Chapter Seven – Babes in the Woods

Greenwich Point Park, Greenwich, Connecticut

Montez Ford and Sasha Rollins walked through Greenwich Point Park with their baby girls in hand. The two just needed to get away and talk ever since Tez tried to kiss Sasha at the hospital. There were obviously issues that they needed to get to the bottom of and they thought it would be best to do that before Seth and Bianca found out what happened.

The problem was Montez still very much wanted to kiss Sasha, so being alone with him, without Seth knowing probably wasn't the best idea. It was too late to go back to the hospital now though, so Sasha thought it would be best just to go to the Sandbox and wait for Seth and the God Girls to come home. They all lived at the Sandbox now anyway, so it was the most logical thing to do.

"I think it was good that we came out here and just enjoyed being parents with each other," Sasha said to Tez who had been mostly quiet since they left the hospital. "But I think its time I went home now," Sasha stopped walking and turned to Tez with a warm smile, "Let me know how things go back in New York okay?"

", I was thinking of moving into the Sandbox. Do you think Seth would mind if we lived with you guys until the baby gets settled?" Tez said and Sasha looked at him bemused.

"Tez, do you really think that's a good idea? Didn't you tell B that after the baby was born you were going to raise her in New York City?" Sasha said.

"Yeah, but I know there's no way I'm gonna see her if she comes to New York, so its best that I stay close by so when she gets caught up in all that God Girl stuff with Seth, we can keep each other company," Tez said and Sasha almost choked on her discomfort.

"Tez, I don't think that's a good idea, I mean under the circumstances, we really shouldn't be spending any extended periods of time alone. Your feelings for me need to be talked through with your wife. Being at home with me at the Sandbox is like waving a red flag in front of a bull," Sasha said and Tez smiled at her and Sasha's eyes widened as he leaned in closer to her.

"Toro," he whispered and he went to kiss her again but Havana heated up and burnt his chest and Tez stepped back.

After catching her breath Sasha shook head and walked backwards distancing herself from Bianca's husband, "I love my husband and I am not about to ruin our marriage because you can't get me out of your mind Montez Ford. Go back to New York and stay away from the Sandbox. You are not welcome in my home," Sasha said firmly and Tez panicked as she walked away with Havana.

"Sasha wait, I'm sorry you're right I need to talk to Bianca. Let me come with you I won't try anything okay? You shouldn't be travelling by yourself, that's not right," Tez said and Sasha continued to walk but she didn't stop him from following her as they went into the woods.

Inside the woods, Charlotte and Dan McCool were waiting for them laying an ambush to take Sasha and Tez hostage. Their plan was to take the baby girls as ransom for the DX jewels but as always, DX were one step ahead.

Cheyenne Callaway, daughter of Shawn Michaels was also in the woods with her brother Cameron, her husband Garrett, and his father Mark "The Undertaker" Calloway. They were ready to thwart the McCools' evil plan after Shawn Michaels gave them a heads up from the hospital.

"They don't see us," Undertaker said watching Charlotte and Dan from behind.

"But they're sure about to feel us," Charlotte replied and Cameron looked at her with caution.

"Are you sure this is a good idea Chey? You're pregnant, can you still use your Phenomenal Strength without the baby getting hurt?" Cameron asked his sister.

"Dad asked me to do a job and I'm going to do it, just cover me and call Dad if anything goes wrong," Cheyenne said and Cameron furrowed his brow.

"What could possibly go wrong?" Cameron asked.

Sasha looked down and stopped walking suddenly, wondering what the shiny metal thing was looking up at her from the leafy ground. "Is that a bear trap?" she said and Montez looked over her shoulder.

"I thought this was a public park?" he said and he poked the bear trap with a stick causing its steel jaws to swing shut.

Sasha jumped back, "I'm starting to think leaving the hospital wasn't such a good idea. Let's go back the way we came," she said and they both turned around to exit the woods when Montez stepped into a rope which swung him up by his foot causing him to dangle in the air. "Oh my God, it's the Klan. We're in Klan country, I knew there was something weird about Connecticut!" Sasha panicked and then the McCools emerged causing Sasha to scowl as she held both Havana and Perfection while Tez tried to untangle himself. "What the Hell are you two doing here?" she said to Carla McCools' disgraced adoptive parents.

"Relax we're not in the Klan, hate crimes are not our thing. We just want to repay the DX family for all the rotten things they've done since Carla came into our lives," Dan McCool said but his wife Charlotte silenced him.

"Please honey, no monologues, that's how villains always get caught. Let's just take the babies and go," Charlotte said and Cheyenne, Cameron and the Calloways emerged into open space causing the McCools to jump back in fear.

"Taker!" Sasha said elated as Cameron and Garrett untangled Montez Ford.

"Congratulations she's beautiful," Undertaker said to Sasha in reference to Havana.

"Yeah, we think so too, that's why she's coming with us," Dan McCool said darkly and his wife Charlotte rolled her eyes at him.

"Dan, I said no monologues, come on we need re-enforcements," Charlotte said and they disappeared leaving Sasha, Tez, the DX kids and the Calloways on guard.

"What could they mean by re-enforcements?" Undertaker asked Cameron and Cheyenne.

"They mean allies who hate our family as much as they do," Cameron said and he turned to Sasha and Tez. "We need to get you back to the hospital, it's the only place you'll be safe,"

"We can't go back to the hospital," Sasha said and Cheyenne furrowed her brow.

"Why not? Seth and Bianca are there, it's the safest place you could be right now, with your husband and wife," Cheyenne said and Tez and Bianca exchanged awkward glances.

"Is there something going on?" Cameron asked them curiously.

"Let's just say there's a chance that Seth and Bianca might not be too happy to see us if we go back to the hospital," Sasha said. "Well, I might be okay but Tez, he's going down for sure,"

"Why?" The Undertaker said to Montez Ford stepped forward and peering down at the naturally gifted athlete, "What did you do?"

Montez Ford fell silent, now was definitely not time to talk. The Undertaker was the most respected wrestler in the business and if he found out that Tez tried to kiss Sasha on more than one occasion, Montez' career as a Street Profit might be over way sooner than later.

"I tried to kiss Sasha," Montez Ford said causing Cameron, Cheyenne, and Garrett Calloway to gasp.

The Deadman turned to Cameron, Cheyenne, and Garrett. "You three take Sasha and the babies back to the hospital," he said before turning back to Montez Ford. "Tez and I are going to have a little talk,"

"Good luck," Cameron Michaels said as he turned to leave with Cheyenne, Garrett and Sasha who quickly left the woods which was the last place they wanted to be for multiple reasons. Watching Montez Ford get chewed out by the Deadman was one of them, what they didn't know was that was far from the Undertaker's intention.

"You're trying to screw Seth Rollins by taking his wife?" The Undertaker said before chuckling. "I don't buy it, there's something else going on Montez Ford," The Deadman leaned over Tez, "You made a deal to take out DX, didn't you? You thought that by ruining Seth's marriage, you could get him to stop using his Gift from God, so he'd be unable to stop the McCools and Shane McMahon from getting their hands on the DX family jewels. Who did you make the deal with?"

"Why, are you gonna stop me?" Montez Ford said and the Undertaker but his big hand on Montez' broad shoulder.

"No, I'm gonna help you," he replied. "Whatever deal you made to take down the DX family once and for all I'm in,"

"But what about your daughter-in-law, she's a DX kid, aren't you on her side?" Montez asked.

"No, she doesn't need her screwed up father and his fat-headed friend. I'm all the father Cheyenne Michaels will ever need, just like you're all the man Bianca Belair will ever need and when you take out Seth Rollins, all the God Girls will be up for grabs," the Undertaker said. "Including Sasha,"

Montez Ford nodded impressed by the Undertaker's motives, "I like the way you think Deadman, let me tell you the whole story," he said and he told the Undertaker how his decision to betray Seth and the God Girls got started. It all started one night in New York six months ago…
