Hello everyone I just wanted to thank you all for reading a head of time and to say this is my first story. This first chapter is going to be an intro to our character everything I hope you like it.
Lucian was born a wizard, but being a wizard wasn't the only thing that made him unique. Lucian was also a born werewolf. His mother is Emmeline Vance a member of the order of the Phoenix and ministry of magic. In May of 1980 an astronomical anomaly occurred for werewolves a Blood moon. When a Blood Moon occurs wolves don't care to turn only to kill. Emmeline happen to be in the last trimester of pregnancy visiting with some old friends that night. When she was half way across the street Fenrir Greyback came calling he attacked Emmeline but was fought off by Sirius Black and James Potter in ther animal forms. Emmeline was quickly rushed to St. Mungo's where healers tended her wounds and informed her that sadly she had contracted the disease. While lying in St. Mungo's Emmeline gave birth to an otherwise healthy baby boy but the next full moon brought terrible Lucian had also been infected.
Having her son transform with her each full moon gave Emmeline some sense of herself the maternal bond made her more concerned with her baby then the change. Things were quite normal until Lucian turned 10 and hit the start of puberty. Lucian told his mother that Hati was wanting to run. Emmeline had no idea who Hati was figuring it was a child's imagination she agreed then watch her son without the moon transform into his werewolf form. Frightened Emmeline scream for her son to stop before things got out of hand and then Lucian was standing in front of his mother saying Hati said we can run whenever we wish and we don't need to hurt people.
Emmeline wrote Professor Dumbledore about the incident and he came to investigate along with Professor Snape. Determining that it was the result of Emmeline being turned under a Blood moon while pregnant resulted in this anomaly but Lucian was no longer a danger to society. Next year in the middle of July Lucian got his letter to Hogwarts with the added note that if need be there was a secret tunnel to the shrieking shack he can use on full moons to transform.
"Ask if we have to wait until the full moon?" Hati questioned.
"Mom Hati wants to know if we are only allowed to change during the Full moon?" Lucian repeated.
"Yes boys I'm afraid it is all that can permited for the time being but it says you get the full three days of the moon to transform as long a no one gets hurt. Can you promise me no one will get hurt?" Emmeline asked with a worried look.
Both agreed no one would be hurt and that to keep things safe Hati would stay a secret until the timing was right. The next day they were off to Diagon Alley to get all the school supplies. In Diagon Alley was where Lucien met the most famous wizard of his age Harry Potter. Lucian had just walked into Olivander's to by his wand after several failed attempts finally found the right one.
"11 inches Cedar and Unicorn Hair perfect fit as always the wand chooses the wizard Good day to you son."
As he was walking out Lucian walked right into a scrawny bespectacled boy with jet black hair.
"Oh God I'm so sorry I wasn't looking where I was going are you alright?" Lucian asked the boy.
"I'm fine it's ok I'm just really nervous." The Boy replied.
"I wondered when I'd be seeing you Mr. Potter." Said Olivander from behind then.
Just them Emmeline and the biggest man Lucian had ever seen walked in to the shop as well.
"Oh my goodness I see what you mean Hagrid he looks just like James. Hello Harry my name is Emmeline Vance I knew your mother and father at Hogwarts it's a pleasure to finally meet you." She said holding out her hand which Harry shook.
While Harry was getting his wand Emmeline introduced Hagrid to Lucian. Afterwards the four grabbed lunch before heading there separate ways until September 1st.
Lucian waited inside the platform for Harry since he figured Harry would be alone but with all the people he over looked him. So at 10:59 Lucian climbed into the train and looked for a compartment and sure enough he found Harry and a red headed boy sitting alone.
"Oh here you are Harry I looked for you on the platform. Get in ok?" Lucian asked.
"Had trouble figuring it out but luckily Ron's mom helped me out and got in fine. Oh Ron this is Lucian Lucian this is Ron." Harry introduced.
"Lucian Vance pleased to meet ya" Lucian said.
"Ron Weasley"
Ron sat and talked with Harry about life in the muggle world and explained quidditch to him.
"Where's food I'm starving"
"I don't know maybe we don't eat until we get to Hogwarts?"
Right as Hati and Lucian were having this conversation the Food Trolley appeared Harry bought three of everything and Lucian bought six cauldron cakes.
While the boys were eating and talking Ron's twin brothers came and introduced themselves, a boy came looking for his lost toad and a bushy haired girl came in asking about the boys toad and belittle Ron about his bad spell then she left again. About an hour past after Hermione the bushy haired girl left three boys appeared at the compartment door one pale and scrawny and the other two were big and burly but didn't look to bright.
"Oh so it's you is it. We heard Harry Potter was in this compartment and thought we'd come say hello this Crabbe and Goyle. I'm Malfoy Draco Malfoy." Said the pale kid.
Both Ron and Lucian both made snickering type noises. Draco looked at Ron first.
"Think my names funny do you no need to ask yours my father told me all Weasleys have red hair freckles and more children then they can afford." Turning to Lucian. "And who are you you don't look important enough to laugh at me?" He asked.
"My name is Lucian Vance and I suggest you leave while you can." Lucian replied.
"Vance as in Emmeline Vance oh yes Father told all about her. Scars on her face and neck attacked by some creature. Never on the right side of things though. You'll soon find out that some Wizarding families are better than others Potter. You don't want to go making friends with the wrong sort I can help you there." Draco said holding out a hand.
Harry looking rather irritated simply replied." I think I can tell the wrong sort for myself thanks."
Draco look absolutely furious as Lucian stood up to close the door telling him off when Goyle made a grab for a cauldron cake and Hati took over. He grabbed Goyle's arm wrenched it behind his back showing him out into Crabbe and Malfoy and all three fell to the floor.
"Never touch my food." Hati said with a snarl slamming the door and sitting down.
"What was that man?" Ron asked.
"He irrates me and I don't like people touching my food unless I like them." Lucian replied grabbing two cauldron cakes and tossing them to Ron and Harry.
Hermione came back saying they would be arriving in a few minutes and that they had better get dressed.
Getting off the train was fine seeing Hagrid guiding first years no problem. The best view Lucian ever saw was Hogwarts at night from the Black Lake. The Great hall was amazing but here came the thing Lucian was most nervous his mom told him about the sorting hat but he fear how things would go if the Hat could also pick up Hati would it still sort them together or separate? Professor McGonagall started calling the names one by one in Alphabetical order by Last name Lucian had a long way to go. He watch Hermione, Neville the boy who lost his toad, and Harry got sorted in Gryffindor and started hoping to be with them. Malfoy and his little crew went to Slytherin which was no surprise.
"Vance Lucian." McGonagall called.
He walked up sat on the stool felt the hat fall on his head over his eyes then he heard it.
"How interesting two minds in one body. A werewolf of extreme circumstances very rare. Loyalty, Bravery, cunning, you two are interesting indeed where to put you. Only one place better be GRYFFINDOR!!!!!!!" The Hat called out.
The entire Gryffindor table clapped as Lucian walked over and sat down next to Hermione to wait for the rest to ne sorted. Ron was next he went to Gryffindor as well then the last boy went to Slytherin. Dumbledore stood up to address the students.
"Welcome welcome I have a few words to say before our feast and they are Nitwit! Blubber! Oddment! Tweak! Thank you." He finished and while Harry started talking to Percy the food arrived Lucian and Hati were both salivating at the amount of food before them. Everything a hungry growing werewolf could ever want for a meal.
"Tonight we dine like kings" Hati exclaimed.
Lucian could only chuckle in response and dung in. By the time most everyone was done with both dinner and dessert only Ron and Lucian were left eating Dumbledore gave his welcome speech telling everyone the new rules about quidditch tryouts and the forest on the grounds and how the right side third floor corridor is out of bounds if you want to live. Then he ushered everyone to bed while first years followed Percy to Gryffindor Tower, they all had to be careful while checking out all the moving paintings and strange surroundings. When they were finally in the Common room Percy told them where they were sleeping, everyone to full from the feast quickly went to bed. Ron was out in seconds Harry and Lucian stayed up for a little while enjoying the beds but soon they to were fast asleep.
I KNOW THIS IS KIND OF A SHORT CHAPTER BUT ITS MY STARTING POINT I PLAN I GOING THROUGH THE WHOLE SIERES MAYBE DOING 1-3 IN ONE AND THEN 4-7 IN ANOTHER IDK YOU GUYS LET ME KNOW WHAT YPU THINK
