Aurora POV

December 20th has finally come and I couldn't be more excited. Not only do I get to see Allen again, he's finally getting to meet Matty. I'm anxious, but ready for them to meet. Allen sent me a text earlier in the day telling me to arrive 2 hours early and go to will call when Matty and I get there and that they will give us backstage passes. To really surprise Matty, he is going to meet us in a separate room before the show starts.

I still can't believe the lengths Allen is going to make this night the best it can be for Matty. He truly is amazing. You know he'd do whatever he can to make this night as special as he can for Matty. Not only is it Matty's first live WWE show, he's meeting your boyfriend and his favorite superstar. It's going to be a night none of you will ever forget.

The doorbell goes off, alerting me that Chelsea is here to help me pick out an outfit and get ready for tonight. I open the front door with a grin and Chelsea barges in with a coffee from Starbuck in each hand.

"Hey my favorite bitch! Are you ready for tonight?" She asks, holding out to me a venti iced Americano with toffee nut flavoring and cream added to it. I take a long sip of the coffee and moan out in appreciation at how delicious it is.

"God yes, that definitely hit the spot. Thank you, beautiful. And yes, I am more than ready for tonight. You have no idea how excited I am to see Allen. I miss him so much," I say, walking further into the house and towards my bedroom.

"You're welcome, girly. I bet you are. You've act like you've been sexually deprived since coming back home from visiting him," Chelsea teases me and I stick my tongue out at her.

"I will neither confirm nor deny it. It doesn't mean Allen and I haven't tried to find ways or a time to be together…if you know what I mean," I reply, grinning like the Cheshire Cat when her jaw drops at my bold admission.

"You little whore!" She exclaims with a laugh, plopping herself onto my bed.

"Sorry for wanting to spend sexy time with my man who I can't have with me 24/7. Unlike some of us," I retort with a knowing look, putting my coffee on the dresser before disappearing into my closet.

"Fine. You win; you got me with that one. But you'll get to be with him tonight," Chelsea singsongs and I leave the closet, putting on my favorite pair of skinny jeans. Which just also happen to be Allen's as well.

I look at Chelsea with defeated look. "I don't know, Chels. As much as I'd love to bring him back here…can I really do that with Matty in the house?" I ask, trying to be rational about the situation.

"You can do anything you want to, Rore. If you're really wanting to be with Allen tonight, wait until Matty falls asleep. After all of the excitement that happens tonight, he won't last very long once his adrenaline is gone, not to mention he's a heavy sleeper. But if it makes you feel better, you can bring him to us after Raw is done so that way you guys can have the house to yourselves. Or…you could just learn to be quiet as he's fucking the life out of you," Chelsea responds, being suggestive about all of it.

I shake my head at my best friend, wearing a disapproving look that is anything but. "I can't with you, sometimes. You do know that, right? How does this look?" I laugh, asking as I go back into the closet to grab my favorite red and black shimmery top that hugs me like a second skin and shows off plenty of cleavage. One that I know will drive Allen crazy when he sees me.

"Says the one who comes out of her closet wearing a top like that. Are you trying to give Allen a hard-on the second he lays eyes on you," she retorts when I reemerge and sit next to her, putting on my favorite bootie heels. Her answer is the only confirmation I need to know it's the right top.

"Chels, it's been over a month since we've seen each other, excuse me for wanting to look good for him. God, I can't wait to see him. It's gonna be hard to keep my hands to myself when I see him later," I said, then meet her eyes.

"What is it, girl?" Chelsea asks.

"Could you? Take Matty after Raw tonight? I already know I'm not gonna be able to control myself and I sure as hell know I'm not going to be able to keep quiet. I just…" I begin, but Chelsea gets up from the bed and grabs my coffee from the dresser, handing it to me.

"You already know I will. No questions asked. I already told you this. Any alone time you can get with Allen, I'll make sure you get it. Just pack me a bag for Matty and enjoy your time with him tonight at the show before you have some of your own fun," Chelsea replies with a grin as she wiggles her eyebrows at me.

I laugh at her response and get to my feet, pulling her in for a hug. "You're the fucking best…I hope you know that," I tell her and she returns my hug with a laugh.

"I know I am. Just make me the godmother again of yours and Allen's baby and we'll call it even," she retorts playfully and I pull back, looking at her like she's gone crazy.

"Are you out of your fucking mind?" I exclaim. "We've only been together for three months and the subject of marriage barely came up. And that was only because Aria said something to Allen about it right after I had left to come back home," I tell her.

"Okay…and?" Chelsea replies and I know she's being completely serious.

"No ands, Chels! If Allen and I cross that path when we get to it, then it'll be a different story," I tell her and grab my coffee going into the bathroom to put on my makeup. Chelsea is hot on my heels and closes the lid on the toilet before sitting down.

As she watches me get my make up out, Chelsea begins to ask, "so, what were you planning on doing?" She motions to my array of cosmetic items littering the countertop.

I eye it all for a second and then beeline for my 'Game of Thrones' color palette, knowing that there are some good colors I can mix together to match what I have on. "Well, I don't wanna look like a harlot with a 5 year old, considering what I already have on. So, I do wanna go easy on the shadow, but still have it look sexy at the same time," I reply.

Chelsea gets to her feet and stands next to me, taking the palette from me and directs me to sit in the spot she just vacated. "So, do you have any idea how long he is going to be in town for? Or is it just tonight?" She asks as she gets to work on doing my entire face.

"He told me he talked to Paul and since it's Monday and Christmas is Saturday, they are getting the week off, which is mind-blowing in itself considering their profession. So, Allen told me that he's going to stay with me till Wednesday and fly home Thursday morning so he can spend actual Christmas Eve and day with his kids," I explain.

Pulling back, Chelsea inspects her work before giving a little nod to herself, "that's awesome. I love that he is finding the time to be with you and with his kids," she said and instructs me to close my eyes once more.

"He is pretty damn incredible. I got lucky finding him," I reply with a smile as Chelsea tilts my head up.

"That you most certainly did, honey. Alright, look at me…" she instructs and I do as she says. A big smile graces her face and Chelsea claps happily at her work. "He is going to fall at your feet, girl. You look gorgeous, hot and sexy all wrapped up into one," she tells me.

Grinning, I get to my feet and turn to look at myself in the mirror. My jaw drops at how perfect and on point it is. "Girl, it's like you read my mind. This is exactly what I wanted! You're the best! Thank you so much!" I exclaim and hug my best friend.

Chelsea laughs and returns my hug, "you're my girl; you know I always got your back. I just want a picture of all three of you and then just you and Mr. Lover," she demands and I laugh.

"I think I can manage that," I reply, looking at the time on my smartwatch and my eyes widen. "Shit! Matty gets out in 15 minutes, I gotta go get him. I thought I had more time," I say, freaking out.

"Hey! Chill out. I'll go pick him up. You pack me a bag for him, fix up your hair and I'll see you in about 30 minutes, okay?"

I nod my head, thanking her and without another word, Chelsea is gone. "Okay. Bag, then hair," I tell myself out loud and in less than 15 minutes I have Matty's bag packed for him. All I need to do with my hair is straighten it up a bit which should take me no more than 10 minutes.

Once that's done, I still have a little bit of time before Chelsea will be back with Matty. I decide to pull up the camera on my phone and take a selfie, sending it to Allen.

Aurora: I can't wait to see you later, my handsome man ;)

I begin to make my way downstairs with Matty's bag for Chels and to my surprise, Allen responds back almost instantaneously. I thought he would have been busy most of the day, getting done what he needs to get done before Raw begins. His response has the grin on my face threatening to split it in two.

Allen: Goddamn, darlin'. Are you tryna kill me? You look fucking breathtaking, my beautiful girl. I can't wait to see you and later when I get my hands on you…

Allen leaves the text as is and I shiver in anticipation, but just as quickly, a grin develops and I know just how to get him back for that. Also, Chelsea just pulled into the driveway with Matty.

Aurora: Don't threaten me with a good time…Daddy

Aurora: Chelsea just got back from picking up Matty for me. I'll see you later, baby. Love you xoxo

I press send and put my phone on the kitchen counter, turning towards the front door just in time for Matty to burst through it. "Mommy! I'm home! Can we go to Raw now? Plllllease!" He exclaims and I kneel down to his level, taking his backpack from him before pressing a kiss to the top of his head.

"Baby, it doesn't work like that unfortunately. Raw won't start before 8pm just because someone wants it to. But I am going to do better. Go upstairs and get dressed. Be sure to put one of your AJ shirts on, okay? You don't want him to be sad when he sees you in the audience and his biggest fan isn't wearing his shirt! Do you?" I reply, being just a little bit dramatic and widen my eyes at the end for Matty's sake.

His eyes widen, too and Matty shakes his head quickly. The look in his eyes telling that he doesn't want that to happen. "No! No, I don't want that!" He exclaims.

"Then get your butt upstairs and go get changed!" I laugh, pressing a kiss to Matty's cheek before letting go of my hold on him. He bolts out of the kitchen and stampedes up the stairs.

Getting to my feet, I look over at Chelsea and I look at her with a raised eyebrow, but a grin quickly forms on my face. "What?" I exclaim lightly and I can't help the giggle that escapes me.

"His biggest fan? Sweetheart, I think it's safe to say you're his biggest fan. I mean, any chance you get, you reward him the only way you know how," Chelsea says, motioning her hand and tongue in her cheek as if I were giving a blow job.

"Okay? And? I'm not gonna deny it. The morning after surprising him up in Atlanta, I'm pretty sure I gave him the best head he's ever had. And I'm pretty sure there will be a repeat either tonight or tomorrow," I grin.

Chelsea's jaw drop in amused shock and I shrug my shoulders, letting my grin grow. "You…" she begins and I cut her off.

"In love, Chels. I'm in love with him and I'd do anything to make him happy. He means more than the world to me. Besides Matty, he's my life. So yeah, any chance I can get, I'm gonna do whatever I can to make sure he's happy and if tonight means rocking his world, you can bet your skinny ass that that is exactly what I'm going to do," I tell my best friend.

"You know, I don't think I've ever seen you this bold when it comes to sex. Allen really did bring out the animal in you and now it's like you can't get enough," Chelsea replies.

I smile with a shrug, "that's because I can't. Not when it involves Allen. Like he is with me, I'm addicted to him. I just wish we didn't live so far apart; this long distance shit really sucks…big time," I tell her.

"I know this is completely out of left field and something I'm sure you don't want to do…at least not yet, but have you ever thought of moving up to Gainesville to be closer to him? So you can see him when he comes home?" Chelsea asks me and my eyes widen as I plop down into the seat at the kitchen table.

"Honestly? No, I haven't. Orlando is my life. I grew up here and I have Matty to think about…" I say, placing a hand to my forehead as I look up at Chelsea. My eyes follow her as she sits down at the seat next to mine.

"Yeah, but you've also found that person you want to spend the rest of your life with and I'd bet my own life, those feelings are reciprocated. Whether you want to admit it or not, Allen is your other half, sweetheart and I know he loves you just as much as you love him. So, what's stopping you?" She retorts, putting her hand over mine that rests on the table.

"Everything is, Chels. I can't just up and move. I can't even afford it. I live paycheck to paycheck. I'd have to find a new job and I'd be forced to take Matty away from everything he knows. He'd have to start at a new school. I'd be leaving you…" I reply and she looks at me sternly.

"Now you're just making up any excuse in the book as to why you can't. You know he'd be there with you and for you every step of the way. And so will I. I'd miss you like crazy because you're my best friend and I'd give up my life for you, but this is your life and your happiness we're talking about here. You can't keep a long distance relationship with Allen for the rest of your life.

"I can see it in your eyes that you want to, but I can also see how terrified you are. I get it, sweetie. Believe me, I do. But don't sacrifice your happiness just because you're comfortable. Look, don't think about it too much. Not tonight. Enjoy your night with Matty and then Allen and then when the situation or topic arises, that's when we'll worry about it. Okay?" Chelsea placates me, closing her hand around mine.

Taking a deep breath, I exhale through my nose with a nod of my head before opening my eyes to find her looking at me with a knowing smile. "How is it you always know what to say in a situation like this?" I ask with a breathy chuckle.

"I'm just good like that, babe," Chelsea smirks and looks over to the entrance of the kitchen where Matty stands. "Hey, buddy! You ready to go to your first live event and see your favorite superstar in person?" She asks Matty excitedly.

Matty's eyes widen like saucers with happiness as he nods his head like a bobblehead. "Yeah! Can we go now, mom? Pllleeeaaassseee?" Matty begs and I laugh at his eagerness as I shake my head.

"Okay, fine. We'll go grab something to eat and then head over to Raw. I do have a surprise for you anyway when we get there," I tell him and he jumps up and down in excitement.

"What is it? What is it?" Matty exclaims and both Chelsea and I laugh.

"It wouldn't be a surprise if I told you! And this is a really good surprise, too!" I tell him.

Chelsea kneels down in front of Matty and readjusts his shirt. "Believe me, bud. You're going to love this surprise! And I can't wait to hear all about it tonight. You're gonna have a sleepover with me and Jason because Mommy is going to have a special friend of her own sleeping over tonight. And it's a friend who she hasn't seen for a little bit, so they are going to want some alone time together so they can catch up. Jason will cook us an awesome breakfast before we take you to school…how does that sound?" She asks Matty and the look on his face tells me he likes her idea.

"Yes! Sleepover!" Matty exclaims.

"Alright, well you and your mom go have a blast at Raw tonight and I'll see you later, bud. Okay?" Chelsea tells him, ruffling up his hair.

"Aunt Chelsea!" Matty whines and pulls his head away from her assault to his brown hair.

Chelsea gets back to her feet and closes the distance between us. "Seriously, have fun tonight with Matty and enjoy your alone time with Allen. Did you want me to come pick him up from you here or did you wanna drop him off? Either way works for me," she asks.

"Can I get back to you on that? I don't know if Allen has a rental or if he'll be riding back with me," I respond and she nods.

"That's fine. Either way, have fun with your man tonight," Chelsea wiggles her eyebrows at me and I grin.

"Oh you know I will," I reply.

About an hour and a half later with Matty's hand in mine, we walk up to will call and I explain to them I have special tickets being held aside for me. Guiding us inside, we are given lanyards that show we are special guests.

Matty's head whips in every direction possible when we make it backstage as we are guided to the room Allen is suppose to meet us in. "Mom, this is so cool!" He exclaims and the security guard who assists us laughs at his enthusiasm.

"I take it this is his first show?" They ask and I nod my head, chuckling.

"Oh yeah, but I know he is going to freak out when he meets his favorite," I reply.

"Lemme guess. AJ Styles?" They ask again.

"What gave it away? His shirt?" I laugh.

The security guard opens a door to a private room and ushers us in. "Well that and the fact that I know he is the one who is going to be meeting you guys in here. I was informed that you two are a couple, so I'm not going to bother you guys too much, but I will be just outside this door the whole time. Just as a precaution," I am told.

"That's perfectly, fine. Thank you," I reply, directing Matty to sit down on one of the couches.

"It's my pleasure. He's been notified that you guys are here, so he should be over shortly. You guys have fun tonight. I know the superstars are going to love him with his energy and excitement."

I thank him and the door closes behind him. "Mom, what are we doing in here?" Matty asked and I smile, sitting down on the couch, patting the spot next to me. He quickly takes the seat as he looks up at me with curious eyes.

"We're meeting someone here, but that's all I'm telling you. I don't wanna ruin the surprise," I tell him.

"What surprise?" He asks and there is a small knock on the door. My smile widens, knowing it's Allen.

"This…" I say before the door opens and I keep my eyes on Matty. His eyes widen like saucers and the happy scream he releases has me laughing.

"Oh my god! You're AJ Styles!" Matty exclaims, shooting to his feet and goes to run at him, but stops himself and looks over at me and the excitement shining in his eyes has me smiling brightly.

"That I am, bud! And I take it, you're Matty?" Allen asks him and the smile on Allen's face upon finally meeting Matty has my heart soaring. Allen darts his eyes towards me, throwing a wink in my direction before putting his attention back onto Matty.

Allen sits on the couch next to me, but leaves space in between us for Matty. "How did you know that's my name?" Matty excitedly asked Allen and plopped himself in the empty space.

"A little birdie may have told me," he replies looking up and over at me. The look in Allen's eyes has my heart racing and I can't help but mouth to him 'I love you'. He quickly mouths it back before putting his attention back onto Matty once more. "So I hear you're my biggest fan? That is a pretty cool shirt you've got on, too. That is one of my favorites," he continues on.

"Yeah! Ever since I started watching last year when you were in that Boneyard Match with The Undertaker. You were extremely brave to go up against someone as scary as him!" Matty said to him.

"Wow, that's a long time. And your mama let you watch that match? It is pretty scary…and violent," Allen replies, looking up at me with a raised eyebrow paired with a teasing smirk.

"Hey! You can't blame me for that one. It was all Jason's fault. Me and Chelsea were out at the club and I didn't find out until the next morning when this one came stampeding down the stairs and told me," I retort with a little bit of sass and a smirk of my own.

The look in Allen's eyes briefly change at my response and I cock my head curiously at why he did. He ignores it and goes back to conversing with Matty. What the hell was that all about? I wonder.

"I like your shirt, too. I've been begging mom to get me that one, but she doesn't have the money," Matty says solemnly about one of Allen's earlier comments.

Allen's eyes shoot up to mine in questioning concern, but I divert my eyes and look anywhere but at him. I don't want to see the look on his face at learning that I've been struggling these past couple of months and didn't say anything to him about it.

"Matty, stop. That's not something you tell someone you don't know; it's not their business," I scold him and I can feel the tension coming off of Allen in waves.

"Sorry mom," he replies dejectedly and I pet his hair affectionately.

"It's alright, sweetheart," I said, pressing a soft kiss to the top of his head.

"Well how about this," Allen begins, trying to break the awkwardness that Matty unintentionally created, "when I come to the ring later, I'll give you this shirt before my match. How does that sound?" He asks with excitement and Matty jumps to his feet.

"Wow, really?! You would do that?!" He exclaims throwing his arms around Allen's neck and the momentum throws the both of them back onto the couch.

"Whoa there, buddy!" Allen laughs, returning Matty's hug and I can see the happiness swimming in his blue eyes. I smile subtly at the exchange and my eyes briefly meet Allen's and I can still see the concern paired with anger written all over his face. "And yes I would really do that. You are my biggest fan after all, are you not?" Allen asks

"Of course I am!" Matty replies with a big smile.

I really don't know how I can repay Allen for doing this for Matty. I know he's going to say that it's no big deal and that he wants to, but I still feel there is something I need to do in order to repay him.

"Well okay then!" Allen responds and holds his hand up. "Can you 'too sweet' me little buddy?" He asks and Matty's eyes brighten at the action, holding up his hand with the same gesture. "Haha! Alright! That's what I'm talkin' about! I hate to cut this short though, but I gotta continue getting ready for tonights show, but I'll see you out there, right?"

Matty jumps up and down, "yeah! I can't wait!"

Getting to my feet, I go to grab Matty's hand, but Allen stops me. "I got it. I'm gonna have Harvey bring him around to meet some of the others. They're going to love him and I trust Harv. I wanna talk to you," He tells me and I swallow thickly, nodding my head.

I turn around to look at the 2022 Royal Rumble poster on the wall. I can hear Allen talking to Harvey and moments later, the door clicks shut behind him. I shut my eyes tightly and take a deep breath, waiting for what is going to come next.

"So what happens with you is none of my business now?" Allen says, his tone hard and I flinch when I hear the anger and hurt in his voice.

"That's not how I meant it and you know it," I whisper, not taking my eyes off the poster.

"Well you coulda fooled me. It sure as hell sounded that way," he retorts before adding, "would you at least look at me or are you gonna shut me out again?"

I spin around to give him a piece of my mind for even holding that over my head after everything I did to apologize to him for that. "Are you fucking kidding me right now?" I exclaim. "You really just used that against me after everything I went though to make that up to you?" I snap and Allen has the decency to look ashamed of himself.

"You're right. I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done that, but you not telling me that you've been struggling these past couple of months? How do you think that makes me feel? And it doesn't matter if we've only been together for two months. We're in a serious relationship, Aurora; you can't be keeping stuff like that from me, baby," he says and closes the distance between us.

I look down at his shirt and trace the design on it with my fingers before I grab it within my hand. Looking up at him, I reply, "I don't want you to think that you're dating a failure, Allen," I tell him and a look of disbelief crosses his face.

"You are anything but a failure, Rory. You have a job, a roof over your head. You put food on the table and you raised Matty all on your own. He's an incredible kid, Rore. You gotta give yourself more credit," he tells me, framing one side of my face.

"The water got turned off last week because I couldn't pay for it, Allen. It was off for 5 days and I just got it turned back on. How does that look for Matty? Knowing that his mom can't provide him with water so he can take a proper bath?" I retort and Allen's face drops at my confession.

"Why didn't you tell me? I would have paid that for you," he says softly and I shake my head.

"And be your charity case? No, Allen. I'm not taking money from you," I tell him and break away relocating myself on the couch, but he follows right behind me.

Allen takes my hand in his and laces our fingers together, scooting closer to me so our thighs touch. "Is that really what you think of me? I'd never treat you like a charity case, Aurora. You're my life and I love you so goddamn much. If you struggle, I'm not gonna hold that against you. That's not who I am. I grew up poor, Rory, so I know what you're going through and what you're dealing with. We are a couple, Rore and that means you gotta let me be there for you. Regardless of what it is, baby.

"I don't want you to ever hesitate to come to me for something. Even if that something is money. Yours and Matty's wellbeing mean more to me than any amount of money does. Please promise me that you won't keep something like this from me again," he says to me.

I look into his eyes and I can see the desperation swimming there, begging me to not shut him out again. To let him be there for me. To let him love and take care of me with nothing standing in our way. Nodding my head, I reply in a whisper, "okay. I promise."

The relief that quickly develops on Allen's face has me falling even more in love with him. He frames my face and presses a soft, but firm kiss to my lips. "Thank you," he breathes, resting his forehead on mine.
