Molly O'Brien is stricken with a mysterious illness while Dax is babysitting and Bashir can't seem to discover the cause. Miles and Keiko are worried sick, and Dax is consumed with guilt. Enter Garak.

Set between the S6 episodes "Change of Heart" and "Tears of the Prophets." Jadzia wants to have a baby, but it ain't gonna be easy. And convincing Worf could be troublesome. A bittersweet tale.
