Akeno was enjoying Kuoh Academy three weeks after the events of Aiichi Private Academy, Rias had finally gotten that contract dealt with Riser and everything was looking up. Good thing that the Headmaster of Kuoh also allowed the Devils to give a private tour to the Yokai students while also explaining to them how the school worked compared to Aiichi. No weapons on the premises as they were not following hentai logic, that and the Devils would be the one to tell their parents of their improper behavior.
Of course, the five swords of Aiichi did have their weapons but they were locked into their sheaths. It was a good concession for the swords and the Devils, but they were also told that any assault on the students would lead to a suspension for their actions. Naima Ima, the Red Dragon Empress and Kuoh's resident Kendo trainer and physical educator, was the one that personally locked their swords into their sheaths in the morning.
Well, they also had a new educator that would work with Naima. Her name was Meda Suu, a contracted bounty hunter that seemed to be decent. At least her physical prowess and skills in aiming and firing were well known, Akeno had to concede. She also started a fire arms club while also holding classes for those that would learn skills that would help them if they were in many different locations. A lot of boys and quite a few girls were in those classes with her, Akeno had heard from Sona.
However, none of that interested her today as she was walking down the hallway with young Asia. They had just split off as she was heading for the location Issei would be, her inner lightning finding the storm that was her boyfriend. Issei was, in a rather amusing turn, taking both her, Asia and the one called Azula out on separate dates. Aika Kiryuu was also getting a date or two along with Murayama and Katase, but he was rather kind to them all as they all enjoyed the time he put into making each date unique for them.
As she got closer to the storm, she noticed a rather large grouping of people around. Groups of students were talking about this and that, then she spotted Issei and started making her way towards him. That was until something sparked what would lead to a downhill spiral of events that would bring things to a head for the supernatural world, with a simple misunderstanding.
"So my mom was looking for a place that would help my uncle get some work on his neural damage," One of Issei's friends, Matsuda from what she could see, was saying to Motohama, "someplace that goes by the acronym, NT-"
Issei went pale and his hand curled into a first before it slammed into a locker that was next to Matsuda, his bangs seeming to cause shadows to cover his eyes. Matsuda jumped but clearly knew what was going on and he put his hands on Issei's shoulders and lightly shook the boy.
"Issei," The one nicknamed Perverted Baldy said softly, "I was not saying that acronym. You know I wouldn't say that word around you, my mom was looking at NTI, Neural Testing Institute."
Issei's face was slowly becoming red as blood returned to his face, eyes widening from fear before Motohama got up and hissed, "Calm down, breathe, dude. Its not that, you're at Kuoh, not there. You understand?"
Issei nodded slowly before the pair gave Issei more words of encouragement before having him find an empty room to calm down. Akeno watched the pair send Issei off before they turned around and noticed her. They seemed to have a mental conversation before they nodded to one another. Confused, she was taken further by surprise when they took her by the arms and pulled her into an empty room. Matsuda motioned to his friend, who pulled out a shinto talisman and put it on the door.
"Good thing Mrs. Hyoudou gave us this for these big conversations," Motohama muttered as he pressed the talisman into the door, before it glowed softly, "allowed us and Issei to have private conversations without the rest of the school hearing about his trauma."
Akeno blinked at that revelation, she thought it was the pair trying to convert Issei to the way of perversion. Clearly, they had actually been his friends all along.
"I guess you noticed what happened with Issei?" The perverted baldy said flatly, looking rather older than he should be.
Akeno nodded, a frown marring her lips, "What was that? He broke down over two letters, he's never done that before."
"Because those two letters are the start of an acronym that had been rather forgotten or even banned by the world and the internet because of what it caused three or four years ago."
"Better start at the beginning, Matsuda," Motohama said before gaining Akeno's attention, "around thirteen or fourteen years ago, a new drug was making headway in the news that was showing signs of being able to help kick addictions. It was rather promising on that front until things got out of hand rather fast."
Matsuda grimaced, "someone, we don't know who, reverse engineered the drug into something way worse. Instead of kicking addictions, it caused a massive one that was associated with pleasure."
Akeno frowned, "And how did this affect Issei?"
Both sighed before the Perverted Glasses continued, "Issei's Aunt, his dad's sister, was the one that was affected by it for ten whole years."
That got Akeno's blood to freeze, "What?"
"When Issei was thirteen," Matsuda said, "he and his family went to America to visit his Dad's family. It was a two week trip during the summer, but on the final few days, Issei was awake during the night and heard something coming from the living room. He went to investigate and found his aunt being used by some stranger in a mask, he had been injecting her with the reverse engineered drug directly into her vagina before forcefully using her body for his own carnal pleasure."
Motohama's grimace deepened, "Issei didn't handle it well, as he had been having problems sleeping but also having been instilled with rather good family values. It traumatized him, horribly. His scream woke up the household and a few of the neighbors, alerting the guy that he had been caught. Somehow, Mr. Hyoudou was down the stairs and on the guy before he had even gotten a few steps away from Issei's Aunt."
"Suffice it to say," Matsuda said, sitting on one of the desks, face grim, "Issei had uncovered the rather horrible reality of what Netrorare or NTR was. The drug, now called the NTR drug, had been used on Issei's Aunt for ten long years, her body and mind warped into needing the pleasure that the monster that sexually assaulted her stimulated her with. She, along with several other women that had been drugged by the guy, were sent to the hospital. Nothing was helping until the one in charge of Mr. Hyoudou's religion came there."
Motohama nodded, "Seriously, it was a whole thing. The Prophet of the Church of Jesus Chirst of Latter-Day Saints came to the hospital where Issei's Aunt along with the other victims of the drug were and supposedly performed a miracle there. The victims were healed but it took time and effort over months of hard work to bring them back to full healthiness."
"But it didn't end there, things took a turn for the worse as the world started going on a hunt for this drug to remove it from the planet. Issei was left traumatized and having an unending hatred for anything related to NTR and the drug. Took years before he could live normally or stop having horrible nightmares about that, or his nightmares having all the women in his life being forcefully used like playthings."
The disgust on the pair of perverts' faces was rather shocking as Matsuda hissed, "We like women but to forcefully turn them into living sex dolls and drug them, that's beyond the pale for us. We do have standards, compared to the likes of those that used that drug on anyone they wanted to rape."
Akeno could feel the anger rippling off the pair in waves so she said, "What happened during the investigations?"
Motohama took up the story, "Currently? The war on the Drug is being fought in China. It turns out the Government was turning a blind eye to a bunch of the people making it and dealing it out. Was also being used to increase the numbers of babies being born due to how horrible the conditions of living are under them. Right now, China is on the edge of civil war as the people that live there are starting to realize how bad it is. Who wants their children to live with parents that are so high on drugs and sex?"
Akeno looked at the floor, not sure on what to think of this revelation, as Matsuda said, "Not only that, several other places are having a hard time with the public outcry too. The porn industry took a massive hit as everything NTR or Netorare related was destroyed, heck, might also kill it because hentai was meant to be an escape not something that was real."
Motohama turned to Akeno and bowed at the waist, "Please help Issei, Akeno-senpai. He needs people like you to help him while he still struggles with the trauma."
Matsuda followed his friend, bowing as well, "Please help our friend."
Akeno stood and nodded, "I will, I'll let the other girls in his life know as well, none of this will be spoken to anyone else."
Kokabiel was moving through the hallways of the Grigori towards Azazel's office, wondering why the leader of the Fallen angels wanted to speak to him of all things. The vampire looking Fallen was not one to be found around the main offices, he hated it here. He was known as a "War Hawk", one that preferred the battlefield to the offices. He was the current trainer of the newest forces that was being amassed to protect the Grigori's interests, just like he did during the Great War.
Upon entering the office, Kokabiel saw a huge table with various items and other devices scattered across it. Azazel was busy looking over some gauntlet device with some amused look on his face before Kokabiel coughed into his hand.
"You requested me, Azazel?"
"Just the Fallen I was looking for," Azazel looked up before motioning Kokabiel closer, "come here."
Kokabiel got closer then noticed that several newspapers were across the tabletop too, all from several years ago. All about the drug that had a lot of the Fallen worried about being turned into sex dolls for humans, though, a lot of them said it was a rather horrible way to be used from what they heard. He had ignored the mess as more Fallen were kept away from the States until things had quieted down.
"So, how was the recovery team after the extraction?"
Kokabiel grimaced, "Out of the original team, only three survived. They sent in Gebrochen along with a full legion of Golems who had surrounded the location in question. The retrieval team became the extraction team after Sha'rhe was forced to combat the thing until the team arrived. They also extracted the Holy Sword Project Survivor as well, however, I am sure you already knew that."
Azazel looked up from his work and grimaced, "yes, because something has come up from Mother Eden herself."
Kokabiel stiffened from that name, the name of the Mother of all Heaven. He had not heard that name in a long time, mostly staying away from the offices for that reason. He remembered those days, lying directly to her face about things and getting away with it until the final days of the Great War. Lucifer was the one to cause this as he put his sword through the heart of the Arch Devil, cursing him that everyone would see his soul. One of the reasons he looked the why he did, a monster.
"Why?"
Azazel pointed at the newspapers and a look of dark anger spread across his face, "This drug, it wasn't human made. Something about it is supernatural and I want a team to find a bunch of the drug to test it. Something about it screams interference on some level with the human world, the original drug was human made and would have changed it for the better. But something didn't want humanity to go in that direction, not like this place wasn't already in a shithole as it is now."
Kokabiel grunted before looking at the papers slowly before returning his gaze to Azazel, "Why not have Baraqiel deal with it?"
"Baraqiel is currently busy with handling some events that deal with a spy network that is headed by a certain flaming devil pillar family," Azazel said pointedly, "that and I want you to put together several teams of Raven Commandos to remove these infiltrators from the cell they are infiltrating."
Kokabiel knew that Azazel wanted peace, much to his displeasure but also, some things must be dealt with. Though, he also knew that Azazel was blatantly ripping off from Star Wars with his armor having various designs from the Clone army. However, the armor was designed to look like overlapping feathers instead of plain armor plates the Clone of that fictional universe wore.
"Then something is going on involving that drug?"
Azazel nodded, "it seems like the cell over there is producing the drug in question, I would prefer not to get on Heaven's bad side as this would make us look like we're the ones producing this horrible concoction."
Kokabiel hissed through his teeth, understanding fully coming to him. The Grigori's strength was in Spec-op missions, or guerrilla warfare compared to either the Devil's and Heavens' more open and way more dangerous warfare. The Devil's legions were different to each Pillar or House that armed them, while Heaven had gone the route of 40K in design and aesthetic, soldiers in much slimmer versions of the Astartes armor that would fit a man. Firing bolts of light or Truth from their bolter like weapons, Heaven had the most heavy grade military of the Christian Factions.
The Devils were a mixture of various army styles or tastes, based on who was in control of the House or Pillar at the time. Legions mixing and matching to cover the weaknesses of another army and strengthen them even more. It was a rather impressive strategy as the Legions were composed of a race of fast breeding humanoids called the Legionites, created by Lucifer to become the standing armies of the Devils during the Great War. The Devils even used them to help keep their numbers up in the past, given how easy it was to impregnate a Legionite female.
Several families of Devils had specific Legionites born to just be bred by the family, so they would always have an Heir or Heiress. The Legionites lived for this, however, to serve their Lords and Ladies with Honor and Zeal.
"So, plan for Legionites to be armed and dangerous?"
"Plan exactly for that, Kokabiel, make sure that every single one is dealt with quietly." Azazel looked rather grim as he gave the orders.
"They won't stay alive long enough to suffer," Kokabiel grunted, turning away while heading for the door, "if its any consolation, Azazel."
Riser Phenex finished injecting the drug known as NTR into his Queen, Yubelluna, before tossing the syringe away. Having fully turned her into his doll, Riser smirked before turning away as the drug was fully integrated into the thyroid. A little experiment that was successful, thankfully that Diodora Astaroth was supplying him with enough of the drug to get all of his peerage under his control. Well, all but Ravel, because she would be an obstacle in his plans to get Rias under his control.
Of course, the Contract needed to be halted.
Remembering that little tidbit of information, Riser headed to his private office in his family manor home. Several Legionite maids bowed to him as he passed, he paid them no heed as he stepped into his office and closed the door behind him. With a sharp click of the ornate lock, he moved to the desk and started looking over the contract that bound him and Rias together. He sneered at the copy his lawyers got him, that lesser Devil known as Dread knew how to work with the law.
The contract was solid and he was running out of time to get Rias in his hands so she could praise him like he had dreamed about when he was younger.
He snorted at this, his dreams had fled him as it seemed the Rias knew that he wasn't whom he pretended to be in front of the Lords and Lady's of those that didn't deserve those stations. The one that had been in his head before had given him a mission before it left him alone, one that he had been working diligently on for the past eight years but the network he had created was starting to fall apart.
It had started around three to four years ago when Diodora had discovered that someone had found a way to turn a new human drug into something that would allow anyone to brainwash anyone else. Sure it took multiple sessions and time to do so, as Riser had done with his Peerage over the past two years. However, something had gone wrong and his network was falling apart at the seams as his spies and other informants were taken out. Legionites he had under his command had gone silent, something that in his family was not a good thing.
The Phenex Pillar had dealt and managed secrets and information, a spy network unparalleled by anyone else. Each generation added to it as their Legionites were trained to be assassins, black operators, seducers and information gatherers. Snipers and other silent killers were the mark and trade of the Phenex Legions, long range and removal of problems a badge of honor. However, Riser had gotten the Legionites under his command even further training to be the best of the best.
Rather expensive but needed for what he and the golden dragon had planned for the Devils and the World.
But, his network was fraying and he had no idea why. That and his plans for home were falling apart like sand in a clenched fist slipping from his grip, he needed a way to deal with the threat before it became a massive issue that would explode in his face.
Thankfully, one did show itself in the form of the Rating Game option.
Two outcomes were foreseen with this option, one where he won and one where he lost. More likely was the one where he won, he had a full peerage compared to Rias's minimal one. Overwhelming odds against a lesser foe was still a win. The one where he lost was from factors that he dared not consider but pulled them up anyway. He had to plan for her training her peerage harder then ever, but not enough to push them to their limits as Rias was not one to force family into doing things they didn't want to do.
So, he planned accordingly, only a week or two of training for her to give his peerage a good fight but a futile one and then the marriage would go on. As per the rules of the contract, the Rating Game deciding if the voiding was going to continue to the voiding would itself be voided.
He could almost feel and taste the shock and horror that would be on Rias's face as he blasted here away from the arena. The contract renewed and unable to escape her destiny as his trophy and doll, he could almost feel her skin right now.
He stopped himself, pulling from his fantasies and into the present. He needed to get it to Lord Dread that he was activating the Rating Game clause, pausing the countdown of the contract voiding indefinitely until the game was over. Pressing a button on his desk, Riser told a Legionite to have a messenger ready to carry the letter to Dread by the end of the evening.
He had a Rating Game to plan over to make sure Rias couldn't win.
