Shimmer, Shine, Zeta and their human friends celebrate the different kinds of holidays. Also, Marlin surprises Zeta with something special that would change her life...

Shimmer and Shine get into a fight and decide that they never want to see each other again, and Leah must try to get her two best friends back together again.

Zeta is unable to visit her family for Thanksgiving, so Leah, Shimmer, and Shine decide to invite her to join them for Thanksgiving dinner, but she declines and decides to celebrate by herself (with Nazboo, of course).

After meeting Marlin's family, Zeta then wonders if her own family is still around. She, Leah, Zac, and the genies find out from Princess Samira and Empress Caliana that there is a sighting of her family, above the clouds, in Zahramay Skies...

Leah still has time before she has to leave Zahramay Falls and return to the human world for the day, so Shimmer and Shine decide to introduce her to their parents.

Zeta and her boyfriend, Marlin, are moving away from Florida to go on a road trip to see other relatives of Marlin's family. During the road trip, Zeta takes Marlin to Zahramay Falls, and with help from Shimmer, Shine, and Leah, shows him around her place to see how great the genie world can be.

Zeta the sorceress had attempted to take over Zahramay Falls many times, but failed, but then she meets someone who offers to give her what she wants. But, when Zeta transports to the real world, she eventually realizes that Princess Samira has something she doesn't have, no matter how powerful she'll get, and when things go too far, Zeta has to choose if she wants power, or love?
