"A Remembrance of Time"
There was fighting on a bridge on top of another building was Luka watching and he knew who it was "So, our fates and our paths cross once again." Luka said.
He put on some glasses and saw clearly Bayonetta and Phantom fighting the bridge below them collapse Luka used his grapple hook to swing into action. He was close to Bayonetta he came close to grabbing her but however she was in Purgatorio so he went right through her and he hits a wall.
He took a moment to smell "Fleur de La Reine." Luka said.
"Made of Nerine, also known as diamond lilies, I think? The name Nerine is derived from the Nereids, or sea nymphs. Quite appropriate for this city." Luka said.
"Luka?" Bayonetta asked.
Luka got up "Will you quit calling me that! I'm a pet. Or a ca..." he stopped himself.
"Oh, wait. You said Luka. Not used to that." Luka said.
"Good to see you too." Phantom said.
"How are you, Bayonetta?" Luka asked.
"No matter where I am, you always know how to make an entrance." she said.
She bent down to pick up Luka's hat "Nice glasses." she said.
"Oh, these?" Luka asked.
"Rodin has a soft spot for Shinshu sake from Japan." Luka said.
Bayonetta put the hat on and begin posing in front of a window reflection Phantom made some cool poses too "It was an easy trade to get him to make these for me." Luka said.
"And don't get it twisted, Bayonetta, I'm not stalking you... This time, at least." Luka said.
Bayonetta handed Luka his hat back "Look, I know you've got nothing but secrets... Hell, that goes for any woman, right?" Luka asked.
"But if there's one thing I've learned in my line of work, it's when I've found you, I've found the story." Luka said.
"What on earth are you on about this time?" Bayonetta asked.
"Don't act dumb with me. You know the story better than anyone. The Umbra Witches and the Lumen Sages, two clas that wielded incredible power just 5oo years ago. The clans of the Overseer, watching us all with the "Eyes of the World"- the power to govern light and darkness. But now I know there really was an Overseer. And this Overseer is the one who created the Eyes of the World for humanity, the same ones that the clans held on to so hard. The Overseer was the true creator. The true god of the human realm. The God of Chaos." Luka explained.
"The God of Chaos?" both Bayonetta and Phantom asked.
"From what my research has told me, that god used to live right here in Noatun. That's why this place has gateways to each realm of the Trinity of Realities." Luka said.
"La Porta del Paradiso, the doorway to heaven, and La Porta dell'inferno, the real "Gates of Hell." Luka said.
Bayonetta gasped "There's a chance." Phantom said.
"Listen. I heard about Jeanne-" Luka said.
He was staring at Bayonetta's breasts. Loki popped out scaring Luka "What the!?" Luka's reaction.
"Some squirrels get all the nuts... You're a luck little fella, huh?" Luka asked.
"Never took you for an animal lover, Bayonetta." Luka said.
"What can I say? I took a liking to one of the locals." Bayonetta said.
"So he's your little tour guide, huh?" Luka asked.
"Look, I know this isn't the time to chat. Lemme see what I can find out to help you out." Luka said.
"Just don't stick your nose where it doesn't belong, Cheshire." Bayonetta said.
"Don't you worry about my nose. I can smell trouble when I see it. You just take care of yourself." Luka said.
"With Cereza around she's the big guns." Phantom said.
Luka used his grapple hook to grapple out of there as he got into the wind the grapple hook loses weight and Luka fell down Bayonetta sigh in annoyance "I know right? let's hope you don't end up with him." Phantom said.
The three headed off they encountered angels Phantom used the angels own weapons against them while Bayonetta used torture attack. After defeating the angels they follow Loki who look like he had a headache "What's wrong?" Bayonetta asked.
Loki almost threw his card at Bayonetta who was confused by this. Loki screamed in pain he saw a image flashing "What's this...?" Bayonetta asked.
"I don't know." Phantom said.
Soon a giant wave came at them Loki used some kind of magic to slow down time "Hurry! There's no time!" Loki said.
Bayonetta transformed into her panther and Phantom jumped on top of her. They reached the other side of the river "Where did you learn that trick, little one? I've never seen a witch-or a sage, for that matter pull off something like that!" Bayonetta ask Loki.
"C'mon, love! Y-you think I'm just gonna tell you my secrets when I don't even know whose side you're on!?" Loki asked.
"We're pretty much on the side of good mate." Phantom said.
"Alright. It seems I can control the "Remembrance of Time." That's a big deal here." Loki said.
"It seems?" Bayonetta asked.
"I mean. No. I got nothing else to say, love." Loki said.
A thought came to Bayonetta "The Remembrance... of Time." she said.
She looked at Jeanne's watch to see how much longer she's got "What's that you're lookin' at?" Loki asked.
"Right. Let's go. I've got a party, and I've no intention of being late." Bayonetta said.
"No kidding." Phantom said.
They went inside the buildings ruins Loki was in pain again and they saw a vision it seems like Loki but with blue colors Loki threw cards at the vision and seems to restore time in the building. "Wow." Phantom said.
"I have other affairs to focus on another universe version of you and Team Bayonetta." the voice said in Phantom's ear.
They went to the top and found another structure in the distance.
I just want to let you readers know I'm working on another Bayonetta trilogy that does not share the same story as the games.
