No one has ever written them as zombies. Only this time Adrien will be the zombie. Similar to Rise of Bat Noir but no pregnancy for Marinette. Since I've been doing Vampire Adrien, this time it's Zombie Adrien. He'll have ravenous appetite for human flesh but will also regain a bit of his memories too.

Adrien was not looking too good in the hospital bed. The doctors tried everything to save him but his life was slipping away slowly. He was suffering from internal bleeding. His father never came but only Nathalie and Marinette. The monitor's beeping was not a very good heart rate. He only has a few minutes until he's dead and soon, his corpse will be buried.
Earlier, Adrien disobeys his father and chose to be with Marinette over him. It enraged Gabriel that he akumatized himself as Collector again but instead of collecting with his tablet, he collects love from those who have a lot of love energy. His main target was to get rid of Marinette but instead, he put Adrien's life at risk by taking the hit for her. The impact brutally injured him but it caused internal bleeding that he did not survive the impact.
Right now, Adrien was breathing in labor that he's dying, "Marinette, don't be sad. I….I couldn't let you die like my mother did" He was in so much pain but he ignored the suffering as he continues, "Please, live your life for me"
"No, no, no! Adrien, please!" Marinette sobbed in grief.
"And Nathalie…." Adrien breathes in labor rapidly and gathers the final strength of his last words, "Tell my father to go fuck himself. He doesn't deserve me or my mother" His breathing came to a stop and the heart monitor went flat.
"ADRIEN!" Marinette screamed in so much grief that he was gone.
"There's nothing we can do" Nathalie pulled her away from him.
"NO! Please don't take him!" Please!" Marinette screaming.
"I'm sorry Marinette, I'm so sorry," Nathalie said.
"That bastard killed him! He killed him!" Marinette screamed angrily while being pulled out of the room, "Gabriel could not see that me and Adrien fell in love! He took that away!" She sobs in grief.
"He will face charges, Marinette. I promise" Nathalie said.
"I don't care. He's a very powerful man. Everyone in Paris thinks it's not his fault but Monarch's. It wasn't that Adrien abandoned his father. He has every right to build his own happiness. But now he's dead because of his father blaming me!" Marinette runs in the halls crying that her love is gone and there was nothing she can do.
Nathalie sighs that she's right. She supported Gabriel's madness from the beginning he became Hawk Moth and she did nothing to stop him. She failed Emilie and Adrien. She knew this would happen one day and thankfully she created a sentimonster serum blood in case something happens to Adrien which it did.
The doctors came in to write Adrien's death record but Nathalie insisted to say her 'goodbye' to Adrien, "Please. Just give me 5 minutes" Nathalie begged.
"Very well" They left her to be alone.
Nathalie looks over Adrien, his eyes were shut, "I'm so sorry, Adrien. I wish your mother was here but I failed her. Now I'll bring you something to take with you to return to your love" She said and injects the serum into his arm.
She knows that he won't be himself as something undead but she hopes there is love to help him become himself, "Goodbye Adrien" She said quietly before leaving.

With Marinette, she was in deep sadness at home. She refused to come out of her room since she wants to be alone. Even her friends tried to comfort her but she told them she wanted to be alone. Even Tikki tried.
Knowing that Plagg is probably stuck with his dead owner, her kwami spell can't tell her owner that Adrien is Cat Noir.
"Marinette, Please. Paris needs Ladybug still after what happened to Adrien. You just need to..." Tikki didn't finish when Marinette broke down.
"No Tikki, I'm just Marinette Dupain-Cheng. I'm Ladybug no more" Marinette sadly renounced her title.
Tikki then got silent by these words.
"I can't be Ladybug in this miserable state. I'm now the guardian of the time miraculous for now. You need a new holder, Tikki. I'm sorry" Marinette took her earrings off.
"I...I understand" Tikki understood her pain.
Marinette sobs in grief that the love of her life is no longer here. She was so angry at Gabriel for trying to separate her from Adrien rather than supporting him like a good parent. Adrien was building his own happiness on his own, not at his father's pace. However, she knew revenge would not be the answer. Adrien wouldn't want that but the look on his face when he was dying, he had hatred for his father ruining the relationship between him and Marinette.
"You got what you wanted, Gabriel, but at the cost of your child!" She threw aside her designs.
Her fashion idol was no longer her favorite anymore. Instead, she saw him as an evil man that allowed Monarch to control him.

At the hospital, Adrien's corpse was becoming very pale and grey, no longer healthy or alive since he passed away. The serum was making his veins visible on his neck and arms that it's somehow reanimating his dead cells. The staff came to pick up his body to be buried. They lifted his body carefully to put him in the coffin.
"He's so young. He did not deserve to die" The male doctor said.
"Not at the hands of that maniac," Another doctor said.
"He was akumatized but he's still responsible for his son's death," The doctor said.
Unaware that Adrien was twitching and growling like a savage animal. They look over but shrugs, placing the lid over the coffin.
"I like his trademark clothes. Thankfully we put it back on for him" The doctor said.
"Yes, it was the right decision," The other one said.
The next night at the cemetery, Adrien's grave marked that he was born in 2001 and died in 2016. It started to rain and a hand punched through the ground. A loud moan was heard as another hand burst out. Then he burst out, revealing the undead Adrien groaning, he was all pale and his eyes were all lifeless. Hungry for living flesh, he stands up, wobbling a little.
"Hrrrrrrgh" He groaned a little.
Behind him came Plagg up, spitting out dirt, "Agh! Finally! I thought I would be stuck down there forever with you!" Plagg said.
Adrien tilts his head at the flying cat fairy creature that he's never seen, "Hrrrrrrgh?" Adrien couldn't speak.
"Oh no, Adrien you look horrible!" Plagg gasps.
Of course, he was. Adrien was very pale with dark thin veins visible on his neck and arms, his clothes were a little tattered, and his eyes were glowing a little red.
"Oh, dear. This is gonna be weird" Plagg gasps.
'No kidding and whatever the hell you are' Adrien said in his thoughts as he wobbly walked and tries to find a victim to eat. He soon saw someone trying to rob a grave.
"Kid, don't even think about it" Plagg warned But Adrien was far beyond famished.
"Raaaaaagh!" Adrien snarled.
"Ahhh…. there it is" The grave robber found a ring from the skeleton of a dead rich person, but was startled by a growl.
He turns and saw Adrien standing over, "What the fuck?! No! No! AAAAARGH!" He got attacked and Adrien bit his throat open to instantly kill him. Munching on the robber's arm.
Plagg gasps over the scene, seeing Adrien devour the robber. How did he come back as a zombie?
As soon Adrien finished, his red eyes turned to Plagg, "Rrrrrgh?"
"You better not turn him like you. The zombie apocalypse is not a good world to live in" Plagg said, looking away at the bloody corpse.
Adrien turns and removes the head from the corpse.
"Phew, he won't be reanimated," Plagg said.
Adrien had blood remains on his mouth and jacket, "Arrrrrhh" He stumbles away with Plagg.
"Let's get you cleaned up," Plagg said.
Adrien raised a brow at why he said that when he's already gonna smell rotten like a zombie. But he shrugs it off. But of course, Plagg meant his jacket.
"Kid, can you even speak?" Plagg asked.
"Raaaaaaarh" Adrien tried to speak but couldn't.
"Oh, that's just great! You can't even talk but growl at me?" Plagg complained.
He flew up a bit to think, "But what can I do?" Plagg wondered.
Adrien simply walks and doesn't even care if anyone sees he's a walking corpse. He grabs the dead robber's hoodie and covers himself with it.
