Discrete Petites – The Rilaya Channel Created

After the Kappa Upsilon Mu Sorority Christmas Show, and during the rest of their Winter Break from NYU, Riley proposed an idea to Maya. Riley suggested they create a Website Video Channel and sell their Shows online to raise funds.

Maya didn't hesitate to agree with Riley: "Honey, that's a great idea. And we can create our own Charity, like the KUM Chapter, and help people who need assistance. We can have Topanga create a nonprofit organization for us, so all of the money we raise will not be taxed, and we can decide who we assist." Maya pulled Riley to her and they kissed with passion.

Two days later, Maya and Riley sat in Topanga's new Law office, in Topanga's Bakery, with their Coterie consisting of Aubrey, Farkle, Katy, Smackle, Topanga, and Zay. Riley told her Mother that they wanted to create a Nonprofit Organization to assist people who needed assistance. Topanga agreed that was a great idea, and she suggested the name of the organization be the Rilaya Foundation.

Everyone loved that name. Then Topanga asked: "How would this Foundation be funded? Riley looked at Maya, reading each other's minds that they were not ready to tell their Mother how they earned extra money. Maya looked around at everyone else and finished by looking at Farkle. She immediately told Topanga that they had a Grant from Minkus International. She was relieved when she saw Farkle smile at her and he said to Topanga that was correct. She mouthed to him: "We owe you!" He just smiled an evil smile back.

Topanga then asked who would be on the Board of Directors: Riley looked around at everyone questioningly, and each of them nodded Yes. She answered: "Everyone here." Topanga smiled and asked: "Who are the Organization officers?" Riley looked at Maya and answered: "Maya is President; Aubrey is Secretary because she works as your Administrative Assistant; Smackle will be Treasurer because she already works for Minkus International; and Farkle, Katy, Zay, you and I will be Directors."

Maya asked Topanga: "Is it OK for you to be our Lawyer and a member of the Board?" Topanga thought for a moment, then answered: "I will attend all of the Board meetings as your Lawyer, so maybe I don't need to be an actual Director." Topanga confirmed with Aubrey, Maya, and Smackle that they would accept their Corporate positions. Each answered: "Yes."

Several days later, Rilaya Foundation became a legal entity, and Maya, Riley, and Smackle opened the Bank account with $50,000 from the Discrete Petite's account and a matching grant of $50,000 from the Minkus International Foundation account.

Later in the day, Farkle met the three for lunch and offered Minkus International would provide a whole floor in its building to the Rilaya Foundation. Maya and Riley kissed him as Maya smirked: "Now we really owe you!" And everyone laughed.

Also during this school break, Maya and Riley had created a new Art Form entitled Adventures in Thrall (AiT): A Collection of Drawings, Photographs, and Sketches of Individual Beautiful Women In Bondage. These Individual Collections were made by Maya and Riley, with the use of Angles, Shading, and Shadows never allowing the individual Model to be identified or recognized. The purpose of the Series of Collections was to show these amazing Artworks at very Private Showings to help raise funds that would be distributed to worthy causes.

The Discrete Petites/KUM Sorority Shows had been filmed and they were the first AiT Collection. Smackle suggested that perhaps they could create a Website Channel and show them as a Pay-For-View Channel to raise funds for the Rilaya Foundation. Farkle quickly pointed out that, perhaps, the Rilaya name not be used, and he suggested the AiT Channel instead. The four agreed, and the AiT Channel was created by Maya and Riley over the remainder of the school break.

During the beginning of the new year, everyone stayed busy with business and school, but Maya and Riley experimented on the four weekends in January by releasing four of the KUM Sorority shows on their new AiT Channel and waiting to see the analytics and demographics of their new channel. Their audience grew exponentially with each new release. And the income from the AiT Channel grew rapidly also.

In the first week of February, Farkle, Maya, Riley, Smackle, and Zay met for dinner to discuss their AiT Channel success. Smackle reported that the January showings provided nearly $20,000 in income. Zay suggested that perhaps more AiT Channel Shows be produced. They all agreed. Maya then suggested that the quality of their shows must be the best that they could be and that they needed to have their own Studio where they could produce these quality shows. Again, everyone agreed.

Smackle was given the Authority and Responsibility to create an AiT Studio on the Rilaya Foundation floor of the Minkus International building. Maya and Riley asked that they be allowed to have their own private Rilaya Suite in the back of this area, which would include a small kitchen area, an office area, and a Bedroom Suite.

Smackle had added a set of the necessary controls for the Cameras, Lighting, and Sound of the AiT Studio into the Rilaya Suite to allow Maya and Riley to make their Drawings, Photographs, Shows, and Sketches from the comfort of their Private Suite.

Maya and Riley Matthews-Hunter are married to each other. They have graduated from college.
