(200 miles outside of the city of Vacuo)

Built into the side of a cliff, looking older and somewhat shabby but still solid and tough, sat a rather large warehouse that has a large rolling door built into it. Inside, we find a somewhat basic setup for a garage, a rolling toolchest, basic pump jack, the essentials.

"Fire up the engine, Sage!" Called a man's voice out from under a fire red muscle car.

The engine sputtered and coughed for a moment, before roaring to life with a fury. With a cheer, the man underneath the car moved out and got up off the hovering board he used to get in under the car.

Standing at a rather towering height of 6 feet and 5 inches, he was muscled to match, bearing a six-pack of abs and clearly defined pectorals, with his arms and legs corded with muscle. he was dressed rather plainly in a white tee shirt, a pair of blue, slightly torn up jeans, held up by a brown leather belt with a spiral symbol on the buckle, all tied up with a pair of red and white trainer shoes. His face could very easily be described as handsome, with a very well-cut jaw, making for quite a picture with his wild, golden blond hair. The part of him that many people described as the most unique part of his appearance though, was his eyes. Displaying prominent heterochromia, his left eye was a startling shade of deep blue, much like a rather deep ocean, while his right eye was colored a rather stark silver color. This man is Naruto Rose, older brother of one Summer Rose, Ex-huntsman, and former squad lead of his group.

"Sage, any signs of engine trouble?" asked Naruto, wiping his forehead and hands with a rag, before giving it a toss into the dirty rag bin.

"I'm detecting a bit of low pressure in cylinder four, as well as a miniscule amount of buildup in the dust ignition chambers, but nothing beyond ordinary levels." Replied a feminine voice, though it also sounded rather robotic.

That was no surprise, considering the owner of said voice was in-fact a robot. More accurately, Sage was an artificial intelligence (A.I.), designed by the genius of his ex-squad to aid them in the maintenance of their equipment and their base of operations, as well as serve as the den mother in all but name of their time during schooling at beacon, often reining in the more rambunctious of the crew.

"Excellent, that means she's almost ready for at test drive!" Exclaimed Naruto, a grin prominent on his face at the thought of driving his time-wasting project after a year of working at finding the parts and restoring the car to its near new condition.

"If it's a high-speed drive you want, you could always take the…" began Sage, before being interrupted by Naruto.

"You know I'm not taking her out unless I have a reason to Sage, and as far as I can tell, there is no reason right now" stated Naruto with a grimace, thinking on the relic of his past he had down in his basement, covered and waiting in nothing less than perfect condition, having been repaired and put to bench duty after the incident that wrecked her in the first place.

"…Naruto, it's been twelve years since the accident, you have to move on sooner or later, it's not healthy. Besides, Summer wouldn't want this for you…" started Sage, almost knowing how the conversation was going to proceed.

"SUMMER ISN'T HERE SAGE!" shouted Naruto, tears streaming down his face. "SHE'S NOT HERE BECAUSE I WASN'T FAST ENOUGH, BECAUSE I WASN'T THERE IN TIME TO HELP HER!" He was heaving breath now, having yelled at the top of his lungs to try and make his point.

For a moment, all that could be heard was the sound of his hard breathing while he struggled to get himself calm, to rein his emotions back in under his control. Sage, meanwhile, was silent, waiting for him to calm himself before restarting the conversation. After another few minutes of breathing, he began to calm down, wiping the tears from his face.

"I'm sorry Sage, I lost myself there…" muttered Naruto, staring at the ground between his feet, not lifting his head out of shame for yelling at the one consistent entity in his life for the past ten years. Out of nowhere, an alarm began blaring, red lights flashing all throughout the garage.

"Class one Grimm horde detected!" announced Sage, sounding somewhat angered about them showing up at their home of all places.

"How many and what seems to be apart of the horde?" questioned Naruto, frowning and walking to a container in the back of the shop. Having made his own classification system for Grimm hordes, he had a rough idea of how many there would be but wanted a proper assessment if possible.

"Approximately 150 Grimm, composed mostly of Beowolves and Ursas, with at least 5 goliath Grimm in the hoard." Responded Sage, analyzing the horde from sensor and camera data they had for an early warning system.

The sentence froze Naruto in his tracks, not the numbers, no he could handle those. The 5 goliaths were what surprised him. There weren't any supposed to be near him, he made sure of that when he set up here. With that knowledge there could only be one answer to the reason they were here.

"So, the dark one found me and dislikes that I'm still alive, huh?" rumbled Naruto, finishing up the process of putting in his gear. He was now wearing a friction proof, full-body suit, with extra padding on the shoulders, elbows, outer thighs and lower legs. Grabbing a set of red-framed, blue shaded sunglasses, he slipped them on over his eyes and opened his eyes to see the Heads Up Display (H.U.D.) he had grown accustomed to ever since his former squad mate designed it for them.

Grabbing his twin swords, he attached them to his back and proceeded to head over to the lift in the back by his container that held his gear. He didn't like that he needed to do this, but with 5 goliaths in the herd, he had no other option but to use his greatest asset on hand. And he would, if only to spite the dark queen who wished for his death.

As the lift lowered him into the basement, he walked towards a large tarp covering a low to the ground package, only reaching his waist in height. As he ripped the tarp off, he smiled at the sight that greeted him, "hey there old girl, been a few years, hasn't it?" he questioned.

His pride and joy, a car that was incredibly low to the ground, with a sharpened front bumper that smoothly rose to the rotating cockpit, with two blades aligned on either side of the cockpit. A car that he had designed personally along with his teammates as the pointy tip of the spear of their squad and formation.

When the hard light entry side to his cockpit receded, he hopped in the car, turning on the engine for the first time in twelve years. As she roared to life with a fury that had been building for 12 years, Naruto only had one thing to say as he slammed the gas pedal to the floor.

"These are some Hot Wheels."

And like that, the Saber flew out the ramp up to the surface, ready to show her fury to the world once more, and greet the Grimm horde with teeth and steel.
