Chapter 22; A New Villain and New Allies
The Smokescreen began to fade away as the mysterious voice was shown to have come from a New Demon God!!...
"So... Another Demon God thinking he can take my head. Heh. How stupid." Ryuu scoffed.
"Oh but I assure you, Ryuuji Hitoshi, I am more of a Match for you!" The Demon God said. "But before we start ripping each other to shreds, allow me introduce myself. I am Yalfire, the Demon God, and I'm the one who'll be your executioner!!".
"Not on our watch!!" Atzuma shouted out as he and the other Time Patrollers stood in front of Ryuu.
"Step back and watch us, Master! We'll show to you just how powerful we've gotten thanks to you!" Ace said.
Ryuu smirks. "Hmph. Go ahead and knock yourselves out."
"Seriously? You're going to let these kids die for nothing?!" Yalfire now scoffed.
"Oh, trust me, they're a lot stronger than they look. Don't underestimate them, they are my students after all!" Ryuu said.
"Alright then... Then how about you punks come at me!!" Yalfire yelled at them.
Ace, Tomai, Lamp, Neo, and Yuuko dashed towards Yalfire and began to attack him with Tandem attacks. Yalfire was blocking all of their attacks with ease until they all suddenly jumped back. Steffe and Khorona dashed towards Yalfire and began to push him back with tandem attacks as they began to exchange blows. Even while being pushed back, Yalfire was able to block their attacks with ease. Steffe moved to the right as Khorona moved to the left. Chiller zipped past them and pushed Yalfire back with a elbow strike. Japonica and Atzuma then dashes towards Yalfire and began to push him back with tandem attacks as they began to exchange blows. Yalfire was blocking their attacks pretty easily but made a anxious facial expression like he was somehow being overwhelmed by their teamwork. Yalfire then catches Japonica and Atzuma's fists before he kicks them both back.
"I see... Now I understand what you meant, Ryuuji Hitoshi." Yalfire said. "Now, I won't be underestimating your students. They have interesting skills indeed."
Ace, Tomai, Lamp, Neo, and Yuuko unleashes their Potential Unleashed Forms before they then dashed towards Yalfire. They began to attack him with Tandem attacks. Yalfire was blocking all of their attacks with ease as their tandem attacks began to push him back. They all continued to exchange blows until Yalfire pushed them all back with a Full Power Energy Wave. They were all alright as they stood back up. Chiller transforms into his Golden Form before he dashed towards Yalfire. Golden Chiller and Yalfire began to exchange blows on equal footing as Yalfire was still being pushed back by the Time Patrollers attacks. Chiller continues to push Yalfire back with his attacks until Yalfire catches Chillers tail and began to slam him around on the ground. Yalfire throws Chiller towards the other Time Patrollers as they then caught him. Steffe and Khorona transformed into their Super Saiyan Blue Forms before they flew towards Yalfire. They began to push him back with their tandem attacks even though Yalfire was blocking their attacks with ease. Yalfire continued to block their attacks until Yalfire caught their fists, slammed their heads together while pulling in their arms in the opposite direction of each other, and sent them both flying with a Ki Blast Cannon attack.
Japonica and Atzuma flew towards Yalfire together as they began to push him back farther than any of their teammates did with their tandem attacks. Yalfire began to struggle against the two Saiyans until Yalfire sends the two flying with a Full Power Energy Mouth Wave. Atzuma and Japonica got back up as Neo and Chiller got back up stood tall alongside the two Saiyans. Neo and Chiller unleashed their full power.
Japonica transformed into a new form of her (Ikari) Super Saiyan White Form as she calls it her; (Ikari) Super Saiyan 2 White Form. As for Atzuma, he immediately transformed into his Super Saiyan 4 Form. The four Time Patrollers dashed towards Yalfire and began to push him back with their tandem attacks. The Time Patrollers continued to push Yalfire back with their tandem attacks until Yalfire smirks and sends them all flying with a powerful swing of his left arm.
The time patrollers got back up with only scratches on their bodies before they all powered up. Yalfire smirks with excitement as he was pleased by this as they all went to fight against him. They all fought against Yalfire until he overpowered them again. Atzuma, Japonica, Neo, and Chiller got back up and transformed into their strongest forms only for them to evolve further beyond that. Atzuma evolves his Super Saiyan 4 into his Super Saiyan 5 Form. Japonica evolves her own unique Super Saiyan 2 Form into her own unique Super Saiyan 3 Form as she calls it her; (Ikari) Super Saiyan 3 White Form. Neo evolves himself into his Orange Namekian Form. And Chiller evolves his Golden Form into the new Form; Black Frieza Race Form!
"Oh? What's this?" Yalfire said to himself out loud. "They all transformed again... And this time... They look quite formidable...".
The Time Patrollers dashed towards Yalfire and began to fight against the Demon God as he powered up a bit to match their new power. They all fought against Yalfire on Equal Footing until Yalfire Powers up tremendously in front of them and takes them all down within a few seconds. Right as Yalfire was about to kill them, Ryuu jumps in and stops his attack by catching Yalfire's punch. Ryuu smirks as he pushes Yalfire back with a Kick.
Yalfire smiles in excitement. "Finally! I finally get to fight against you! Come and give me everything you got!!".
Ryuu and Yalfire took a stance before they dashed towards each other and clashed fists, creating a large and powerful shockwave. They began to exchange blows on equal footing as the Time Patrollers began to watch their master fight against the Demon God. Ryuu and Yalfire continued to fight each other on equal footing until Yalfire blocks one of Ryuu's knee kicks and pushed him back with a kick. Ryuu slid back on the ground before he stood up straight and unleashed his Super Saiyan form. Ryuu and Yalfire smirks before they dashed towards each other and went back to exchanging blows. Ryuu and Yalfire fought on equal footing as they began to fly up into the sky. Ryuu and Yalfire exchanged blows until Ryuu dodges Yalfire's attack and sent him flying with a high kick to Yalfire's right side of his head. Yalfire stands back up and powers up tremendously as Ryuu floats back down to the ground and immediately transforms into his Super Saiyan Blue Evolution Kaio-Ken form. They dashed towards each other and went back to exchanging blows.
Back in the Time Nest, the same scroll that led to Ryuu's World, began to glow an orange color before it starts glowing with more colors (Red, Yellow, Blue, Orange, Purple, and Green). The scroll then teleports to where the fighters are. Steffe hears something teleporting behind her and once she looks behind her, She sees That Scroll and her eyes widens as she notices how it is glowing and floating behind her.
"H-Hey!... That's the scroll that leads to Ryuu's World!! What is it doing here?! " Steffe thought with a surprised facial expression. "B-But why do I get the feeling like I should be the one to open it this time?!..."
Steffe walks towards and grabs the scroll as it continues to glow a orange color. Steffe closes her eyes and took a deep breath before she then opens her eyes and opens the scroll as the light shined brighter than it was moments ago. Steffe dropped the scroll as she was blinded from the light. The light focused itself to the center of the page of the scroll and fired off a Pillar of White Light as a Group of Mysterious Hooded Guys in a Black coat, appeared out of the scroll within the white light. The White pillar of light disappeared as Everyone saw the Group of Mysterious Hooded Guys standing on top of the scroll. One of the Mysterious Hooded guys noticed the scroll he was standing on, he took a step back, he knelt down on one knee as he closed the scroll, it stood back up, and sticks out his arm, offering to give the scroll back to the group. Steffe takes the scroll out of the guys hand as she was confused and amazed by the individual standing in front of her.
Steffe makes a serious facial expression and asks; "Are you really strong enough and have what it takes to save my master?".
Without hesitation, the Mysterious Hooded Man in front of Steffe, immediately flew off towards Ryuu and Yalfire. Ryuu and Yalfire fought on equal footing until Yalfire began to overpower Ryuu with his attacks. Yalfire overpowers Ryuu before he then sent him flying with a punch. Ryuu gets back up as Yalfire flies towards Ryuu. Yalfire throws a attack at Ryuu but the mysterious hooded man appears in front of him and catches Yalfire's punch. The Mysterious Hooded Man kicks Yalfire back as he then stood tall and took off his hoodie in front of Ryuu, revealing who he was.
He was Blaze Tanaka, Ryuu's childhood best friend and Rival.
"Blaze!!" Ryuu said in surprise. "Wh-What are you doing here?!".
A vein pops out on Blaze's head as Blaze turns his head to look at Ryuu and gives him a frustrated look.
"Uh-Oh. Why do I feel like I'm going to get yelled at? " Ryuu thought.
"Ryuu... Ever since your disappearance, we've been worried sick about you. Everyone at the SHA has been looking for you for months and this is where you've been? In another world training and hanging out with other girls?" Blaze said calmly, still looking frustrated at Ryuu before he started raising his voice at him. "And what is this transformation of yours I'm seeing now? A form that was lent to you? A form that doesn't fit you at all as a individual?! And Not to mention it looked like you were losing ground against this fool while you could've been able to one shot him!! Just how weak did you become in this world?! Do you know how worried I was without my rival?! Just how idiotic can you be?! How the hell did you even get stuck into this world?!".
"H-Hey! Don't yell at me! I've managed to get a lot stronger here actually! And what do you mean how?! I was sucked in by a wormhole!" Ryuu raised his voice at Blaze.
"Oh!! Don't you dare tell me that Bullshit!! Tell me the truth, Ryuuji!!".
"I am telling you the truth, Blaze!!".
From a distance, the group of the mysterious hooded individuals stood next to the time patrollers as they all watched Ryuu and Blaze arguing.
"Oh boy... There they go again... Always arguing." One of the Mysterious Hooded individuals said.
"Though I have to admit, it's always been fun watching them argue like this. It always shows how much they care about each other, it shows how they really are best friends." Another said.
"I'm just glad Ryuu is still himself!" Another said.
"Of course my brother is himself! Why would he ever change when he's perfect just the way he is!". Another said.
While everyone can still hear Ryuu and Blaze still arguing in the background while they're also ignoring Yalfire who is watching them argue back and forth in confusion, the time patrollers look at the group of the mysterious hooded individuals in confusion and curiosity of who they are. Everyone then notices Ryuu and Blaze not arguing anymore.
"Tch! Whatever! You're going to make it up to me later, you jerk!" Blaze said. "Since right now, we have a Demon God to slay!".
"Yeah, Yeah! whatever you say, Blaze!" Ryuu said with a smirk on his face.
"Did I hear that right? Do you honestly believe you can kill me? The great Yalfire?! You're out of your damn mind!" Yalfire yelled at them.
"Whatever!" Ryuu and Blaze both yelled back.
They stood tall next to each other as they both started to stretch. They both got ready to use their in-synced combo techniques.
"You ready, Ryuu?" Blaze asked him.
"I was born ready, Blaze!" Ryuu said excitedly.
"Alright then... It's time for...".
"The Hitoshi and Tanaka Combo!!" They both shouted out in unison.
They both dashed towards Yalfire as They both began to push Yalfire back with ease as their attacks were completely in sync with one another. They continued to fight together against Yalfire who was being overwhelmed by their tandem attacks. Ryuu and Blaze continued to fight against Yalfire who is still being overwhelmed by their perfectly synced combo technique. Ryuu and Blaze continued to push Yalfire back until they send him flying with a tandem punch. Yalfire stood back up with an enraged facial expression.
"You damn brats!!... I'll kill you!!" Yalfire shouted out as he powered up tremendously.
"Well then! I believe it's about time we level up a bit, shall we Blaze?!" Ryuu said.
"Of course, Ryuu!!".
"Haaa!!!" They both shouted out as they both transformed.
Ryuu transformed into his (Seikatsu) Golden Form. The Seikatsu forms coat Ryuu's body in yellow (Golden) Aura, which emanates from him, reminiscent of flickering flames. The form's design differs between users and can even change over time, but certain features are consistent across all forms: A Giant Black Tattoo on the users back, a silk Dragon embroidery long sleeves Tai Chi Uniform, and various small dragon symbols over on the sides of the lines on his uniform.
As For Blaze, Blaze's most powerful weapon in this state was his demonic Fox aura shrouding himself. During Blaze's battle with Tsukiya at the Governments Exam, his Demonic Kitsune powers granted Blaze more of its usual Aura, in which it began to envelop Blaze's body and take the shape of a fox, which Tenshi and Ai Sasaki referred to as the "Kitsune shroud". All the physical traits of the initial form were present and slightly altered, including the black rings that surround the more berserk-looking eyes. In this form, Blaze could use his elongated, sharpened claws instead of his fists, and run at greater speeds on all fours, making him more like a beast. His Aura appeared to have a mind of its own; when a strike that was meant for his past opponents missed, the aura itself stretched off of Blaze's arm and managed to hit his opponent before they had time to react. Since the aura was sentient, it was extremely difficult, if not impossible, to predict. The shrouded aura granted Blaze some measure of protection, as it could withstand attacks. Blaze could also use the shroud's aura arms and tail as grappling hooks to either grab onto objects or enemies from great distances, and use it as a shell to help him create a powerful energy wave attack. However, the shroud was not without its drawbacks; after Blaze used his left arm for a number of attacks against his opponents, it was left numb from overuse and the constant damage of his Demonic Kitsune' Aura on his body.
Ryuu and Blaze both dashed towards Yalfire and began to use their fighting combo to land and push Yalfire back with their attacks. Yalfire was immediately being overwhelmed by their in-synced attacks. But Yalfire stood his ground as he began to fight on equal footing against the two. Yalfire continued to fight against them until he noticed how Ryuu was gone. Yalfire continues to fight against Blaze as he notices how Blaze has two Aura-Like tails now. Yalfire looks above him and sees Ryuu getting ready to throw a powerful punch at him. Yalfire dodges Ryuu's attacks right before he was sent flying by a punch from Blaze's Aura. Yalfire stops himself as he slid back on the ground. Yalfire stands up straight while having an overwhelmed facial expression.
"Just what the hell is this madness?! How the hell are those brats so strong?! There's no way this should be happening to me!! I'm a fucking Demon God!! " Yalfire thought frustratedly. " I will not be defeated by these damn brats!! I'm going to kill them and be given more power by my master!! I'll rip them to shreds right here and right now!! ".
Yalfire powers up as Ryuu and Blaze stood next to each other and watched him power up. Ryuu and Blaze looked at each other with a smile on their faces before they looked back at Yalfire.
"Hmm. Should we already go all out, Blaze?" Ryuu asked him.
"Sure. Why not? I wouldn't mind doing that." Blaze said in confidence. "Let's show him our true power!".
"Haaa!!!" They both shouted out as they both transformed again.
Ryuu transformed into his (Saikyo) Alpha Form. As it is just like the Seikatsu Form, The Saikyo forms coat Ryuu's body in Green (Divine) Aura, which emanates from him, reminiscent of flickering flames. The form's design differs between users and can even change over time, but certain features are consistent across all forms: A Giant Black Tattoo on the users back, a silk Dragon embroidery long sleeves Tai Chi Uniform, and various small dragon symbols over on the sides of the lines on his uniform. In this form, Ryuu's strength and power has been enhanced to the level of gods and where he could rival and defeat them in combat.
As For Blaze, Blaze transformed into his Omega Form. Blaze's Omega Form is his strongest and most powerful form as it and Ryuu's Alpha Form has a endless supply of energy. In this form, Blaze's body grows in height and their muscle mass greatly increases, making it similar in appearance to Ryuu's Beginner God and Limit Burst Form. Blaze's skin may become slightly redder due to increased blood flow, and muscle size is increased to the point of impracticality. Blaze's hair grows bigger, spikier and spreads in different directions. The aura no longer flows upward, but flails outward, with surges of bioelectricity becoming more frequent and prominent. Sometimes, the pupils and irises may temporarily vanish during the transformation. Blaze's Omega Transformation has the torso being relatively unchanged while he has the musculature of the torso and arms being within proportion.
Ryuu and Blaze began to walk slowly towards Yalfire as he began to feel their divine power emitting off of them. Yalfire takes a step back in fear before he even realizes that he took a step back. Ryuu and Blaze then dashed towards Yalfire but while in fear, Yalfire unleashes a Energy Barrier. Ryuu and Blaze easily broke through the energy barrier and sent Yalfire flying with a tandem punch.
"Wh-What the?! Look at them go! We tried so hard to beat that guy together and they're making it look like it's nothing!" Ace said in surprise. "What the hell is happening right now?!".
"The Answer is obvious." A mysterious voice said.
Everyone turned their heads and saw Whis with Goku, Goki, Vegeta, Vegeena, and the Supreme Kai of Time, Chronoa.
"Whis!! Supreme Kai of Time!!" The Time Patrollers shouted out in surprise.
"Wh-What are you guys doing here?!" Atzuma asked them.
"We're here to see what was going on only for us to now watch Ryuu's fight against the Demon God that just showed up apparently." Vegeta said. "It seems Ryuu is fighting off the Demon God with an old friend of his that came from his world along with several others of his friends that I can see."
"You got us!" One of the mysterious hooded individuals said cheerfully.
"Let us get to know you all later and focus on the fight shall we?" Whis said. "As I was about to say, "By fighting together as a team, the whole is greater than the sum of the parts". Meaning; working together as a duo or a team can help you defeat anything that comes your way. You'll never know when things will go bad and you'll need others to rely on."
Everyone stayed quiet for a few moments from hearing what Whis has said to them. They all looked at Ryuu and Blaze who are still overpowering Yalfire with their tandem attacks. Ryuu and Blaze continued to overwhelm and overpower Yalfire with their attacks until Yalfire pushes them back with an explosion from his body in all directions. Ryuu and Blaze slid back safely before they both stood back up.
Yalfire begins to power up again as he says; "It doesn't matter how many of you come at me!! I will take you all on! My power overcomes all!!".
"Blaze... Leave this guy to me..." Ryuu said in all seriousness.
"You sure about that?" Blaze asked him.
"Yeah...".
Blaze sighs. "Fine. Do what you will but make sure you stay alive. I want to catch up with you about the stuff you're missing out on."
"Sure. Maybe later."
Ryuu powers up tremendously to match Yalfire's power before they both took a stance and dashed towards each other. They clashed fists which created a powerful shockwave on impact. They began to exchange blows on equal footing as Blaze reverts back to his base form and flew back towards the others. Blaze lands safely on the ground and starts to watch Ryuu's fight against Yalfire.
"J-Just who in the world are you guys?!" Khorona questioned.
the group of the mysterious hooded individuals, all took off their hoodies and revealed themselves.
"Allow us to properly introduce ourselves. We are friends and rivals of Ryuuji Hitoshi. I am Blaze Tanaka, his childhood best friend and rival." Blaze said, introducing himself. "We come from the same world Ryuu came from before he came into yours. We are here to try and take him back."
"What?!" Everyone said in surprise.
"Everyone, introduce yourselves." Blaze demanded nicely.
"Yo! I'm Akira Yamazaki!". The Spiky-Haired guy said.
"I'm Han Fuji. Nice to meet all of you." The short haired blonde guy said.
"I'm Tsukiya Nakagawa..." The emo guy said.
"Yo! I'm Michael Araya! Nice to meet you all!" The other blonde guy said.
"Hi. I'm Emiko Sano." The girl with the Long Black ponytail said.
"Hi! I'm Sara Onishi!" The blonde haired girl with the two ponytails said.
"Yo. I'm Keisuke Kobayashi." The Black-haired guy with the sword said.
"Hello! I'm Kazuki Jr. Hitoshi! Nice to meet all of you!" The little lookalike of Ryuu said.
"W-Wait a minute... Doesn't he look like a younger and smaller version of Ryuu?..." Lamp said.
"Y-Yeah..." the girls all said.
"Oh, that's because I'm actually his little brother!" Kazuki Jr. responded.
"You're WHAT?!!" Everyone shouted out in surprise.
As everyone was surprised to hear and see how Ryuu has a little brother until they all turn their attention back towards Ryuu as Ryuu sends Yalfire flying down to the ground with a punch. Yalfire quickly stops himself in midair and fires off a powerful energy wave at Ryuu. Ryuu takes it head-on and falls to the ground. Ryuu struggles to stand back up as he reverts back to his base form from exhaustion. Yalfire smiles psychotically as he starts to walk towards Ryuu. Ryuu pushes himself up as Yalfire then began to pummel Ryuu with punches to his face. Yalfire continues to punch Ryuu in the face numerous of times over until he stops to power up his right fist.
Everyone becomes shocked and shouts out; "Ryuu!! Look out!!".
Right as Yalfire throws his powered up fist at Ryuu, Ryuu closes his eyes and vanishes in front of him.
"Wh-What the?!" Yalfire said out in surprise.
Yalfire turns his head and sees Ryuu behind him. Ryuu's body began to glow a bit as he then turns around to face Yalfire. Yalfire dashed towards Ryuu and throws a punch at him as Ryuu instinctively dodged it. Yalfire throws several more punches at Ryuu as he dodged them all instinctively and countered back with a gut punch.
"Did you guys see that?! He didn't just dodge Yalfire's Punches, but he landed a huge one on his own!!" Ace shouted out.
"Look at him. He's like a new fighter!" Atzuma said.
Ryuu then reawakens his Ultra Instinct -Sign- Form as everyone becomes surprised by this.
"That's Ultra Instinct!!" Everyone shouted out in surprise.
"It seems this fight will be one hell of a showdown. It's a good thing I somehow got here myself." A mysterious voice said.
Everyone turns their heads and sees Beerus walking up to them.
"L-Lord Beerus!!" Everyone shouted out in surprise.
"All right, you've milked this long enough. Show us what you can do, Ryuu. Show us your Ultra Instinct!" Beerus said, smiling as he pops his knuckles.
With his body pushed to his limits, he has broken through, and once again achieved the technique even the gods struggle to master. Autonomous Ultra Instinct.
"Now then..." Ryuu began to say. "Why don't you stop standing there and give me everything you got!"
