DCOU: Violet Lantern

Prologue
Billions of years ago, a race of immortal alien beings known as the Oans declared themselves as Guardians of the Universe, and established an intergalactic police force, first the Manhunters, and then the Green Lantern Corps, enhanced by the emerald energy of willpower, the centre of the Emotional Spectrum. However, questioning the belief that life should be without emotion, a tribe of female Oans left the home planet of Oa, and ventured across the universe.
Eventually, they found a distant planet dubbed 'Zamaron', and there they uncovered something; growing across within a small cave were the embraced remains of an Adam and Eve, purely crystallised, on a world believed to be long dead. Sensing their intimacy, the Oan women, renaming themselves the Zamarons, harnessed the light from this mighty gem: the violet energy of love.
As the universe was divided into 3600 sectors, power rings powered by the energy of love were forged and sent to every sector of the universe to select a recruit. In order to be chosen by the ring, it is said that one must be worthy of not only taking love, but giving love. Together, these recruits formed the intergalactic warriors and protectors of love known as the Star Sapphire Corps...
