The war is over. That's what everyone in the Galaxy was saying after the rise of the New Republic but to the remnants of the Galactic Empire, the war was not over as long as a single Imperial still draws breath. The accidental discovery of a new and different galaxy might just be the opportunity these scattered remnants need to raise the Empire back to it's former glory.

These are some story ideas that I have come up with. So they are free to use.

Following the discovery of an ancient device, the Emperor's ambitions to further expand his empire leads Grand Admiral Thrawn to a galaxy far different to his own. Now forced to navigate through politics and to build new alliances, he must face the reemergence of a powerful threat that lurks in the darkness, and mark the beginning of the Empire of the Hand. (I don't own ST or ME).

It is an age of tensions in the galaxy, two galactic governments compete with each other over who has control of the galaxy, the Citadel Council and the Republic of Allied Species. With the discovery of an ancient Prothean Beacon on the Republic planet Eden Prime, both governments see it as a chance to build bridges between them and send a joint contrusted ship to investigate.

Burdened with defeating the Reapers, commander Shepard is forced to work together with the terrorist organization Cerberus to fight the mysterious Collectors. Now he has to assemble a team to go through the Omega-4 relay. However, he did not expect to find a trio of Jedi, a brotherhood of clones and a murderous cyborg general. They might be just what he needs to beat the Reapers...

They do not know where it came from but as a threat, it is only natural they will send their most terrifying enforcer along with the most terrifying fleet the galaxy has ever seen, even if it leads beyond the galaxy itself. They'd done it. They'd defeated the Reapers and achieved synthesis. But the universe is a strange place when you're a being of both organic and synthetic origins. Never mind that in that final act atop the Citadel, Jane should have died. But no. Here she was, alive, in some galaxy far, far away. F/Shepard.

The war is over. The Empire was shattered. Remnants scattered across the Galaxy. Hunted down by the New Republic. Among these remnants is one lead by Major General Kolin Margath whose mission was to fight back against the New Republic. Alas, circumstances out of her control had her Remnant find themselves somewhere far beyond the known Galaxy.

After barely escaping Order 66 with her life, Jedi Knight Kyra Katobi finds herself thrust into another grand calling, and another war. Perhaps this time, she can prevent the ones she cares about from dying. Takes place during Mass Effect 2/Post ROTS. Shepard x OC Mirialan Jedi. The Reapers have succeeded with every harvest, due to the ingenious trap of Mass Effect technology. But what if a species, unknowingly, evades said trap, what happens to the harvest? What happens when the The New Republic stumbles upon the Citadel Council? Will there be Peace or War? (I'm Back...)

The Emperor, showing his unprecidented faith in Grand Admiral Thrawn, has given the Chiss basically whatever resources he might need to crush the uprising on Lothal. During his return from a refit at the Kuat ship yards where he gathered those resources, a hyperspace anomaly shunts his reinforced Seventh Fleet deep into the lawless terminus. Watch Thrawn bring order to chaos.

He saw faith in his son's eyes when he confronted him, and saw that same faith again when he called out to him. And Darth Vader, seeing the unwavering faith that he was, and still is the man he was, overthrew Palpatine at the cost of his life. Now, in the same body but in a different universe, Vader decided to upheld that faith. He has hope he can.

While cleaning up pockets of Separatist forces on Azrios V days after the battle, Jedi General Lia-nara Chaise and Mercenary Kale discover a strange machine within the mountains. Upon activating it, neither expected to find themselves on a galaxy all too different from their own.

What if something was found on the moon and a entire universe was created to hide its secrets? What if Earth used those designs to create their own navy? And what if it was the Asari who first made contact? A idea I've been sitting on for some time.

Ahsoka Tano left the order a few months ago, now she is one the run from Vader. As he tracks her to somewhere beyond the outer rim near a recently discovered hyperspace anomaly. She wakes up on the Citadel in the care of Garrus Vakarian. Two years later, Shepard is sent to Omega to find Mordin Solus, Archangel, and Angel. More commonly known as Ahsoka Tano. Like a wizard, except in space. Now if only they let her handle one of them neat blasters and laser swords. Oh, imagine the damage she could do to the Collectors with those things.

In an alternate universe, Earth is united under the banner of the Alliance of Nations, a powerful, international alliance, following the end of World War III. The Alliance went on to colonize the solar system. However, the first ventures beyond the solar system in 2137 encountered a hostile alien force, the United Mecusite Confederation...

Citadel and Hegemony poised to fight yet again, but with the Quarian Republic and its endless Geth armada staying out of the conflict, both sides are locked in a deadly stalemate... until Children of Mandalore enter the fray. Alliances will be made and broken, ancient truths will be revealed, planets will burn, regimes will fall... The Cycle will begin anew...

The species happened upon by the Turians at Relay 314 are not a united people, but a dozen quibbling fiefdoms. As they soon learn though, nothing unites a broken Empire faster than a mutual hatred of aliens.
