Danji(Meowscarada) x Allun(OC)

~ Modern heroes ~

[The pokémon world is home to innumerous mysteries surrounding the creatures called pokémon. Such mysteries may lead professionals of the research field to create the most insane theories about weird phenomenons or never before seen pokémon.]

[One such mystery is the paradox pokémon, as they're called in the Paldea region. After all, what are they? Where, or when, did they come from? Are they really pokémon or just monstrosities? To answer that, the region formed its own line of defense against these beings from the terrifying Area Zero.]

[Geeta, the Pokémon League's charwoman and Paldea's top champion, was responsible for initiating the PFDE program, which is the acronym for Paradox Fighting Defense Elite. This program was created in secret to train young students from the Uva Academy selected by Geeta herself, with the purpose of defending the region from runaway paradox pokémon.]

[One of these students is Allun, a young twenty year old boy who enrolled at the academy not long ago with his partner Danji, a Sprigatito. He was already recognized as the best battler in his class, and that's why he caught Geeta's attention.]

At the moment, the boy found himself on a big metal platform going up the rocky walls of Area Zero. Chairwoman Geeta called some PFDE members to Area Zero's entrance under the pretext of a wild pokémon infestation in their homes so they could leave the academy, when in reality they were receiving a new mission.

Alongside him are two other students from the program, although of an inferior level than him. Both are boys from different classes, but still amazing trainers for their age of fifteen.

The first of them is a young boy still wearing the academy's uniform, with a hat, bowtie and everything else. He also had a belt containing two pokéballs; his personal partners. His name is Evan, and he's in class 4-B. Despite being this young, he earned himself the nickname "smasher" thanks to his trustful ace.

As for the other one, who just changed into a formal black suit, much like the stereotypical secret agent style, his name is Jason, otherwise known as "the graffiti boy" from class 3-A. He doesn't like taking things seriously, instead always trying to be cool and different while still doing his tasks perfectly.

As for the older one, Allun himself, he's a responsible and creative student from class 1-A, and his nickname is "chameleon". Another thing that helped him get the position of top battler is that he has four pokémon total, counting his mount Cyclizar.

By themselves they are notable, but when together their abilities complemented each other in an unbeatable strategy of attack and defense. That's also why they're the program's most trusted members, the first ones to be called in case of an emergency like this one.

They remained quiet during the elevator trip, each one on one side of the platform waiting for their arrival. Allun looked up to the top, sometimes alternating between looking there and one of his pokéballs. This specific ball is the only basic one among Allun's, with the default red and white colors, while the others are of varying types.

The wait made him anxious, wondering what kind of mission it would be, if all three of them are going together or to different locations. Not only that, he also worried about the pokémon on his hand for various reasons, too many to talk himself into putting them aside. It's enough to say it's someone very important to him.

Minutes later the platform arrived at its destination: a stable area atop the rocks with a plain artificial path going north, and in that direction, in the distance, they could see a small bright point: the gates.

This path wasn't made for anyone, neither was the elevator. Both are a shortcut to take them from west Mesagoza to the Zero Gate without the need of their mounts or of fighting wild pokémon on the way there.

Sure, Zero Gate had a tunnel leading to another path, but that one is exclusive to researchers and people of great authority, not to the PFDE or common folk. They had to thank Geeta for the idea.

After stepping out of the platform, it returned to the base, thus unabling them to go back down. Not that any of them wanted to give up, anyway.

Each of them grabbed a pokéball from their belts, liberating three pokémon of the same species; a green-scaled lizard with a helmet-like head and two of them wearing special seats on their backs. They looked like a vehicle, but made of flesh instead of metal.

The humans climbed on their respective Cyclizar, adjusting to a comfortable position. The seats the younger boys' Cyclizars had were made for their safety, with a seatbelt and a larger back. Only when they put the seatbelts on did the dragon pokémon start running with their throat sacs filled to look like a wheel.

That's when they ran along the path of the crater's walls as fast as the pokémon's thick legs could. The trip was very short since it's a straight path to the gate, and they stopped right in front of a scientific installation on the crater's inner borders. One at a time they climbed down and recalled the dragons.

The large steel door opened upon detecting their approach. Taking their first step inside they met with the installation's interior, a place that looked like an observation point with large glass windows looking at Area Zero. And right there is their "boss", the top champion Geeta, holding her hands behind her back.

The young trainers stood in the center of the room when the chairwoman with absurdly large hair turned around, exhibiting a sympathetic smile that somehow inspired fear in them.

"You finally arrived." She says.

With slow steps Geeta walked up to the team. When lifting her arm she revealed a map of the Paldea region folded into her his palm. Allun picked it, unfolding and noting a circular red mark on a certain place to the west.

"Your mission is of high risk, but I trust the three of you will be able to handle it." She started explaining said mission: "Two paradox pokémon, known as Iron Moth and Iron Jugulis, have escaped containment and fled to the west. Following their trail, they'll soon arrive at Porto Marinada, and if that happens we can expect a large collateral damage. Can I count on you to deal with them?"

Without hesitation all three of them scream together "Yes, boss!" with Jason also bowing down to her.

"How excellent. I wish you all good luck. Dismissed."

With permission given, they turned back and walked down the regular path leading to a large tunnel. When outside, they were atop a cliff behind Medali city.

Once they saw the Sun up in the sky and felt the morning breeze on their faces, the boys called the Cyclizars mounts and used them to follow the very long trail leading to Paldea's extreme west part.

Without ever leaving this trail, they soon came near the entrance to Asado desert, surrounded by its own large cliff walls, which is occupied by Cascarrafa city. However, the trio decided to go a bit north, following along a river until they found a small bridge. And after crossing it, they continued following the path to their destiny; Porto Marinada.

Nothing out of the ordinary yet though, only people walking around the market street, bidding, buying and some grouping together at the battle court. Just like any other day.

They get off the pokemon and once again recall them back before entering the city to investigate each part of it for the paradox pokémon. Unfortunately for them, there was nothing to be found anywhere, and they didn't see them on the way here. Still, they weren't gonna give up so soon.

Allun was the first to finish searching around the city, so he decided to stop by the harbor, with not many people or pokemon in there, to regroup. Not with the kids, but with his partner. He grabbed his default pokéball and pressed its button, opening it right in front of him.

The device shot a beam of blue light at the floor, which began shaping itself and fastly growing to a size of a meter and eighty centimeters. The creature presented itself as a bipedal being covered in light green fur from head to thighs, with its feline legs covered by a much darker shade of green, almost black in color. Its arms stretched to the sides, quickly making a short circular move as it bowed down to the trainer. The pokémon wore a mask the same color as the leg's fur, covering its whole face, except for the two red eyes and its short snout. On the pokémon's neck is a collar of pink petals holding a cape of leaf split in two and hiding an invisible stalk, covered by a layer of reflective fur, connected to a flower apparently floating in the air. This collar also had a small pink brooch stuck on it.

Once the materialization and elegant presentation were complete, the pokémon raised its arms above their head, stretching out after spending so much time in the pokéball.

"Meowsca…" He yawned his specie's name, but, to Allun, he said "Good morning…"

"Good morning to you too, Danji. We've a mission to complete." He hugged the pokémon, though it took a few seconds before Danji could react and hug him back.

"Oh, what is it?" He covered his mouth, preventing another yawn.

"There are two paradox pokémon somewhere close by, but neither me or the others could find them yet."

"Oh… How unfortunate… Do you need my help?" Slowly, he got more awake, yet still tired. This time Allun couldn't understand his words, so he had to guess them.

"You know, it'd be really useful if you helped… That is, if you want to." He laughed nervously. Danji didn't hesitate before agreeing with a loud "Rada.~" and hugging his trainer once again.

This time, the human could only form an awkward smile. Not because of being hugged so tightly in public, but because it's Danji.

After that, they agreed to continue searching along the beach, north to the city. They walked side by side on the sand heated by the sun, so close to each other that it looked like they were holding hands. Feeling awkward once again, Allun slowed his pacing only enough to be centimeters behind his pokémon.

But when Danji noticed it, he turned around, looking confused. "Did something happen?"

"No, no, it's nothing. Just thought I saw something on the sea, but there's nothing there." It seemed Danji believed his improvised excuse. "If you see anything, tell me, okay?"

He happily nodded and almost immediately pointed there, specifically at a few Finizen playing on the water with each other. Allun quickly let out a smirk. "You get what I mean, mister comedian." Even the starter pokémon started laughing a bit, gaining a slightly red tone to his cheeks.

They resumed walking for some more minutes, now in a long silence among them, but still watchful of their surroundings, enjoying the view and the pokémon living there. Eventually they arrived at the other side of the beach and had to go back, as they didn't find any paradox. As they regressed, the boy almost forgot the mission, getting distracted by this alone time with his dear Meowscarada.

Meanwhile, back at Porto Marinada's harbor, the younger trainers just finished their own searches and regrouped there for a new plan, as it seemed neither of them could locate their targets.

Evan sat at the edge, holding his head on his hands and swinging his legs. He was clearly annoyed and somewhat desperate. "What are we gonna do? Did they go away already?"

He felt Jason's hand landing on his shoulder, while the other was used to adjust his black glasses. "Do not fret. No villain can escape my radar." He said, imitating an adult voice in a serious tone.

"But they haven't appeared! And Allun vanished, too!" He punched the concrete in frustration. They just needed a plan, but neither of them said anything for some long seconds, just standing in complete silence while waiting for something to happen. That's when Jason suddenly had an idea.

"There's no sign of the targets in the city or on the beach, as we can see. That leaves only one place, which is out of our field of vision; the fortress of sand and rocks!" He screamed, pointing towards the rocky cliffs separating the city from Asado desert. Jason probably imagined himself as a superhero ready to save the day.

He did have a point. The Asado desert is his best supposition, since the paradoxes weren't anywhere near Porto Marinada and they didn't have a clear vision over the cliffs. Suddenly Evan stood up, very energetic. "Jason, you're a genius! Quick, let's go!" He grabbed the other boy's arm and pulled him, running to the desert.

In the time they took to leave the city, Allun and Danji returned and saw themselves alone at the harbor, with no sign of the boys left to know where they are nor of the pokémon they're looking for.

The human signed, starting to feel very worried about the situation. He tried to think of something to do now that he's back to the city and still nothing new to be found. Behind him Danji was tapping his feet to get the sand off of him, and after that he walked up to the trainer and jumped on his back.

"Hey Allun, what are you doing?" The pokémon asked, hugging him.

Based on his voice, Allun could somewhat understand the pokémon's question. "Trying to think of how to proceed." He crossed his arms and closed his eyes, focusing on his own thoughts.

Danji let go of his trainer, doing the same thing as he, when a sudden idea struck him. "I know! Let's ask hiiim!~" The Meowscarada knelt down until he was face to face with Allun's crotch height, which threw him off guard.

"Wha- D-Danji, we're in public!" The trainer whispered, hoping that no one could see this scene. His cheeks grew red while trying to get away from the cat, who's completely unaware of how they're both positioned.

While poking at Allun's belt, Danji stole a completely blue pokéball built specifically for catching subaquatic species, a Dive Ball. Then he got up and away from the human, extending the arm with the device to him. "Meowsca.~"

Soon he understood what Danji was telling him to do and picked the ball. "Oh, right! If someone can think of what to do, it's him!" He said enthusiastically, approaching the edge and opening the ball pointing it to the water.

The pokémon that materialized there from the beam of light is extremely small, around thirty centimeters from tail to head. It's a species of fish, with two fins on the sides looking like arms and a smaller one in its back, and a white gular pouch. Its body is orange with small brown markings on the back and the underbelly being as white as the pouch.

No, it's not really a fish. This pokémon is actually a dragon with great intelligence, enough to give orders to other pokémon and communicate in english, just like a human. A creature with such capabilities certainly can provide great help to this task.

"Hey, Giri." He knelt down, looking at the dragon.

"Gooooood morning! How may I be of assistance today?" It said happily and full of energy, smiling and waving its head to the sides.

Allun gave him a brief explanation of the situation; he and others are looking for Iron Jugulis and Iron Moth around west Paldea, but so far nothing was found. Tatsugiri closed his eyes after hearing the explanation, letting out a long "hmm" at that time. Then he leaped out of the water, landing over his gular pouch to soften the fall.

"Being a flying pokémon from the future, there's a high probability that both are in an area with open skies. And, since they're robots, they require energy to survive. According to recorded data, Iron Moth feeds off of sunlight, while Iron Jugulis is by eolic energy. That means they're somewhere with elevated terrain, devoid of wild pokémon so they can recharge without being attacked." The small dragon said, almost too quickly to be understandable.

"So, somewhere high and empty, right?" He wanted to confirm, to which Tatsugiri nodded. "Then, I'd guess it has to be in the Asado desert!"

Danji slowly clapped, smiling at him. "Dara da.~"

Now that they know where the targets are hiding, Allun and his two partner pokémon climbed on his Cyclizar and ran towards Asado desert as fast as possible. With the bigger dragon's help, a lot of time was spared by climbing on the cliff surrounding the entire desert, and from there they had a clear view of the area with multiple rocky formations.

Once there, the lizard ran along the wall while his trainer and the other two kept watch for either the paradoxes or the younger boys. For a while all they could see was the local pokémon like Bramblin and Cacnea, but nothing futuristic-looking. That is, until Tatsugiri saw one of those formations with four silhouettes on it.

"Possible targets located. Wanna check them out?" He pointed to which formation for his trainer. Wondering if that's them, the boy took out a binocular from his bag. Looking through it, he saw both Evan and Jason standing together in front of the two paradoxes. However, the mechanical beings didn't seem interested in them, instead they were facing each other, ready to attack.

"This is bad…!" Cyclizar ran faster than before, hurrying to get there before anything happened to the kids. With its claws, the dragon climbed up the giant rock, coming into view from the opposite side of them. "Jason, Evan! Are you alright?"

Both of them were holding tightly to the ground, fighting to not be pushed away from the strong gusts of wind created by the pokémon. Even Allun and his team had to hold on to something to avoid that. All the while the paradoxes were fighting, sending fire and air moves against each other.

The pressure of their power is huge, just like all other paradox pokémon these three have faced before trying to escape Area Zero. The difference is that those times were one for each trainer, but now there's two for three, and that made Allun and the kids very certain of their victory.

And so the battle begins, with each of them choosing their starting pokémon. While the kids threw out their partners Grafaiai and Tinkaton, Allun chose to use another pokémon instead of the three out in the open right now. His chosen pokémon is a bird with white feathers on its upper body and wings, while its thighs and part of the wings have a dark shade of feather, though it's mostly covered by a white apron. Its legs and beak are bright pink, and the eyes are deep and dark like the night.

The pokémon, Bombirdier, posed with open wings and balancing on a single leg while smiling smugly at the foes. Allun's immediate command was to use Rock Slide, a move in which Bombirdier bent its leg and flew upwards, holding the apron by its beak. While up there, multiple glowing rocks appeared out of thin air and were thrown by the bird at the paradoxes.

Iron Moth was the only one seeing the incoming attack, and in an attempt to defend it began spinning its six wings in a circular motion, generating electricity on them and expanding it to create a large dome covering the area. The Discharge had so much energy that it destroyed the rocks while still shocking all four pokémon. Iron Jugulis, however, was hit by the Rock Slide just a few moments before the Discharge.

Enraged, the three-headed pokémon roared to the metal insect, charging a sphere of dark energy on its maw. Once it finished charging, the dragon launched a beam of darkness onto the moth, drawing its attention back to it.

"It's our turn now!" Evan exclaimed enthusiastically.

"May the operation begin." Jason muttered before commanding his simian partner to use Mud-Slap.

Grafaiai swiped its long finger on the ground, covering it with sand. Then, it screamed to make the moth look that way, being immediately surprised with a bunch of sand thrown at its visor, covering part of it. Apparently some of the sand slipped inside its body, causing it to squirm briefly.

As for Evan, he chose to use Skitter Smack, a move where his Tinkaton approached Iron Jugulis from behind while it was distracted, and once she was close enough she landed a quick attack at the foe's back with her giant hammer. After getting hit and briefly stunned, the Hydra's body emanated a blue aura for a few seconds; a sign that it got a little weaker.

When in a safe distance, Tinkaton laughed like a young child, mocking the paradox. At this moment, all three pokémon cornered the paradoxes by all sides, including from above. They noticed it and turned their backs to one another, as if giving up on their fight to work together against the trainers.

Before someone else made a move, Iron Jugulis charged three electric spheres on each of its mouths, but instead of launching them to the adversaries, it threw them to the ground. When making contact with the rock, the spheres exploded and created a large area, larger than even the formation they're on, and this electrified terrain gave both robots a boost of energy. The two of them glowed with a red aura; their power was augmented.

The trainers noticed their plan, but Evan was quick to act, screaming his next order: "Hurry and use Light Screen, Tinkaton!", to which the fairy-type obeyed, hitting the ground with her hammer and making a screen of light come out of the hammer's metal plates. The screen extended until it made a complete circle, then breaking itself and leaving only three smaller pieces, one for each ally and herself.

As it already did before, the metallic Volcarona spun its wings and generated electricity, concentrating it on the tip of its wings. The moth's temporary ally protected itself by absorbing the electricity that hit it during the Discharge, strengthening itself some more while the other three were damaged. Thankfully, the electricity had to pass by the Light Screen, which made it considerably weaker.

"This is bad… Grafaiai, we need more protection. Use Substitute!" The monkey nodded, using its index finger to draw a quick sketch imitating its own body on the ground. The ink used for the drawing began to glow, transforming into a green stone doll the same size as the actual pokémon. Strangely, the normal-type seemed a little tired after the move.

"Now's your turn, Bombirdier. Use Dual Wingbeat against Iron Jugulis!" Following the command, the bird flew straight at the enemies at high speed. Its wings began shining in a white light, and with them it struck the hydra's arm heads with each wing. The damage caused by the move knocked Iron Jugulis back, but it quickly recovered and roared at the bird. Once again, it emanated an aura, much like before, but this time it's purely white.

"Be wary of its moves, team!" Jason exclaimed. The other boy asked what he meant, and he answered pointing to the dragon, explaining: "That's a Focus Energy. The foe's moves will be a serious danger to us now."

"Nevermind it, look out for Iron Moth!" Allun alerted them, seeing as the paradox readied its wings, pointing them towards Bombirdier's direction like guns. But it wasn't a blast of fire or electricity that came, it was a powerful Hurricane created by the spin of the wings in that position.

Caught by surprise, Bombirdier was hit with extreme precision and thrown backward, falling in front of Allun and Danji seriously injured and barely managing to stand up. As much as it could try, the human knew Bombirdier wouldn't resist another attack like that, it'd be too risky for the bird's own safety.

So, while Evan ordered Tinkaton to use Gigaton Hammer, raising and striking Iron Jugulis head-on with its massive weight, and Jason made Grafaiai use Gunk Shot to cover its finger with a lot of poisonous ink, throwing it at Iron Moth, the older trainer gave his last order to Bombirdier; "Use… Memento!"

Bombirdier hesitated, thinking it heard the wrong move. Allun repeated firmly, and the dark-type sighed, giving up. Its body got covered by a dark smoke while it got on its feet, then it focused its attention specifically at Iron Jugulis. The smoke jumped from it to the target as a dozen of fast projectiles, not really causing damage, but making it emane a powerful blue aura.

As for the user, the move drained all of its remaining energy, which meant it instantly fainted. To its luck, Allun used his ball to dematerialize it before hitting the ground. "Thank you, Bombirdier… Danji, it's your turn." Reluctantly, he ordered the starter without looking his way.

The feline stared at him for an instant, also thinking he heard it wrong. "Da?"

"Yeah, Danji… We're gonna need you to fight." The pokémon immediately jumped happily. He didn't seem like the same Meowscarada that looked drowsy and slothful, he was now full of energy and smiling widely, a complete change of personality.

It's been so long since I've done any physical exercise. This will be GOOOOD!~" He held the small pink button on his collar. The human, seeing this warring side of his partner after so long, let a smile escape, remembering some years in the past.

[ Flashback, 2 years ago ]

A new student just arrived at Uva Academy, in the first year. Allun, a young boy who just completed eighteen years and wore a black cap, is this student, taken to Mesagoza by the headmaster himself.

At the time Allun didn't have a pokémon and was just a newcomer, very shy and with no friends, human or pokémon. By the academy's rules, the headmaster offered a choice between three starter pokémon to accompany him: Fuecoco, of the fire-type; Quaxly, of the water-type; and Sprigatito, of the grass-type.

In the end he chose Sprigatito, to whom he gave the name Danji. It wasn't long before they became close to each other, and this friendship is what gave Allun motivation to put effort in classes. With that, he soon turned out to be the best of his class, having maximum score in battle classes.

It didn't come as a surprise when Danji evolved during one of these classes, and since then they became much closer, to the point of almost being brothers. The two were inseparable, always side-by-side, 24/7.

However, not knowing what it meant, Allun's feeling for Danji grew through their time at the academy. At first he thought it wasn't any special, just being closer to his Floragato partner, but not long after he finally understood what it actually meant.

Since then, he began noticing the older students' relationship with their pokémon… Relationships of unconditional love. Until that moment the idea of a human and pokémon as a couple never crossed his mind, but after seeing it personally he finally understood his own feelings.

Then, one day, he decided to confess his love for Danji. Allun made with his own hands a replica of a Floragato's yoyo and left it with a note addressed to Danji.

While hiding to watch his reaction, Danji read the note that had Allun's confession and looked at the gift. Of course, his name is not mentioned, he signed the note as a secret admirer, but he was happy to see the Floragato's enthusiasm to find said admirer.

Even after evolving into Meowscarada, Danji never gave up searching for him or her, and he's always wearing that yoyo on his collar as a button. Meanwhile Allun, after so much time, still tries to find the perfect moment to tell him the truth.

[ • • • ]

"Meows?" Danji's voice called him back to reality. He couldn't let himself get lost in memories now, they're in the middle of an important battle.

Thanks to that distraction, Iron Moth could charge a new Hurricane directed at Danji with full power. Fearing for his beloved's safety, the human instinctively ordered: "Thunder Punch!"

Once the insect launched its attack, Danji distanced his legs and retracted an arm. His mask suddenly changed colors, becoming yellow and generating small electric sparks. The flying-type move landed, but the damage caused was heavily reduced thanks to Danji's Protean ability that turned him into a pure electric-type.

Barely being affected, or even pushed, the cat was now free to attack. He ran to the moth at an amazing speed, unexpectedly jumping over it once he got to punching range. Then, still mid-air, he spun around and punched Iron Moth's head with his fist covered in electricity.

However, its temporary partner was ready at the moment. After the move connected, the hydra shot a Dark Pulse on his way.

"Leave it to me! Ice Hammer!" Suddenly Tinkaton's hammer saved him from the move, covered by a layer of ice that reflected the pulse back at the attacker, hitting its central head with full force.

"Meow rada…" He thanked her, then jumped next to Grafaiai for a safe distance.

Next, Jason commanded it to use Mud-Slap once again. The pokémon climbed on the starter's arm after gathering sand on its finger, then Danji threw it directly at the fire-type, where Grafaiai swiped the sand at the pokémon's LED screen, decreasing its accuracy a second time.

Struggling, it threw Grafaiai away from its metallic body, now barely capable of seeing the surroundings. In the third try of using Hurricane it missed any possible target, only hitting the open skies.

Since one of the two has been, in a way, incapacitated, the three trainers decided to focus their next attacks to finish Iron Jugulis for good. But first, the paradox charged a Tri Attack, shooting it at each opponent. Tinkaton was hit by the fire orb, Danji by the ice, and Grafaiai's substitute doll by the electric one, and consecutively being destroyed.

"Impressive, fearsome beast. However, this is our time to strike! Grafaiai, use Gunk Shot!" Tinkaton positioned her hammer backward, allowing the monkey to climb on its head and be thrown to the skies above with tremendous strength. It gathered all the poisonous ink it had into a big ball and threw it at the dark-type paradox, covering the main head completely.

Next, it's Tinkaton and Evan's turn. "Gigaton Hammer!" With the same movement that threw her ally to the sky, she also struck the foe's poison coated head with the giant weapon. The move combo knocked it down to the ground, still conscious, but near fainting.

Deciding it is the best opportunity possible, Allun grabbed a black pokéball with yellow stripes. He retracted his arms, then threw the device straight at the dragon. Once it connected to its body, the capsule opened and absorbed it as pure energy, falling down and, finally, glowing its button with a green light, meaning the capture was successful.

Now there's only Iron Moth left, who's considerably weakened, so it shouldn't be much of a problem.

Or not. When turning to it, the boys saw the moth with open wings and turned to the sun, covered by a light green aura. It's healing itself almost completely using Morning Sun.

"We have a bit of a problem here…" Allun whispered, gulping.

"Doesn't matter, we're three on one!"

"Together, our power surpasses nine thousand!"

"Allun, we'll distract it to give Danji an opening." Tinkaton reaffirms, tightening her grip on the hammer. "And it starts now! Ice Hammer!"

Taking advantage of Iron Moth's distraction, the fairy-type coated her giant weapon in ice and launched an attack. With only the force of gravity, the hammer came down with all its weight upon the target, striking its head and causing some damage.

It became visibly angry, turning to those two and charging a move. However, it couldn't use it as the painter monkey sneaked behind it and launched another ink projectile at its back, drawing the paradox's attention away.

The wings floated away and spun around rapidly. The electricity generated began expanding into another Discharge to hit all those near it. This move left both Tinkaton and Grafaiai very damaged and with their bodies paralyzed.

Thanks to Protean, Danji once again wasn't affected that much and didn't get paralyzed. And now it's his turn to attack, so he did. The flower that floated behind him appeared in front of Iron Moth, who stared at it curiously. But, as soon as its focus changed to the flower, it exploded right on its face, causing a brief blindness.

At this moment the Light Screen created by Tinkaton finally dissipated, taking away what little defense they still had.

"Go now! Use Acrobatics!" While the enemy was still blinded by the explosion, Danji ran at it and kicked its back. In the time of turning around and launching a Hurricane, the cat jumped over it again and gave another kick. Once again Iron Moth tried using Hurricane, and once again the Meowscarada avoided it by jumping over it, now landing directly on the moth's head.

"This is so much fun!" He laughed.

"Attack it now!"

Evan and Jason nodded, screaming their last command: "Gigaton Hammer!" and "Gunk Shot!", with which their respective pokémon attacked.

The first one to move was Tinkaton, throwing the hammer backwards and gripping on the tip of the handle before using all her might to raise it above her head and throwing it down on the living machine. Danji had leaped away just before the attack hit, landing in front of his trainer.

Meanwhile the normal-type was gathering more ink, enough to make a ball of sludge the size of its own head and too heavy for its small arms. It called for Tinkaton, who prepared her hammer and knocked the ball with it straight at Iron Moth, still fallen.

The impact caused an explosion of ink that raised some of the sand, but not enough to obscure their vision of the robot, whose eyes were now flashing and its wings couldn't keep themselves on air. Victory was theirs.

"I guess you can catch it now…" As if magic, Danji's personality reversed back to his original out of battle one.

Allun nodded, taking another empty ball out of his bag. Since there's no more threats around, he just walked up to it and touched the device's button on it, absorbing Iron Moth and easily completing a capture.

Before their victory, both Jason and Evan threw their first on the air triumphantly. "Uhuuu! That was amazing!" The two of them exclaimed.

"That was the hardest battle I've ever had… But thanks to Allun we did it!" Evan ran up to him, raising his hand for a high-five.

He gave a light slap to the kid's palm, celebrating the victory. Then he turned to Danji and enveloped him with his arms in a tight hug. Initially the pokémon had no reaction, but soon enough he retributed and purred quietly.

After parting, the trainer collected that pokéball holding the hydra. The mission is completed, now they need to report back to Geeta. For that, the three agents took out their Rotom-phones and called her while the devices floated in front of their faces.

Moments later the call is accepted by the three devices, exhibiting the camera with Geeta on it. Allun immediately showed her the two pokéballs used. "Mission complete, top champion."

"Excellent. Now, return to Zero Gate and deposit them there. I'll be waiting." The call ended abruptly and the phones returned to their respective owners.

"You two can go on ahead." The older one said. "Danji and I will go to Porto Marinada to buy some treats for all of us."

"Oh, good idea! We need something to celebrate this success!"

"I require snacks! Many Veluza snacks!" Jason pointed at him dramatically, as if ordering him.

He laughed and nodded. The trainer's Cyclizars were once again materialized out of their balls to help the humans climb down this giant rocky formation.

The group made their way back to Porto Marinada's entrance, where Allun gave his friends the paradox's pokéballs before they left without him. As he suggested earlier, Allun went to the city to get some treats for his friends.

But, before that, he made a quick stop in the pokémon center to restore Danji and Bombirdier after the damages caused in the battle.

He released his partners: Bombirdier and Tatsugiri, both resting on a small grassy area outside the local marketplace.

"Alright, how do you feel, Bombirdier?" The bird replied, flapping its wings, leaving it clear they're feeling perfectly fine. "Great. Thank you for your help earlier, we couldn't make it without you."

"It was my pleasure to be useful once again, my dear.~" It smirked, covering its beak behind a wing.

"Just wanted to be sure. You may return now, I'll talk to you later." He pulled two of the four pokéballs on his belt, being these Bombirdier's and Tatsugiri's. Both are absorbed as blue lights, while the other two remained outside.

"Dara cara.~" The feline exclaimed, saying "let's go" in his language before grabbing the human's arm. The proximity between them made Allun's cheeks grow red once again.

"Uh… Don't you think you're too close…?" Danji quickly replied with a horizontal motion of his head and snuggling his cheek on the trainer's arm. Cyclizar saw Allun's reaction to this and stared with curiosity.

All three of them walked together, Danji insisting on being as close as possible to his trainer while the dragon just followed right behind them. They bought just three snacks with the stamp of a gray fish pokémon with pink fins. This isn't his favorite, but the kids love it, so it's no big deal to get it.

On the city's exit, he put the snack in his bag and climbed onto Cyclizar's back, with the starter sitting behind him with arms around his torso. When ready, the lizard started leaving the area's borders and following the same path the trio came from earlier that day.

Like then, they follow the trail going around the desert walls and later cross a bridge. Before they even noticed, they were at Medali city's border, and then at the tunnel leading to Area Zero's entrance.

Once at the top, both pokémon returned to their capsules and the trainer passed through the large steel doors. As expected, his two younger friends already arrived and gave the pokéballs to the chairwoman.

"Excellent work. You performed very well today." She picked both pokéballs into her hands, taking them to a cylindrical capsule made of metal with two small holes on the cushion inside for them. After storing them in, she closed it once again. "So young, still in learning years, and already overcame two fearsome adversaries… You three have a bright future ahead, agents."

"Hehe! Thanks, Miss Geeta!" Evan scratched the back of his head, feeling embarrassed.

"What's our next mission, boss?" Jason asked in a resting posture like a soldier.

"None. I want you to return to the academy and continue with your usual routines. Tell the headmaster your infestation was solved." Both boys nodded, turned around and noticed Allun at the door.

"Hey, Allun!"

"Did you bring those Veluza snacks?!" They ran up to him, Jason even dropping the professionalism act to bounce around the older boy.

"Of course, I know how much you like them." He put a hand in the bag and took two of the snacks he bought, giving one to each of them. The younger boys quickly snatched them from Allun's hands and ran outside with smiles on their faces.

"Allun," Geeta called him. "Is it true your Meowscarada fought the paradox pokémon easily?"

"Oh. Huh… Yes, chairwoman." Those two must've mentioned how the raid battle happened, obviously in a more exaggerated way than reality, but he couldn't deny that Danji had a great performance.

"I must admit, I'm impressed. I see I made the right choice in choosing you for the PFDE."

"Th-thank you. Heh heh!" He looked away nervously. "Well, if you don't need anything else from me, I'll return to Uva Academy."

"Go then, you're dismissed. You three deserve some time to rest after such a challenging battle. Now, if you'll excuse me…" She walked past him, leaving the Zero Gate. Now that Geeta's gone, it's like the air got a lot lighter, allowing him to breathe more easily.

"Her aura is…threatening." He whispered, leaving a little after. Not even two seconds outside and Danji left his pokéball all by himself.

"Meow radara da?" The cat asked, what meant "where to now?" or something like that.

"We'll go back to the academy. At this hour the classes ended, so how about we have a date with the bed?" Then he looked through his belt for Cyclizar's pokéball, when the sudden realization of what he'd just said hit him. "No, wait, I meant resting!"

But it's a little too late. The grass-type was already looking at the human with teasing eyes and a smile, which made him blush heavily. "Da rada?~" or "With the bed?~"

[ Flashback, 2 years ago ]

The box is carefully placed over the piece of paper, in a way that the words written on it couldn't be read. Both objects are over the kitchen counter, directly positioned where anyone entering could see them.

The boy quickly ran to the bathroom to the entrance door's right. He kept the door minimally open, just enough to see outside without being seen.

"I hope this works…" He thought.

Various minutes pass by and silence fills the room while Allun was hiding, crouched behind the bathroom's door. After some more time he began to rethink his plan, asking himself if this is a good idea, but independent of his conclusion, it's already too late.

The room's door opened soon after, with a bipedal feline pokémon, a Floragato, walking in and closing it behind him. Danji looked around the place, seeing no one here, which is very odd, since his trainer should've already finished from the last class of the day.

Without him noticing, said trainer was already able to watch him from the minuscule gap of the bathroom door when the cat walked up near where the box and note were placed.

"Hm?" He sees the items over the counter.

Floragato extended his arm, picking the box and opening it with his claws. Inside it was a single object: a pink yo-yo that looked like a flower button, exactly like the one Floragatos have.

"A gift?" His attention is then drawn to the note. It reads:

"Dear Danji, despite being unable to expose myself here or personally, there's something inside my chest burning as hot as the sun whenever I see you. But it's not a painful feeling, it's like everything else disappeared around me, except for you.

It's very weird for me to feel like this, seeing as we're not the same species, but I just can't hide it anymore: I love you, not as a friend, but as something much more than that, even if you don't reciprocate it.

So, I made a special gift for you! I hope you like it, it took me a long time to make a perfect replica of your flower button.

Signed, a secret admirer."

His cheeks grew redder than tamato berries. He placed the note back on the counter and stared at the gift on his other hand.

"A secret admirer…?" He felt his body getting hotter just by thinking there's someone out there that loved him. "Who could it be? Allun, maybe?"

Though he couldn't really understand his words, the boy knew exactly what the feline pokémon was thinking. That made him step back a bit, blushing just as much as him.

"No, it can't be him… We've been together for a long time, I'd know if he liked me that way."

Danji placed the yo-yo on his petal collar alongside his own. He felt like on the day he was given to Allun, thinking of that moment as a gift for both of them.

"I'll find out… I'll find out who my secret admirer is!~"

The image of his Floragato smiling and the enthusiasm in his voice said everything he needed to know. Yes, Danji desired to uncover this secret admirer's identity, but a little hesitation remained inside Allun. Would he be ok if Allun was this person? His own trainer?

He didn't know, and didn't have enough confidence to talk about this with the pokémon, but at least his happiness gave him a good incentive.

"Someday… Someday I'll tell you, Danji…"

The room's door opened, allowing passage to the trainer and pokémon. The human immediately sighed in relief, incredibly tired of climbing both the stairs leading to the academy and its own going to the dorms.

The bag on Allun's back was quickly thrown to the chair beside the bed, then he threw himself over the mattress, letting out another sigh. As for Danji, he was in the kitchen area, looking through the shelves of quick snacks.

"If you're hungry, there's another Veluza snack in the bag."

"It's not for me." He closes the shelf, deciding to grab the snack Allun bought earlier today.

"Wait… You'll look for that… admirer, aren't you?" Danji nodded, smiling and evidently anxious.

Everyday after classes ended, he would go out alone trying to investigate his secret admirer's identity, always remembering the note he had read and never giving up on his search, even after months of no clues found.

Out of all humans and pokémon he had suspected in that time, only one had some indication of affection towards him, but he already discarded the possibility of being this person thinking he'd know if it was indeed him. But, in an irony of fate, this same person, Allun, is the one he's been looking for.

"You want to find them that much?" Again, he nodded. Allun hesitated, knowing he had to tell the truth sometime.

After what happened today, putting his loved one in danger to fight two never before seen killing machines, he didn't know if he'd bear to see him hurt without ever knowing the truth. Danji may have won, quite easily even, but that was a real threat. One slip, as small as it may be, and he'd be with his life at risk. So, even if he didn't want to do it yet, he had to. It's been more than two whole years of preparation, after all.

"About that… I need to tell you something…"

The grass-type turned to him slowly, letting out a short "Meow?". Allun got up and walked up to the pokémon in front of the door, his hand shaking behind his back.

"I know who's your secret admirer…" The feline's eyes lit up, surprised. "He's… me."

He felt butterflies in his stomach and his face getting hotter by the second. The human's barely able to look at the pokémon's eyes, who's extremely quiet, leaving him unsure on how he'd react. That is, until he felt one of Danji's claws lifting his chin up to his face, seeing a smile larger than any he had ever seen.

Before formulating any kind of thought of understanding what the pokémon's doing, he threw his head forward, making his lips touch the human's. Just a second later Danji opened his mouth, pushing his tongue inside Allun's mouth, moving it from side to side and exploring its insides completely.

During this time Allun felt paralyzed and defenseless against the cat's sudden advance. Multiple emotions came flooding him: fear, hesitation, intrigue, and most importantly, passion. This surprise attack quickly got him very excited with the feeling of his lips.

Maybe a little too excited…

"Ah!–" When pressing his body on the human male's, he felt the ascension of someone else down below. "I guess it really is you.~"

He stepped back, blushing intensely and covering his crotch with both hands. Danji briefly laughed at this, finding Allun's shyness very adorable. "F-forget it happened!

However, the Meowscarada didn't waste time before jumping at him, knocking him to the floor, once again with their faces very close to one another.

"Hey, what are you doing?!"

"Collecting my prize for today's victory.~" He smiled like moments before, going lower into the human's body.

The way he smiled and moved, full of energy and enthusiastically, is exactly like when he entered battle. If he's changed personalities, then he must feel like this is some kind of "exercise", which could only mean one thing…

"Something only YOU can give me!~" Without any hesitation, he opened the boy's zipper and pulled his pants to his knees.

The surprise kiss made Allun very excited already, as his "little friend" is now exposed to the outside world. He instinctively wanted to hide it, but he held back, not exactly sure why. Maybe he wanted what was about to happen, or maybe he knew deep down that it wouldn't stop Danji.

Allun could only watch as the pokémon's hand held his penis firmly. Despite the excitement he felt, it wasn't completely "prepared" for the act, but Danji is determined to fix that immediately.

With a light squeeze, the feline began moving his hand, going up and down, up and down, repeatedly. The human bit his lips, his heart rate increasing little by little.

"Sit. Laying on this hard floor must be quite uncomfortable.~" He said, moving to the trainer's right side and helping him sit while holding his back with the free hand.

Now that his not-so-secret admirer is in a more comfortable position, Danji started increasing his hand's movement speed, generating much more pleasure to the trainer and consecutively making his dick harden rapidly.

A small moan escaped the human's lips, surprising the Meowscarada without interrupting the fun. He looked at his mate's eyes, seeing both his profound passion and the glare of a predator eyeing their prey.

Said and done, Danji stole another kiss from him, but this time Allun didn't hesitate in retributing it, instead battling his tongue for dominance, each one trying to assert it and invade the other's mouth. They keep pushing each other for multiple seconds, wrapping and "dancing" together.

However, the Meowscarada soon broke the kiss, both of them panting lightly, especially the human. Before saying anything, he stopped jerking his trainer off to help take out his clothes, plus his own mask.

Few have ever seen the face under a Meowscarada's mask, as showing them is considered an act of trust and luck. Under it, Danji had dark green fur making a pattern resembling a second mask, small enough to cover only his eyes, much similar to his pre-evolutions.

"Wow… Danji, you're so… beautiful…" It escaped while the boy admired Danji's beautiful and seductive face. Seems like he didn't care how he sounded anymore.

"Instead of staring, try tasting.~" He came closer again, but this time he got up, leaving his own erect genital only centimeters away from Allun's face.

His cheeks turned red once again. Never has he thought about doing this kind of thing, he always imagined himself as being the dominant in this relationship. But this side of Danji definitely wouldn't submit to anyone, so the least he could do is try to make Danji happy.

Slowly he opened his mouth, pulling the penis in front of him inside. He could feel the various penile spines poking at his lips and tongue, but it wasn't annoying or hurting.

"Meowsca…~" The pokémon moaned, supporting himself on the counter. The wet and hot sensation from Allun's mouth made him shiver constantly, which only got worse when the human began moving his head back and forth in a fast rhythm.

In the beginning Allun concentrated on his movement, but over time he gave up and started moving at an irregular pace. He grabbed Danji's thighs and used them to move him too, pushing and pulling following his own rhythm.

Danji's moans get louder and louder continuously, to the point of needing to bite his lower lip to keep quiet. He also moved his right hand to hold the back of Allun's head and helped him, increasing the speed and making him suck Danji harder.

"Carada…!~" He screamed, feeling his climax approaching quickly.

The trainer knew it, feeling the pokémon's cock throbbing slightly inside him and the taste of precum making contact with his tongue. In response, Allun decided to shorten the distance of his movement, so that when Danji reached his climax he wouldn't waste a single drop of cum.

Soon that happened, the Meowscarada meowed seconds before shooting his sperm down the human's throat, who gulped it stream after stream, not letting any escape until the cum began to die down and the ejaculation finished itself..

The taste of this sticky white substance is somewhat bitter, but delicious. It reminded him of a strong tea, which he loves. When it ended, Allun separated from Danji's penis, panting heavily with his tongue out.

"What an incredible mouth. But are your hips just as good?~" He gently pushed him down to the floor again, sitting near his crotch. Both male's dicks touched, and Danji used the opportunity to rub them together.

"Uh… I don't know if this is a good idea, Danji…" Allun said reluctantly, but he was quickly silenced when the cat threw himself forward a little, trapping the human's penis in between his furry rumps.

"What, isn't this what you wanted?" Leaning forward, he licked his trainer's cheek and bounced with his dick still trapped. "Don't you want to fill my tight ass completely?~"

This action made Allun close his mouth. Though he hesitated, Allun gave up and nodded to the pokémon, who then raised his waist and lowered directly above the human's genital organ. He could feel every centimeter of Allun's dick coming inside his anal hole, little by little.

To each of these centimeters going in, the feline let out a long moan, and when it was completely in he waited for several seconds, wanting to be ready and adjusted to the boy's size before continuing. During this waiting, he panted heavily with eyes closed.

Allun placed his hands on the pokémon's waist, letting his intentions very clear. Danji nodded, starting to get up and sit again, always taking it slow in the beginning.

At first he felt a slight discomfort, however, with some time and the movement, the Meowscarada's anal hole readjusted itself to properly house the human's size, thus changing the discomfort into pure pleasure.

"Ah… Danji…~"

"Rada!~"

The sounds of the bouncing echoes through the room, becoming very audible. After a little, their moans muffled the sound considerably until it couldn't be heard anymore, only the moans could.

Allun suddenly stopped moving, making some effort to sit and lock hys lips with Danji's. Though it's a sloppy kiss, he reciprocated happily, holding on to the human's shoulders and keeping his bouncing rhythm.

"Danji… I don't think I'll last much longer!~" He broke the kiss.

"Oh yeah? Then you better get ready, because I'll make it so you can't walk after this!~"

His words weren't understood, but Allun soon realized what he said when Danji began bouncing with such strength that he looked like a fighting-type pokémon. Though it was a little painful, the pleasure he felt was definitely much greater.

After so much enjoyment of this act, the Meowscarada's dick began leaking precum once again, pouring it all over his new mate's stomach, signaling that he, too, was about to cum.

So, when Allun was at his stamina's limit, he squeezed Danji's rumps and pulled him down using all his strength, then shooting his own fluids down his lover's ass. Like him, Allun also shot multiple streams of cum in sequence, slowly filling the starter fully.

Danji was so full of subsequent semen that some of it managed to escape and run down the human's rod. At this same instant, Danji had his second orgasm, but this time painting Allun's chest white.

Exhausted, they could only pant quietly with their foreheads touching one another and closed eyes. They wrapped each other in a weak hug, making their stomachs touch, too.

"Yes… Your hips ARE just as incredible.~" The cat whispered, licking his human's cheek.

"Hey, Danji…" Allun paused, panting a little more. Danji opened his eyes to look at him, curious. "I love you.~"

A smile formed itself on the feline's face before giving him a quick smooch. "I love you too.~"

End.
