House's night of avoiding work has been interrupted by an injured teenager. Who is this kid with a British accent?

Dr. House took into his care an unusual patient, young man who was shot into shoulder, who had an outstretched ankle and broken ribs. However, House isn't a type of doctor who takes patients with an uninteresting diagnosis. Everyone thinks he wants to solve the riddle, who the patient is, and how a fourteen-year-old kid came to such injuries, but House doesn't do it.
