(The first scene is outside Bumblyburg. The sun rises over the city while shops and restaurants are being opened and various veggies begin to leave for work)
(The next scene is at Archibald and Petunia's house, inside their bedroom. The two are sleeping close together till the alarm clock that reads '8:00' begins beeping waking up Petunia. Petunia yawns then invisibly clicks off the alarm clock then turns and sees Archibald still sleeping, she chuckles quietly then moves over to Archibald then kisses his cheek causing him to stir then open his eyes and look over at Petunia)
Petunia: Good morning.
Archibald: (Yawns) Good morning.
(Archibald closes his eyes then goes back to sleep)
Petunia: (Chuckles) Archie...
Archibald: (Groans) Five more minutes.
Petunia: Very funny.
(Archibald opens his eyes then smirks then suddenly invisibly pulls Petunia closer to him making her yelp in surprise then giggle then they kiss romantically, Petunia moves on top of Archibald while they continue kissing then they pull apart then Archibald looks up at Petunia then invisibly removes a strand of hair away from her eyes)
Archibald: Best wake-up call ever.
(Petunia kisses Archibald's nose)
Petunia: You always say that.
Archibald: Only because it's true.
Petunia: How about you go and wake up the kids? I'll get breakfast started.
(Archibald frowns in concern)
Archibald: (Worriedly) You've been running yourself ragged lately, Petunia.
Petunia: I'll try to slow down today.
Archibald: (Worriedly) I sure hope so.
(Petunia kisses Archibald)
Petunia: Come on.
(Archibald nods then the two get off the bed then leave the room then Petunia goes down the stairs then Archibald goes down the hallway over to Junior's bedroom door)
(The next scene is in Junior's bedroom. He's sleeping then his alarm clock begins beeping, Junior opens his eyes then yawns then invisibly turns off the alarm clock then he hears a knock on the door)
Junior: Come in.
(Archibald opens the door then goes over to Junior's bed)
Junior: Morning Dad.
Archibald: Good morning, Junior. Ready to go downstairs and eat breakfast?
(Junior sits up)
Junior: Yep!
Archibald: (Chuckles) Alright. Hop on.
(Junior hops on Archibald's back then Archibald leaves the room carrying Junior on his back then goes down the hall over to Libby's bedroom door)
(The next scene is in Libby's bedroom. Libby's sleeping then Archibald quietly opens the door with Junior still on his back then Archibald goes over to Libby's bed then Junior hops onto the bed)
Junior: Wake up Libby!
(Libby yelps then opens her eyes then glares at Junior)
Libby: Not cool, bro.
Archibald: (Chuckles) Alright, you two. No fighting. Let's go and wake up Christina.
(Archibald picks up Libby then Junior hops back onto his back then Archibald leaves the room then goes over to Christina's bedroom door)
(The next scene is in Christina's bedroom that's empty. Archibald opens the door still holding onto Libby and Junior on his back then notices Christina's empty bed causing him to look confused)
Archibald: Christina? Christina, dear? Now, where did you go?
(Christina pokes her head out from behind the door then giggles quietly then hops over to Archibald then jumps up and shouts causing Archibald to yelp and jump then fall over on the bed along with Junior and Libby who laugh then Archibald looks over at Christina who gets on the bed then hops on top of Archibald)
Christina: (Giggles) I scared you, didn't I, Dad?
Archibald: (Chuckles) You certainly did. I don't know where you get your energy from sometimes.
Libby: Aww, c'mon Daddy, admit it. We all got energy!
(Petunia goes over to the door then leans against it smiling over at Archibald now being tackled by all three of the kids)
Archibald: (Chuckles) Alright. Alright. I surrender.
Petunia: Mind if I join the party?
(Archibald sits up holding onto Junior and Christina while Libby stands on his lap then looks over at Petunia then smiles and nods)
Archibald: Not much fun without you.
(Petunia giggles then goes over to the bed then sits down then Libby hops onto her lap then Petunia kisses Archibald's cheek)
Petunia: You know, Archie, I don't think our kids will have enough of that energy...not without those chocolate-chip pancakes waiting downstairs.
Junior: Chocolate-chip pancakes? Party over!
(Christina, Junior and Libby hop off the bed then hurriedly leave the room causing Archibald and Petunia to laugh then they look at each other then Archibald kisses Petunia's cheek then smirks at her)
Archibald: Now that we're alone...shall we pick up where we left off this morning?
(Petunia pretends to look shocked then playfully whacks a pillow over Archibald's face making him laugh then Petunia smiles lovingly at him then shifts herself onto his lap then they press their foreheads together)
Petunia: I love you.
Archibald: I love you too.
(Petunia invisibly fiddles with the edge of Archibald's robe)
Petunia: But...if we sit around here, there won't be any pancakes left for us.
Archibald: (Chuckles) Then what are we waiting for?
(The two kiss then they get off the bed then leave the room then begin to go down the hallway then Petunia suddenly stops and looks ahead then her vision begins spinning)
Archibald: (Distorted) Dearest, let's go.
(Archibald turns around then looks over at the disoriented Petunia)
Archibald: (Worriedly) Petunia?
(Petunia looks up then sees a blurry Archibald in front of her)
Archibald: (Distorted) Darling, are you alright?
Petunia: I...
(Petunia begins to fall forward then Archibald quickly holds her steady)
Archibald: (Worriedly) Sweetheart, what is it?
(Petunia's green skin begins to turn lighter then she looks over at Archibald)
Petunia: Archie, I...
(Petunia holds her breath then suddenly goes into their bedroom slamming the door behind her)
Archibald: (Worriedly) Petunia?
(Archibald goes over to their bedroom door then quickly opens it then goes into the room then looks around and doesn't see Petunia then he hears the sound of retching then looks over at the closed bathroom door then quickly goes over to it then leans against it)
Archibald: (Worriedly) Petunia? Darling?
(Archibald quickly opens the door then sees Petunia with her back turned, looming over the toilet)
Archibald: (Panicked) Petunia!
(Archibald quickly moves behind Petunia then invisibly moves her hair aside then holds her in place while she continues to loom over the toilet retching)
Archibald: (Softly) Alright. Relax. Try not to go too fast.
(Petunia stops retching then coughs then flushes the toilet then stands up straight with Archibald's help)
Archibald: (Worriedly) Are you alright?
(Petunia turns around then nods)
Petunia: (Coughs) I'm okay now.
Archibald: (Worriedly) That's the fourth time you had vomited over a week now.
Petunia: Don't worry, Archie, it's probably just a flu or something.
(Archibald sighs then pulls Petunia flush against him then they press their foreheads together)
Archibald: (Worriedly) Dear, I think now's the time to see a doctor about this.
Petunia: (Sighs) You're probably right.
(Petunia kisses Archibald then smiles)
Petunia: I'll make an appointment for tomorrow.
(Archibald smiles then kisses Petunia's cheek)
Archibald: How about I make you some bacon and eggs for breakfast instead?
Petunia: Okay.
(The two kiss then leave the bathroom then go down the stairs)
(The next scene is in Archibald and Petunia's kitchen. Archibald and Petunia move inside and see Christina, Junior and Libby at the table)
Petunia: Okay, who's ready for some pancakes?
Kids: Me! I am!
(Petunia and Archibald laugh then Petunia kisses Archibald's cheek then Archibald goes over to the table and sits down then Petunia goes over to the stove)
Christina: Are you gonna take us to school this time, Daddy?
Archibald: Yes, dear.
(Petunia yawns causing Archibald to look over at her concerned)
(The next scene is at Bob and Katrina's house, inside Laura's bedroom. Laura is sleeping then her alarm clock begins beeping then she opens her eyes then invisibly turns off the clock then puts on her glasses then hops off her bed)
(The next scene is in Bob and Katrina's bedroom. Bob and Katrina are asleep then their alarm clock begins beeping then suddenly Laura hops onto their bed then begins hopping up and down)
Laura: Mom! Dad! Wake up!
(Bob and Katrina both open their eyes then look over at Laura)
Laura: The school bus is gonna be here in a few minutes.
Bob: (Chuckles) Alright, Laura, we're up.
Katrina: You go ahead and get dressed, honey.
Laura: Okay. See you guys downstairs.
(Laura hops off the bed then leaves the room then Bob and Katrina turn to each other)
Katrina: Morning.
Bob: (Yawns) Good morning.
(Bob reaches up slightly then pecks Katrina on the lips)
Katrina: Ugh. Morning breath.
(Bob chuckles then kisses Katrina's cheek)
Bob: Improvement?
Katrina: (Giggles) Totally.
(Bob reaches up then invisibly brushes away Katrina's bangs)
Bob: Did you sleep good? (Worriedly) I know you've been having trouble with those headaches a week ago.
Katrina: They were pretty bad last night...
(Katrina smiles)
Katrina: But other than that, had a decent peaceful sleep.
(Bob smiles then reaches up and kisses Katrina's cheek)
Bob: Well, shall we get started on our day?
Katrina: Glad to.
(Katrina sits up then quietly groans then Bob invisibly rubs her back)
Bob: (Worriedly) Another episode?
Katrina: Only happens when I sit up too quickly lately.
Bob: I'm relieved that you've got an appointment this morning.
(Katrina nods then leans over and pecks Bob on the forehead)
Katrina: Now, why don't you go and do something about that morning breath for me?
Bob: (Chuckles) As you wish.
(Bob pecks Katrina on the lips then hops off the bed then goes into the bathroom then closes the door then Katrina sighs heavily then leans back against her pillow)
(The next scene is in Bob and Katrina's kitchen. Laura is on top of a school listening to a music player humming while making a sandwich then Bob comes into the kitchen then notices Laura)
Bob: Wow. Making your lunch for school already.
Laura: Yeah. Where's Mom?
Bob: I decided to let your Mom sleep before her appointment today.
Laura: (Worriedly) Is she having those headaches again?
Bob: (Sighs) I'm afraid so.
Laura: (Worriedly) Do you think there's something seriously wrong with her?
Bob: N-No. I'm sure she's gonna be okay.
Laura: (Worriedly) Are you really, really sure?
Bob: Trust me, Laura. She's gonna be fine.
(Bob goes over to the rack then grabs Laura's backpack)
Bob: Let's go outside and meet the bus.
(Bob helps Laura slip on her backpack)
Laura: Okay.
(Bob and Laura go outside then the bus pulls up then the doors open then Laura turns to Bob)
Laura: (Sighs) I wish I was going with Mom today.
(Bob looks down)
Bob: (Sighs) I know. So do I.
(Bob looks back up then smiles)
Bob: But I'm sure everything's gonna check out perfect and all we have to do afterwards is wait. Everything's gonna be fine.
(Bob kisses Laura's forehead)
Bob: I'll pick you up later, okay?
Laura: Okay.
(Laura 'hugs' Bob)
Laura: Love you, Dad.
Bob: Love you too, sweetie.
(Laura gets on the bus then it drives off then Bob goes back inside the house then goes over to Laura's height chart then looks beside it then sees words written in blue and pink 'For our son or daughter' then Bob sighs sadly)
Bob: If only. If only.
(The next scene is at Mr. Nezzer and Esther's house, inside their bedroom. The two are sleeping while Esther is leaning against Mr. Nezzer then Esther feels the sunlight against her face then opens her eyes then looks over at the window then sees birds chirping and flying then turns to Mr. Nezzer then carefully gets on top of him then kisses him causing him to mumble then open his eyes then he looks up at Esther then she smiles lovingly at him then kisses his nose)
Esther: Good morning.
(Mr. Nezzer smiles warmly then invisibly removes a strand of hair away from Esther's eyes)
Mr. Nezzer: Is this a dream? 'Cause if it is, I don't wanna wake up from it yet.
Esther: (Giggles) No, silly. It's reality.
(Esther kisses Mr. Nezzer then they pull away)
Esther: And it's also our anniversary.
Mr. Nezzer: How could I forget?
(Mr. Nezzer rubs his nose against Esther's)
Mr. Nezzer: Happy Anniversary, Essie.
Esther: (Giggles) You too, Nebby.
(Mr. Nezzer invisibly plays with a strand of Esther's hair)
Mr. Nezzer: Now, how shall our first anniversary play out? Dancing, romantic candlelit dinner for two, move night and I'll hold you close in case you get scared?
Esther: All great suggestions but...can't decide yet.
(Esther kisses Mr. Nezzer)
Esther: How about we go to our jobs first then I'll let you know?
Mr. Nezzer: It's your decision, sweetheart.
(Esther smiles then kisses Mr. Nezzer's nose)
Esther: I'm gonna get in the shower and you get started on breakfast.
Mr. Nezzer: Got it.
(The two kiss then Esther gets off the bed then goes into the bathroom then closes the door then Mr. Nezzer gets off the bed then goes down the stairs then looks at all the various pictures of him and Esther and their wedding)
Mr. Nezzer: (To himself) My Essie is really something.
(The next scene is in Esther and Mr. Nezzer's bathroom. Esther is in her bath robe waiting then she hears a beep then picks up something then looks down at it then gasps in surprise then smiles)
Esther: (To herself) Tonight's the night for sure.
(The next scene is in Esther and Mr. Nezzer's kitchen. Mr. Nezzer is by the stove humming then Esther comes inside then Mr. Nezzer looks over at her)
Mr. Nezzer: Ready to eat?
Esther: Mmm-hmm.
(Esther goes over to Mr. Nezzer then kisses him)
Esther: Nebby? I think I got an idea. How about we exchange gifts for our anniversary tradition?
Mr. Nezzer: Sounds great but...(worriedly) what if I can't find something for you? You deserve a great present.
Esther: I know you'll think of something.
(Esther kisses Mr. Nezzer's cheek)
Esther: Maybe you can spend the day shopping for a gift instead.
Mr. Nezzer: Alright. I like it.
(Mr. Nezzer kisses Esther)
Mr. Nezzer: You're gonna have the best gift ever, Essie.
Esther: I don't know...maybe mine will be better.
Mr. Nezzer: Can't wait.
(Mr. Nezzer 'hugs' Esther while she stares down at something smiling)
Esther: (Quietly) Me either.
(The next scene is at Larry and Vicki's house, inside Moe's nursery. Moe is sitting up in his crib and bouncing and babbling)
Moe: Dada! Dada!
(Larry opens up the door then looks over and sees Moe staring back at him cooing happily)
Larry: I thought somebody was up already. How are you doing, little guy? Come here.
(Larry goes over to the crib then picks up Moe)
Larry: Who's my best little pal ever? Moe is!
(Moe giggles then Larry 'hugs' him)
Larry: Come on, Moe-boe. We'll go and wake up Mommy. How's that sound?
(Moe babbles then Larry leaves the nursery holding onto Moe then goes into his and Vicki's bedroom. Vicki is sleeping then Larry leans over and kisses her on the nose then Vicki opens her eyes and sees Larry smiling lovingly at her)
Vicki: Good morning.
Larry: Good morning yourself, sleeping beauty.
(Vicki chuckles then stretches then gets off the bed then Larry hands Moe over to her)
Vicki: (Cooing) How is Mommy's cutie doing?
(Moe giggles then invisibly tugs on a strand of Vicki's hair causing her to yelp then Larry takes Moe back)
Larry: No, Moe-boe, we don't pull on Mommy's hair, remember?
Vicki: Don't worry honey, he'll grow out of it. It's a phase.
(Larry hands Moe back to Vicki then she bounces him causing him to giggle)
Vicki: See? He's learning already.
Larry: He's a fast-learner like me.
(Vicki chuckles then kisses Larry's cheek)
Larry: Wanna go to the diner and get breakfast? Gonna need something on the go for my interview today.
Vicki: Okay. I bet Moe would like that too, wouldn't you, sweetie?
(Moe giggles causing Vicki and Larry to laugh then kiss Moe on each of his cheeks)
Larry: I've probably got the most terrific wife and kid ever.
Vicki: Aww.
(Vicki kisses Larry)
Vicki: It seems like only yesterday we were saying 'I do'.
Larry: Yeah. Time does fly.
(Larry takes Moe away then 'hugs' him)
Larry: But in the best way possible.
(Vicki giggles then kisses Larry's cheek then leans against him with Moe in between them cooing)
Moe: Mama! Dada!
(The next scene is at Jimmy and Ellen's house, inside their kitchen. Ellen is cooking by the stove then Jimmy comes up behind her)
Jimmy: Something smells good. What is it?
(Ellen giggles then turns around then kisses Jimmy)
Ellen: This happens to be for tonight for dinner. No taste-testing.
Jimmy: (Chuckles) Yes, ma'am.
(Jimmy invisibly pulls Ellen closer then rubs his nose against hers)
Jimmy: And do you know what tomorrow is?
Ellen: (Giggles) Give me a hint.
(Jimmy invisibly brushes away at Ellen's hair)
Jimmy: Well, it's a certain day when I became the luckiest veggie ever. It involved a church and all our friends being there and you being dressed in a white gown.
Ellen: (Giggles) I remember now.
Jimmy: Happy almost anniversary, Cupcake.
(Jimmy kisses Ellen)
Ellen: Happy almost anniversary to you too, Jimmy sweetie.
Jimmy: So, uh..(winks) how do wanna celebrate it exactly?
Ellen: (Gasps) Jimmy!
Jimmy: (Laughs) I'm only kidding, babe. It's your choice.
Ellen: Actually, I heard that Esther and Mr. Nezzer are exchanging their gifts for their anniversary today. So...I know our anniversay is tomorrow but...how about we go to our favorite diner to celebrate early?
Jimmy: Sounds great to me.
(Jimmy kisses Ellen)
Jimmy: Let's go.
(Jimmy goes over to the door then Ellen turns around and looks down at something smiling)
Jimmy: Ellen? Are you coming?
Ellen: Coming, sweetie.
(Ellen goes over to Jimmy then they leave. On the counter is an ultrasound photo)
