While Team Light, Ben, and some of the Isekai group was going after Albedo to get the Ultimatrix Yuto decided to go raid a Plumber base and steal what he can from there to not only help out Ben's group, but Team Light, the Isekai groups, and his team. Zed was also good in health though a little malnourished so Yuto with the help of Shadow Clones made a lot of food for everyone there. Good thing for Yuto that Zed loves his cooking which made it easier for him to befriend her. Yuto had also asked his lovers to help with Zed while he goes raid this Plumber base.
While they wanted to go with him Yuto convinced them not to as besides Kurumi, they can't disguise themselves which could cause problems if their faces were out there. They had reluctantly agreed as the Transformation Jutsu while a low Rank Jutsu would drain their chakra and they would have to keep a mental focus on it. While they could also use some cloth or something to help there was always a chance it could be destroyed in some way, and they didn't have a way to prevent it.
That being said Kurumi as she has a way to disguise herself will be going with him.
"Zero-One Henshin Tron~" Yuto sings.
Yuto was surrounded by numerous sky-blue colored orbs. A big orb and a small orb went zooming to his head. The big orb collided with the back of his head while the small orb collided with his face that wasn't covered by his visor. The big orb became helmet of Megaman X, and the small orb became a Gundam-faceplate that covered the rest of his face. 5 more orbs 1 bigger than the orb that became the helmet and 4 small orbs a bit bigger than the one that the one that became the faceplate. The big one collided with his torso while the 4 small ones collided with his limbs forming the Kamen Rider ZeroZero-One's form minus the Forceriser with the yellow changed to sky blue and the Tekkadan in sky blue on a black shield on the chest where the heart is. Another 3 orbs one orb the same size as the first orb and 2 small orbs collided with his chest and feet respectively. The chest and shoulder plates of Kamen Rider Zero-One's Shining Assault Hopper form on it and the 2 small orbs became the Rocket-Skates of Shadow the Hedgehog with the red replaced with sky blue. Then one big red orb the size of a person came in front of Yuto and became Yuto's Red Phantom Dragon Sword that then stabs into the ground. Yuto places his hand on the handle and lifts it up and starts swinging it like a master swordsman. Then six red orbs hit Yuto's back and became holsters. Another five red orbs became the Red Hollow Dragon Sword, Red Twin Dragon Fang Swords, Red Twin Dragon Claw Swords and went into the holsters completing the transformation.
After he was done transforming and Kurumi enters the seal, he puts away his sword as he flies off to the location of the secret Plumber base Daito found while hacking into their database.

Zero-One arrives near the secret Plumber base thanks to a new upgrade he gotten call Optical Camouflage that allows him to deploy an external camouflage membrane over himself so he can blend into his environment and making him look invisible.
"Are you two ready for this?" Zero-One asks as Daito was hacking into the Plumber's base's systems, so they could catch them unaware.
"Yes. The systems are hacked, so we have the advantage as their cameras and defense systems are down." Daito reports as Kurumi emerges from the seal in her anthro form.
"Are you sure they won't be able to get them online?" Kurumi asks not doubting Daito but one lesson they all learned was to never underestimate their enemies.
"I'm positive. I even set up numerous time-consuming traps that are extremely hard to break out of for most people. I even left a couple copies of myself in their systems as well just in case." Daito said not taking any offense to Kurumi's question.
"Now let's get this party started shall we?" Zero-One said holding up two Rasengan Bombers in his two hands.
"Twin Rasengan Bombers!" Zero-One throws them at the base creating two big explosions.
"What do you think you're doing!?" Gwen angerly demands as she and Kevin arrives to the base the moment they heard the Twin Rasengan Bombers hit the Plumber base.
"Oh? See, that would be intimidating if you were… well, intimidating." Zero-One mocks Gwen causing Daito and Kurumi to hold back their laughing
"Grr... Are you mocking me!?" Gwen demands enraged.
"Oh, no, no, no, no, no… Pfft, yeah." Zero-One admits smirking.
"Now that we had out pre battle talk it's time to fight and every good fight needs a song and this song I think fits me pretty well." Zero-One said remembering his past as music starts playing just as Gwen activates the Omnitrix and transforms in a flash of green light while Kevin absorbs some steel.

"Spidermonkey!" Spidermonkey yells out as the transformation was done.
Forced to apologize
"Fire Style: Flamethrower Jutsu!" Kurumi calls out as she shoots out a Jetstream of fire from her mouth at Spidermonkey and Kevin.

"Chant of Toth!" Spidermonkey calls out as she creates a mana barrier to protect herself and Kevin from the fire.
I'm taking back all this wasted time
Several Plumbers came out with blasters.
Feeling like a landmine
They then start firing at Zero-One and Kurumi.

But they easily dodge the energy blasts from their weapons.

"Fire Style: Fox Tail Inferno!" Kurumi calls out as she creates nine tails out of high temperature fire and lashes them out at the Plumbers.
I've been hit flip the switch
The Plumbers tries to dodge the flaming tails.
I'm done swallowing your cyanide
But it was pointless as they were hit anyways and were burned and knocked out leaving Spidermonkey to fight by herself against Zero-One and Kurumi.
Somethings snapped so watch your step
"Blaze Kick!" Zero-One launches a flaming kick at Spidermonkey.
Now I'm ready to ignite
Spidermonkey tries to dodge but Zero-One was faster and hits Spidermonkey.

Spidermokey was thrown away from the force of the kick and burned.

"Gwen!" Kevin yells out in concern for his girlfriend.

"Look after yourself first! Blaze Kick!" Kurumi kicks Kevin as well causing a dent of melted metal in his chest as he was thrown away as well.

"Heatblast!" Spidermonkey in a flash of green light changes into Heatblast.

"Take this!" Heatblast yells out as she fires a steam of fire at Zero-One.

"Water Style: Water Hydra Dragon Jutsu!" Zero-One calls out as he creates a giant hydra made out of water with nine heads.

The Hydra takes on the fire Heatblast is firing.

The Hydra steams but Zero-One adds more water to it.

"This isn't working." Heatblast said before she activates the Omnitrix and again in a flash of green light she transforms.

"Cannonbolt!" Cannonbolt yells out before rolling up into a ball and speeds towards the hydra.

"Idiot." Kurumi comments upon seeing what Gwen was doing.

"Fire Style: Fire Spin Jutsu!" Kurumi calls out as she counter attacks with a vortex of fire from her at the Mana beams.

Zero-One then forces the hydra to start crushing Cannonbolt with water pressure.

"Abaeo Exorior!" Cannonbolt stops the beams of Mana and create a dome of Mana and disappears.

Kevin then comes back and transforms his arms into swords.

Cannonbolt reappears besides him.

"Kevin, we need to get out of here." Cannonbolt said in an angered and worried tone.
Than surrender and live like a tragedy
"What!? Why!?" Kevin asks in shock looking at her.

"Well, they're gone." Kurumi said. "Also, that song really does fit you in a way."
"Yeah, it does doesn't it." Zero-One said thinking about his life as Naruto before the day he became Yuto. The day Zelretch gave him his powers, Daito, and everything else.
"It's hard to wield power without leaving some tears in your wake, isn't it?" Kurumi softy asks Yuto thinking about the people she killed that didn't deserve.
"Yeah, it is." Zero-One softy said. "Come on. We should hurry up and grab what we can before they get back."
"Right." Kurumi said as they enter through the hole Zero-One made.
Eventually they came across a vault that Daito immediately started hacking.
"We're in." Daito said after hacking the vault's security and the door opens up.
"Time to start grabbing what we can." Zero-One said. "Shadow Clone Jutsu!"
Zero-One creates a dozen Shadow Clones, and he then commands them to grab what they can.
"Got it boss!" The Shadow Clones said doing just that with Kurumi helping them out.
While they were doing that the original Zero-One opens a drawer and in the drawer were two Nemetrix lookalikes only one was sky-blue and the other was lavender purple
"What are these?" Zero-One questions upon seeing them. He picks them up.
"They look like the Nemetrix only different colors." Zero-One said taking a good look at them.
"Scanning. Got it." Daito said.
"What are they?" Zero-One asks Daito.
"Apparently they are prototypes of the Nemetrix the device Kazuo has." Daito said.
"Wait that red colored device?" Zero-One questions.
"Yes. The sky-blue one is called the Dinotrix which transforms the user into different prehistoric creatures on earth while the lavender purple one is called the Anitrix which allows the user to transform into different modern animals." Daito explains.
"That's kinda cool." Zero-One admits. "Any side effects?"
"Same side effects as the Nemetrix." Daito said answering Zero-One's question.
"I think I'll give them to Zed." Zero-One said.
"Are you sure?" Daito asks his partner.
"Yeah, since if she has them then she will be able to stand a better chance against some of our enemies and be able to defend herself." Zero-One said stating why he wants to give them to Zed.
"Those are some good points." Daito said conceding the argument.

Yuto and Kurumi got back from raiding the Plumber base and had drop off their loot.
"Whoa you guys stole a lot." Oda comments in the amount of items they stolen.
"Well, stealing is in the job description of Shinobi, so we were doing our job. Plus, the less weapons or gear they have the less damage they could do. Not to mention it gives us more of an advantage." Kurumi said stating the facts.
"True." Yakumo said as Zed with a new collar being a sky-blue version of her old collar with the two middle side spikes gone and a dog tag with her name written on it comes into the room and Yuto goes to pet her.
"Hey girl." Yuto said with a smile as Zed starts licking him. "Hey! hahaha! That tickles! Hahaha!"
"He really enjoys having her around doesn't he?" Oda asks rhetorically.
"Eh considering what we all been through and what he has been I think its great he has her." Yakumo said shrugging.
"True." Oda said conceding the point.
"Yuto." Daito said with hologram popping up.
"What is it Daito?" Yuto asks causing Zed to stop licking him.
"I am going to study the Anitrix and the Dinotrix and see if there are any problems and if I can do any upgrades on them so, I'm going to need you to leave me with Dr. Jobs for a bit." Daito said.
"K." Yuto said taking off Daito's parts and bringing him to Dr. Jobs.

Since Daito was doing some studying on the Anitrix and the Dinotrix to make sure there isn't any problems or if there is any upgrades he can do on them Yuto decided to go out walking Zed for a bit.
Yuto while walking bumps into someone.
"Omph." A female voice and Yuto said together.
"Oh sorry about that!" Both said as before looking at each other. The girl blushes at Yuto's looks while Yuto takes a good look at who he bumped into.
The girl he bumped into looks to be 16 and has long blonde hair with pinkish purple eye. There was also two distinct whisker marks on either side of her face. She wears a black sleeved dress with a red collar, a star on the chest area, a red skirt, white socks that go over her knees, red shoes, Sa red hairband, and red lipstick. She was also wearing her hair in a ponytail (Lucy Mann but think a UAF version).
"I'm Lucy. Lucy Mann." The girl said introducing herself.
"I'm Yuto. Yuto Emiya and this is my dog Zed." Yuto said as Zed barks. Lucy becomes surprised when she saw Zed.
"No way! A Anubian Baskurr! I was wanted to see one!" She said excitedly. "Can I pet them?"
Yuto looks at Zed who nods.
"Sure you can pet her." Yuto said as Lucy kneels down and starts petting her.
"So you know about Zed's species are you a Plumber, related to a Plumber or something?" Yuto asks.
"No I'm not a Plumber as thanks to Max Tennyson and Gwen the Plumbers are pretty much a joke now. My Cousin-in-Law is a Plumber though. He stayed in the Plumbers to try and get them back to the right path, but it's been tough." Lucy admits as she and Zed enjoy the petting session.
"Nothing worth doing is easy." Yuto said.
"Yeah that's true." Lucy agrees. "So, what brings you to Bellwood?"
"Me, my friends, and some other groups came to Bellwood to explore it." Yuto said as that was true in a way.
"I see. As much as I like to stay and talk its getting late." She said as she gets up and looks at the darkening sky.
"Yeah it is. Do you want to hang out sometime?" Yuto asks as Zed barks in agreement.
"Sure. How about tomorrow then?" Lucy asks.
"Sure. See you then." Yuto said as he and Zed walks back to base. Lucy watches them go.
"That boy was really handsome. I hope I can see him again." Lucy said.
"Oh, but you will." A male voice said behind causing her to jump in surprise. She tries around to see who was behind when suddenly she fell unconscious. The figure was then revealed as Lucemon.
"For you will be the bait for my plan." Lucemon said with an evil smirk. "Ahahahahahah!"
