I have decided to write a fanfic where Naruto is taken by Orochimaru after his fight with sasuke in the valley of the end. He is then trained by the sannin along with Sasuke and they become a very strong duo rivaling the Akatsuki
Yea yea a bit of a cliche but I always wanted a fanfic where Naruto and Sasuke work together as rogue ninja
Anyways on with the first chapter!

Naruto stayed there...unconscious, taken by a figure through hallways and into a room he was left there with seals all over his body not permitting him to even use chakra. Waking up groggily he looked around the room. Basic bed and nightstand nothing more, a random person noticing he awoke dragged him to a main room
"I see you have awoken...Naruto-kun"
Naruto slowly opened his eyes saw one of the men he mostly despised...Orochimaru
"Sup snake bastard now where is Sasuke! Tell me or I'll kill you!" Naruto screamed out much to the amusement of Orochimaru who grinned but didn't respond to the blonde
Orochimaru removing his distance bit down on Naruto's neck putting his cursed seal on Naruto making him scream in pain yet he seeked his friend. A loyal one indeed
"Damn you, Orochimaru, where is Sasuke!" Naruto screamed trying to break free but finally noticed it was futile when he saw the tags along his body. Stopping he sighed in defeat when Sasuke walked in shooken seeing Naruto there
"What's the dobe doing here! And why did you give him the curse mark?" Sasuke asked raged and what Orochimaru had done after all he dragged Naruto all the way here the snake better not try to kill the blonde
Orochimaru chuckled "Sasuke-kun go i'll be training you later right now I need to talk to Naruto-kun"
Sasuke scoffed but left the room along with Kabuto leaving Naruto alone with the snake
"What do you want from me" Naruto said, looking around the room desperately wanting to escape thinking he was going to die. Yet Orochimaru responded with a calm tone "Naruto-kun I wish to take you on as a student along with Sasuke-kun"
"What?" Naruto asked dumbfounded
"That fool Jiraiya would have taught you anything Naruto-kun all he would have done is rasengan training and training you using the kyuubi. Naruto-kun that isn't you...I can train you in every way that man wouldn't ill show you your true potential" Orochimaru grinned
"I-I see i'm guessing Konoha thinks im dead" Naruto sighed in sadness
"Yes in fact they cheered on your death blaming you for the escape of Sasuke" Orochiamru mused out laughing..."With my training and the cursed seal Naruto you'll be unstoppable" He added licking his lips
Naruto chuckled "Those bastards never liked me...I guess I have no choice but I still hate you"
"Great Naruto-kun lets get those seals of you and join Sasuke-kun"
Walking out the room Naruto was given a white short sleeve jacket with the uzumaki swirl and baggy ninja pants walking into the room Sasuke wore the same thing from Konoha both without their ninja headbands
"So you two will be trained by Orochimaru huh copying me already dobe" Sasuke grinned
"Shut it teme" Naruto retorded sitting down waiting for his new sensei
Walking in Orochimaru sat on his throne in front of them "First I would like to talk to both of you first you Naruto...what do you know of the Uzumaki Clan?"
"Wait...I have a clan?" Naruto shaken at the claim payed attention to the rest of the talk
"Yes indeed they were one of the strongest clans enough to rival the senju and uchiha. They had their own village called The Land Of Whirlpools, they were seal masters far beyond belief. During the 3rd great ninja war they became a very dangerous threat to the main hidden villages and were a target. Kumo, Iwa along with Kiri all attacked them. The battle lasted a whole week with Uzushiogakure falling and killing everyone, they requested help from Konoha but it never came. They were betrayed by everyone left to die Naruto-kun. From what I know only 2 uzumaki remain being you and Karin a girl being hidden in one of my hidden bases''
Naruto and Sasuke stood there in awe, Naruto couldn't believe he actually had a clan but wait did that mean he actually knew who his parents were...
"Who were my parents?"
"Naruto-kun your parents were Uzumaki Kushina and the Yondaime Namikaze Minato"
Sasuke was about to fall unconscious from all of this. Naruto not only came from a massacred clan like him but he was the son of a kage not just any kage but the hero of the village
Naruto stood there not saying a word 'They knew all this and never told me...' "I see that's why you wanted to tell me, because everyone around me knew but me. I was betrayed as was my clan" Naruto sad and Orochimaru nodded
"Now onto you Sasuke...The Uchiha massacred by Itachi do you really think he was alone? Im sure the village had ordered him to do it"
"YOU'RE WRONG!"
"No Sasuke-kun I have reason to believe the village ordered Itachi to do it. This is why I told you because both of you are royalty yet were treated horribly that is why I am asking you to join me in killing Itachi and the Hidden Leaf Village"
"Im in" Both genin responded in unison as Orochimaru gave them scrolls and Sasuke a Chokuto and Naruto a Ninjato
"Now Naruto-kun tell me what you know about those shadow clones of yours"
"Uh...I use them for combat an-"
Orochimaru cut him off "Kukuku Naruto-kun from now on you will never use them for combat. You havent realized and that stupid pervert hasn't told you that you recieve the memories of your clones"
"Does that mean ill be able to train more things over a shorter span?" Naruto asked curiously. He was a little happy he'd learn more things he was tired of having to spam shadow clones every time he had to fight someone
"Yes exactly Naruto-kun. You see Naruto-kun who better to train you? Now let's talk about making variants of the rasengan"
After a long day of training in ninjutsu and kenjutsu Naruto and Sasuke made their way to their rooms when Naruto broke the silence "Do you trust him?"
"No I don't but we need to get strong Naruto and just so you know Itachi is mine yes you will be with me as partners when it happens but don't you lay a finger on him unless I tell you dobe" Sasuke said to Naruto who smiled at his currently only
"The great teme actually accepting me as a teammate im flattered" Naruto laughed out making Sasuke scoff and rush into his room closing the door
Naruto went into his own room closing the door he sat on the floor looking over scrolls given to him by Orochimaru
"Fuinjutsu huh...let's see what I can do" Naruto opening the scrolls began to read with shadow clones on the basics of fuinjutsu. Orochimaru had told him if he learned enough he could loosen the seal and gain access to a tail of chakra without losing control
Another thing was variants of the rasengan...what would he do? A dome like the kaiten from neji I mean it was a bunch of chakra swirls wasn't the rasengan the same thing? Or perhaps multiple rasengans at a time?
Sasuke in his own room began reading his kenjutsu scrolls since he and Naruto were very good at kenjutsu he wanted to make sure he was always a step above the dobe. He was till shook over the revelations of the uzumaki clan and his own clans betrayal, if it was true he would burn Konoha to the ground
Back In Konoha
"DAMN IT!" Tsunade slammed her desk, breaking it in half while Jiraiya and Kakashi stood there. When she got the report on the mission she cried, she had lost another loved one like nawaki and dan now Naruto what what she do without him...But when Jiraiya told her he was still alive just missing she flipped out
"Im telling you Tsunade-hime he's alive he's still okay according to the toads it was most likely that he was taken by Orochimaru" Jiraiya responded
"Kakashi I want you to find them both! I am putting all the blame on you for this FIND THEM JIRAIYA AND KAKASHI!" She screamed out. She was very afraid if he was found alive then she would have to turn him into a missing nin a long with Sasuke if they weren't found within the next months
Pulling a bottle of sake from the bottom drawer of the desk she began to drink it all. 'Dammit Naruto please come back to me' She let out streams of tears down her eyes chugging the sake bottle reminiscing her times with Naruto
Jiraiya and Kakashi walked off and remained silent till Jiraiya spoke "Kakashi I need you too search the nearby villages on search for Naruto I will look at my contacts on Orochimaru to see if they have any information"
"Jiraiya-sama...do you think he told Naruto about his heritage" Kakashi spoke out much to the same thoughts of Jiraiya who also feared that would happen
"I...If he's any near the snake he is he will and then it will be the end for us and Konoha so we need to find him before it gets worse"...If Naruto were to found out he would seek revenge not only that but he could unleash the kyuubi in the middle of the village
'Please Naruto be alright I can only hope the Akatsuki wont go after you. If its true Orochimaru has you in his grasp I swear ill kill him!' Jiraiya mentally cursed his teammate for causing all this trouble
Back in the Konoha's 12 favorite eating spot stood the genin and chunin silently sitting there. Sakura had gotten news of Naruto's defeat and death on Sasuke's hands and she left like maybe going a long with Naruto. She had sent Naruto to get Sasuke not caring for him only for the Uchiha it was her fault he was dead
"I cant believe he's dead" Ino whispered, making them flinch and they all let down tears if only they were stronger to have helped Naruto fight Sasuke in the battle. Neji blamed Sakura but never voiced it, she was the one that pushed Naruto to save Sasuke based on her personal needs not those of Naruto. To Neji, Sakura was trash that never should have become a ninja
Hinata's train of thoughts were the same with her being the one crying to most of the group. She loved Naruto and for him to die in a battle with Sasuke just like that was devastating for her but she didn't believe it fully. 'I wont believe it till I see you Naruto-kun I refuse to believe you're dead just like that'
Shikamaru took it the hardest not being there with them but in his room which he hadn't left since coming back. He too blamed himself for leading such a shitshow of a mission to retrieve Sasuke, he disregarded Naruto and let him die this horrible way. 'Im sorry Naruto I don't know what ill do without my best friend' Shikamaru screamed in pain crying the whole night mourning the loss of his closest friend
Besides his closest friends and some ninja nobody seemed to care Naruto had died, of course they did not celebrate because of how close Naruto was to the Hokage but they were secretly happy the kyuubi brat was now gone
Hinata now leaving the restaurant walked along the village wondering if Naruto was really dead...If he was where was the body? She had to ask Jiraiya the sannin Naruto's sensei. Using her byakugan she located Jiraiya who was looking over Konoha in a nearby cliff
Rushing over there she stood behind Jiraiya although he noticed her quickly turning around "What do you need genin?" He asked
"Jiraiya-sama tell me the truth were is Naruto-kun" She asked making him flinch realizing his movements he sighed in defeat answering "You're right theres a high chance Naruto is alive and taken away to Orochimaru"
Hinata wanted to scream out in happiness hearing her blonde boy was still alive but Jiraiya cut her off..."Listen you cant tell anyone of it will cause chaos in the village I need to find Naruto alone" He added
"I understand in the mean time ill get stronger!" She exclaimed with rare confidence smiling going to the Hyuga compound
(1 Year Later)
"Bring it Sasuke-teme!" Naruto and Sasuke clashed blades fighting for strength with Naruto always winning he pushed Sasuke away however in speed Sasuke came out on top
In a burst of speed Sasuke tried to cut Naruto in his leg but jumping up the Uzumaki slammed is free left hand into Sasuke's jaw making him crash into a wall putting away his sword Naruto followed the example waiting for Sasuke to make a move
Ox - Rabbit - Monkey ..."Chidori!"
"Rasengan!"
The techniques slammed into each other fighting for the dominance, both began to use the curse mark as it covered half their body making them 2x stronger creating a barrier around them as they screamed
Eventually it was too much pressure as it created a explosion sending them both back
Sasuke creating a single hand seal Naruto recognized both screamed out
"Chidori Nagashi '' (Chidori Current) A variant of the chodori that sasuke made. Lightning began to cover the arena they were in as Naruto put his hands out and screamed
"RasenHogo Shirudo!" (Protective Shield Rasengan) An A-rank Naruto created based of the rotation of the rasengan all he had to do was put his hands out and a blue barrier shaped like a ball appeared around him blocking most if not any attacks lower than S-rank
Dropping both their techniques and curse seal they both grinned looking at each other, it was a short battle yet they were always excited to face off against each other
"Naruto-kun Sasuke-kun I have a mission for both of you" Orochimaru called out. He himself was impressed at their level of growth they showed. Both being mid jounin ninjas in only a year of training was truly remarkable. "I need you both to and fetch me a scroll in a hideout and bring it to me dont worry about your time this will take a while"
"Hai sensei" Naruto responded walking away
"Sure Orochimaru" Sasuke responded not bothering to call him sensei much to his annoyance
Packing up their stuff they walked about with a change of clothes neither of them wearing the Konoha headband
Naruto now with longer hair going down to his shoulders wore a simple outfit, he had on a black short sleeve shirt with the uzumaki crest on his back with orange shinobi pants similar to the ones he had in Konoha. His Ninjato was strapped to his upper back not bothering to carry shuriken all he had was a kunai storage seal in his right palm
Sasuke had his duck-butt hair Naruto made so much fun about had a longsleeve grey jacket showing his well defined chest and purple shinobi pants. His Chokuto was on his lower back and shuriken and kunai on the back of his belt
"This is gonna be a drag" Naruto whined walking towards the hideout of the land of lightning but he was grateful finally leaving the hidden sound village. That Orochimaru creeped him out and he still somewhat despised him
"Shut up dobe you better not cause any trouble" Sasuke snorted out making Naruto chuckle darkly "Please teme trouble is my middle name" he grinned but was smacked on the back of his head by Sasuke who laughed at his partner
"So how's kyuubi training going?" Sasuke asked eating a rice ball while Naruto had his cup ramen in hand scoffed "I hate it I prefer the curse mark but I can finally use 4 tails after so long but I would only use it facing the Akatsuki its too much power"
Nodding Sasuke and Naruto entered a village looking for supplied when Naruto suddenly pulled him into a ally way he wanted to scream but Naruto stopped him "Jiraiya! he's here that pervert most likely followed us since the damn hideout...shit we need to run" Naruto and Sasuke ran in a burst of speed about to run past a clearing a figure appeared in front of them grinning
"My my Naruto you know if you don't come back to the village you are going to be mark as a missing ninja" Jiraiya grinned finally founding his student with Sasuke
"So you found me ero-sennin" naruto taking out his blade as did Sasuke they took their stance even if they didn't want to fight them it was the only way out
"I've been keeping tabs on you Naruto from what my spies tell me Orochimaru-baka trained you both well let's see how you've grown my boy!" Jiraiya ran in unseen speeds slamming his fist onto Naruto's belly making him grunt in pain as he flew away into the woods
"Bastard!" Sasuke screamed with half his body covering in his curse mark he clashed his blade with Jiraiya's kunai. Grabbing Sasuke's other hand he slammed him onto the ground making a crater from such strength
"As expected sensei you are stronger but not with this!" Naruto creating 2 rasengans in each palm called out "Buredo Rasengan!" (Rasengan Blades"
The rasengan in his palms lost its shape manifesting into blades of blue chakra. This was another technique based of the rasengan where the blades instead of cutting hit the enemy with force and destructiveness like the rasengan
"You've made a variant of the rasengan!?" Jiraiya screamed out without realizing one of the blades had already come in contact hitting him square in the chest sending him flying away into a boulder breaking it in half
"You've grown Naruto I wish I was the one training you right now and I wont stop till I get you back!" Jiraiya screamed getting into his frog kata while Sasuke who had gotten up stood next to Naruto with his blade and Naruto his blue chakra blades
"Sensei...I know about my family I know about the betrayal of my village towards my clan I simply can't go back" Naruto smiled weakly as did Jiraiya who was sad Naruto had figured it out
"So then as your godfather I will get my son back!" Jiraiya ran at Naruto who was flaring his curse mark covering his whole body and dropped his blades technique ran at the sannin as well
The Uzumaki going for a leg swipe caused Jiraiya to go up and as he was about to hit Naruto Sasuke appeared kicking the sage away. Running at Jiraiya the duo launched their attack
"Katon: Gokakyu No Jutsu!" (Fire Style: Great fireball Technique)
"Futon: Toppa!" (Wind Style: Breakthrough)
A large enhanced fireball launched at Jiraiya made his wide eyed moving quickly he narrowly avoided the combination jutsu but that put him at a disadvantage as Naruto and Sasuke kicked his now up shoulders blocking the attack
Jumping away Sasuke dropped on one knee trying to keep his cool and curse mark at bay while Naruto who had his curse mark around his body making it covered in black markings and one eye completely blood red prepared his final attack
Noticing what he was doing Jiraiya did the same
"Rasengan!"
They collided their jutsu in a battle of strength Naruto kept his own but supcoming to the strength of a sannin he was launched away falling unconscious with the curse mark receding
"Take care of him Sasuke I know he'll come back to me" Jiraiya chuckled walking away to treat his injuries back in the village while Sasuke carried away Naruto to a nearby cave 'Dammit dobe why do you always have to fight someone out of your league' He chuckled setting Naruto down and letting the kyuubi do the healing
