Episode Lucifer Chapter 2: Genocidal Vengeance

Inside Palutena's temple, the Goddess of Light herself was waiting in the dining room for her servant to arrive. After a while, Lucifer came into the room to see her. "Okay, Lucifer. Your mission is to head over a like at night to prepare a surprise attack on one of the Underworld's many headquarters," Palutena explained. "Since we failed to complete our last mission because you disobeyed me, I'm going to make sure that same mistake doesn't happen again. You must follow my directions to where the base is located before destroying it. Do not go off course or else we'll fail another mission." "I understand, Lady Palutena," said Lucifer. "After all, like I said, my disobedience from the previous mission we failed from was a one-time only." Even though Palutena wasn't entirely sure if Lucifer was telling the truth, and had a feeling that he might do the same thing again, she instead nodded her head in affirmation. "Good. Now head outside and take down the Underworld army's minions!" she ordered Lucifer as the said angel ran towards the door and flew out of it to begin the next mission. "Time for them to face brutality!" he yelled out before heading out to the skies. But after he flew out from the temple, he pondered about what to do next after lying to Palutena earlier. Hmph! That foolish goddess really thinks that I'm still on her side to face off the Underworld, he thought to himself. But I'm still going to face off against the Forces of Nature. There has to be a base of their forces around that area somewhere. I'm sure of it. Once I find that, it will be destroyed by my own hands. You won't get away from me this time, Gaia! After that, he entered a lake-like area before attacking many Underworld enemies that came out to strike him.

Meanwhile, in an unknown headquarters, Arlon was in his room with a sad look plastered on his face. "I can't believe someone like him would do such a thing to our mighty commander!" he exclaimed in shock. "I sure hope he never comes back to defeat Lady Gaia again." He then turned his head to see a little baby crib where Viridi is sleeping in. Lady Gaia's little daughter is safe in our hands, he thought to himself. Soon, you'll be in her place after her death. But NOT by the hands of that furious angel. I sure hope Lady Palutena can stop him from disobeying her orders. But before he could continue to take care of the little baby goddess, he heard a call telepathically saying, "Arlon, are you there?" The call came from Gaia. "Lady Gaia? What's wrong?" he asked her. "It's the enemy again! He's going to attack the Lunar Sanctum!" Gaia warned. "Get Viridi out of there now and deal with him with your defenses! Should he break into the sanctum, release my new creation to stop him!" This made Arlon shocked to hear that. Never would he imagined Gaia creating something he never thought he would believe. "But, Lady Gaia, the creature is not ready yet!" he exclaimed. "I'm not even sure if it will take him down!" "There's no other choice, Arlon! If it doesn't take him down, then you'll have to stop him, too," Gaia replied. "Now get Viridi out of the sanctum now before she gets killed. I can't bare to watch my baby daughter murdered by that monster!" Arlon nodded without replying before scooping up Viridi, who was still sleeping, in his arms out of the crib and then walked into an unknown room. Inside was a portal like light pillar Gaia opened up. He then carefully placed the sleeping baby Viridi into the pillar until it whisked her straight to Gaia's temple. "Thank you, Arlon. I'll keep my daughter safe in the temple," said Gaia. "Now prepare all weapons within the Lunar Sanctum and stop that angel at all costs!" "I'll do my best, Lady Gaia!" Arlon replied as he walked to his arena room. Let's hope we will stop him this time, he thought to himself. I will not let him reach Lady Gaia!

As Arlon and Gaia suspected, Lucifer was indeed heading straight towards the Lunar Sanctum, much to Palutena's horror. "Lucifer! Where are you going?!" she gasped. "You're supposed to find the an Underworld base!" "Sorry, Lady Palutena, but I'm afraid that there has been a change of plans," Lucifer responded. "I have some unfinished business to take care of, so I'm going to be investigating that giant floating headquarters up there." But just as he was getting closer to the Lunar Sanctum, it suddenly opened up to reveal itself instead of being a "second moon." Before he knew it, a giant laser beam blasted out of the base and Lucifer barely dodged it. "Holy shit! That was close! What the fuck was that?!" he gasped until he noticed the Forces of Nature's troops appear out of their hiding spots to attack the intruder. "Lucifer! You have to turn back! It's too dangerous!" Palutena ordered. "'Dangerous?' Please! I've dealt with Gaia's forces back at that forces, so this is going to be as easy as pie!" Lucifer scoffed as he continued to take down more enemies before hearing a new voice. "So, you're the intruder who is trying to eliminate Lady Gaia. I cannot allow you to continue your actions any longer!" he said. "Arlon! Is that you?" Palutena asked. "Yes it is, Lady Palutena," Arlon responded. "I know that it's not your fault from sending this angel. He's disobeying your orders for his own selfish needs!" "I'm trying my best to convince him to stop the Underworld Army instead, but he's still not listening!" said Palutena. "You have to stop him from reaching the Lunar Sanctum." "I'm doing my best!" Arlon replied before firing more large lasers at Lucifer, only for the angel to dodge them quickly. "It'll take more than that to stop me, butler-boy!" he taunted before heading further into the Sanctum. "Hmm. This looks unusual for a headquarters in the Forces of Nature. I would make myself at home, but this has to be destroyed under my wish!" He then noticed more enemies appearing to attack the angel. "So, you still want to play with me like that, huh Arlon?" he taunted. "Very well. I'll play with you." He used his weapon to slay and kill the enemies that were standing in his way before moving further and further into the Lunar Sanctum. "Lady Gaia has warned me to not let you reach her nor eliminate the Forces of Nature," Arlon stated. "It would be wise if you could leave this place and never return. Otherwise, things will be difficult for us." "Oh, you have NO IDEA how angry I am to hear that from you of all people," Lucifer replied in an irritated tone. "I hope you're hungry, because I'm going to serve a tasty meal of your troops' remains!" Throughout all of this, Palutena was still in shock to see what the angel was doing to the Forces of Nature. How much worse can this situation get?! she exclaimed in thought. I can't even get him out of there while he's still in battle, both in the air and on land! Just as Lucifer was nearing the end of the line, Arlon began to send out his final defenses. "Looks like it's time for me to close the gates," he said. "I'm sure you won't get through them!" He then closed the wooden gates tightly so that they won't open up. "Oh yeah?! Well, your gates are nothing compared to my BARE FISTS!" Lucifer shouted as he broke a gate with a mighty punch. "WHAT?!" Arlon gasped. How is he even that strong?! Palutena thought in horror before thinking about something. Wait a minute... Could it be the fact that his anger is turning into sheer power? If that's the case, then all of us are in big trouble! Lucifer continued to break down the gates with his fists before reaching the Sanctum's interior duct. "Alright! Time to enter the headquarters and eliminate all of those who dare to stand in my way!" he exclaimed as he flew and crashed through the duct with a mighty punch.

After landing, Lucifer ended up at the interior of the Lunar Sanctum. "Hmm. Quite unusual for a headquarters like this," he said. "But anyway, let's see if Arlon can withstand my power against his forces!" He proceeded onwards as Forces of Nature troops appeared to eliminate the intruder. "You certainly have a strong will," said Arlon. "Which reminds me, we haven't even properly introduced ourselves. I am Arlon the Serene, who serves as Lady Gaia's butler and a commander of the Forces of Nature. Who are you and what is your purpose in killing Lady Gaia?" Lucifer snickered a sinister smile before responding the question. "I am Lucifer, the Captain of Lady Palutena's Guard. My reason for killing your 'Lady Gaia' is none of your concern!" he said. "But I will say you're nothing but a thorn in my side. Much like Cragalanche, you are also a target that must be eliminated! Unless you don't want to get yourself killed, I suggest you withdraw your forces!" "I'm afraid I cannot allow you to reach your selfish desire!" Arlon replied. "If you truly wish to defeat Lady Gaia, you must get through us first!" He then spawned more enemies, but there was something unusual about them. They appear to be holographic in order to trick their foes into believing that they're the real deal, however Lucifer wasn't actually easily fooled by them. "You really think you can play mind tricks on my, butler-boy?" he taunted. "Well think again, because I'm not fucking around!" He ran through the holograms before eliminating more and more Forces of Nature troops. This made Palutena shocked. "What are you doing, Lucifer?! Why are you disobeying my orders again?!" she exclaimed. "I told you that we have a change of plans, Lady Palutena," Lucifer replied. "Therefore, I must take care of unfinished business with my old foes. I'm sorry to do this, but I have no other choice!" He cut off the conversation before proceeding further and further into the Sanctum. There he entered a room with a giant mirror wall and an invisible platform. "Uh... What the hell is this?" he questioned. "This room is meant to trick our guests to believe they cannot go any further," Arlon explained. "I'll have you figure this out yourself." "Please. I've dealt with your troops countless times. Therefore, I can handle this easily," Lucifer scoffed. "I just have to look at that mirror that's showing me the correct path...while also keeping my balance." As he carefully moved through the maze, while also keeping his balance, he activated a switch that opened the door that lead to the Lunar Sanctum Control Center. "Now, let's see where this next area lies in store for me," he said before making his way through the maze and just about arriving at the entrance before heading inside.

Inside the Lunar Sanctum Control Center, Lucifer spotted its core. "So, this must be the Control Center I need to terminate," he said. "This should be a piece of cake." He then charged at the core to destroy it. But before he could make contact with it, he was suddenly pushed back by an unknown creature. "Ow!" he cried as he crashed into a wall before getting back up slowly. As he looked at his attacker, his eyes widen in both shock and disgust of what it was. It appeared to look like a six-legged arachnoid-like creature that had a skeletal tail, green gooey, slimy wings, black wooden-like armor, fleshy tissue organs, and one glowing eye. From what the angel could tell, it looked strongly resembled to be a hybrid between a spider and a scorpion. "Eugh. Talk about Nature on steroids for this kind of creature," he gagged. "What the? What IS that thing?!" Palutena gasped in shock. Suddenly, the angel and goddess both heard the voice of Gaia saying, "Allow me to introduce to you my latest soldier in the Forces of Nature. It is called the Chaos Kin. I created it to eliminate and punish all of humanity for their crimes against Nature! Now, I shall use it to eliminate you for standing in my way!" But Lucifer wasn't amused by the way the Chaos Kin creature turned out to be. "You call this...THING...your solider in the Forces of Nature?" he questioned. "That's gross. Were you even a little trippy or something when creating it?" This made Gaia cross. "How DARE you?!" she boomed. "I ought to eliminate you on the spot with my soldier doing the dirty work. It may not be complete, but I'm sure you won't last long enough to endure it's strength!" With that, her voice left the angel and the creature alone within the Control Center. Palutena was still horrified about what Gaia had created. How can my sister create something both disgusting and horrifying in the first place?! she exclaimed in thought. Things are just getting worse every second! However, Lucifer instead smiled a determined, yet sinister smile at the Chaos Kin. "So, Gaia really thinks that this Chaos Kin creature can do anything to stop me from reaching her?" he said. "Such a crafty bitch. Regardless, this is going to be fun. Let's dance!" The two warriors then got into their battle stances to begin the fight.

The battle started with the Chaos Kin charging at Lucifer before swinging its tail around like a sword blade. But Lucifer wasn't going to make the fight easy for the creature and narrowly dodged the tail many times. "Is that all you got?" he taunted, only for the creature to suddenly turn invisible and shoot dark energy blasts from around it. Lucifer fired at the shots with his Palutena Palm to stop them from reaching him, only to get tackled by the invisible Chaos Kin to tackle Lucifer from behind and pinning him down. "Ack! Son of a bitch!" the angel yelled as he struggled to wiggle free from the creature's grasp, but its grip was too strong for him to escape. The Chaos Kin then began to charge a laser shot from its eyeball to finish him, but Lucifer instead kicked the creature off of him before counterattacking with a charged shot. Throughout all of this, the Control Center's core is also in the fight by attacking Lucifer with laser beams. Whenever Lucifer attacked the core with his weapon, the core fires a laser back at the angel in a counterattack measure. "Damn! Gaia sure stepped up her game this time!" said Lucifer. "But that doesn't mean I'll give up that easily!" The Chaos Kin then shot three fireballs at the angel to stop him, but Lucifer swiftly dodged two of them. For the third one, which was heading right in front of him, he grabbed it with both of his hands in a struggle. "Now let's see if you can survive...THIS!" he yelled as he launched the fireball straight back at the Chaos Kin. With a mighty "Boom," the Chaos Kin was stunned and defeated. As it struggled to get back up, Lucifer slowly walked toward it with a sinister smile. "You look like you could use a little help getting up, huh?" he said. "Well, allow me to give you something that will put a spark in your step. This might only hurt for a moment." With his anger inside of his body, Lucifer activated his hidden powers. Suddenly, the Chaos Kin was lifted into the air as it screeched in pain. "Lucifer! What are you doing?!" Palutena gasped in horror to see what was going on. "Just testing out my new abilities I've kept with me after you changed my form, Lady Palutena," Lucifer replied as he continued to focus his power until the Chaos Kin's pain subsided. The creature slowly got back up and looked directly at Lucifer. But, instead of looking at him with anger in its eye, his face showed an uncontrollable feeling. A desire to kill and eliminate everything. "You're now under my control now," said Lucifer. "However, this power is going to make you unstable of yourself. So it is best to let it out by killing the target you see. For that reason, head over to Gaia's temple and kill the Goddess of Nature. If you fail, I'll handle the rest of the work myself." The Chaos Kin nodded and flew away in a rapid and menacing manner out of the Lunar Sanctum. However, Lucifer wasn't quite done. "Now all that is left is to destroy the Control Center," he said as he charged at the core. He proceeded to attack with multiple shots, punches, and melee combo attacks before it obliterated into nothing. "Control Center core terminated," he said. "Now to continue with the rest of my mission." He then exited out of the room and proceeded onwards.

After exiting the Control Center room, and taking a platform to go up, Lucifer arrived outside of the Sanctum. "Hmm. Not bad for a headquarters. It's almost a shame that I need to eliminate it right on the very spot," he stated. "At least...not yet." "Not yet? What do you mean by that?" Arlon questioned in suspiciousness. "That's for me to know and for you to find out, butler-boy," Lucifer replied before attacking more Forces of Nature troops that ambushed him. Palutena, meanwhile, was still in a frantic state to see Lucifer's new persona. "Lucifer, you have to stop and go back to your original order!" she said, trying to reason with the angel. "There's no need for you to continue with your actions like that." But Lucifer wasn't going through with her worlds and instead scoffed. "Hmph! As if I'm going to abandon my task I need to complete, Lady Palutena!" he said. "I already told you that this is our primary mission we need to take care of right now!" Palutena was taken aback by his sudden outburst and decided to leave the conversation as it was. But she wasn't entirely sure about that. Something is clearly wrong with Lucifer, she thought to herself. We need to have a little talk after this. Lucifer then entered another elevator before entering an unfamiliar room with the night sky up above. "Quite the contrary for your own setup, Arlon," he said. "But nothing is going to stop me from killing you." But as soon as he said that, something unusual appeared right in front of him. It appeared to be a little walking apple-like creature with little eyes and brown shoes. "Now this is an usual looking little creature," he said. "Guess I'll eliminate it quickly with one shot." He then prepared a charged shot at the enemy. "WAIT! DON'T SHOOT!" Palutena exclaimed, but it was too late. Once Lucifer fired a charged shot at the creature, instead of getting defeated easily, it instead grew into a giant, monstrous creature with a withered stem and two teal arms, which have yellow eyes on each of its fingertips. "Now that's something you don't see everyday," Lucifer stated. "Talk about a growth spurt." "May I introduce you to the Clobber," said Arlon. "It may look like a harmless troop, but once you attack it, it shows its true form." "Sheesh! I'm starting to believe that Gaia's ideas in creating her troops is tacky," Lucifer groaned in disgust. "Oh well. Time to juice this apple!" The Clobber swung its arms around in an attempt to punch the intruder, but Lucifer dodged them at a fast pace. "For a giant troop of the Forces of Nature, you sure are slow. Kind of like Cragalanche," Lucifer taunted, making the Clobber more enraged. "You know what they say; 'the bigger they are, the harder they fall!' So allow me to turn the tide here!" He then spotted a jump pad and bounced up on a top platform where the Clobber can't reach him. Lucifer then fired rapid charged shots at the Clobber's weakpoint, causing big damage at the foe. But the monster soon grabbed Lucifer from the platform and threw him onto another wall. "Ow! Motherfucker!" he shouted in pain. "You'll pay for that!" Suddenly, his anger opened up his hidden powers again. This time, he fired a Mega Laser right towards the Clobber, killing it instantly. "Hah! I told you that your forces don't stand a chance against me, Arlon," he laughed, evilly. "I'll be going after you next once I'm dong with all of them!" Arlon widen his eyes in disbelief about what he just witnessed. It looks like this angel is a lot more powerful than I previously thought, he thought in disbelief. I have to stop him before things get too difficult! Lucifer arrived at another elevator, only for two more Clobbers to appear and walk around him. "Is that really the best you can do, Arlon?" he taunted. "Lucifer, it's not best for you to taunt your enemies like that," Palutena warned. "You're going to cause a lot of problems!" "Don't be ridiculous, Lady Palutena," Lucifer replied. "I've dealt with one Clobber earlier, so how about I show you how I defeat both of them." With that, he activated his powers again via his sheer anger. This time, a Black Hole opened up and trapped the two Clobbers in it so that they can't move. Then, Lucifer fired another Mega Laser, killing both of them instantaneously. "W-What in Skyworld...?!" Palutena gasped in shock. "See? What did I tell you?" said Lucifer. "Now it's time for me to complete my mission." He continued onward while taking down more enemies along the way. Throughout all this, Arlon saw what happened and was even more shocked than before. That's... That's impossible! he exclaimed in thought. How can someone like him use those powers all by himself without a god helping him?! After taking down all of the Forces of Nature's troops, Lucifer arrived at a door that leads to Arlon's quarters. "You better prepare yourself, Arlon, because I'm coming for you now!" he said as he entered inside. As he entered the room, he found it completely dark. But then, one light turned on to reveal Commander Arlon the Serene himself, levitating. "So, we finally meet, Commander Arlon," said the angel. "I'm afraid I cannot allow you to go any further, Lucifer," Arlon replied. "Trespassers like you who wish to eliminate Lady Gaia herself will not be passed. So you must take your leave if you know what is best for you." This made Lucifer snicker in response. "Sorry, butler-boy, but I've got a big job to do," Lucifer replied. "And if you're going to stand in my way, then I shall show no mercy in killing you." The two warriors got into the battle stances to begin the fight.

Lucifer started the battle by charging at Arlon to deal a melee combo, only for the Serene to suddenly disappear once the entire arena was covered in darkness. "Playing hard to get, aren't ya?" said Lucifer. "Guess I'll have to follow your movements." He suddenly noticed a bolt of energy coming right behind him and fired a charged shot to stop it. But suddenly, two giant rings appeared in front of him before coming closer to deal damage. Lucifer jumped right between the rings to dodge them before firing multiple shots as to where they came from. "Blast! I've been spotted!" Arlon gasped as the darkness subsided. "Found you, butler-boy! Now it's time for some payback!" said Lucifer as he cracked his knuckles. This time, he charged at Arlon again to deal a massive melee combo of punches, kicks, and a leg sweep to stun his enemy. He then stood right above Arlon before landing a few more punches on him. "How does it feel to suffer pain, Arlon?!" he shouted in anger. Palutena was in a total frantic state to see Lucifer in his bloodlust persona. "Lucifer! Stop at once!" she ordered. "You're taking things way too far!" "I DON'T CARE IF I'M TAKING THIS TOO FAR!" Lucifer growled in response as his endless punching continues. "ALL I WANT IS FOR THE FORCES OF NATURE TO PAY FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE TO ME!" But just when Lucifer gained the upper hand to finish the job, Arlon pushed the angel back with an energy bolt, causing him to land back on the ground. "I see that you are using your anger to fight," said the Serene. "However, you shouldn't let your emotions get the better of you. Since they give you a disadvantage." "And how would you know about that, butler-boy?" Lucifer asked in question. "Because I've felt pain once before when Hades invaded Skyworld," Arlon explained. "I had no choice but to listen to Lady Gaia's orders in leaving Lady Palutena, since I follow her as her commander of the Forces of Nature. Also because I am her personal butler." "Well, you should know better in retreating to see your 'Lady Gaia,' because she's currently having a little trouble with her soldier," said Lucifer as he mentioned the Chaos Kin creature. This made Arlon widen his eyes. "What did you even do to her soldier?!" he boomed. "You mentioned about my hidden powers activating with my anger, right?" Lucifer asked. Arlon nodded as the angel continued, "Well, one of them was the usage of psychological manipulation to make my victims join me to become monsters after letting loose their dark personalities within their hearts. That was exactly what I did to your soldier, and I ordered it to eliminate your boss. For that matter, I suggest you turn back now if you want to save her." With Arlon losing his cool, he instead covered the entire area in darkness. "I will NOT let monsters reach Lady Gaia nor will I have you continue any longer!" he shouted as he focused his powers again. This time, Lucifer barely jumped out of the way when a group of spikes shot up from below. "Look who's getting emotional now!" the angel taunted as more energy bolts appeared to strike him down. But Lucifer was too fast for the energy bolts to him him as he dodged them quickly. "Missed me!" he taunted. "Now, how about we finish this?" With that, he fired a charged shot to where the energy bolts came from and it hit Arlon to reveal himself once the darkness subsided again. "No!" he gasped as he landed on the ground, stunned. "Now to finish you!" said Lucifer as he charged at Arlon at high speeds. He suddenly swiftly ran around Arlon to be right behind him before striking him down with a melee combo. And to finish the job, he ended the battle by running up to Arlon to be right in front him, jumped up, and dive kicked Arlon right in the face. "AAAAUUUGGGGHHH!" the commander yelled in pain. "Looks like you're fired, butler-boy!" Lucifer shouted in victory.

Arlon grunted in pain as he struggled to get back up. But no matter how many times he tried, he couldn't get back on his feet. The only thing he saw was a sinister smile from Lucifer as he prepared his weapon to fire a charged shot in order to finish the commander, at point blank range. Arlon couldn't believe his eyes to what he was witnessing. He didn't think this would be the end of him. I'm sorry, Lady Gaia. I failed you, he thought. If anything, please continue your battle without me. Take care of your daughter since I've already fulfilled my duty. But, to his surprise, Lucifer didn't fire at Arlon with his weapon. Instead, he withdrew and started to walk away from the commander. "What? Why didn't you kill me?" Arlon asked in disbelief. "Shouldn't you do what you believed is right?" Lucifer only looked at the Serene with a sinister evil grin. "I'm not going to kill you just yet. You'll have to figure out why back at your boss' base," he said. "You'll be lucky why I'm sparing you...for now. Just remember this, Gaia won't have her way with me. Lady Palutena, take me back." Palutena, who was silent during the conversation, opened up a light pillar that whisked the angel back to her temple, leaving Arlon alone in the Sanctum. What did he mean by that? he thought to himself. But before he could answer that question, he suddenly remembered something and gasped. LADY GAIA! He quickly teleported out of the Lunar Sanctum to reach the Goddess of Nature in time.

Back at Palutena's temple, the Goddess of Light herself was waiting for her angel servant and she was not happy about his latest activity. "Lucifer, this madness has to stop! You're taking it way too far!" she boomed. "Why can't you just listen to my orders and go after the Underworld army instead of the Forces of Nature? Medusa and her army are the ones you need to go after!" This time, Lucifer has had enough about his superior's ranting. Instead of going back to his room and dismiss the conversation, he instead grabbed Palutena's left ear and dragged her face closer to his. His eyes glowed red to reveal his true nature. "You listen to me, you green-haired freak!" he shouted, furiously. "As the Captain of your Guard, it is my duty to complete any mission that I want! You have no right to accuse me in denying your orders I didn't intend to complete in the first place!" His grip on Palutena's ear tightened from within his hand, causing the Goddess of Light to tremble and shiver in both fear and pain. "Now, I'm only going to tell you this once," the angel continued with a more menacing tone in his voice. "If you dare to tell anybody about what I am doing, or attempt to bring me back here without completing my mission in the first place, I will have no choice but to kill you without any hesitation. Do you understand?" When Palutena couldn't answer the question due to her frantic state, Lucifer tightened his grip even more, making her yelp in pain. "I SAID DO YOU UNDERSTAND?!" he yelled. "Y-Yes... I-I understand..." Palutena finally answered in her trembling voice. This made Lucifer smile sinisterly before letting go of Palutena's ear from his grip. "Good. Now, we're going to go somewhere where we can gather supplies to end Gaia's life," he continued. "Just remember to listen to my warning and we won't have any more problems." But before he went to his room, Palutena asked, "Do you know where you're going to go?" Lucifer turned around and replied, "We're going to visit an old man you might be familiar with." With that, he left the living room to prepare his next mission, leaving Palutena on the couch to cry in her arms. How could someone like him become a monster! she thought in tears. I have never seen an angel like him act like this before. I have to find a way to stop him before things get any worse. With that, she left the living room to ponder what will happen in the future.

Meanwhile, Arlon was rushing into the temple as fast as he could. Lady Gaia! Please be okay! he thought in worry. But as he arrived at the Gaia's throne room, he was surprised to see Gaia just fine, still sitting in her throne. To the left of her was the Chaos Kin, trapped in an Electro Trap she set up earlier. Thrashing around furiously in an attempt to escape, but to no avail. "Lady Gaia! What happened here?" the commander asked in disbelief. "Arlon, I heard about what this Lucifer person was doing with our mighty soldier," the Nature Goddess explained. "So, I figured that I had to take necessary measures in capturing it within this trap. We created them with the help of our old friend, Zeus. It's a good thing they certainly came in handy." Arlon sighed in relief to hear this and was glad that Gaia was okay. But now he was worried about what the Chaos Kin might do if it somehow tried to break free from the trap. "Lady Gaia, it would be wise if we could find a way to stop the Chaos Kin from causing more disruption on our forces," he stated. "Lucifer corrupted it with an unknown power we are not familiar of in an attempt to kill you. I remember him saying that it makes the victim of his out of control until it seeks to kill the victim it targets. That victim was supposed to be you, but it looks like you apprehended it." Gaia looked at her former soldier with a worrisome look. Truth be told, she also feared that it might be a problem if it's not taken care of in the first place. She turned to look back at Arlon and said, "I suggest you imprison it within the Lunar Sanctum. With its maximum security, there's no way it will escape on your watch. Just make sure you carefully move it into its place. We cannot let it escape from its trap." Arlon nodded. "I'll do my best," he said as he focused his powers carefully. Suddenly, the Chaos Kin started glowing until it vanished from the trap. It later teleported in a jail cell of the Lunar Sanctum where its attacks are vulnerable due to the headquarters' power status. "There. I teleported it to its cell where it won't be able to escape," the commander stated. "Great work, Arlon. Now all we have to do is make proper defenses to stall that angel from reaching me," said Gaia. "I'll set up a barrier around my temple so that he won't make it so easily. But if he manages to do so, ready our forces to stop him." "Understood, Lady Gaia. We'll show him no mercy," Arlon replied as he left the throne room. You've been a thorn on my side for too long, angel, Gaia thought to herself. Heck, I don't think we should even call you an angel anymore. Your crimes are coming to an end very soon.
Oh man. Terrible things are happening now. Now, in my headcanon, I think the Chaos Kin was created by the Forces of Nature many years ago, but was later corrupted by Lucifer, who would later become a commander of the Dark Allies Clan. It would explain how Viridi and the rest of her forces know about the creature in the first place. Plus, this also gives out an origin of how the Electro Traps were created as well.
