Miz-K Productions presents:
A black man wearing a camo vest and pants was driving down the streets of New York, as he was feeling uneasy.
"My name's Oscar Gooden. I'm an agent of Interpol. You know, the big boys from the top. I'm also a member of a fine bunch of mates that have helped me out, and I alone helped them, in return."
He returned to his office and said, "Man, what a day…"
He stepped in, as a woman bowed to him, wearing a black and white outfit. Mundy said, "Good evening. Yeah… Tough day."
"Just recently, the faction known as AAW has been under construction. The name change and all. We're called "World Agency" now.
Sadly, I don't care. I was offered to be leader, but I declined. See, my babe, Scarlet Riley, just left, after she stepped down. She figured that she needed personal closure. So, I'm left babysitting these bastards."
He sat down and sighed, "It's times like this… I wish I didn't join The Gang."
"By the way, we never covered the fact that I live in this apartment… Well, this is mine… and it doubles as a place to store me firearms. Always be prepared. And the manservant you see here? Well… SHE is important to the plot. Anyways… Lemme tell you how it started… How is she with me?"
The servant walked off in silence, as he stated, "Oi! You gonna join me, or no?"
"Well, it's a very long story. I never tell anyone about our line of work, but… Lemme declassify what you need to know."

File 1: The One Called Neo
New York – 2022
Mundy was driving down New York, as it was nighttime.
NOTE: This takes place prior to Arc 2 of TGIA's Final Season.
It all started days after we decided to close AAW down, due to a name change. This was before we were called "World Agency". I was called by a friend…
A man in a suit, with brown hair and glasses, was waiting for him. They shook hands, as he said, "Oscar Gooden, good to see you again."
"Likewise, mate." Mundy said, "I see you came early…"
Percival said, "Well, we would be, but Cy almost hit a corner. She's cautious."
"Right. Androids aren't what they used to be. Eh, sorry again about Eri. She was a cute little beaut-bot."
"I know… But if it ain't broke, don't fix it…"
They walked together, inside a small pub.
This man's name is Percival Gaynes. He's an original member of The Gang, and is Farra's husband. The little bit-bot here is Cy. She's an android.
Cy smiled, "Hewwo! You muss be Munny!"
"It's Mundy, and hi… But you can call me Oscar."
"Oz… kah?" Cy slowly pronounced it. She said, "Nah, I call yew Munny."
Percival said, "Cy, wait in the car."
Cy stated, "No. Yew said I'd be in this mission."
He replied, "Okay, but don't do anything foolish." He said to Mundy, "About our trip to Megurigaoka School, we had a bit of a turbulent problem there. But it's been done."
"So, I figured."
They were met with a huge man in blonde hair and a mustache, wearing a silver mask and purple vest and pants. Mundy saluted, as he said, "Stand down, Gooden."
This is Percival's superior officer, the head of Feral Beauty. His name's Neptuneman, or Kenkaman. He's a former Choujin Wrestler. He also runs the World Government on side jobs, including these multiverse screw-ups.
Neptuneman said, "As you know, we are determined to find out what we know about this new threat – Real Ninja. This is related to the commercials we saw for this drug, Euphoria."
They viewed a commercial for Euphoria, with a pink-haired woman in it. She was Oka Kazamatsuri.
"Intel describes her as former Obnubi Ninja gone rogue – Oka Kazamatsuri." Percival explained, "While we don't know her motives, she has betrayed Obnubi to work her side jobs."
"Who the hell's Oka?" Mundy huffed.
"Oka Kazamatsuri, a Kazamatsuri Clan Ninja from Daikoku Village, somewhere in Japan. She is usually a sweet girl, but there's a dark aura within her. When we saw the commercial, we have a hunch that it's her."
"And this is related to me… as…"
Neptuneman said, "Your team, The Gang, they're freelancers now. Miss Otomegawa gave me my consent to have you guys track down this drug and Kazamatsuri. Bring her back alive… or not. But do not tell them about this, until it's time. For all we know, she could be one of those Stand Users."
Mundy nodded, "Yes, sir. I won't let you down. The mates will find out soon enough… They just need to learn more of the situation."
Percival said, "Good. I'm going to head to New York and assist them. They just finished the Gaoka Clan, and moved on to their new locale."
"934 Saint Venus Street. That's where we are located."
"Thank you. Cy! Get that!"
"Okay!" Cy processed, as Mundy said, "So, that's all you got me? Right. Be seeing you."
As I turn around, I know that my life will change, forever…
Neptuneman said, "Just a moment, Agent Gooden from ICPO?" Mundy stopped, as Neptuneman asked, "While you are keeping it in the low, this Euphoria business, how about a little hired work?"
"Hired work? What do you mean?" Mundy asked, "I'm not a gun for hire."
"I know. But someone barged in my office, a while ago, and offered to assist me in a murder case."
Percival said, "This person did that to me, yet she was being violent. She won't take NO for an answer. Mostly because that's your bag."
Mundy said, "I'm no detective. Besides, I haven't the time to waste moonlighting on your chores."
He turned around, and a shadowy figure appeared on top of the rafters. He looked up, as he gasped, "What?"
Perched up high was a woman in black pants, a white long-sleeved shirt, and long pink and brown hair. Her eyes were pink and brown, as well. Her pink eye on the left, and her brown eye on the right.
Percival said, "Cy, stay back." She went behind him, as Neptuneman smirked, "This is gonna be good. Any broken items, it's on you."
Percival gulped, "Yes, sir."
This beauty… she's the picture of a sweetheart, but the soul of a quiet demon. This was…
Mundy glared, "Neo Politan…"
Percival asked, "You know her?"
"Know her? She's Remnant's most wanted criminal… and also, one of Torchwick's goons."
Neo glared at him and dove down. She armed herself with an umbrella, and he fought back, using his machete. They exchanged punches and slashes, as Mundy landed a kick to the gut. Neo shattered into glass, and reemerged from behind, using her Semblance.
"Tricky little bugger, is she?"
Neo kicked him to the table, and he rushed back in, as Neptuneman halted his men to interfere. They started fighting atop of the bar, and they exchanged kicks. Neo opened her umbrella, and then Mundy fired his guns at her. She deflected the gunfire with her umbrella. She smirked, as he was annoyed. He roared, and started punching her, but she lifted up and did a backflip, and a punt. Mundy rolled down and rushed at her with a left punch. She avoided it, and Neo swept him off his feet. He rolled out of the way, and snarled, "YAAAGH!" He tackled her, and she shattered again. Neo dropped down, and stomped on him. She kicked him, but he rolled out of the way. Armed with a machete, he hacked and slashed at Neo, but Neo used his umbrella to deflect the strikes. Neo slashed down, and Mundy leapt over her, landing near the exit.
They stared down, until Neptuneman called, "THAT'S ENOUGH!" He said, "Unless you want to get in trouble, take it outside. I enjoy a Floor Show; reminds me of my days of the Tag Team Mountain. But if you must be reckless, do it outside!"
They nodded, and then…
SMASH!
Neo was kicked through a window, and Mundy ran outside, trailing Neo.
"Come on out, you freak!" Mundy yelled, "I got enough firearms to say goodbye to your head! That bumbershoot would make a nice holder for your brains!" He waited, as he was walking down the alleyway. He whispered, "Come on, ya mongrel…"
He walked and waited, until he sensed Neo's presence. He said, "Hm… You make this look easy. I'm just getting worse." He produced a sniper rifle and said, "Hierophant Sniper!" This was Mundy's best gun, or rather, his Stand. Stands are usually manifestations of the soul, and dated back to the days of The Joestar Lineage.
BANG!
He fired his rifle behind him. The smoke cleared, and Neo emerged lightly scratched, holding her umbrella up. Her clothes were a mess, but then she bowed her head, wearing a black derby hat. Mundy gasped, as he asked, "What?"
She tilted her head up, showing an emotional glare. But Mundy asked, "That hat… That's… Roman Torchwick…"
It was then I knew who she was… only I understood her emotions. Roman Torchwick was her boss. She works under a nefarious devil named Cinder Fall. And Roman was her underboss, whatever that means… but still, seeing her eyes showed me the truth. She wasn't there when Torchwick died.
Mundy said, "Look, I know who you are and who you're referring to… but know this. I'm not helping you. One, you're a criminal. And two, why should I help you? You wanted to avenge Torchwick's death, because someone like you didn't know?"
Neo pointed down and glared. Mundy looked at his phone and read the text:
"I want justice… Roman's dead… and I want to know who did it… I want to hire you…"
"Well…" He was annoyed, "You can't talk, can you?"
Neo shook her head NO, as Mundy said, "Bloody mute. I wish I could help you, but I'm not who you're looking for. I'm not a hired gun. And I don't help criminals." He walked off and said, "Find someone else."
Neo glared, and she charged at him. Mundy & Neo started to brawl, as Mundy cried, "WHAT PART OF NO DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND? I HAVE MY RIGHTS!"
They separated, and Neo stepped back. Neo dashed forward, and Mundy fired his Stand, near her feet, flying upwards. She stopped, as Mundy was up on the second floor window of a lone building.
"You're good… I'll give you that." Mundy said, "If this keeps up, I won't have time for meself. So, how's about we sort out a deal? You help me with my problems with The Gang, and I can help you find Roman's murderer. But know that when we agree to this, I'm throwing up inside. My reputation is at stake. And I can't have someone see me with you."
Neo nodded, as she dispersed. Mundy hopped down and said, "Right. You do me, and I do you, and no one has to know… The Gang has trust issues with people, nowadays. I don't think they'd trust you…"
Neo agreed, as he said, "Good… Let's talk." But she pointed at herself, saying she cannot talk. He sighed and grumbled, "Right…"
Neo Politan told me everything… well, sort of. She's a mute.
He has the files of Neo, as he narrated:
"Trivia Vanille… only daughter of Jimmy and Carmel Vanille (both deceased). Born in Vale, and from a very abusive family. Her lifestyle was a rich family, yet she was anything but a prissy little princess. No… She was silent, and has made a friend in her Semblance, Neo Politan. One day, when she was older, she met with a criminal underling named Roman Torchwick. Thanks to his crafty manner and his feelings for Trivia, they shared a bond together… and in the process, she and Roman killed her parents, destroying the mansion that she lived in. Trivia was freed, and she stayed with the criminal organization that Roman runs."
Mundy talked with Neo in his apartment, "So, any tricks you do, love, aside from combat?"
Neo nodded, and she changed into Cy. She smiled, as she raised her hands up. Her eyes were purple, and then she blinked, showing her pink & brown eyes.
"Hmm… Not bad. So, you're a changeling." He said to her, "That may be useful, but I suggest that you remember the eyes." Neo crossed her arms and pouted. "I know, it's tough, but you'll learn soon enough. Why, maybe someday, you can talk, if you train hard enough."
Neo changed back and bowed, "I know… I know about you, Trivia." Neo gasped, as he said, "If you agree to help me with my case, I can help you find the one bugger that did this to you. But if they find out we're working together, I could lose my job, and you could go to jail, or worse. I have a reputation to uphold, and we're not into assisting injustice, meaning your kind. But I will help you find him or her, and they will be put to justice. Scratch me back, mate, and I'll scratch yours."
Neo nodded and shook hands with him, "This will be the start of a beautiful… yet bizarre… friendship."
Neo hesitated, as she thought, "Friend?" In Neo's mind, this is what she said. Neo was born without uttering a word, ever.

I told Neo to stay indoors, as she was simply on the lam. But she gave me leads on who's who in the criminal guild. Some of them used to work for Roman, before he died. One of them was Premier Arthur Watts. He was an Atlasian Premier, before he was caught cheating the polls. Funny thing is… the bastard was found not guilty, and he blamed it on another of his allies, Tyrian Callows.
Mundy arrived at Watts' place, as the door knocked. Watts called, "Come in!"
Mundy said, "Excuse me… Arthur Watts?"
A skinny man in a brown jacket, with a mustache and black hair, said to him, "Yes? How can I help you?"
"Oscar Gooden – Interpol."
Watts gasped in shock, as Oscar called, "Never mind, calm down. I am not here to arrest you."
Arthur calmed down and said, "Yes… My apologies, sir. I mean, you are a classy gentleman, dressed in camos."
"It's my everyday attire. But I have an undershirt on. Anyways…" He sat down and said, "I was hired by one of your former henchmen of Roman Torchwick."
"Oh?"
"Roman's dead. And she wants justice."
Watts said, "Well, who's the one that wants justice?"
"Neo Politan." he said, as Watts was stunned, "And… I believe this is linked to you. Arthur Watts, ex-Premier of Atlas, who was put on trial for rigging the election against Robyn Hill. And was acquitted of all crimes, thanks to shady evidence. Yet I understand, because Tyrian was your partner."
Watts said, "Well, yes… But what's that got to do with Roman Torchwick?"
"I'll make it brief. I want to find Roman's killer. Maybe learn more of the truth. And if you cooperate, I'll help you find that Scorpion of a Faunus, Tyrian Callows, and lock him away like the bug he is. Neo never saw what happened, but when she returned… he was gone."
Neo flew off, in an umbrella, during a fight with a girl in black, wearing a red cape and hood. Roman, a man in orange hair, a derby hat, and a white coat, was fighting the girl.
Mundy narrated, "Roman & Neo fought against a huntress named Ruby Rose. During a fight in Beacon Academy, Neo flew off and was never seen again. Leaving Ruby Rose to fight alone. Roman had the upper hand, but according to higher powers, he was about to finish her off. And then was killed out of nowhere."
Roman was devoured by a Grimm, before he was about to kill Ruby.
Mundy said, "Basically what I am saying is that her machinations of hating Miss Rose led to the downfall of the man she once cared for. I don't suppose you have any leads."
Watts said, "Well, now that you mention it, yes. You heard of a woman named… Cinder Fall?"
"Hm?" Mundy said, "This is a name I don't know of…" He thought, as he lied, "Cinder Fall… That's a cunt's name that I know of." He asked, "What is she like? Tell me more about this organization."
Watts replied, "Well, she's actually the boss of Roman and Neo. We work as a business organization, under the name SALEM. It's just Cinder, Roman and Neo, me, Tyrian… and then there's Mercury Black, Emerald Sustrai, Hazel Rainart, and Adam Taurus. We're more of a criminal faction, so to speak. However, when the ranks started to deteriorate, it was just Cinder, me, Mercury, Neo, and Tyrian. But that fell apart, when Neo left, feeling no emotion left."
"Roman's death must've been it."
"Exactly. Now it's just Cinder, Tyrian, and Mercury. Emerald's working part-time in New York, looking to make ends meet, and saying she wants to start anew. Hazel, on the other hand…"
"He's dead."
"Oh, yes. He was going to betray the faction, but Cinder did not want that to happen."
"And Cinder killed Hazel."
"But I wouldn't conclude right away that she killed Roman, beforehand."
"You?"
"I've moved on. Retirement. Also, lay low from the police, too. But it's been two years."
"What about the others?"
"Mercury's been called away on assignment… and Adam, well… Sad to say that he died a slow and painful death. Painless, no, but that's the way it is when his Faunus brethren turn on you… only because he was a bully and a sadist."
"Faunus? This is new to me. Never knew you had people like that in Remnant."
"A special breed of animal-human hybrids. We used to hate the Faunus, until we were giving Equality Rights."
He's right. I actually looked up the term, and in this multiverse, there exists a cornucopia of Faunus. I always thought that they weren't real, and that they were simply aliens from another world. But I never knew they'd be sodding freaks of nature, who also want to be well-recognized as people, too.
Mundy sat up and said, "I believe I have had all I can get from you… for now. I'll be in touch. I think I'll find Emerald, since she co-signed with you blokes."
Watts said, "I managed to locate where she lives…"
XXXXX
He gave me her address. It was a bar, near town. Coincidentally, Percival and Michelle actually went there for a drink, once.
That evening, he drove by and found the bar. He said, "Diamond Bar. How appropriate."
He stepped in the bar, as Emerald was serving drinks at the counter. She was a woman in dark skin, with pale light green hair and a white outfit. He approached the counter, as she said, "Yes? How can I help you?"
Mundy said, "Are you Emerald Sustrai?" Emerald said, "Yes. But folks call me Emmy." he slipped a $100 bill to her and said, "Let's talk privately."
"Uhhh… Excuse me? But, uh… I don't take bribes from–."
"Do you know Roman Torchwick?"
Emerald was shocked, as she asked, "Roman? Who told you about this?"
"Neo."
"Neo? She's here? It's been long…"
"I know. That hundo is for you… And I want to help you."
Emerald was called to get the drinks, as she put the money aside, "Keep your money… We'll talk, privately, in one hour."
Mundy pushed the money back, "In that case, one beer."
Emerald sighed, "Customer's always right… Right?"
"Right." He said.
He was given a huge mug of beer, as Emerald whispered, "Meet me in 45 minutes. I go on break."
She left, as he enjoyed his swig of beer. Two men in leather appeared and went to him. One thug in black hair hissed, "Oh, look… If it isn't a soldier boy, or one of those washed-up rappers."
Mundy turned to him, "I beg your pardon?"
The man said, "I don't like you, because you're a black man."
"YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW ME, MATE!" Mundy roared, "Besides, I'm meeting a little lady in 45."
The man jeered, "Oh? I didn't think you'd have a date, do you, shithead." he shoved her, "What are you gonna do, shoot your glock at me?!"
Mundy said, "It's not a glock, it's a pistol." He explained, "MAC-10 Submachine Gun, custom-made, fires 12 bullets per minute. Holds up to 16 shells."
The man barked, "Dude… You're sick."
"I've been out hunting, something you haven't done. Besides, I'm on duty." Mundy said, "So, unless you have other means, I suggest that you don't end up like the others that tried to jump my kind."
"Why should I?"
"Ever heard of the Faunus? They, too, are like us… Black Lives Matter, so does Faunus. We're just like them. You're just a sad little man… And if I were you, I wouldn't say the N-word to me face, because that's sickening to our language. And if you raise your hand against me, mate, I'll drop you like a bad habit. If you decide to fight, I'll take you outside and pop a cap in yo arse, like you would say. Only I won't miss, because I'm an expert in armed tactics, but I don't abuse my weapons as common thug props! No… if you get out of line, I would pop a bullet into your head and watch it rain!"
They all gasped, as the man was speechless. Mundy continued, "And seeing that you don't know what Faunus are, I recommend that you stuff it. Nobody wants to hear a sodding drunk hooligan that ridicules my race, and their race, until they learn to mind their manners! Because you're just a common garter snake, you wanker."
The man stammered, "Y-You take that remark back!" Mundy glared at him and said, "And don't start on my role as The Gang's hitman. I'm just along for the ride. Now unless you have anything else to say…" He was speechless, as Mundy said, "Move the hell on. Wanker."
He sat back down, as the two men crept away in silence. He sighed and said, "Showed him, arse."
Emerald took his glass and said, "Nice one."
"Eh, I have a lot of frustration in me…"
"You don't say… You a former criminal?"
"Hired merc… You heard of me?"
"The Gang, actually. Maybe I can help. I'm trying to come clean."
"Right. I'll be back in 45."
Mundy took his leave, as Emerald cleaned up the counter. She then whispered, "Wonder if I can warn people not to bring firearms. He never told me he has a gun."
XXXXX
Minutes later, Emerald was with Mundy, inside her office. Someone covered for her, as she was on a break.
"I see. Roman's dead, and Neo's after his killer. Arthur Watts told you about me?"
"Yeah. I figured that you have a connection with them."
"Then, I'm not lying. I actually fled, after what happened with Hazel. Before all that, Mercury left me. He's my partner-in-crime."
"Bugger. Where did he go?"
"Eh? Not sure."
He relaxed, as Emerald said, "Since SALEM went into dissension within the ranks, I fled… then Hazel died. Things went sour, after that. And SALEM was just three people… Well, two, unfortunately."
Mundy said, "So, I have another question about one of your members… Cinder Fall?"
Emerald nodded and said, "Indeed. You think she's responsible?"
"Obviously, love. I wasn't honest to myself, when I spoke with Watts. ICPO actually knew of her, and I know her face."
"She's very dangerous. I wouldn't dare go near her."
"That never stopped me." He said, "Or us, for that matter. The Gang's a freelancer job now, until we get a name going. But if we know that Cinder did it…"
"She wouldn't do that. Would she? Truthfully, she actually hates Tyrian, as does Mercury." Emerald said, "Look… Can you bring Neo here, to this establishment? We're low on help, and I thought I'd have a reunion with her."
Mundy smiled, "I'll see what I can do. She told me about her Semblance and all. I'll be in touch."

Neo decides to stay with Emerald, while I am ordered to watch over her. Of course, my boss was a bit angry at me, knowing I'm helping a criminal.
The boss said, "Agent Gooden, I have overheard that you're assisting criminal activity."
Mundy remarked, "Sir, it's not what you think."
He showed him a photo of Neo, and the Boss said, "There. What the devil are you doing with her?"
Mundy said, "She hired me… for a murder case. You know Roman Torchwick, right? And I also know Cinder Fall. I want you to find me info on Cinder Fall… Maybe I can locate her whereabouts."
"Assist a member of SALEM?! ABSOLUTELY NOT!"
"Sir, she's a former SALEM operative!"
"Who? Cinder or Neo?"
"Gtch! NEO! Dammit, sir! Clearly you know by now–!"
"I have known!" The boss scolded, "But I cannot indulge this act of dishonest nature, ever since you joined The Gang. Don't you get it? What if Neopolitan was trying to jump you?"
Mundy said to his superior, "No, sir… You don't get it. What if she wants to change?"
"Come again?"
"She's an ex-SALEM member, and she lost the one person she cared for. Sure, she's a criminal, but I could not bear to let Neo be alone. I know in my heart that she wants help."
"Did she say anything to you, to know her motives?"
"I, uh… define "Say", sir. Neo Politan's a mute. Luckily, she contacts me through texts and pantomime."
"I see… I'll tell you what, you bring Neo to me, immediately, and we shall forge a deal with her and you. Whatever this is… know this: Neo Politan's YOUR responsibility! One wrong move, and you arrest her. No exceptions."
Mundy said, "Yes, sir."
He walked off, as he was upset. His superiors know, but what of The Gang? Mundy decided to keep it under wraps from his friends. At the time, they were busy with the Euphoria case. And knowing Mundy, he's caught between a rock and a hard place.
XXXXX
Meanwhile, at Venus Street, Mundy was on the computer, typing in Cinder Fall's whereabouts. But no luck.
Cinder leapt out of the radar. She's the one person that can only kill Roman. But if only I knew the truth.
He then replayed footage of "The Fall of Beacon Academy". He found footage of Roman and Ruby fighting, and then he said, "Right… There's Little Red… and there's Roman."
Seems I'm at a loss of words. After viewing the outcome, I'd like to know the source. Roman was killed, but by who? The only person I can turn to is…
"Red."
To be continued…
Next time: "Red Like Ruby"
