Chapter:21 Riot Assisting Battalion Group

Team RABG are currently in a Bullhead with Surge and Sabrina as they waited to arrive to their destination.

"So what mission did you choose for us?" Red asked the military man as Surge crossed his arms while having a serious face.

"There has been a sudden increase of Grimm near the Vale-Vacuo border but there's one Grimm is causimg the most trouble, our mission is to exterminate this Grimm and quickly report back," Surge explained to them.

"So what Grimms are native there?" Green asked Blue as the brown haired teen brought out his Scroll.

"There would be King Taijitu, Death Stalkers, Goliaths, and Dromedons, but there would be those rare ones like a Blind Worm, Jackalopes, and Sulfur Fish," Blue said.

"But don't forget those rarer ones," Surge said as he leans forward. "One of them being a Cockatrice."

"Now that is a frightening thought," Blue said as he began to search for that specific Grimm while Green looked very pale.

"What's wrong with it?" Yellow asked as Sabrina speaks up for once after their departure.

"A Cockatrice is a dragon like Grimm with a most of its being more dragon while its head resembles a demented rooster. It has large feathery wings, sharp talons, and its gaze capable of freezing you in place. You could've known this since you lived in Beacon, but I guess you're not that smart," She said as Yellow glares at her, clearly knowing that she was mocking her.

"It is also a level 5 threat," Blue added as Surge nods.

"That is why if we ever encounter one of those bastards, let Sabrina and I take care of it while you four focus on the grunts. Am I clear?" Surge said to them as the entire team except Yellow saluted, he glares at Yellow and yelled. "Are we clear?!"

Yellow immediately salutes out of fear.

"Good," Surge then went to the back of the Bullhead and grabbed a massive case and gave it to Green. "A bit of a late congratulations gift from the boss."

"Umm... Thanks," The brunette said as she took the case but he quickly tighten her muscles when she felt how heavy it was and peeks inside it to see what it is inside.. She immediately closes it as she has a wide grin on her face.

"I don't like that smile," Blue whispers to Red as the cap wearing teen just laughs.

As the ride continues smoothly, Yellow could feel a pair of eyes stating at her and she saw that it was Sabrina giving her the most vicious glare that she could muster.

Yellow just turns away so she could ignore it but she can still feel the glare.

Soon the Bullhead landed by a small settlement and the six immediately disembark.

Green looks around then said, "This isn't the border."

"Because we're driving," Surge said as he brought a ton of ammo from the Bullhead. "I rented a small garage here and I kept an old ride of mine."

"The one Red broke when it was still in Mistral?" Blue asked as Red nervously laughs, the cap wearing teen could feel the quick glare Surge sends to him due to the reminder.

"It could easily carry the six of us even if our weapons will add more weight to it, so we don't have to worry of it sinking into the sand."

They then heard a loud grumbling as everyone immediately look at Red as he felt very embarrassed and let's out a nervous laugh.

"We were kinda in a hurry so I didn't eat that much," Red admitted as Surge rub his forehead, annoyed.

"Fine we'll eat here for a while. Just be glad that there's a small diner here," Surge said as he then lead the group to the town.

They walk by the streets as Team RABG looked around in wonder while Surge and Sabrina kept their eyes forward.

They then found the diner Surge mentioned as Team RABG was about to enter till the muscular blonde blocked their path.

"We're not staying here to eat, we're getting take-outs so we could get to the road faster. You five better not cause trouble when I'm gone," Surge said as he then entered the diner which leaves Sabrina with the team.

"Hey Red, I saw a flower shop when we were walking. Want to check it out?" Yellow asked as Red's eyes brighten.

"Do I," He and his girlfriend then leave as Sabrina glares at their back. Soon, she began to follow them by a few feet at one another.

Blue and Green watched this from the distance as the brunette looked at her partner.

"I never seen Sabrina like this when I was still in the family, why is she acting like this?" She asked.

"Who do you think caused it?" Blue asked as Green look at her partner with a deadpan look.

"How the hell did Red managed that?"

"What is the one thing that Sabrina is known for?"

"Well... She is cruel and heartless, she would even torture those unfortunate enough to anger the family. So why do you ask?"

"That's the thing. She failed to break Red and he managed to escape her."

Back with the young couple, both Red and Yellow are currently in the town's flowershop as the two of them admire what the shop have in store.

"Oh! Red, check this one," Yellow called to him as Red walked over to look at the flower that his girlfriend wanted him to see.

It was a rose but it wasn't a normal one. Its stem looked soft, its thorns were not that pointed, and its petals are an eye catching shade of blue.

"This is beautiful," Red said in admiration as he inspects the plant closely.

Then a worker of the shop noticed the two and approached them.

"May I help you?" The worker asked.

"What is this flower?" Red asked as he points to the blue rose and the worker looks at it.

"Ah! That's a Mistralton Blue Heaven Rose, they have found these flowers growing on the floating rocks found in Anima. It is only used for medicines but can be a perfect sight for a garden," The worker explained as they then pick up the pit of the flower and showed a piece of Gravity Dust wedged on it. "The ground they grew on has Gravity Dust, they hardly need any strength because of the Dust and would just fall over if they don't have any."

"That must've been tough to get off," Red commented.

"It was. The one's who found the flower had to get it while being suspended by rope, being swarmed by Lancers, and the occasional bandits."

"Why does bandits want to steal them?" Yellow asked.

"Because of the state of their growth, their nectar is the source of their medical uses and a one single flower would sell for a thousand Lien."

"So why the hell is it in a store?" Red asked as he couldn't believe such a flower should be in a public place.

"For the occasional rich pricks that passes here, and we have the best security here when we were told that this flower is going to be sent here. Everything is going to be fine."

Suddenly, the glass broke and the flowet pot was taken by grappling hook from a van, it soon drove off with the flower in tow.

It took the three a few seconds to realize this and were shocked.

"Except now."

"Well we might as well take them down," Red said as he adjust his hat.

"Wouldn't Lt. Surge be angry that you are going without his permission?" Yellow pointed out.

"Nah, he'll understand when we explain about it."

"Can I just call them?"

"Sure."

The two then quickly ran to catch the crooks.

"Good luck kids!" The worker called out to them. The worker then looked around and gained an angry look. "Those guys better hope that they have other jobs in mind."

Then a sudden gust of wind pass the shop which confused the worker.

"What was that?"

"So you left Red on his own?" Surge asked with a serious look on his face while he and the remaining members of Team RABG are sitting on a Humvee with takeouts.

"He has Yellow with him, we trust Yellow enough that she would get Red out of trouble," Green assures him while eating a sundae.

"That still doesn't stop him from causing trouble when he is around," Surge pointed out while taking a bite of a burger.

Suddenly they heard a loud ringing and the two quickly looked to Blue who has his Scroll ringing while having an annoyed look on his face, so he answers it.

"Hello?" Blue asked and he suddenly gain a confused look on his face. "A Mistralton Blue Heaven Rose?"

Surge then did a spittake when hearing this as he then tries to cough out those that was still in his mouth.

"You serious?" Green said in shock, making sure that she wearing it right.

"Shouldn't the flower be like really rare?" Blue asked.

"It is," Surge said as his throat is now cleared, he then stand up with a serious look on his face. "And if there's one in this town, then there's gonna be a chance of a massive fight for it."

"And we were supposed to do a Grimm extermination," Blue mutters as the three quickly entered the Humvee.

The van which contains the blue rose is now on the road towards the forest of Vale as both Red and Yellow keeps chasing it down. Red swinging across with the use of the trees while Yellow is running on the road and leaving a yellow trail.

As the two were getting close to the vehicle, they saw the window of the van open and a man began to fire at them.

Yellow zips around the bullets while Red uses the trees to protect himself from the bullets. The thieves keeps firing at them as Red was close enough to attack.

He launched his grapples to the furthest tree that he could grab and zips himself forward before swinging towards the main road where the van is now heading straight for him. The driver tried to move out of the way but Red was heading straight for them with his feet going to hit the front window. Yellow then noticed this and quickly speed up, making the gunner look in shock when Yellow disappeas from his sight.

CRASH!

With all of his momentum and Aura, Red didn't just break the window but also making the front of the van to bend inwards from the force.

CRASH!

Then the back is forced open by Yellow, who rammed the back of the van while having electricity surrounding her.

The van was forced to stop by the two opposing forces which also knocked out the thieves. Red and Yellow then opened the side door of the van and were relieved that the flower is safely secured in a glass box.

Yellow grabbed it as the two look at it with smiles on their faces.

"Let's get this back to the shop," Red said as he and Yellow were about to go back to the town.

BANG!

By instinct alone, Red and Yellow quickly avoided an incoming bullet but kept the flower safe.

They look around and Red noticed something poking out of the shrubs and realized what is happening.

"We need to run. Vacuon bandits," Red said as he and his partner quickly ran while the bandits are now firing at them.

Unknown to them, someone is floating in the air and saw the whole thing.

Back with the rest of the group, Surge is driving his Humvee on the path through the forest with Blue and Green sitting on top of the armored vehicle as the two hold on to the vehicle tightly.

"Have you seen them yet?" Surge asked from the driver's seat.

"Not yet," Green said as she has a pair of binoculars.

"Well keep looking, I can't believe the two already got into trouble," Surge said in annoyance.

"Wait! I think I saw something!" Surge immediately stop the Humvee when he hears this. "Yeah! It's Red and Yellow, they have the flower with them. Oh my gosh! They are being fired on!"

"Hold on!" Surge called out to the two as he stomps on the gas pedal.

The Humvee went really fast as the brown haired pair had to really strengthen their grip. While doing so, Blue unsheathes his weapon and turns it into its gun form. As they near the two, Blue began to open fire at their teammates' chasers as the bandits quickly back away from the cover fire. Surge then stomp on the breaks and both Blue and Green quickly get off the Humvee.

Green then grabbed her shield and the case given to her. She then sets her shield down while Blue keeps firing at the bandits. Surge then gets off as he grabbed a pair of pistols and a grenade launcher, the older blonde then open fired with his grenade launcher while Red and Yellow are just close enough to them.

With the bandits now being held back, Red and Yellow managed to reach the Humvee with the flower as they were panting from exhaustion.

"Glad you make it," Green said as she then sets the case down with a loud thud.

"Thanks for caring," Red sarcastically said as he then noticed the large case. "Okay. What is in it?"

Green just grins as she opens the case and pulled out a massive rifle out of it. Then what's happens next shocks the rest of her team.

The rifle began to shift into greater size as it was now twice her own height. A solid barrel with red and light blue streaks surrounding it as Green then held the massive weapon with some difficulty but she uses her Semblance to help her bring it up and aim.

As she saw the bandits coming she took a deep breath and pressed the trigger.

BANG!!!

The shot was very loud that everyone had to cover their ears, Yellow even had to pull down her hat to drown out the sound for her Faunus ears, but what came out of the rifle shocks them.

It was a bullet but not any ordinary bullet. It wasn't made of metal nor Dust, but a byproduct from Dust.

It was a bullet of pressurized water.

BOOM!!!

The shot then hit the ground infront of the bandits and caused a massive explosion due to the shot.

BANG!! BANG!!

BOOM!! BOOM!!

Green keeps firing as the bandits began to retreat after some of there comrades are getting knocked out by the barrage and running for their own lives.

Seeing now that the bandits escaped, Green stopped firing and sets her weapon into its more compacted form.

"Of all things, they gave you a cannon," Blue said in annoyance as he could still hear some ringing from his ears.

"My ears~" Yellow moans out in pain as she tries to comfort her other pair of ears.

"So a combination of Fire and Ice Dust so you could make water,?" Red said.

"With a bit of Gravity Dust to make the pressure needed for the damage," Green said as she puts the weapon back into the case.

"Since that is done, let's return the flower and do the mission that we supposed to do," Surge said as he walks back into his Humvee.

"Hey, where's Sabrina?" Green asked.

"Right here."

The four yelp in surprise with Red being more high pitched as it was revealed that Sabrina was standing behind the leader of Team RABG.

"Where the hell did you came from?! More importantly, where were you?!" Green demanded as Sabrina let out an intimidating giggle.

"Just handled some pest," She simply said and walked towards the Humvee before looking at Red and winking towards him which made the cap wearing teen shiver.

"I really can't stand that woman," Yellow said with a growl as she hugs one of Red's arms.

"You're not the only," Blue said as he and his team then went back into the Humvee to move on for their mission.

RWBY Chibis (Team RABG Edition)

Guess the Species

In a game show like setting with three podiums, C. Green is shown entering the set with a massive grin on her face.

"Hello ladies and gentlemen! I am your host Green and this is Guess! The! Species!"

The audience began to applaud.

"Now this show is all about guessing what species the Faunus is and our contestants needs to solve it. Speaking of contestants, let me introduce you to them! First off! She is cute! She is dorky! She is a weapon maniac! Give it up for Ruby Rose!"

C. Ruby then entered the set from the back as she smile and waves to the crowd.

"Glad to have you in the show Ms. Rose," C. Green said.

"I am so excited to be here and I'm not a maniac! I'm a connoisseur!" C. Ruby was excited at first but became very defensive after it. She then walks to the first podium as C. Green faced the crowd.

"Now our next contestant! He is as equally dorky! He is clumsy! Yet rocks the dress! Give it up for Jaune Arc!"

C. Jaune then enters the set with an annoyed look on his face.

"Glad to have you in the show Mr. Arc."

"Yeah, yeah. And you guys better not laugh at me! I worked that dress like a runway model!" C. Jaune then walks to the podium with a huff as C. Green giggled behind her hands before calming down.

"And our last contest! He is strong! He is speed! But can be dense as a blackhole! Give it up for Red Ketchum!"

C. Red them entered the set with a confused look on his face.

"Huh?" He could only say.

"Glad to have you in the show Mr. Ketchum."

"Thanks I guess," C. Red said as he then walk towards the third and final podium.

"Now ladies and gentlemen! Our Faunus for today is... Yellow!"

Then the curtains on the set open up revealing C. Yellow sitting on a chair and waved at the crowd.

"Now you three have to guess what animal Yellow is based on. Ms. Rose you first," C. Green said as C. Ruby began to think while looking at C. Yellow.

"Umm... She's a... Rabbit!" Bzzzt!

"Wrong answer Ms. Rose," C. Green said as C. Ruby began to cry as the brunette then moved on towards C. Jaune. "Now Mr. Arc, can you guess what animal she is based on?"

"She's a... umm... a Lynx?" Bzzzt!

"That's not also the right answer. Sorry Mr. Arc," C. Jaune then snaps his fingers in frustration as C. Green then moved towards C. Red. "Mr. Ketchum do you know the answer?"

"After some thinking, I finally got it," C. Red then suddenly points at C. Yellow and shouted. "Its Pikachu!"

Everyone on set gained a surprised look on her face while C. Yellow's was more noteworthy with how her eyes suddenly became dots while her mouth was a bit round.

Ding!

There was nothing happening after that as everyone except C. Red were still shocked.

Oh boy! Did I do good or what?

This has gain a lot of progress since 2 years ago when it was the day of this story's publishing. It had somewhat of a rough start but I began to feel more confident to this story.

There's nothing else making me happy other than continuing my time here on this site. I have grown attached with the community and I appreciate your support.

I might not even stop making stories here till I hit a wrong turn in my life and had to change it, but I'm not going to stop making mores stories for you guys to read.

And yes, I did two memes on that omake.

For now, this would be it for this one. I'll see you guys on the next chapter.
