Hello everyone, here is a new story!

I have no idea how to explain this story, and I will try and do my best in explaining things as we move on. Although, this might make no sense for others than me and my Beta, but the next chapter will have more explanations in it

Ace also does not have a Devil Fruit in this one

Hope you enjoy

Read and relax

Whitebeard couldn't believe what had just happened. Thatch had died, by the hands of Teach. Teach had killed a family member and ran off. All for what? A stupid Devil Fruit? It was so much to take in. As they were sitting and trying to figure out what to do, how to handle this, everyone emotional as a brother was gone, the door burst open and Bay stood there, a wound on her head. "Thatch's body is gone!" Whitebeard blinked. Who would take a body? He was about to ask, when Bay spoke. "It was that Portgas kid!" Whitebeard blinked. Ace had taken the body? Why? Bay shook her head. "And he and his crew are gone!" But still, why would they take his body? He looked at Bay. "Where did they go?" Bay took a breath. "Whiskey says East." East? Nothing was there, it was a wasteland. Or maybe not, since he had run there.

Ace had been with them for some months now, and tried to take his head, and it was something that seemed… off. Every time Ace went for an attack, he always felt like that was it, that he would lose to Ace. But he never did. Ace had always seemed stronger than what he was, but it might just be something he felt. Some of the others felt the same, but most didn't. He was a hotheaded kid. And, there were times when he could not be found anywhere, no one could even feel him with their Haki. And sometimes, he was just suddenly there, but he never hid as well when he tried to attack him. Although, he hadn't tried to kill him for a month now. Just being here. And he felt that was a good sign, but no, maybe not. He had taken the dead body to his son. And, the captain wanted it back. They would head after.

And so they did, everyone mad and upset. Not only had Thatch died, but Ace had taken his dead body away from them, so they couldn't even give a proper goodbye. They would get him back. So, they sailed, and they did until they reached land,6 days later, which was just a long wasteland with a few hills from where they could see. Maybe something was past it? So, they headed onto the land and found some footprints and followed them. But after a while, they just… vanished. But they kept going, needing justice. It was hot, but there also came large gust of winds, which was chilling, and it felt so cold when they came.

Then, after walking for half a day, they saw a person in the distance, but just one. He was large and slim. Not his height, maybe half of him, and when the person noticed them, he grinned. "Oh! And I thought today's watch would be lacking interesting things! Finally! Someone I can attack!" Was this guy serious? They were a large group, and it was no secret who they were. He as about to say who they were, when the guy spoke. "And Whiteebards as well! Maybe I can have a decent fight!" So, he knew who they were. But they didn't know him.

He looked at the man. "We are not looking for a fight with you, we are searching for someone we want justice against. You aren't known to anyone, you will lose." The man hummed. "Oh, is that it? What if I do this-" And the man opened his mouth and let his tongue out, which was way longer than a normal one, and he had to blink, before he felt some fear fill him. On his tongue, was a number, and it was number 3, in a very special style. More edgy than a normal 3 you wrote, and thicker. They might actually lose this. And why was that the case? This wasn't a normal person.

No one quite knew what they were, but they had rumors. Some said they were angels, some said devils, and some just said the dead. They were almost impossible to kill from what he had heard, and they were exceptionally strong. It was said they trained from a young age, raised to kill and injure. And, the number, which was on their body somewhere, was a sign on how strong they were. The lower the number, the stronger you were. An admiral had lost to a number 10. So, a 3 was significantly stronger. So, basically said, they might be screwed. The man took out a sword, which was large and long, and he knew, even though he didn't know how, they could use their sword to send out a large burst of energy that could destroy everything in their path. He had seen videos and heard about it, how it could disintegrate people and objects, how they could move as fast as light. The man also looked very confident. This wasn't good.

The man got ready to fight them, and they did the same, him uncertain on how this would go, he just knew the rumors. But then, a person came to stand in front of them, and he had to blink. It was Ace. He looked calm, but his clothes were torn, and they were all black, barely hanging on his body and overing his front and back. And then, Ace took a sword out. He didn't know Ace had a sword. "Stay behind me." Said Ace in a calm voice, and he was about to argue when a gust of wind came, and it lifted his torn shirt from his back, and on his back, was a huge 3, same style as the man's. And that's when he got it. That's why Ace had always seemed stronger, since he was. He was number 3. But then why was he fighting this one? They were in the same group. And they had the same number as well? The enemy grinned. "Oh my, Acey Ace? Where have you been? Hiding under a rock? I am now you! I am stronger than you!" Ace tilted his head a bit. "Oh, you are? Let's find out, Price." Price looked a bit uncertain for a second, before he looked confident again.

Then they started to fight, Ace looked and acted calm, using his sword in his left hand, not having any trouble, but Price seemed to be, losing his balance at times when Ace used his sword. Ace actually was stronger. But then, Price disappeared and appeared a bit away, before he got his sword out in front of him, hand on the blade, before he said something and his sword started to shine blue. He got what was happening, he was charming it up, and this would be bad.

Then, Price sent out a blue wave and it went straight for Ace, who stood still, sword down, and this would hit hard and most likely kill Ace. But, Ace just lifted his hand. And he expected a lot, in a bad way, when the wave stopped at his hand, sending a gust of wind as it stopped, as if a shield was there, before Ace opened his mouth and the wave slithered into his mouth and Price looked scared. "Ace! We can tal-" Ace gave a glare and gave a shout and sent a purple wave which hit straight at Price, and he was gone, either being thrown far away or completely disintegrated. Who knows.

He was about to react, to say a lot to Ace, when a voice spoke to their left. "That was so cool!" That voice… He turned around and there was Thatch, alive and well, in black clothing. Looking like Ace's, just not torn. They all blinked, before cheers erupted, and Thatch was hugged by everyone, before Izou spoke. "How! You died!" Yes, Thatch had, so how was this? Thatch shrugged. "Dunno. Ace found me in this other place, with this large group, and now we're here. Was a long journey." This was amazing, Thatch was somehow alive. Maybe he really hadn't been dead.

He was about to speak, when something happened to their left, and it was as if a door just appeared, before it opened, and a group of people stood there, wearing the same clothes as Thatch and Ace. There were 5 people, one was larger than the others and all had a sword at their hip. The one in the middle spoke. "Ace, you-" Ace nodded. "I know I know. I am going to be in a hearing for bringing Thatch back." Bringing Thatch back? From what?

Ace then went towards them, and Whitebeard moved his hand. "Wait, you can't just leave." Ace shrugged. "Kinda have to, broke the rules." Which rules? The man in the middle hummed. "Are they with the one you changed?" Ace nodded. "Yes." The man sighed. "We can't have a rogue running around, you most likely need to train him." Ace shrugged. "Fine." Train who, Thatch? Ace was apparently a strong swordsman, maybe that was it.

The man in the middle made a motion. "Everyone is to join, until your outcome is decided. You were sent to watch them, not do this." Whitebeard blinked. Ace was sent to watch them? Why? He didn't know what to say, so he just stayed quiet, and followed these people into the doorway that had just appeared, which also disappeared behind them. He could see many of his children confused and wanting to ask questions, but he held a hand out to silence them. They would ask for an explanation later.

They were then in a large empty space, before another doorway just appeared and they headed through, and there was a bright light, which had him cover his eyes before it went away and they were in the middle of a city. How? The doorway also just disappeared behind them. He also could see Ace's crew here, all in the same clothing as the others. They were then led into a huge building, people around whispering when they saw them and pointing. Just where were they? When they got into the building, it looked like a huge courtroom, a man in the middle at the end, who seemed to be the leader or the one in charge here.

Then they started to speak. They spoke about what Ace had done was bad, they said how he had brought Thatch into their world, as if they were in a different world now. And then they spoke about punishment, which had him shocked. They spoke about actually sentencing Ace to death. What had he done that was this bad? But then, Deuce spoke. "Thatch is innocent in this! He didn't choose this! Sentence Ace to train him! Teach him how to use his powers! What else are you going to do? KIll an innocent man?" The ones on the other side spoke amongst themselves, before the man, who seemed to be the leader, spoke. "You, Ace, are hereby sentenced to teach this Thatch, for half a year, in the human world." Ace blinked. "You can't! I can't! That's too long!" Half a year was too long? That sounded reasonable for him. The man shook his head. "No, you are. That, or sentenced to death." Ace sighed. "Fine! Fine, I will. Why was he so against this? He wouldn't die. It was just half a year.

They then went outside again, and Ace sighed, and he was on his way to speak, when a woman came to them, a very pregnant woman, who also held a child which couldn't be older than 2. "Ace!" She started. "You're back! Finally!" Ace went over to her and gave her a kiss. "Hi, honey." The woman chuckled when they parted, before she looked a bit worried. "Why were you in a trial? What's the outcome?" Ace sighed. "Before you get mad at me, this is all Deuce's fault." The woman nodded and turned to said man. "And what is that?" Deuce moved his hands. "Okay! Okay! It was this or death! Remember that! He is to be in the human world for 6 months without coming here." The woman blinked, before she smiled at the child, a small girl. "Hey, wanna go to dad?" The child nodded and Ace went over and he took her. "Hi, Nell." Wait, Ace had a daughter? And they would part them for 6 months? And the woman was pregnant, he would most likely not be here for that birth. That must be why.

The woman then went towards Deuce, who walked backwards with a scared face. "Lori! Lori! Calm down!" The woman hummed. "No." Then a fight started, the woman being strong, and Ace chuckled, looking at the chi- his child. "Where is your brother?" Whitebeard blinked. Ace had another child? The young child smiled. "Training!" Ace nodded. "Let's go say hi." Then Ace moved to a step and was gone, and he felt so shocked. Ace had two children, one on the way too.

Then the woman, Lori, punched Deuce away, being strong, before Lori, who still looked mad, looked at them. "I knew you were trouble! Ace should never have gone!" Whitebeard moved a hand. "I am sorry, we didn't know. But it is only 6 mont-" Lori shook her head. "You know nothing! Time is different here! Slower! 6 months there is almost 6 years here!" Whitebeard blinked. "What?" Lori shook her head. "You take my husband away for almost 6 years! And it is all your fault!" Then Lori left, and he did feel bad. He had no idea, and now he felt really bad. He wouldn't see his child until they were 5 years old then. How was the time so different? Where in the world are they?

Trevor, another person from Ace's crew then went up to them. "Let's go to the arena, the others will be there. Don't want you wandering about here. Ace is there too soon. A duel. Ace is not fighting, it is for the younger ones." He nodded, and this was all so confusing, he hoped for an explanation. When they got to what was a huge arena, Ace was already there, Lori beside him, and a boy who was maybe 10 beside him, might be his son. Nell was nowhere to be seen. Might be playing.

As they sat and looked at the arena, Whitebeard was on his way to speak, when a boy came into the arena, maybe 17 years old, everyone cheering. So he closed his mouth, just going to enjoy this. And this would be interesting. See them in a duel. The boy looked strong as well. But then, he saw a woman down by a door, and she moved Nell, who she had in her hands, and let her down and pushed her into the arena. Wait wait, was Nell fighting?! He looked at Ace, who was sipping his cup. "You're going to let a 2 year old fight this man!" Ace shook his head. "No. Nell is not 2." Marco gave a glare. "3 then! She's too young! I get you start young, but this is abuse!" Ace sighed, and looked at his child in the arena. "Come on, Nelliel!" That was probably her full name, but what would that do? Nell, or Nelliel, gave a laugh, and closed her eyes, before a pink cloud came around her, and when the wind blew it away, a woman stood there, maybe 14-15 years old. It had Ace speak. "Nelliel is my oldest." What?

Thatch looked at Ace. "But, she's 2?" Ace shook his head. "No, she is actually 16, she likes to pretend to be 2 to keep her enemies off guard. It works." Whitebeard bliked. "How does she do that?" Ace shrugged. "Beats me, she won't tell. No one else other than her can do it as well. I think it is a part of her powers." They all nodded, Marco speakming. "Can we discuss how you have a 16 year old, yoi? You're only 20." Ace shook his head. "Not 20." Whitebeard frowned. "How old are you?" Ace humed, seeming to think, before he looked over at Lori. "How old am I?" Lori shrugged. "At least 180, I think closer to 200." Whitebeard blinked, before he frowned. "You don't look a day past 20." Ace nodded. "Died when I was young. We're all dead here, not you, but we. How do you think Thatch is okay? He died as well." What?

Thatch blinked. "Wait, I thought you were joking! Am I really dead!" Ace nodded. "Yeah. This is also heaven. I thought you would figure that out yourself." Marco had a frown. "I thought that was a joke. That you were all dead, yoi." Ace hummed. "It is not." Izou moved his hand. "But this still doesn't explain anything! How are you 180?!" Ace hummed, taking another sip of his cup. "Time is different here, much more slower. So yes, I am maybe 200. Which is like nothing. Hiro is like 2000. One of the oldest." Whitebeard frowned. "Hiro?" Ace nodded and pointed to a young boy. "Him. Don't care that he looks like 10. He died at 6 years old, and yes, we also age very very slowly, just slower each year. And we somewhat choose how old we wanna look, he half wants to look like a child, to keep people off guard, same as Nelliel. He is also very very strong, even though he doesn't look like it." They all nodded.

Izou moved his hand. "Okay, so you're all dead? You all wound up in heaven? Everyone gets a second chance?" Ace hummed. "No, you can wind up in hell as well. I did." Marco frowned. "What?" Ace nodded. "That's why I have a number on my back. Tells how strong you are and which level you are at in strength. Starts at 666, and then the lower the number, the stronger you are. Above 13 is the strongest." Whitebeard frowned. "How are you in heaven then?" Ace hummed. "I didn't want to keep fighting heaven or do bad things, so I joined heaven. They took me in eventually, and now I am a- well- commander here, number 12, which is awesome. And numbers don't have a say here in strength. Just say what your division is good at." They nodded. This was all so much. The ones here were dead, Thatch had actually died, they were in heaven now, which was not at all how he would have imagined. This was so much to take in, and he hoped they could learn more.

And that's the first chapter! I hope you enjoyed!

I don't know why I wanted to make this, but I did. Just random ideas I had. I hope it was enjoyable to read thus far and hope to see you in the next chapter as well!

If you have watched/read Bleach, you will notice I borrowed a lot from them, but not everything, the reason this isn't a crossover, and I will introduce other things as well. I am also using some characters as well, like Nell/Nelliel
