I don't own Naruto or any of its characters, I'm just a fan I enjoyed the anime but I love the fanfics even more, they made me fall for the whole franchise.
Chapter 60
"Rasen, You have done well, the sales on the great Naruto-Sama were a great success." Gatō began addressing his fellow employees. Their group was located in a cheap run-down motel located in the red light district.
Gatō was not happy about that little fact because he was used to the high life. When his young boss arrived inside his luxurious hotel room even with all those guards outside. The previous shipping magnet understood that he should not take chances, the brat snuck into his civilian-manned mansion and then a ninja-manned hotel.
'What does he mean I'm wasting his money, it was mine first plus there is so much of it.' Gatō sighed, he had to make up excuses to his guard detail. Why are we here now? Who is that blonde gaki? Why do you listen to what he has to say?
'So many fucking questions' Gatō growled.
"Rasen, is everything ready for our departure?" Gatō questioned his second in command or was it third if you added the blonde boss to the mix? The short man shook his head at the stupid thoughts.
"HAI Gatō-Sama we are ready to leave, I will send Naruto-Sama a missive right away." Rasen pulled out a tag with a Kanji for 'Deliver' and 'Receive'. Gatō looked at the new form of communication the blonde had invented. He called it a 'TALK ANYWHERE YOU ARE' tag. Gatō decided to just name it a TAYA
Rasen placed a scroll on top of the tag and began writing down a message with a brush. The message was to tell the blonde they were leaving for Snow Country to meet up with a friend of Gatō's who can modernize the prototype communication tool called the TAYA.
The TAYA tag worked by storing a scroll in a pocket dimension that is shared with another TAYA tag. When one TAYA sends a scroll to the connected dimension the second TAYA will release smoke as a signal. The blonde was still working on that kink but he assured them he would send a perfected version with multiple connections and a refined alert system before the end of next week through the TAYA.
'At least I lucked out with this kid, he will push my previous company to greater heights.' Gatō watched Rasen send the scroll into the pocket dimension with a puff of smoke before standing up and looking at the rest of the hood rats.
Every one of them was a loser in Gatō's eyes but each one of them had a part to play and they had better play it well because Gatō was given a scroll with money. This was their allowance for the mission to YUKI NO KUNI.
"I have budgeted the spending for this task, I see that you are all living luxuriously, eating expensive foods, drinking expensive wines, and sleeping in king-sized beds." Gatō-Sama began, he was angry as he spoke the words the blonde spoke to him on the first night of the Chunin exams.
"I don't drink wine." Danko mumbled, glaring at Odama.
"I don't sleep on expensive beds." Rasen said, glaring at Odama
"I don't live luxuriously." Mango accused, seriously glaring at Odama.
"I just crashed with Gatō-Sama, and it was one night." Odama defended himself. Gatō's eyes widened, not having known that on the first night of the exams, he slept on the same bed with Odama. Gatō almost puked remembering the dream he had that night of 'Orimaru' swallowing his body whole, with him liking it.
'Why can't I get her out of my head.' Gatō growled inwardly, he is very afraid of the pale white woman he met in SUNA but somehow she kept popping up in his mind.
"LET US ALL DO A WONDERFUL JOB AND HAVE A GREAT JOURNEY TO SNOW COUNTRY!!" Rasen bellowed to the sky and began marching, heading to the expensive carriage the blonde let Gatō keep.
"What!! I don't have any Windbreaker!!!!" Odama screamed in shock wanting to run to a close by store but Rasen grabbed him with the help of Mango and Danko who were happy to help.
"NO!" That was all the explaining Odama received for why they would want him to die a freezing death. Odama decided it was the blonde's fault, whenever he showed up things changed, Odama didn't even get the girl at the ramen stand's name.
Gatō got inside the carriage and made himself comfortable. His luxurious little room was lifted and kept air born by his entourage. The former Shipping magnet pulled out a little green book the blonde handed him to keep himself occupied and to remember him by.
"Naruto." Gatō read the first word in the book and sighed.
'The boy's foresight is too broken.' He thought while they moved and a few minutes later left the village that they would be returning in a month to watch the Boss perform. Gatō had to bring important friends along and introduce them to Naruto-Sama, the child Billionaire.
They deserved that privilege Naruto told him and they would get many more with time, like an employee party or something like that. Gatō didn't know he was just happy to still be alive and doing what he loved doing, which is making money.

"Yes Jiraiya-Sama, last night Orochimaru made an appearance." Itachi informed the white-haired Sanin. The young Jōnin looked back to all his Genin who were facing the floor in shame. Each one of them claims to have forgotten to share that detail with the rest of the village by informing their superiors.
Since Naruto was the first to squeal he had to explain to the Jōnin how they figured out Orochimaru had infiltrated the exams and in which disguise. Naruto didn't like that he had to mention Kabuto because he couldn't straighten up a lie with Sasuke in the picture not like he was any good at the art of verbal deceit.
"The Jōnin of the Sound ninja was Orochimaru in disguise, did you know that?" Itachi asked his main suspects Naruto Uzumaki and Hinata Hyūga who he saw interacting with the disguised snake.
"Are we being suspected of working with the snake?" Naruto asked with a seriousness they didn't expect from him. Hinata looked at Naruto and couldn't see him perform, completely changing the subject to get away with things.
"Don't change the subject Gaki." Jiraiya warned dangerously with a threatening aura surrounding him which in his case was a bad idea because Naruto now had real reasons to be mad.
"I don't want to hear you talking about anything frog." Jiraiya stopped for a second and looked at Naruto before concluding from his reaction alone that the blonde did not like him personally.
'He hates me.' Jiraiya found it boggling that a boy who has met him for the first time could hate him so much and show such anger toward him. The toad sage watched as the Hyūga girl took one of the blonde's hands in her own and gave it a squeeze that had him calming down.
"My my, I am sure I was not invited here to talk about Orochimaru." Kakashi Hatake said in a lazy tone, really putting it out there that he did not want to be there longer than he had to be. Sasuke Uchiha could not agree more, the quicker they were done the faster he could try to pick the silver-haired Jōnin's head on ninja things like that A-ranked Jutsu of his, the Chidori.
"Kakashi-Senpai is right." Itachi said finding that they were going off-topic. If they got carried away the copy ninja might just make like a ninja and disappear in a puff of smoke the guy did copy more than a thousand jutsu that he can use practically if not efficiently.
"What are you doing here Jiraiya-Sama?" Itachi questioned the grizzly of a man. Jiraiya only blinked he was about to lie out his mouth but Naruto beat him to it.
"Hinata sensed him trailing us the whole way here." Jiraiya gapped, they knew he was following them. The Byakugan only gave its users a sensory field for detecting the usage of chakra. "And he was checking her out." Naruto revealed the Sanin got a disgusted glare from the Uchiha genin and a disappointed one from the Uchiha Jōnin.
"If you do that again I will kill you." Naruto threatened, it was only because of Hinata he didn't send a Kunai into the man's stomach through the usage of his Tranfer scroll. Naruto was about to talk some more but his pouch started leaking smoke like a smoke machine.
"Why are you smoking dobe?" Sasuke asked the Blonde who had not realized he was releasing smoke from his backside. Naruto looked behind him and smirked, Hinata felt his brattiness make its appearance.
"You are supposed to be some kind of 'Fuinjutsu Master' right?" Naruto asked and Jiraiya complained asking why the blonde made air quotes when asking that, which the blonde boy did not acknowledge.
Itachi raised an eyebrow when Naruto pulled out a tag that was releasing gas before placing his chakra inside and revealing a scroll that he tucked away in his pouch the gas stopped a second later.
"This is a talk anywhere you are tag." Hinata giggled and Naruto ignored her, having expected that from her by now. Naruto pulled out one tag and gave Itachi-Sensei before walking in the distance and writing down some words on a piece of paper and having it disappear in a puff of smoke.
A second later Itachi's tag began smoking and he did as Naruto did earlier. Itachi's, Jiraiya's and Kakashi's eyes widened when they realized what Naruto just did. Jiraiya was quick to grab the tag from Itachi's hand, letting the doodle Naruto drew of a Kunai fall on the ground.
"You made this? I don't understand a thing." Jiraiya admitted to the blonde who only basked in the shock everyone had. Sasuke didn't understand what was so important but Naruto was happy to explain it to everyone present.
"This tag and the one in your hands share a pocket dimension." That was all he said, Itachi was lost when it came to talks on different dimensions but Kakashi was not because his sensei was a fuinjutsu master and he picked up a few things from him.
"This is revolutionary gaki, this could change the……." Jiraiya was interrupted quickly by the blonde enigma.
"Relax perverted guy." Naruto said unapologetically, which made Jiraiya frown because of the name he was addressed as. "That is Uzumaki Naruto's property and I'm making it public." Naruto grinned at the looks of shock that crossed everybody's visage except Hinata of course who was privy to the tags beforehand.

It took some time but Naruto managed to satisfy Jiraiya's curiosity by letting him try to decipher the tag while Itachi explained to them Kakashi's purpose in training ground 3.
"Kakashi Hatake will be helping me with your training, he has mastered all 5 basic nature transformations and will give you tips on how to train your own." Naruto listened to Itachi explain to them while he looked at the bored-looking Jōnin he remembered catching him unsuspecting 2 years ago.
"Here you go Naruto-Kun, Sasuke-Kun, Hinata-Chan." Itachi handed them each a piece of paper they have all tried to acquire before but never could find. Only Jōnin could get it or Chūnin could purchase it in Anbu headquarters.
"I am sure you all paid attention in the academy." That was all Itachi said for them to understand what to do. Naruto watched Sasuke's paper wrinkle before bursting into flames. Hinata's got wet before wrinkling up as Sasuke's did. The blonde looked at his own and found it cut in half, he sighed.
'Only a wind affinity Ugh? Hinata has lightning and water, Duncan Mac Duckass got Lightning and Fire.' Naruto was disappointed that he only had one affinity but he decided to not feel jealous, it brought him problems back in wave.
"Two affinities at such young ages, that's impressive." Naruto looked back up at Jiraiya who spoke, finding the man standing next to Itachi and Kakashi who still looked bored out of his mind.
"A wind affinity is quite rare here in Konoha." Kakashi mumbled before he yawned, if it was not for his hair the guy could be confused for a Nara.
"Sasuke-Kun." Naruto looked to Sasuke who caught a red scroll thrown to him by their sensei.
"Naruto-Kun." Itachi threw two scrolls at the blonde who caught each in a hand before looking down at the scroll and finding a green scroll with the wind insignia and a blue scroll with a water insignia.
"The water scroll is for Hinata-Chan." Naruto nodded at Itachi and gave the other scroll to Hinata who held it softly.
"I am sorry Hinata-Chan but we don't have it in Braille, perhaps you can ask your teammates for help reading the instructions on the chakra control exercises." Itachi apologized to his female genin who smiled in his direction and nodded in gratitude.
"What do you mean Braille!! A blind Hyūga!" Jiraiya openly gapped at Hinata and received a glare from the blonde who didn't like people treating Hinata's blindness like some kind of fiasco.
"Yes Jiraiya-Sama, I am blind." Hinata replied unbothered by the older man's reaction which earned her said man's respect because he did not expect a blind child to chase a career such as the one they were in with her condition.
"Any questions?" Itachi asked and received a nod from his little brother Sasuke.
"Can I have a lightning scroll?" The raven-haired boy asked and got a nod from Itachi who caught the red scroll thrown back his way and threw a yellow scroll back at Sasuke.
"Here catch." Itachi threw a scroll at Sasuke and two more at Naruto. "These are jutsus you can start practicing to add to your arsenals.
"I won't say what they are because you will all be going up against each other in a month." Jiraiya had to give it to Itachi he was on top of his game. Kakashi felt like he was watching his sensei teach another team, he wondered if he could have been such a great sensei as well if he gave a team a chance.
"As for why Kakashi-Senpai is here." Itachi began and his genin stood straighter listening to his words like it was law. They all knew the man knew what he spoke of, only a fool would not absorb as much as they can from the once-in-a-generation prodigy.
"He will be taking over Sasuke's training during this month-long hiatus." Itachi felt a pang in his chest of jealousy when he found Sasuke smiling at the news but he let it go, maybe some time with Kakashi who preaches about teamwork would change his brother's attitude.
"What about us Itachi-Sensei." Hinata asked not liking the idea that she might get separated from her blonde lover.
"You are with me Hinata-Chan, as for Naruto-Kun…." Itachi looked toward Naruto and the Blonde blinked. Naruto growled when understanding dawned on him as to why the Sanin was roaming around the village.
"I believe Jiraiya-Sama would be better left to explain that." Itachi finished sending the blonde an apologetic look. Naruto knew where this was going, it was time for the 'BIG revelation'. The third was to chicken to tell him on his own, he had to send his lapdog.
"Naruto, We have important things to talk about in private." Jiraiya spoke up seriously, all semblance of a goof gone from his visage. Naruto tsk'd and looked to the white-haired grizzly of a man and controlled his visage.
It was like a switch, gone was the goof off that was the fuinjutsu and infiltration prodigy of the leaf village, and instead stood there a very cold gaze that seemed to bring a breeze in its wake. Jiraiya felt like he was in a sudden standoff with the blonde genin while his thick mane of white hair blew back and the blonde's thick mane blew forward.
Naruto's chakra felt like it was physically weighing on him. Jiraiya couldn't help but look down to see if there was a hand close to his throat because he felt like he was about to get strangled.
Itachi narrowed his eyes when he saw that look, the change was too sudden. It was like a switch that was turned and instead of a nice boy, a bad man stood across from him. He suddenly had a different opinion of Naruto Uzumaki.
'He is dangerous.' Itachi did not look at it from a strength point of view, he meant it from an assassination point of view. Suddenly the thought of Naruto being able to paint and deface the Hokage Monument with no one the wiser was not funny anymore. Naruto spying on Zabuza, Haku, Gatō, and Rokushō only cemented that he had skills in the art of Infiltration and Sabotage.
Kakashi was shocked to the core by those eyes, he remembered seeing them on another blonde before. At that moment Naruto was the very definition of Minato Namikaze. The Silver-haired Jōnin stood a little straighter, there was no mistaking it, Naruto was here to make a very big difference in the world.
'This I have to see.' Kakashi thought wondering what path Naruto would choose, those were the eyes of a person who knew who they were and where they were going.
"I already know the Nine-Tailed fox is sealed inside me." Kakashi gasped, the Jōnin actually gasped not expecting the blonde to say that at all. He looked to Jiraiya who was doing no better than he was because the man was frozen in the spot with his mouth still moving to talk with no words coming out.
"W-What do y-you mean, you know?" Jiraiya managed to ask bewildered still looking into those ice-cold eyes that stared him straight in his soul. Naruto lifted his turtleneck shirt and ran Chakra through his system, it did not take long for Kanji to appear in his abdomen shocking Sasuke who was not ready for such a surprise.
'A Jinchuriki.' Sasuke knew what Naruto was, there was a time when all the Uchiha clan spoke of was that word. A human sacrifice, a human weapon, a demon in human form, and the most accurate a human with a tailed beast sealed inside him, it was during those times he heard legends of the strongest Uchiha to ever live.
"It's pretty obvious, and I do like a nice bath. It would be downright ignorant of you to think I would just ignore this." Naruto's voice was cold as he spoke, the thought of them finding him so STUPID to not question the seals on his stomach was the worst insult anybody has hit him in his life.
"That does not explain anything." Jiraiya tried to tell the blonde but Naruto chuckled at his attempt. The first clue Naruto had of his status as the big ass seal running around his midsection. It took him about a month to understand what every stroke in there did, it was the first seal he ever studied after all.
"That tag you are holding is derived from the concept of a storage scroll, it should explain to you that I am already familiar with space-time seals If I can locate and isolate a dimension to send objects between tags." Naruto said bringing his shirt back down, before raising his left hand.
"She knows?" Itachi asked Naruto when Hinata got close to the Uzumaki seal genius, looking unsurprised by the knowledge Naruto just shared. A second later his arm dropped to wrap around Hinata's shoulders.
"Of course, she knows, she's my best friend." Naruto said with a smirk that Hinata returned as a small smile of her own. Naruto at seeing her loving gaze softened and he smiled honestly before his smile turned into a big grin.
Hinata got on her toes and gave Naruto a big fat kiss on his cheek that had him closing one eye and chuckling, completely changing his demeanor back to a sunny sky.
Sasuke looked away from the display of closeness between his two teammates. He was beginning to feel like a third wheel. At least he would be with Kakashi Hatake for the next month's training, in the Chunin exams he would stand tall above all of them.
"Can we get to my training now that the fox is out of the way?" Naruto asked impatiently but because his princess was still close by and wrapped around his arm he had a happy exterior going on now.
"I have to speak to the Hokage first, meet me back here tomorrow at 6 am sharp gaki." Jiraiya was having second thoughts, he found that 'winging it' was not the way to go. He should have communicated with the Hokage first so he was filled in on Naruto's life.
'He is not what I expected.' Jiraiya thought not liking the way Naruto looked at him, those eyes reminded him of his traitorous teammate for a second. The Sanin disappeared in a puff of smoke, performing a Shuushine to cover more ground.
"I guess I am the sage's new apprentice." Naruto offhandedly chuckled at the thought of following in his bastard of a father's footsteps but it was cool.
'He might have an Idea of where I can find the key.' Naruto was missing a piece to the seal on his stomach, a key to the formula of sorts, the Sanin might be able to point him in the right direction.

Hinata sighed when she sensed a new and familiar presence nearby or more specifically, the emotions emitting from the teen and old man spying on them from a distance.
Toneri did well to hide his presence from Hinata but it was for not because She still felt his jealousy that swerved around her form to try and strangle her blonde friend who didn't have her talents.
On the other note, she felt Sasuke's anger and refusal. There was something he really did not want to do and those two emotions were aimed at her blonde lover's back trying to make him disappear.
"What's wrong Hinata-Chan?" Hinata looked up to Itachi who posed the question. The heiress did not want to be separated from the boy holding her close but it was only for a month, Ino managed to survive. She would do her best to do so as well.
"A visitor of the Hyūga Clan is nearby with my grandfather, I think they are waiting to escort me back home." Hinata grabbed onto her lover's hand to calm him down when he got frustrated. Itachi saw that Hinata did not seem too eager to return home.
"Sasuke-Kun has an invitation for the both of you." Itachi revealed making Naruto raise an eyebrow at the absurd joke. Hinata felt Sasuke's defeat that came out as a sigh. The raven-haired boy looked at them with his eyes lingering on her before he spoke.
"My mother asked me to invite you guys for dinner." Sasuke told his teammates matter-of-factly. Naruto started wondering if the Uchiha were the only clan in the village because he was interacting with them a lot more than he would like.
"If you don't want to return home Hinata-Chan, we could make it a full-day event maybe get some training in before dinner." Itachi registered happiness in his emotions when Naruto jumped in the air screaming'YEAH!'. Hinata thought she had the best sensei in the world, he might have a cold and grim exterior but inside she knew he was one of the most caring people she knew.
"I would like that Itachi-Sensei, thank you." Hinata said bowing to her teacher.
"We would love to come along for dinner Sasuke-Kun." Hinata smiled Sasuke's way and bowed a little in gratitude. She knew the act had Sasuke feeling even more frustrated with her but this was her nature she was not going to act mean to him.
"Meet me in front of the Village gates at 6 am sharp tomorrow cute little genin." Kakashi waved and disappeared in a puff of smoke indicating a Shuushine being used.
"Give her a chance." Hinata told her blonde lover who became very quiet when he realized who exactly Sasuke's mother was.

I find it very weird that Sasuke did not know Kakashi had a Sharingan, I found it absurd that they spent 6 years in the academy or 4 years only to walk out with 3 jutsus and no knowledge of any individual who has left a mark in their village. Naruto being so surprised to see the Rasengan should have not happened because the fourth was his favorite Ninja right? He should have already known everything the guy held in his arsenal.
I like Jiraiya but I think it was very very inconsiderate of him to take a boy away for three years and not tell him he was his godfather, or tell him about his mother and father especially because the third Hokage already died, his laws should have been nullified but Jiraiya like his useless sensei died as well without telling the blonde. I call that manipulation, Plus three whole years without teaching him nature transformation or finding out what his chakra nature is, the definition of a neglect fanfic right there, he concentrated more on the fox's Chakra which means they were training Naruto to be a weapon for the leaf no matter what they preached about teammates and the will of fire.
Sasuke by the start of Shippuden had already mastered his lightning affinity and fire affinity as well as created many variants of the Chidori. Naruto learned how to break genjutsu which got a flashback for some reason and a bigger Rasengan. I swear I will have my Naruto throwing people with Rasengans by that point in Shippuden if you catch my drift because Boruto just mistakenly creating a technique is those loopholes we all hate in Naruto.
It seems Hinata is going to be training with the Uchiha prodigy Itachi Uchiha for the month. I wonder how badass she might become from those training sessions. Sasuke is heading out of the village with Kakashi, we will get a few chapters to explore their training and interactions. Naruto will of course be training with Jiraiya to get the tools he needs to put certain plans in motion.
Who is the idiot who thought a Fuinjutsu master like the blonde would not study the seal located on his abdomen?
