Most characters might be OOC and there might be some grammar errors but I'm trying my best.

I decide to cut the story short for various reasons, mostly lack of time but I'm not going to leave anyone hanging by update this story with important scenes and other stuffs to tie things up.

Chapter 5: Final Arc

A ding went off in poly-group chat as Inari Chi have been added.

Naruto: How the hell did you manage to convince Chi and me into that?

Toru: Well, it was pretty easy to convince you to be okay with it because you were busy make out with Saiko. And, damn, you two were so handy with each other.

Saiko: It's not a surprise that we would grope each other, considering how long we have been dating and I gave him permission to do, like Ochaco and Pony.

Setsuna: And it was pretty easy to convince Chi, she said she's poly for a long time and want to give that a try.

Ochaco: At least she took her time to think it over.

Naruto: True.

Chi: You make it sound like some jump into it right away.

Tsuyu: That's exactly what we did.

Chi: Oh, I see.

Naruto: But what's more crazy is that we all agreed to played strip games as long as we wore swimsuits under our clothes.

Yuyu: Yeah, but the swimsuits did stay on so it was fine and good.

Chihiro: And you sure don't complain about it because you were enjoying checking us out the whole time.

Naruto: …Shut.

Pony: Naruto face all red now.

Ibara: How do you know that? Are you in same room with him right now?

Pony: Hai! He in my room with Ochaco and Saiko.

Ibara: And Eri?

Kyoka: In common room with me and Itsuka, watching some children show.

Mina: Speaking of poly and crazy. Naruto, watch that!

Mina has added Todoroki Fuyumi, Awata Kaoruko, Usagiyama Rumi, Kamiji Moe, Sirius and Takeyama Yu to poly-group chat.

Mina: By the way, they agreed to wait until you turn eighteen or after graduation before they can do love-love stuff with you and us all! They also will follow the rules of our polyamory group.

Setsuna: And with that, we just maxed out on the slots. Wooo!

Naruto: …What the fuck did you do? And there is no way you'll convince me to be fine with that!

Several days later, a new text pop up in poly-group chat.

Naruto: Fuck. Can't believe you all talk me into that.

Setsuna: It's safe to say that Ochaco, Pony and Saiko have you whipped. We all know that you can't say no to them and couple girls.

Naruto: Ugh, I fucking hate you.

Setsuna: Love you too, babe.

"Please give me your reports." Rikiya spoke to his elite commanders in the top floor of a tower that overlook Deika City.

"Hai, Re-Destro." Koku cleared his throat, "The Heart…" There was a loud booming sound in distance and their heads snap to the direction to see raising smoke at the edge of the city.

"What happened?!" The leader asked with furrowed brows.

"I'll check!" Tomoyasu typed rapidly into his laptop to pull an camera up, "It must be an gas leak or someone use their meta…" His eyes widened behind his bangs, "Oh my god! EVERYONE, IT'S…"

"TOXIC CHAINSAW?!" A random MLA member screamed in shock and fear as many people stare at the said madman that was standing on the body of Slidin' Go with his bloody chainsaw up in front of his chest.

"HELLO, META LOSERS!" Toxic grinned insanely as his chainsaw revved up loudly, "I'M HERE TO LIBERATE YOU FROM YOUR BODIES!"

"SOUND THE ALARM!" A female MLA member screamed, "WE NEED EVERYONE TO TAKE HIM DOWN!" The city alarm went off as they charge toward the madman.

"DANCE OF…" The madman tensed his body before he spring forward at them with a twist of his body as he swing the chainsaw around crazily, "THE LUNATIC!" He cleaved through his victims, easily shredding them in pieces as he start to sing out, "Twinkle, twinkle, little star…"

Anger…

Hatred…

Fear…

Despair…

"Hey, do anyone know the solution to problem sixty-three for math?" Juzo looked up to the girls, Naruto and some boys as they study together in Naruto's dorm, the television was on for some teenagers who need a break from study session.

"I do." Momo replied, "Which part are you struck on?"

"The second part." The lipless teenager slide his paper over to her to show his method, "I think I made a mistake somewhere but I can't find it."

"Ah, you placed this number in wro…" The creator was about to explain until the television suddenly change to breaking news and everyone looked up to see the reporter in helicopter as some buildings collapsed below the helicopter.

"That is the breaking news!" The reporter screamed with paled face as sweats run down her face, "We have receive an shocking tip, a terrorist organization have been hiding in Deika City for over hundred years and have been building army in secret! This organization is Meta Liberation Army! It was thought to be disbanded after the arrest of their leader, Destro, but it is revealed that it have been refounded and leading by these people shown in the pictures!" The pictures pulled up to show Rikiya, Kizuki Chitose, Hanabata Koku and Chikazoku Tomoyasu.

"Wait, aren't they bigshots?!" Denki widened his eyes in shock, not expecting it and his widened eyes went farther along with several others as the reporter exposed some pro heroes as MLA allies like Slidin' Go. "Oh shit!"

"BUT!" The reporter cried, "When we got here, something unbelievable is happening! I have to warn you that it's very graphic! If there are children watching, turn it off or take them away from it! Look!" The camera zoomed to the street to show hundreds of people charge in one same direction before they explode in gore and blood as an individual plow through them with wild swinging of chainsaw, twirling around as if he was dancing.

"HOLY FUCK!" Yosetsu screamed, "I-IS THAT TOXIC CHAINSAW?!"

"But it can't be!" Itsuka gasped with paled face, "Isn't he supposed to be in prison?!"

"That's right, how and when did he escape?" Naruto frowned, "Won't that be in the news when it went down? The heroes would have told us about that."

"It was discovered that Toxic Chainsaw have broke out by an villain named Muscular, who Toxic Chainsaw murdered on spot along with a deathrow named Moonfish, during transfer between prisons in secret few months ago." The reporter shouted, "He had committed an massacre in a hospital and everything was placed with gag order. And now, as we are watching, he is going on a mass murder spree in the city with an intent to wipe Deika City off the map!"

"Wipe the entire city out?" Manga gulped, "T-T-That'll be crazy if he did…"

"No, it's not if, he will do it…" Naruto frowned.

"Naruto?" Ochaco looked at him.

"It's because of his quirk." The frowning fox-tailed blonde stared at the news, "There is a reason why he's calling Toxic Chainsaw. As it sound so horrific to say that, but these Meta army have no hope going up against him right now."

"What's his quirk?" The gravity girl asked and Naruto opened his mouth to answer her question as everyone listen while watching the news in shock and horror.

Rikiya vomit some blood out as he tried to smash Toxic Chainsaw down with a hammer smash but the madman sawed his hands off at their wrists and the MLA leader find himself launch backward by a kick to chest, crash his back into a large boulder. "H-H-How can you b-b-be this strong?!" Rikiya roared out, he don't understand how this monster can beat him when his stress push pass the limit. He don't understand how Toxic Chainsaw can get more faster and powerful at every turn, every time the MLA leader raise his strength, the madman's strength outclass him again and again. "W-W-WHAT IS YOUR META ABILITY?!"

"Ah, you want to know my quirk?" Toxic swiftly cleaved the leader's legs off at knees, causing the man to scream out. "I'll tell you since you're going to die. My quirk's name is Negative Happy!" His face went up in front of the now-shivering leader, "The more negative emotions there are, the powerful I get!"

"W-W-Wha?!" Rikiya stuttered out.

"You hear me, I'm fueled on negative emotions." The chuckling madman tapped the chainsaw on his shoulder few times, "You know what negative emotions are, right? Hatred, fear, rage, sorrow…" His eyes bore into the now-shivering leader, "Stress and many more! Oh, right! I can get powerful if a single negative emotion is high or powerful! In other word, I'm a bad matchup for you!" The leader's eyes widened in horror, "Hehehe, so how does it feel now?" Toxic stood up with his arms spreading wide as the city lie in ruin behind him, blood and body parts nearly covered everything in sight. "To lose everything in a single day! You're the only MLA member left!"

"W-W-Why are you doing that to us?!" The bleeding leader cried out, "W-What did the MLA do to you? We should have take you in…" The roaring chainsaw shot past his head into the boulder and Rikiya wet himself with tears, the saw was so close to his ear.

"Because you're a fucking quirkist!" Toxic bellowed with rage in his eyes, "And if you claim that MLA accept all no matter who then why don't I ever seen a single one with mutant-type quirk? To be more specific, the one with animal features." The leader sputtered with his eyes widened larger, "I know…The world know now…" The madman hissed deadly, "That you and MLA members were the guests who enjoy attending Red Zoo, even giving a little fund to keep it going!" Rikiya paled, "That's right, your little dirty secret is out!" Toxic pulled his chainsaw out of the boulder, rearing it back. "Now go to hell!"

"W-W-WAIT!" Rikiya screamed out before the chainsaw impale him in groin, drawing an bloodcurdling scream out from him as the chainsaw slowly move upward to bisect him and Toxic Chainsaw flick the chainsaw up in air, shower himself with blood. Toxic keep his weapon-arm up in air as if he was raising his fist up before his gaze flick to the helicopter, causing the cameraman to jump in his seat with a flinch.

"YOU'RE…" Toxic Chainsaw pointed his chainsaw at the camera with insanity glint in his eyes as he grinned giddily, "NEXT!"

"EEEEEK!" The reporter cried out with the news crew, causing the pilot to fly the helicopter away from the city as fast as it can get.

By the time the pro heroes appeared at the scene, Toxic Chainsaw was long gone and this day will later be marked down as one of the most infamous moments in the history, known as Deika Massacre or MLA Massacre.

"You have no idea how much I'm looking forward to meet you, my descendant." All For One grinned behind the glass in one of prison's meeting rooms and sit in front of him is Naruto, Toshinori was standing behind the teenager.

"Just to let you know that, I don't want to come here in first place when All Dumbass and others told me about our DNA matched." Naruto scowled with crossed arms, "But they convinced to come here because of a deal. Do you know how fucked up it is to find out that you have a living ancestor and he's a evil mastermind? The same one that put me and others through some shits like USJ and the raid at boot camp?!"

"You weren't there for the USJ raid." The inmate said and the fox-tailed blonde glared. "But, again, I understand because your girlfriends were there at this time. Quite a ladies man I must mention." He chuckled, "I don't know which side you take after, mine or Mito. There were few people in her family that was pretty popular with people but she was one-man woman and I was the lucky one."

"You keep track on me?" The blonde boy's scowl deepened with deadly glare.

"Not always." All For One said, "I kept tab on you and your mother for the first three years before I suddenly lost the track of you two…You have no idea how much I keep searching for you like your other relative. Imagine my shock and rage when I found out where you were in after the news of your rampage reach my ears." He sneered, "Not only that, Garaki Kyudai have been helping them in secret without my knowledge! This damn bastard have no idea about our relation. Do you know that he was planning to have League of Villains and Monoma capture you for your quirk?"

"Garaki, was he the doctor that was found dead in the secret lab beneath a hospital that Toxic Chainsaw attacked?" Toshinori frowned.

"That's right, it was me who tipped Toxic off through our mutual acquaintance." The inmate replied before he hum thoughtfully, "I wonder how Toxic killed him. I'm pretty sure he must have a field day with the good doctor, playing doctor…Or mad scientist." He snickered.

"Look here, I'm here to tell you two things so I can get out of here." Naruto grunted, "One, Tomura and some of his goons had been found and arrested. They were found in a rundown house, stealing things off some dead CRC quirkists for quick cash."

"That don't surprise that they're reduced to nothing but low thugs." All For One dismissed the fate of Tomura uncaringly, "At least there's less CRC members."

"And two, they told me about your quirk so if you're going to offer me your quirk…" The blonde boy said, "You can take it and shove up your ass."

"Fine with me." The inmate replied as if he already has seen it coming from miles away, "It'll be total overkill if you have both your and my quirks. Heh. No one would have a chance against you."

"Whatever." Naruto got up, "I already say my pieces so I'm out of here."

"Wait, don't you want to know the name of your last living relative?" All For One said as the blonde boy stopped, "Or any information you want to know about? You see, no one really give me their time of day to make a small chat and it's quite lonely here. If you want to know more about your family, I'll tell you all about them…Beside your father, I don't know who it was."

"Naruto, it's up to you." Toshinori said to the teenager, glaring at his grinning nemesis.

"…I…I'll think about it." The blonde boy growled softly before he walk out.

"That's all I ask for." The inmate chuckled and the number one hero gave him one last glare before he left.

"You know what's weird?" Manga tilted his head puzzlingly as the teenagers watched the pro heroes fighting each other over who will adopt Naruto and the said teenager looked so done at some point, it was suppose to be a simple heroic career day where many heroes gather to give the heroic department a look into a certain field.

"What?" Pony tilted her head curiously.

"If they all want to adopt Naruto so badly, why don't they do some kind of joint custody?" The word-balloon-headed teenager lifted his hand up slightly, "With that, they can be Naruto's parents and grandparents and work out a schedule to spend time with him like who'll have custody of him for a day. I mean, it's pretty common for more than three parents to adopt a child." Everything suddenly become quiet and the teenagers looked over in confusion to see all pro heroes froze in middle of fight as they stared back at Manga with widened eyes as if they haven't thought of it until now.

"…Joint custody?" A heroine looked at her fellow heroes.

"Joint custody." A hero nodded.

"JOINT CUSTODY!" Many pros screamed out as if they have come to an agreement.

"Fuck." Naruto cussed flatly before his head turn to Manga, "For that, I'm gonna take your kneecaps." He walked away from the groups.

"Naruto, where are you going?" Itsuka called out with a raised eyebrow.

"Getting the box of dead bugs and raising the dead." The fox-tailed blonde replied flatly without looking back and some teenagers blinked owlishly at his back before he disappear around the corner.

"It's nice to know you." Juzo patted Manga's shoulder.

"Likewise." Manga crouched to hug his knees, "My kneecaps…"

"So you're my…" Naruto stared at his relative across the table in kitchen of the dorm as the teenagers, Eri, Tobita Danjuro and some of faculty staff were in the common room, "What?"

"I-I was cousin of y-your mother so it'll be e-either distant cousin o-or aunt." Aiba Manami fidgeted nervously, "But we don't meet often so…Um…Your mother and I only meet once a few years. I honestly don't know that you exist until now…" She bit her lower lip with tears in her eyes, "I-If I have…I-I would have done something…I-I'm so sorry."

"Um, it's fine." The blonde teenager waved it off, "I also don't know that you exist until now and our DNAs weren't in system so…It's not your fault."

"B-But still…" The short woman sniffled, "If I have known, I could have come sooner to get you…But again, I think it was good thing that you grow up here as U.A.'s ward because they give you help that you need, something I can't…"

"Right…" Naruto muttered and there was an awkward silence until he break it with a clearing throat. "Um, what was my mother's name? All I can remember is that she has long red hair and that's it."

"Her name was Uzumaki Kushina." Manami said.

"Uzumaki?" The blonde boy blinked rapidly, "That's my hero name…"

"Wait, Uzumaki Kushina?!" Toshnori suddenly poke his head in with rapid blinks along with some teachers and heroes to some teenagers' confusion.

"That's right." The short woman nodded before she look up with index finger on her chin as she turned back to Naruto, "For your father, I don't know his name or ever meet him. But if I know that she was pregnant with you at this time, I won't know which one." The blonde boy blinked, "She's like you, she always have polyamory relationships with both men and women. Let me see, you're fifteen right now so if I recall it right, she was seeing many people and she said that she's very close to someone but she never said his name, just that he have blond hair with two hairs that look like rabbit, blue eyes so intense that she can't control herself around him and broad grin." Naruto stared at her blankly for a minute before his face scrunched up in aghast expression as if he make an realization.

"DNA TEST!" Toshinori screamed to Recovery Girl.

"Wait, are you saying…?" Momo stared at the pro hero with widened eyes along with other girls. "But if it's true, then you should have know…"

"No, I don't know!" The number one hero stuttered, "Kushina broke up with us all before we know that! I-If it's the case, it would be around nine or eight months before he was born…Oh god…"

"I still can't believe All Dumbass is my father and that he still let other dumbasses be my parents and grandparents." Naruto grumbled as he cuddled with Ochaco, Saiko and Pony in the genius' bedroom, watching a show on a laptop.

"Us too." Pony nodded, "So shock."

"I'll say." Saiko replied, "It's more shocking than the exposure list that went out online, exposing all people who were involved in Red Zoo from 'zookeepers' to 'guests', even the 'buyers'."

"Yeah." Ochaco still remember the chaos in hero agency when the heroes and police went out to arrest many people and there are still more people out there. "I don't understand why someone hold on this important information until they put it out online after many years. They should have give it right away at the beginning."

"Maybe there was some situation that they can't put it out or they were using it as blackmail?" The genius suggested.

"Who know?" The fox-tailed blonde frowned.

"It's over, Orochimaru." Endeavor glared down at the said man as the snake man stand in front of his dead victims in a large cellar-like room and Orochimaru chuckled darkly, causing the pro heroes to tensed up in prepare for any moves he might make.

"Kukuku, you're right, Endeavor." Orochimaru opened his mouth before an snake shot out to bite his forearm to the heroes' shock, "With my revenge completed, it's all over for me. Kukukuku!" He laughed as the veins on his body pop out before he suddenly collapse on spot with a evil smile on his face and Hawks swiftly rush over to check his pulse.

"…He's dead." Hawks looked up to his fellow heroes with a frown.

"Oh kami." Airjet muttered before he looked around at the room, there were so many victims in this room and he don't know where to start with. Endeavor stare down at the smiling snake man with mixed emotions, he want to bring this bastard in so he can pay for his crimes and to tell them why he was torturing people to death…But most important of all…Where is Toxic Chainsaw and why is he hunting every single person who was involved in Red Zoo?

"Why, you ask?" Toxic Chainsaw grinned down at All Might from rooftop as he held a detached head of his latest victim in one hand, "Because these quirkist bastards killed my wife, just because she have a mutant quirk that make her look like an lioness, but that's not all…" He crushed the head like grape, "She was pregnant with my triplet kids! They cut them out of her stomach and did things to them RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER WHILE SHE WAS DYING! MY NEWBORNS!" He roared with his arms up, "I WAS GOING TO BE A DADDY! I EVEN LEARN ALL SONGS TO SING TO THEM! AND THEY TOOK IT ALL AWY FROM ME! AND I WASN'T THE ONLY ONE WHO LOST SOMETHING TO THIS DAMNING RED ZOO!"

"Yes, that's right, Naruto, use your full power against me!" Toxic swing his chainsaw downward to clash against a swirling orb in Naruto's palm as the sparks flew out with roaring sounds, "UNLEASH EVERYTHING YOU GET, BOY! JUST LIKE OLD TIME!"

"I-I'm going to stop you this time!" Naruto grunted out with sweats before he create hundred clones to launch the madman backward with more swirling orbs, "RASENGAN STORM!"

A lanky old man scream out in despair before Toxic Chainsaw beheaded him, "And then there was none." Toxic turned to face Naruto as the teenager appear to be covered in golden chakra ad the teenager stare back at him with widened eyes and furrowed brows. "With that, you will be no long tainted with hatred for sake of revenge since there is no Red Zoo quirkist left."

"…What?" Naruto's widened eyes stretched farther.

"On this day you went on a rampage, you were filled with pure hatred and negative emotions…" Toxic said calmly, "It was too much and no one should feel this way…If I have leave you alone with a spark of revenge in your heart, you would end up destroying the world. Everything I did was for my revenge but at same time, it was to save you from this fate. You were just a kid. You can't live a life that I lived in." He bring the chainsaw close to his side in a drawing stance as the weapon revved up, "Now…Hero, shall we dance?!" Toxic lunge with a crazed shout.

"I-It's f-finally over, T-Toxic…" Naruto panted heavily as the madman slumped against the damaged wall on his back, "I'm t-t-taking you in."

"Hehehe, you broke my arm." Toxic reached over to picked a large piece of his shattered chainsaw up, "This ultimate move you used…It sure pack a punch, hella, you can break a toughest element in the world easily." His gaze shifted up to the blonde, "You're right, it's over…" The madman suddenly rammed the blade deeply into his heart to the boy's shock, "FOR ME! HEHEHEHEHEHEHE!" Toxic Chainsaw died with one last insane crackle.

"Y-You…" The blonde teenager frowned at the dead madman with mix of shock and some emotions.

"Naruto." The said boy turned to see All Might stumbled over to him with some pants, "You alright, my boy?"

"…Yeah." Naruto glanced back at the dead lunatic, "I am…Toxic just…"

"I know." The number one hero put his hand on the boy's shoulder, "Come on, let's get you check out." He gently lead the boy away from the battlefield as the news went frenzy everywhere, announcing the death of infamous mass murderer and at same time, the debut of future number one hero.

Naruto shifted through papers at table on couch until he feel something jump on his back with arms around his neck and he glance over to see Eri. "Happy tenth anniversary, daddy!" Eri, now fifteen years old, grinned.

"Thank, Eri-chan." He smiled, "Did you wish your mommies happy anniversary?"

"Not yet." Eri get off her father to sit down next to him, "I'm gonna wait until everyone wake up so I'll say it at once." She blew some hair up, "I'm not going to say it thirty-one times. Plus, some of them need to rest more because of the babies."

"Ah, smart." Naruto muttered, "…You know, you're going to help your grandparents, grand-aunt, great-uncle and great-grandparents babysitting the kids while I'm taking them all out for dinner tonight."

"Yup, I remember!" The white-haired girl nodded, "But will that be okay? What if the reporters or crazy fans bother you guys? You're number one hero and almost all mommies are in top ten to fifty."

"Don't worry, Eri-chan, our agents and my clones will take care of that." He chuckled before three women walk past them to the kitchen with some yawns.

"Morning, Naruto, Eri-chan." Saiko muttered sleepily with Pony and Ochaco, all three appear to be heavy pregnant.

"Morning, girls." Naruto said.

"Morning, mommies." Eri replied before she turn to her father, "You know, I heard that it's impossible for someone to knock thirty-one women up at same time."

"Um, yeah…" He cleared his throat with red face, "That's true…I'm surprised as you are when they share the news with us and kids…" He looked to his daughter with another clearing throat, "Eri-chan, can you help me wake your siblings up?"

"Sure, daddy!" The white-haired teenager hopped off the couch as the blonde got up, "By the way, how many siblings will I have at end? We're at, like over fifty now."

"…Ask your mommies." Naruto walked away with a embarrassing blush, he don't want to talk about that with his daughter because she's still a baby in his eyes.

"Okay." Eri followed after him with a smile to wake up their expanding family up.

And that end the final chapter and story of NCB!

That's what the final arc turn out. I hope that'll tied things up like Toxic Chainsaw's reasons, the final pairings and other things with some revelation and the ending. That's all I can think of.
