She doesn't go through walls, so she already had to unlock the exits, right?

We run down the hall to where they are.

"She has unlocked the stairs." Ryuko points out.

"And the elevator." adds Queen Bee.

Ryuko looks at her in bewilderment.

"Really? We are in the middle of an akuma attack."

"If we use the elevator we will arrive earlier."

And we wouldn't have to use our legs. Cleverly lazy.

"In any case, if she sees the three of us again, she will run away again, one must arrive first, and then the other two. And we have to try to attack her without her noticing it. So, Ryuko, you go in the elevator while Bee and I go down the stairs."

She enters the elevator very serious. She gets it, she just fought and she needs to focus again.

I feel very sorry for her, but it's very possible that Lady Wifi will catch her. Though better than Queen Bee, her miracle is harder to find.

Queen Bee and I walk down the stairs, something that doesn't seem very funny to her.

There is chaos in the lobby: it used to be a tame atmosphere, but now Lady Wifi has locked the exit door and people are panicking and trying to leave, which they won't be able to do.

Ryuko grapples with the akuma, her sword lying on the ground in the distance with no one even trying to return it.

I point Queen Bee in one direction, while I go the other way. Ryuko has to be distracting enough so that we can both get close to each other, and totally get her.

From what I saw, she managed to isolate one of us most of the time, and that's how she ended up discovering Chloe. It's Hawk Moth's plan.

The akuma doesn't let go of her phone. My partner manages to immobilize her quickly, pinning her arms to the ground and placing herself on top of her. She does not realize that we have already arrived and tries to get the mobile phone. But the moment she lets go of one of her arms to snatch Lady Wifi's akuma item from her, she pulls it off her and stops her.

A butterfly appears in front of her face as we run towards her. Queen Bee uses her spinning top to pull her arm with which she is holding her phone, making her fall to the ground. Unfortunately, she reacts quickly and also stops her.

Shit. The plan hasn't gone well and this is very similar to what happened in what I saw, although I have changed some things. She has managed to isolate me and has energy left for only one more attack, unless she drops any of the symbols she is using.

I'm still not close enough to hers and I don't know whether to get closer or away to make her spend the attack she has left.

She throws a stunner at me too, but I manage to dodge it. She is too far away.

It's time to run. If she goes after me, she'll get away from them, and she won't be able to take the miracles away from them.

She heads for the stairs and she unlocks the exit door, which people stream out of. The butterfly does not leave her face at any time.

I run up the stairs. I don't know what to do. I have to come up with a good plan for an akuma who hardly has any weaknesses and has taken down my two partners.

She has to have more weaknesses. Like I said before, there's something I'm missing about her powers.

I glance

behind my back, to find the akuma closer than I expected, perched on something like a hoverboard.

What the fuck?

She makes the move to launch an attack, but nothing happens.

One moment. Her name is Lady Wifi and her powers don't work on stairs.

They are the Wi-Fi.

And I'm supposed to be smarter. My ass!

But now that I know her true weakness, I know exactly what to do: find a place where there is no reception.

A place that she willingly follows me and that she cannot leave. And one comes to my mind.

I open a portal to my burrow, enter and leave it open.

I've already used my power on this transformation, but I put myself to sleep, so I hope I'm rested enough that it won't affect me too much.

Lady Wifi does what I expect and enters behind me. Hawk Moth couldn't resist the idea of seeing what's in here.

I guess a bunch of black circles doesn't live up to the hype.

The moment Lady Wifi crosses the portal, the butterfly disappears from her face and her board as well. She falls to the floor on a plank and I close the opening.

"Hawk Month." She calls. "Hawk Month!"

That annoying has no connection here. Look how good!

"I don't know what you've done, but don't think I depend on him. I can fight for myself."

She tries to throw a fit at me. This time I don't have to be alert: it won't work.

She doesn't give up. She now tries to attack me like with Ryuko. And she did quite well, although there is a difference, and that is that I have a weapon.

I hold my umbrella by the brim and do the same trick Queen Bee did before her by grabbing her by the handle, only now she has no powers to defend herself.

After that, it's easy to take her phone and break it.

Sorry, you'll have to buy a new one.

Alya returns to normal after I kill the butterfly. Like all akumas, she is confused, looking around her not knowing where she is, until she sees her phone and is horrified.

The rest of the world disappears, because yes, Alya is that kind of person.

"Nope!" And then she sees me. "No. Have I been an akuma? But I wanted to expose Hawk Moth's accomplice, not be one!" She tries to justify herself.

It's not her fault. No one can resist.

"This is life. You end up being the opposite of what you wanted to be."

Like me, who is now fake and hypocrite.

I open the portal we entered through and motion for her to follow me. I have to see how Ryuko and Queen Bee are doing.

On my way out I find Adrien crouched next to a stopped Ryuko who begins to move as Alya emerges from the burrow.

"Adrien!" she is surprised. "What are you doing here?"

The boy pulls away from her and looks at all of us, including Alya.

"Excuse me, I wanted to talk to Chloe and when I arrived I saw you like this... Has there been an akuma?"

He's idiot? She has been on television. In all of them.

Queen Bee looks at him offended. I guess she doesn't wanna talk to him.

"Chloe is very well hidden," And so much. "So she won't be able to talk to you now. How about you walk this lady home?" She answers.

"What? But..." Alya begins to protest.

She is our fan, and she knows that when we can, we walk the akumatized home.

"I'm sorry," she interrupts with false kindness. "we have more important things to do."

This could worsen our image. What does Ryuko think?

She is looking at Adrien. I don't think she even heard what Queen Bee said.

"Sure I can accompany her." The boy replies.

After the akuma, the three of us have gone to school, right now it's night.

There, I tell them everything that has happened since they were arrested.

"You are very smart." Ryuko praises.

I don't agree. I feel like an idiot most of the time. Although there are other times when I think people are more of an idiot than I am. But the first definitely wins.

"Thank you. I think you are a very good fighter. We make a good team."

"And me?" Queen Bee asks.

What role does Chloe have on our team?

"And you… you have your things."

She blinks so fast that she looks like she has a tic.

"That I have my things?" She asks very annoyed "Do I have to remind you that every time there is a camera nearby you become the antipathy in person and Ryuko the Anabelle doll? And thanks to me you were able to take down the Vanisher, since your plan was stupid."

It may be true. Chloe is the only one used to the cameras of the three.

"Well, we can make you the person in charge of image and Public Relations of the team. Although the vision thing has a simple explanation: you are a bee and they can see the ultraviolet wavelength. Cause you didn't say so, Hawk Moth didn't take the precaution of making her invisible to you." I explain. I looked it up.

"So I'm the warrior, Bunnyx, the brains, and you, the diplomat." Ryuko tries to reconcile.

Yes. That's one good description of us.

"If I am the diplomat, can we do the interview on television?" She asks with exasperation. "Because they have been asking for it for months and our image is only getting worse."

Ryuko falls silent, looking away. I look at Queen Bee. She is sure she can do it.

"If you take care of it, fine." Ryuko agrees.

I nod.

"Good. Let's put an end to those haters."
