October short story #1. Prompt: thin jacket

A vigilante German major is raining destruction on innocent Arabs and Allied convoys alike. Can Troy and the rest of the Rat Patrol, with Dietrich's blessing, bring him to his knees?

Troy is captured but the day turns out to be nothing like what Dietrich had hoped for or could even have imagined.

One man's obsession with revenge, and another man's honor come into conflict. Can Sgt. Troy sort it out before one or the other of them kill him?

(Sequel to The Rescue) After escaping the German base, Troy and Tully are on the run. But Tully’s condition is getting worse, and now they are in a different fight. A fight for Tully’s life.

Banged up a bit in a convoy attack, Troy could have sworn he heard more than the night wind on the desert.

If it a cosmic joke or something else, some related to the Rat Patrol fall back through time and find themselves tangling with history of someone else's making.

Long ignored homesickness hits the two youngest Rats like a ton of bricks after a party hosted by Boggs. Hitch meanwhile notices Tully needs to know how thankful he is for all that his buddy does for the Patrol

A night on the town for Tully and Hitch takes a turn for the worse. A distinctly downward turn, in fact.

After a battle, the Rat Patrol heads for a well to regroup.

Troy is behind German lines trying to rescue a trapped Rat.

This is a prequal to Rat Patrol Season 1 Episode 22, The Exhibit A Raid. How did the Rats know where to find Colonel Beckman? Why were Troy and Hitch searching in one location, an area Moffitt calls 'the scenic route', while Moffitt and Tully are searching another? And was there a reason why Hitch got shot?

For my 13th Rat Patrol submission, I'm doing a Friday the 13th story. Note: This is not a horror story but a look at superstitions of various groups. Also I am not using 'Libya', since it didn't become a Kingdom until 1951. I am instead using the regions of Tripolitania, Fezzan and Cyrenaica. Finally, I just can't seem to write a story without our favorite German, Dietrich.

Up to now, we've seen camels, half-tracks, Kubelwagens, and a host of other modes of transportation on the desert. What's left? Bicycles!

The latest rumor about Dietrich prompts our guys to consider a change of career. Humor (I hope)

The Rats are sent to find and destroy a hidden cache of German munitions. Tully has misgivings about the mission, but they shall all have to race the clock when the unthinkable happens!
