Headcanon story thingies! I don't know how to explain it! The Newsies Pringles just took the newsies, chucked them into some modern situations and headcanoned about it! Headcanon is a verb now! If you have a request, you are encouraged to leave it in a review, and we'll do it!

The newsies followed Jack through thick and thin and through a strike. How long will they follow him? Will this ragtag gang of ragamuffins who calls themselves a family ever be able to become a real family? How will their pasts affect their present and their futures?

When Theodore Roosevelt gives them the ride of luck back to Manhattan, NY; Marley starts living large with the Newsies of New York. From street fighting rat to paper girl, Marley is getting respect.

Jack decides to sing a special song for his and Katherine’s twentieth Valentine’s Day together. Even if she doesn’t like to wake up early, she’ll get over it once Jack begins to sing. Modern AU. I do not own the song- those rights belong to the CW show “The Flash”.

Stormy days will never be the same for the boys at the Lodging House

Crutchie has been captured at Newsies Square, but the Spider has another plan in mind: Use Crutchie and Katherine against Jack to force him to turn himself in and trade his freedom for theirs. Going back means a world of pain and finding the strength to protect not only himself, but all the others from Snyder's abuse. Jack also comes from a darker past than anyone ever imagined.

Jack is plagued with nightmares and guilt from his past. A heart-to-heart with Crutchie leads to an even more meaningful heart-to-heart with Katherine.

What better way to relax at the end of the day with a bit of karaoke? Seems like a good idea to the newsies. The night is filled with laughs, jokes and of course, lots of music. But what happens when two girls step up on the stage? As different as they may be, one song in particular seems to explain both their love lives just a little too well (one shot) modern AU)

Jack has been fleeing from things his entire life- the death of his parents, various orphanages, Snyder, and the Refuge. Sometimes he wants to just throw in the towel and give up. However, running certainly has saved his life more than once. Maybe there’s a balance to running and staying put. (A prequel to Hello, Beautiful).

Katherine and Jack are excited for Christmas morning! Especially Jack- he has a very special gift for Katherine. Their children are also excited, as young children are.
