They were spending the day inside the old amphitheater and while he was studying for the endless exams and essays Nico was wandering around the stage looking at the old props. A mixed bag of other demigods were there too, perfecting their skit.

"That's a really cool sword," one of the girls said, approaching him. He dropped the mask as she came near.

"Thanks," he told her. He looked down at it, hanging off his side. He didn't feel like a gunslinger anymore but he remembered what had gone into the forging of it. A vast field of roses...
